This research evaluates the effectiveness of school-based mental resilience programs for children in conflict zones of the Middle East based on the results of 47 studies (N=12,873 students) published between 2010 and 2023. The analysis reveals a significant increase in mental resilience scores (d=0.76, 95% CI [0.68, 0.84], p<.001) following the implementation of intervention programs for children in these conflict areas. Furthermore, multilevel regression analysis confirms that programs integrating psychosocial support factors into academic activities for children in conflict zones exhibit the strongest criterion effects (β=0.62, p<.001), followed by trauma-based interventions (β=0.58, p<.001) and coping skills training (β=0.51, p<.001). Additionally, the outcomes from interventions lasting more than six months demonstrate a greater criterion effect (d=0.82) than short-term programs (d=0.65). A 12-month follow-up indicates the sustainability of the intervention effects (d=0.69). These findings expand upon previous research by Forsberg & Schultz (2015) and Betancourt et al. (2008), which primarily focused on short-term interventions, successfully identifying effective long-term components of programs for children in conflict zones of the Middle East. Moreover, in contrast to the study by Gomez et al. (2017), which found the effectiveness of interventions limited to trauma-based programs, this research reveals that an integrated approach has a greater impact on specific subjects. Ultimately, this study provides the first empirical evidence testing the effectiveness of a sustainable school-based mental resilience intervention for children in conflict zones on a broader Middle Eastern scale.

A good immune system is the key to avoiding viral, bacterial, fungal, and parasitic infections. A person's immune status affects the risk of being infected by various viruses and bacteria, various studies have been conducted to increase the immune system. One of them is through proper and balanced nutritional intake and utilizing functional foods based on local food. The purpose of this activity is to increase public knowledge regarding the role of food in improving the immune system. Method This community service activity is carried out through the provision of education (counseling) with the lecture method. The target is the general public in Paya Dua village in Menasah (surau) with a capacity of 100 people. The material was delivered directly which was divided into lecture sessions and question and answer sessions or sharing. The results of education related to the role of food in improving the immune system provide benefits to the community, impacting the increase in public knowledge about food that can maintain the personal and environmental immunity system. Conclusion The community gained knowledge about foods that contain balanced nutrition and increased public knowledge regarding the role of balanced nutrition in food that affects the improvement of the immune system. It is hoped that through this education and socialization, the community will be able to maintain health by improving the immune system in the family and community.

Kecenderungan mahasiswa ilmu kesehatan untuk menjadi wirausahawan sangat penting bagi keberlanjutan bisnis kesehatan. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi niat mahasiswa kesehatan untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Pendekatan kualitatif diterapkan untuk melengkapi penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Lima mahasiswa diwawancarai dan analisis konten diterapkan untuk menganalisis temuan. Mahasiswa menganggap kewirausahaan sebagai sesuatu yang diinginkan dan lebih mungkin memiliki niat berwirausaha. Kecenderungan mahasiswa untuk menjadi wirausahawan tergolong sedang. Mahasiswa ilmu kesehatan cenderung berinovasi dan meningkatkan pemberian layanan kesehatan, sehingga kewirausahaan menjadi hal yang diinginkan. Program pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan dapat meningkatkan niat berwirausaha secara signifikan di kalangan mahasiswa ilmu kesehatan. Disarankan agar lembaga pendidikan kesehatan membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk memulai dan mengelola usaha mereka sendiri.

PayLater services are increasingly popular as a payment method that offers ease of transactions and financial flexibility for its users. However, this convenience can also increase consumptive behavior that has the potential to affect individual financial stability. This study aims to analyze the impact of PayLater service on consumption interest and lifestyle of PT Tripatra employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PT Tripatra employees who use PayLater services. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistical tests and linear regression to measure the relationship between PayLater usage, consumption behavior, and financial stability. The results showed that the PayLater service provided significant benefits in the ease of transactions and increased employee purchasing power. However, there is a positive correlation between the use of this service and an increase in consumptive behavior, including impulse purchases. This has the potential to reduce individual financial stability in the long run, especially for those who lack good financial literacy. Uncontrolled use of PayLater services can increase financial risk. Therefore, awareness and good financial literacy are needed so that the benefits of this service can be optimized without causing negative impacts. As a recommendation, companies are advised to provide financial education to their customers. 

