This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of Kedai Kubo Kopi in Bandar Lampung using the SWOT approach and identify priority factors in marketing strategies to increase sales volume. A qualitative approach was used through interviews with owners, employees, and customers to obtain relevant data. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Kedai Kubo has strengths in high-quality manual brew coffee products, affordable prices, strategic location, friendly service, and attractive interior design. Its weaknesses include limited product variety, low profit margins, limited space during peak hours, dependence on digital promotions, and inadequate staff. Opportunities that can be utilized are the increasing public interest in quality coffee, potential collaboration with influencers, the growth of the coffee market in Indonesia, and the use of social media. The threats faced are competition from large coffee shops and franchises, fluctuations in raw material prices, changes in coffee consumption trends, and reputation risks due to inappropriate promotions. These findings indicate that Kedai Kubo Kopi needs to maximize existing strengths and opportunities, as well as overcome weaknesses and mitigate threats to increase sales volume effectively.

The objective of this study is to design an appropriate strategy in instilling character values in grade 5 students of SDN Walikukun, with an emphasis on strengthening the values of responsibility, discipline, honesty, and cooperation. The study employed literature studies and qualitative data analysis, which resulted in the conclusion that it is very important for character building in elementary schools to be implemented systematically and sustainably. These efforts need to involve the active role of various parties, such as teachers, parents, schools, and the surrounding environment. The implementation strategy includes integrating character values in the teaching and learning process, habituating positive daily actions, role models from teachers, and monitoring student development through behavioral documentation. In addition, democratic and communicative parenting patterns greatly influence children's character formation, especially if adjusted to the child's innate personality type which can be recognized through approaches such as genetic personality. Simple digital technology can also be used as a supporting medium for character education, although there are still obstacles in the form of limited facilities and infrastructure. The results obtained from this study are hoped to be used as a reference in the implementation of relevant and effective character education at SDN Walikukun.

Background: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a complex endocrine-metabolic disorder common in women of reproductive age, characterized by insulin resistance (IR), anovulation, and hyperandrogenism, often leading to infertility. Metformin is the first-line therapy used. However, inositol, especially myo-inositol (MI) and D-chiro-inositol (DCI), have shown promising therapeutic potential. Direct comparison and optimal efficacy of both still require a comprehensive review. Objective: This systematic review aims to evaluate the efficacy of inositol (as monotherapy or in combination) compared with metformin, placebo, or no intervention, in improving reproductive, hormonal, and metabolic outcomes in women with PCOS. Methods: Conducted according to PRISMA guidelines, a systematic literature search was conducted in Pubmed and Ebsco databases for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published in the last 10 years. Studies evaluating inositol and/or metformin in women with PCOS and reporting reproductive, hormonal, or metabolic outcomes were included. Study selection and data extraction were performed independently by five reviewers. Results: Six randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were included in this review. Metformin consistently showed improvements in insulin resistance and androgen levels. Myo-inositol also demonstrated efficacy in improving metabolic and hormonal parameters, as well as reproductive outcomes, often with a better tolerability profile, especially as monotherapy. The combination of metformin and myo-inositol has shown potential improvements in some reproductive functions (such as live birth rate) compared to metformin alone in some studies. However, other studies have shown comparable or superior efficacy of myo-inositol monotherapy with fewer side effects. Adjuvant therapies such as dexamethasone or calcium/vitamin D have shown benefits in certain subpopulations. Conclusions: Both inositol (especially myo-inositol) and metformin have significant therapeutic roles in the management of PCOS. Metformin remains an important intervention for metabolic dysregulation and hyperandrogenism. Inositol appears to be an effective and often better tolerated alternative, with significant reproductive benefits. The choice of therapy should be individualized based on patient phenotype and treatment goals.

Mosques not only function as places of worship, but also have great potential to become centers of community development. This research examines the potential of the Jammi Daruss Saadah Mosque-the oldest mosque in Tebing Tinggi Sub-district, Empat Lawang Regency-in shaping the social, educational, spiritual and economic space of the local community. This research uses a qualitative approach with structured interview methods and participatory observation and is supported by an ethnographic approach to communication to understand the dynamics of social interactions that occur in the mosque environment. The results showed that this mosque has become the main forum for various community activities such as routine recitation, Al-Qur'an learning classes for children, and economic activities in the form of sacrificial animal farms managed by the mosque management. The mosque plays a role as a driver of improving the quality of religion and community welfare, as well as a symbol of the resilience of local Islamic identity since before independence until now. This finding emphasizes the importance of strengthening the function of the mosque as a social institution that is adaptive to the needs of the times. Mosques not only play a role in the spiritual realm, but also become strategic agents of community empowerment. This research recommends the need to strengthen mosque institutional governance and program innovation based on community participation so that the role of mosques can be optimized in responding to contemporary social challenges.

Corporate Governance and Cross-listing are considered crucial factors in promoting corporate transparency and accountability, particularly in sustainability reporting based on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. A strong governance structure is believed to enhance the quality of ESG disclosure, while Cross-listing serves as an external pressure that reinforces a company's commitment to global reporting standards. This study aims to examine the influence of board size, board independence, institutional ownership, audit committee size, and Cross-listing status on the quality of ESG disclosure. The research focuses on companies in the energy and basic materials sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period, using ESG data sourced from Bloomberg. The sample consists of 18 companies with a total of 73 observations selected through purposive sampling. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that board size, board independence, institutional ownership, and Cross-listing have a positive and significant effect on the quality of ESG disclosure. Conversely, audit committee size has a negative and significant effect. These findings indicate that both internal pressure through governance mechanisms and external pressure through Cross-listing on foreign exchanges play an important role in driving the quality of corporate ESG disclosure.

