Dumplings are many people's favorite food made from  flour with filling inside. Research conducted on chicken dumplings used bones as dumpling filling. Bones were not very well known in the culinary, with this research it is hoped that it will increase the selling value of  bones as well as increase the variety of dumpling menus. This research aims to determine the level of panelists' preferences based on five quality attributes, for appearance, color, texture, flavour and taste. Apart from that, it is also to find out recipe standards, business analysis, and the shelf life of dumplings. The method used was research and development with five expert panelists from lecturers and 20  panelists from students and consumers of Kedai Rest Area 12. The results of the organoleptic test assessment on average, stated that they liked it very much: appearance 72%, color 84%, texture 92%, flavour 88%, and taste 92%. The standard recipe was: 1kg chicken breast, 500g  bones, 150g eggs, 10g garlic, 25g sago flour, 15g salt, 5g sugar, 5g pepper, 10g mushroom stock, 10g oyster sauce, 10g sesame oil , 5g soy sauce, 50pcs wonton skin, and 10g flavoring. Fried bone chicken dumplings can be stored at room temperature (20-25°C) for one day, but before frying stored in the freezer at (-17)°C can last for more than one week. Calculation results the basic price/pax (50pcs) is IDR 71,000, while the selling price is IDR. 120,000. BEP will be achieved after selling 45 pax, margin targets of IDR. 5,000,000 then must sell 149 pax/month. This study seeks to understand how students in Lampung Province are influenced by social media influencers, their level of investment knowledge, their capital, and their risk tolerance when it comes to investing. The research highlights the significant role of investment in the economic system, emphasizing its dual function as a funding source for companies and an opportunity for investors to gain returns. The increasing trend of investment in Indonesia, particularly among the youth, indicates a growing interest in capital markets. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 136 active students through online questionnaires. The study used multiple regression methods to look at how investment interest was correlated with the independent variables (knowledge of investing, capital, risk tolerance, and social media influencers). The findings reveal that investment knowledge and the percentage of income allocated for investment positively and significantly affect students' investment interest. Conversely, the influence of social media and risk tolerance did not show a direct impact. Notably, income as a moderating variable demonstrated a complex role, weakening the direct effects of knowledge and investment percentage while strengthening the influence of risk tolerance. The study suggests enhancing financial literacy programs and encouraging early financial management education to foster investment interest among students.

The subject of Aqidah Akhlaq in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) plays a central role in establishing the foundations of faith and commendable character from an early age. However, the transformation of values from the classroom into real-life habituation is often inconsistent, creating a gap between moral knowing and moral action. This study aims to describe the perceptions of 4th-grade MDT students regarding the application of Aqidah Akhlaq values in daily life, identify the influencing factors, and analyze implications for character formation. A qualitative descriptive approach supported by simple percentage data was employed. The subjects were 28 fourth-grade students of MDT Al Anwar, Grobogan Regency, selected through purposive sampling, with 5 students as in-depth interview informants, 1 teacher, and 1 parent as triangulation informants. Data were collected through eight sessions of participatory observation, a four-point Likert scale questionnaire, semi-structured interviews, and student habituation journal documentation. Analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014). Results showed that 85.7% of students perceived Aqidah Akhlaq values as a genuine life necessity, not merely examination material. The most consistent application was observed in respect toward teachers (89.3%) and disciplined ablution (78.6%), while independence in performing prayers at home and academic honesty remained fluctuating and dependent on external supervision. Key factors building positive perceptions were teacher exemplarity, structured daily habituation systems, and active family support, while digital media exposure served as the primary inhibiting factor. This study recommends a more structured synergy among the three pillars of education as the key to consistent and autonomous value internalization.

This research examines the implementation of the Islamic legal maxim "Al-'Ādatu Muḥakkamah" (custom can be established as law) in the context of Indonesian traditional marriages. Using a normative-empirical approach, the article analyzes the foundations of this maxim from the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as its application to the traditional marriage practices of the Dayak Ngaju and Banjar communities. The findings indicate that the Palaku tradition among the Dayak Ngaju community and the Jujuran tradition among the Banjar community demonstrate compatibility with Islamic legal principles through the application of the Al-'Ādatu Muḥakkamah maxim, although certain aspects require adjustment. This article also elaborates on efforts to harmonize Islamic law and customary law within Indonesia's national legal system. The research concludes that the Al-'Ādatu Muḥakkamah maxim provides a theoretical foundation that enables the accommodation of local cultural values within the framework of Islamic law, thus creating a legal system relevant to the socio-cultural context of Indonesian society.

This study examines the application of Qawaid al-Fiqhiyyah al-Ammah in the legal framework of interfaith marriage within Indonesia’s multicultural society, characterized by religious and cultural diversity. The research background highlights the challenge of aligning sharia principles with the social dynamics of a multicultural context, particularly concerning the potential harm of interfaith marriages. The objective is to understand how fiqh principles, such as Ad-Dhararu Yuzal and Kullu Syarthin Mukhaalif Li Ushul al-Syari’ah Fa Huwa Baathil, serve as methodological tools to evaluate the law of interfaith marriage. A qualitative approach is employed, utilizing normative-juridical and descriptive-analytical methods. The normative-juridical analysis involves studying the Qur’an (Surah Al-Baqarah: 221 and Al-Maidah: 5) and fiqh principles, while the descriptive-analytical approach explores the perspectives of fiqh schools (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, Hanbali) and Indonesia’s social realities. Data were collected through a literature review, including classical fiqh texts, academic journals, and contemporary Islamic legal documents, analyzed deductively and inductively. The study provides a comprehensive understanding of the flexibility of fiqh principles in addressing interfaith marriage challenges while upholding sharia and minimizing social harm.

This research discusses the role of television advertising as a medium for conveying cultural and ethical values in consumer society. Through a semiotic analysis approach, this study highlights how messages in advertising implicitly and explicitly encourage consumption patterns and construct a social reality that associates happiness and success with material possessions. In addition, branding strategies in advertising are proven to play an important role in shaping consumer identity through the emotional associations built between products and lifestyle. However, advertising practices often ignore ethical principles such as honesty, fairness and social responsibility, especially towards vulnerable groups. The results of this research emphasize the importance of integrating ethical values in the advertising creative process and increasing public media literacy in order to create a healthier and more sustainable communication environment.

This study examines the legal responsibility of producers for the circulation of hazardous food products through a strict liability approach, with a case study on the Okko Bread product which was proven to contain sodium dehydroacetate (NDA)—a substance prohibited for use in bread based on BPOM regulations. The research method used is normative empirical, namely combining analysis of laws and regulations, especially Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, with empirical facts from the findings of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) and the responses of producers. The results of the study show that producers do not fully carry out their legal obligations, both in terms of information transparency and responsibility for consumer losses. The application of the strict liability principle still faces obstacles in implementation, mainly due to weak supervision, low legal awareness of producers, and minimal consumer literacy. These findings indicate the need to strengthen regulations, increase legal sanctions, and educate the public so that the principle of absolute liability truly provides fair protection for consumers. This study emphasizes the importance of integration between law enforcement, business ethics, and the active role of society in creating an effective and sustainable consumer protection system.