The use of Brand Ambassadors is becoming increasingly popular in marketing strategies to influence customer behavior. This study aims to measure the role of Nicholas Saputra as a brand ambassador, consumer purchase intention for Kanzler Crispy Chicken Nugget, and the influence of the brand ambassador on purchase intention, focusing on followers of the Instagram account @temankanzler. Using brand ambassador and consumer behavior theories, this study involves two variables: Brand Ambassador (X), consisting of four dimensions (Popularity, Credibility, Attractiveness, Strength), and Purchase Intention (Y), which includes four dimensions (Transactional Intention, Referential Intention, Preferential Intention, Exploratory Intention). A quantitative method was applied through a survey of 71 respondents, analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that the mean perception of respondents for variables X and Y is 3.80 (agree). Validity and reliability tests confirm that all statement items are valid and reliable. Simple linear regression shows a positive and significant influence of the brand ambassador on purchase intention, with a determination coefficient (Adjusted R²) of 0.789, meaning that 78.9% of the variation in purchase intention is explained by the Brand Ambassador variable, while 21.1% is influenced by other factors.

The results of the study indicate that good mastery of Bahasa Indonesia can facilitate constructive discussions and interactions, support the teaching of democratic values, and create an inclusive learning environment. Through interactive learning strategies, prospective PPKn teachers can instill awareness of the importance of active participation in a democratic society, build mutual respect, and appreciate differences of opinion among students. This study emphasizes the importance of developing Indonesian language competence for prospective teachers as an effort to create a generation that cares and is responsible for national and state life.

This research aims to describe students' reading interest, to explain students' ability to write expository texts, and to prove the correlation between reading interest and the ability to write expository texts of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Gowa. The population of this study was 432 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this research was class X.7 students, totaling 36 students. The data collection technique uses a reading interest questionnaire and an expository text writing ability test. The validity test uses the product formula, there are 36 or all statements are valid because the calculated r is greater than the r table, data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the research data description show that students' reading interest can be said to be in the high category with a percentage of 36% and students' ability to write expository texts is in the medium category with a percentage of 42%. From the results of descriptive statistical analysis using the product moment correlation formula, it can be seen that the level of relationship between interest in reading and the ability to write expository texts obtained a calculated r value of 0.782. Meanwhile, the r table with N=36 at the 5% significance level is 0.329. These results show that r count > r table, indicating that there is a positive and significant relationship between interest in reading and the ability to write expository texts in class X SMA Negeri 1 Gowa for the 2024/2025 academic year.

This article is an attempt to find out the metamorphosis conception of the kiai's sarong gondelan, the proposition of Islamic education: the indeginiutas santri Nusantara, where the author has not found this theme before. The literature review setting is used through a qualitative descriptive approach to be further analyzed on the research subjects. The research findings show that the kiai's sarong gondelan is an education that contains an invitation to adhere to the teachings of Islam that have been taught by the kiai Nusantara, where they continue what was initiated by Walisongo. The teachings use a cultural approach that is sympathetic to the practice of Islam so that it is accepted by the Nusantara community. This researcher hopes that the results will contribute to Islamic education within the scope of teachings that describe rahmatan lil 'alamin. This research provides direction for further researchers to deepen their analysis in a wider area.