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems that still occurs in Indonesia. Stunting treatment does not only refer to medical and nutritional aspects, but is also influenced by social and cultural factors, including the social stigma inherent in families with stunted children. This study aims to examine the forms of social stigma against stunting and its impact on prevention and handling efforts in Santur Village. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study with an in-depth interview method with parents, posyandu cadres, local health workers, and village officials. The results of the study show that stigma in the form of negative labeling and feelings of shame often hinder parents from accessing health services and being open to information related to child nutrition. This information shows the importance of a community-based approach that not only focuses on the medical aspect, but also targets changes in people's social views on stunting. By overcoming social stigma, it is hoped that efforts to prevent and handle stunting can run more effectively and comprehensively.

The third amendment to Law Number 1 of 2025 on State-Owned Enterprises has presented several juridical issues that need to be studied in depth, one of which is related to the establishment of the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara). One of the main issues is the lack of public participation in drafting regulations, both at the planning stage and the formulation of legal norms. In addition, the existence of Danantara, which adopts the Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) model, raises the potential for overlap with a similar institution, the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), which was established earlier. Provisions regarding the filling of organ positions, exceptions to the definition of state finances and losses, and weak external oversight mechanisms further strengthen concerns about irregularities in governance. These conditions are potentially at odds with the general principles of good governance (AAUPB), the Law on Government Administration, the Law on State Ministries, and the Law on the Eradication of Corruption. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the establishment of the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara), focusing on the legal basis for its establishment and its compatibility with the principles of constitutional law and government administration in Indonesia.

Online loan-based financing services are increasingly attracting public interest because of the simplicity and rapidity of the procedure. However, in practice there are often violations of consumer rights, especially in the collection process by debt collectors who use violence and misuse personal information. This research seeks to assess the legal safeguards provided to consumers who use the Rupiah Plus application against such practices. By using a juridical-normative approach by examining applicable laws, regulations, and relevant case studies, this research reveals that although legal protection exists in a normative sense, its enforcement remains inadequate. Protective measures may be taken both preventively and repressively, while conflict resolution can be approached through judicial proceedings or alternative non-litigation methods.

This study aims to explore the strategies employed by local fishermen in practicing environmentally friendly fishing at Olo Beach, Belawan, North Sumatra. The research is motivated by the declining fish catches, which have raised collective awareness among the fishermen about the need to sustain marine ecosystems. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with selected fishermen. The findings reveal that fishermen have adopted several adaptive strategies, including limiting the number and size of fish caught, avoiding the use of destructive fishing tools, and maintaining the tradition of mutual cooperation in preparing fishing equipment. These strategies emerged from shared experience and community consensus, without formal government regulation. The results highlight the potential of grassroots initiatives in contributing to marine conservation. Therefore, it is essential for the government and related institutions to support these local practices through education, provision of sustainable fishing technology, and the development of alternative livelihoods for coastal communities.

Theft of railroad rails in South Lampung is a crime that threatens the safety of transportation and public services. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause this crime and examine the prevention efforts that have been made. The method used is an empirical approach through literature studies and interviews with the police, perpetrators of crime, and academics. The results of the study show that theft is triggered by socio-economic factors such as poverty, unemployment, lack of family supervision, and negative social environmental influences. Lack of legal understanding and easy access to crime information also worsen the situation. Prevention efforts are carried out through three approaches: pre-emptive (legal education and social development), preventive (supervision and protection of infrastructure), and repressive (law enforcement). Collaboration between the community and law enforcement officers is the main key to preventing and overcoming this crime in a sustainable manner.

The premeditated murder case involving Inspector General Ferdy Sambo has exposed various institutional pathologies in law enforcement institutions in Indonesia. This study aims to identify forms of bureaucratic deviation in these cases, such as protection of power, violation of professional ethics, attempts to obstruct justice, and the dominance of absolute power in the police structure. Using a qualitative approach and library research methods, this study analyzes scientific literature, legal documents, and media coverage. The findings indicate a systemic failure in internal supervision, weak accountability, and a strong culture of personal loyalty in a hierarchical and feudal bureaucratic structure. This shows that bureaucratic pathology is not solely caused by individuals, but is a product of an unhealthy organizational system with minimal transparency. This study emphasizes the importance of comprehensive structural and cultural reform in order to build credible, accountable, and professional legal institutions. This reform is crucial to forming a bureaucracy that is in the public interest and is able to uphold justice fairly and independently.

This research explores the phenomenon of carok as a form of traditional violence that persists in Madurese society, particularly in Sampang Regency. Carok refers to a duel involving sharp weapons, usually carried out by men to defend their honor and dignity, which they believe has been tarnished. This study aims to identify the factors that cause carok from a criminological perspective and to analyze the efforts that have been made to address and prevent such incidents. The research employs an empirical legal method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews with local police officers, sub-district officials, village heads, and traditional leaders in Sampang District, as well as through documentation and field observations. The findings reveal that the primary causes of carok include issues related to personal honor—especially concerning a man’s wife—personal disputes, revenge, and social environments that legitimize violence as a way of resolving conflict. From a criminological standpoint, carok can be explained through social conflict theory and the concept of crime of passion. Efforts to prevent carok have included both preventive measures, such as legal education, and repressive actions by law enforcement authorities. However, these efforts have proven to be only partially effective due to the deeply rooted cultural values that continue to support carok as a traditional form of justice. Therefore, a more intensive cultural approach involving community leaders is necessary to promote peaceful conflict resolution and reduce the incidence of violence.
