The lontar leaf stitching home industry is a micro-enterprise that produces various types of crafts made from lontar leaves, commonly used in traditional and religious ceremonies. This industry plays a significant role in the local economy and cultural preservation. The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the simultaneous effect of capital, raw materials, working hours, and business duration on the income of lontar leaf stitching home industries in Sibetan Village, Karangasem Regency; and (2) to analyze the partial effect of capital, raw materials, working hours, and business duration on the income of these industries. The population of the study consists of all 50 lontar leaf stitching home industries in Sibetan Village. A saturated sampling technique was used, meaning the entire population was taken as the sample. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that capital, raw materials, working hours, and business duration simultaneously have a significant effect on income, accounting for 96.8 percent of the variance. Partially, each of these variables also has a positive and significant effect on income. It is recommended that artisans manage their capital efficiently—including utilizing financing from village credit institutions (LPDs)—select quality raw materials, optimize working hours, and leverage business experience through support from village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) to expand marketing and increase income.

The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The sample consists of 96 respondents, comprising leaders and managers of 32 active LPDs in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, F-test, and t-test using SPSS software. The results show that all five independent variables—system development formalization, organizational size, user involvement, training and education, and personal technical skills—have a simultaneous and partial positive and significant influence on the performance of accounting information systems. The coefficient of determination indicates that 55.8% of the variation in AIS performance can be explained by these five variables.

This study aims to compare three main aspects of the experience of enjoying traditional Surabi snacks in a number of places along Jalan Setiabudi, Bandung, namely taste, price, and comfort. In the digital era, government public communications face complex new challenges, particularly in building positive public perceptions of government performance. Digital transformation has changed patterns of interaction between the government and the public, creating an increasingly critical, connected, and participatory society. The primary issue in this research is the effectiveness of government Public Relations (PR) digital communication strategies in responding to the dynamics of this digital society. The research focuses on how innovations in government PR communication content influence public perceptions in the context of digital public communications. This research uses a Rapid Review approach, analyzing nine relevant scientific articles published in 2025 and applying the ADO(Antecedent–Decision–Outcome) framework. Three main theories serve as the basis for the analysis: Government Communication Theory, Image Management Theory, and Digital Public Participation Theory. The findings indicate that the success of government public communications in the digital era is significantly influenced by three main factors: first, innovative, creative and interactive content that attracts attention and builds engagement; second, a two-way communication strategy that adapts to public feedback; and third, consistency in shaping and maintaining a positive and credible digital narrative. Furthermore, this research reveals that participatory and open digital communication can increase public trust, reduce disinformation, and strengthen the legitimacy of government institutions. Thus, this research provides a practical contribution to the development of public communication strategies that are more participatory, inclusive, and responsive to the dynamics of the digital era. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for government communication practitioners in designing effective and relevant public communication policies amidst the rapid and competitive flow of information.

Criminalization in criminal law should function to limit actions that harm society legally and proportionally, but excessive criminalization can ignore the principles of justice and legality. A striking gap arises when the law is used not to protect rights, but to expand state control over individual freedom through repressive and multi-interpretable articles. This study uses a qualitative research method with a conceptual approach. The data collection method was collected using library research, then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study show that unlimited criminalization reflects an abuse of power that moves criminal law away from its protective function towards an instrument of repression that exacerbates inequality and weakens legal legitimacy. To return criminal law to its fair function, legislative reform is needed based on transparency, participation, and a non-penal approach that prevents state domination over individual rights.

This study examines the application of the retroactive principle in the issuance of State Administrative Decisions (KTUN) by regional administrative officials amid digitalization in public services. The research aims to examine the legal basis of retroactive application within administrative law and to identify appropriate mechanisms to ensure its benefit for public administration and society. Using a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, the research is supported by literature studies on legal documents and regulations. The findings indicate that, under Indonesian administrative law, the retroactive application of KTUN is legally permissible if it meets specific conditions outlined in the Law on Government Administration—primarily to prevent greater harm and/or to protect citizens’ rights. Retroactive KTUN may address discrepancies between the timing of decision issuance and actual administrative activities, especially in a digital governance environment. The study concludes that to ensure legal certainty and accountability, such application must be based on formal mechanisms, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the issuance of regional head regulations as normative foundations. These measures are essential to institutionalize retroactive KTUN and ensure its use aligns with principles of legal certainty, public benefit, and good governance in regional government administration.