Being a teacher is a noble task because it has an important role in educating the nation and shaping the character of the new generation, because the micro teaching program is important to prepare students to become professional educators. This article aims to examine the Role of Field Supervisors in Increasing the Effectiveness of the Micro Teaching Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Al-Qur'an Science University, Wonosobo. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method on 35 DPLs who guided 409 students in the micro teaching program. The results of the study indicate that DPLs have an important role in the effectiveness of the microteaching program by coordinating planning, implementation and reporting with the Committee, Faculty, and students, in order to ensure a significant impact for each party. In addition, student readiness and involvement appear as mediators in this relationship. These findings influence students and universities to try to enrich learning methods and strategies. Future studies can explore additional variables that further optimize the impact of multiple approaches and micro teaching on students' readiness to undergo the PPL program.

The purpose of this article is to convey what the Dirosah Ula mentoring of the Branch Leadership of the Rijalul Ansor Dzikir and Sholawat Assembly of Wonosobo Regency is like in 2023. The service strategy is through three things, namely: coordination, implementation, and Focus Group Discussion. The article is a field research with a qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this activity show that Dirosah Ula is very beneficial for participants in strengthening their souls and knowledge so that they are more mentally and scientifically prepared in fighting for the development of Nahdlatul Ulama. This contributes to the welfare of the people. The conclusion focuses on the importance of cadreship in the young NU cadre environment and its contributions and implications for the spread of the teachings of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an-Nahdliyah

This study aims to determine the effect of transfer pricing, thin capitalization, capital intensity and audit quality on tax avoidance. The population in this study are companies that have been listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the 2019-2023 period, totaling 54 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 19 multinational companies or 95 observation data determined by purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with dummy variables with the SPSS 29 program. The results showed that transfer pricing partially had a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance, while thin capitalization, capital intensity and audit quality partially have no significant effect on tax avoidance. However, transfer pricing, thin capitalization, capital intensity and audit quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on tax avoidance.

Government institutions play a crucial role in providing public services, implementing state policies, and managing public administration. Human resource management in institutions aims to enhance employee productivity to support the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, commitment, and organizational climate on employee performance at the Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority Office Class III Tanjung Wangi. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal study design. Data were collected from 90 respondents using a sampling technique and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that work discipline has a significant partial effect on employee performance, where higher discipline enhances productivity. Commitment has a significant partial effect, showing that employees with high loyalty and moral responsibility tend to perform optimally. A positive organizational climate significantly increases employee performance by creating a conducive work atmosphere. Simultaneously, discipline, commitment, and organizational climate significantly influence employee performance, suggesting that these three variables complement each other in enhancing work efficiency and effectiveness. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for government institutions in formulating policies and strategies to improve employee performance through discipline management, commitment reinforcement, and the establishment of a positive organizational climate.

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the influence of remote audits, Computer Assisted Audit Techniques, and Professional Skepticism on Audit Quality. This study utilizes a survey method by distributing questionnaires to auditors working for the Central Java Provincial Representative Audit Board (BPK). The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% error tolerance rate, resulting in 67 sample from 199 population. A probability sampling method with a simple random sampling procedure was applied to ensure equal selection opportunities. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive statistical approach in IBM SPSS version 27. The results evidence that remote audit has a significant and positive impact on audit quality. Similarly, CAATs and professional skepticism also significantly and positively affect audit quality. Moreover, these three variables collectively influence audit quality. The findings of this study provide insights for audit institutions to enhance audit quality by adopting remote auditing, utilizing CAATs, and fostering professional skepticism among auditors. This study contributes to the literature by empirically examining the simultaneous impact of remote auditing, CAATs, and professional skepticism on audit quality, particularly in the context of government audits in Indonesia.

This study discusses the communication strategy of the Street Workout Velo community in increasing awareness of the Kelapa Gading community about the importance of exercise, especially through calisthenics. A less active urban lifestyle can reduce health, so this community offers a flexible and affordable sports alternative. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. The analysis is based on the four-stage communication strategy theory of Cutlip, Center, and Broom, namely fact-finding, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study show that this community uses social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and Google Maps as the main means of disseminating information and sports campaigns. In addition, face-to-face communication through discussions and direct invitations is also applied to attract community participation. This strategy has proven effective in increasing community awareness and involvement in calisthenics. This study is expected to be a reference for other sports communities in developing communication strategies to increase awareness of the importance of health and exercise.

