The development of increasingly advanced technology has a major influence on the world of the communications industry and has led to competition between smartphone manufacturers. They compete to produce advantages in products that will be marketed. The number of iPhone users among students has become commonplace, when they buy a product, of course, they do not only see the advantages offered, but they also see the brand they will buy and country of origin, perceived quality and brand image are factors that cannot be underestimated in influencing purchase decisions through customer trust. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data sources are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. This study uses probability sampling with random sampling technique. For the data analysis process using the Smart-PLS version 4.1.0.3 processing tool. Based on the results of research on direct effects, it shows that perceived quality and brand image do not have a significant effect on purchase decisions, while country of origin has a significant effect. The indirect effect shows that customer trust does not mediate the relationship from the influence of country of origin and brand image on purchase decisions, but customer trust is able to mediate the relationship from the influence of perceived quality on purchase decisions.

Voice is one of the signs in a brand. Voice comes in in non-traditional brands. Sound marks are listed in Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications. In the arrangements, there is still confusion regarding this matter, so that very few votes are registered in its implementation. A small number of vote registrations really creates problems of confusion in registration. This research uses normative research through a statutory and regulatory approach and a comparative approach. The results obtained from the research are that there are obstacles in registering sound as a brand so that sound brands are refused registration. This problem concerns the bad faith carried out by the registrant. Comparison of the regulation of sound as a brand in Australia and Indonesia has similarities and differences in registration. This study provides a comparative analysis of the regulatory frameworks governing Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services across ten ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Laos, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia. As BNPL services rapidly expand throughout the region, understanding the diverse regulatory landscapes and their implications becomes increasingly critical for fostering financial stability, consumer protection, and innovation in the digital financial ecosystem.  Utilizing a literature review methodology, the research examines existing regulations, legal frameworks, and market trends, assessing their impact on financial stability, consumer protection, and fintech innovation.  Singapore is identified as the leader in regulatory practices, effectively balancing fintech innovation with stringent consumer protection. Indonesia and Malaysia emphasize financial inclusion and systemic risk management, with Indonesia's framework focusing on transparency and financial literacy. Thailand and the Philippines are refining their frameworks, while Myanmar, Laos, Brunei, Vietnam and Cambodia are still developing their regulatory approaches. BNPL services, driven by growing e-commerce and fintech ecosystems, offer significant opportunities for financial inclusion but also pose challenges related to over-indebtedness, credit risk, and data protection. The analysis emphasizes that while BNPL presents significant opportunities for financial inclusion and fintech innovation, effective regulation is critical to ensuring sustainable growth and protecting consumers from debt traps and financial instability.

The rise of digital-based financial service platforms that help MSMEs as a sales transaction tool has many benefits for MSMEs, one of which is making it easier to prepare financial reports based on EMKM SAK because the digital payment system is able to store sales recaps accurately. The use of financial service platforms is also used by several MSME players in Lakarsanti District, Surabaya. For this reason, the author's aim is to analyze whether the use of digitalization of the payment system affects the preparation of financial reports in MSMEs in Lakarsantri District. Qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods. Also, semi-structural interviews were conducted with MSME business actors in Lakarsantri District. The results of this research are that many MSMEs in Lakarsantri District already use digital payment systems, but there are still many MSMEs that do not prepare financial reports. There are MSMEs that carry out simple financial records manually, only recording income and expenditure information, which is far from following EMKM SAK. And several MSMEs that have used digital payment systems and carried out simple financial records have felt helped by accurate transfers and transaction recaps.

Household waste has not been utilized properly and is generally considered as garbage. In fact, it can be utilized as an ecoenzyme organic fertilizer that is not only beneficial for the soil and plants themselves, but can also reduce household waste in the form of fruit and vegetable waste. In general, household waste in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency has been utilized properly as organic fertilizer. However, it has not been optimal. This is due to the absence of branding and marketing itself in order to introduce and distribute it to the wider community. Therefore, community service activities were held in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency through counseling on how to package a product to make it more attractive and make other people trust our products so as to increase income.