This study aims to analyze the Public Relations (PR) communication strategy used by PT Gamelan Tour in building the company's positive image. This research applies the Two-Way Symmetric Communication theory developed by James E. Grunig and Todd Hunt, which emphasizes the importance of reciprocal communication between the company and the public. Through this approach, PT Gamelan Tour aims to listen to customer complaints, provide clear explanations,and resolve issues in a transparent and effective manner. Additionally, this study discusses various relevant communicationmanagementmodels,including thetwo-way symmetric model, which helps the company maintain mutually beneficial relationships with its customers. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders at PT Gamelan Tour, including Vania Nefrela Regar (Public Relations), Reva Agustina (Ticketing &Hotel), and the company's customers. This study adopts four steps of Public Relations strategy, which include: (1) defining the problem/facts to identify existing issues, (2) planning and programming to formulate effective communication strategies, (3) taking action and communicating to implement the planned strategies, and (4) evaluating the program to assess the success of its implementation and its impact on the company's image. The research findingsindicate that effective communication strategies, whether in the form of feedback, direct communication, or mutual understanding, can improve the company's image and strengthen relationships with customers.This studyalsohighlightstheimportanceofthoroughcommunication planning and consistent implementation to achieve the company's goals in building positive relationships with the public.

Ambarawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD) is a Public Service Agency Regional (BLUD) belonging to Semarang Regency which operates in the field of public health services. Ambarawa Regional Hospital is located at Jalan Kartini No. 101 Ambarawa. So far, inventory data processing. At the Ambarawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD) it is still processed manually, there are several problems. What often arises is not knowing the depreciation value of goods each month, not yet applying it database system and low inventory data security system. The author used 3 research methods for data collection in this research, namely observation, interviews and literature study. The observation method used by the author is by carry out direct practice on problems that occur. Interview conducted by the author with the employees concerned, while in the literature study the author looked for related literature with research and used as a theoretical basis. From the analysis and research results, it can be seen that the solution to the problem above is: create an Inventory Data Recording Information System that uses a programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database processing system. Procedures will consist of p5 main parts, namely inventory data collection, room data collection, inventory item placement transactions, inventory item mutation transactions and line method depreciation straight. This system is expected to increase the effectiveness of inventory data processing in hospitals Ambarawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD).    

KUD Plongkowati Timur is located at Jalan Godong-Karangrayung, Grobogan Regency, which apart from operating in the savings and loan business unit, is also a distributor of fertilizer products produced by PT. Petrokima Gresik and PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. In running the fertilizer distributor business unit at KUD Plongkowati Timur, the process of recording purchase and sales transactions is not carried out using an integrated system in the database, all data is still recorded conventionally by the administration section, while the administration section's computer functions to create reports which are copied from notes provided by cashier so that data security is not guaranteed because the database is not yet integrated. Based on the problems that exist in the East Plongkowati KUD, the author would like to propose a design of a Fertilizer Inventory application system to be taken into consideration in helping speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed by the East Plongkowati KUD, Grobogan Regency in the form of purchase reports, sales reports, reports. suppliers, customer reports. So the design of the fertilizer inventory information system uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language with a database from Microsoft Access 2007 and the design of reports from Crystal Report 7. It is hoped that making this application can be one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that often occur so that it can increase work effectiveness which of course will have an impact on improving the quality of service to customers.

This research uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model by Borg and Gall with 6 steps of development, namely Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop Premilinary Form of Product, Premilinary Field Testing, Main Product Revision, Main Field Testing. The scholarship selection decision support system application product uses the SAW (Simple Additive Waighting) method. Visual Basic 6.0 development software and Microsoft Access database. This system can provide a useful solution for the decision-making system for selecting scholarship recipients for schools so that a better and faster selection can be achieved.
