This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Image and Service Quality through Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Semen Indonesia distributors in Gresik using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The study population consisted of 102 customers, all of whom were sampled. The results indicate that Corporate Image and Service Quality have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Both variables were also shown to have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty. However, unlike several previous research findings, Customer Satisfaction did not have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty. This finding indicates that in the context of the cement distribution business, customer loyalty is not formed solely from satisfaction, but is more influenced by other factors such as consistent service quality, a strong corporate image, competitive pricing, and long-term business relationships. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening image and improving service quality as key strategies for maintaining customer loyalty.

This study aims to thoroughly examine the influence of menu variety, taste, and price on customers' purchasing decisions at CEZ-ROS Restaurant, located in Kediri Regency. Understanding these factors is crucial for the restaurant to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales performance. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research type, designed to explore relationships between variables. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, where respondents were selected based on convenience and their availability during the data collection period. This method allows for practical and efficient data gathering from actual restaurant customers. Data analysis involves several statistical tests to ensure accuracy and reliability. Initially, validity and reliability tests were conducted to confirm the suitability of the questionnaire. Then, multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine how menu variety, taste, and price individually and collectively influence purchasing decisions. Additionally, t-tests assessed the significance of each independent variable, while the F-test evaluated their simultaneous effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) provided insight into how much variation in purchasing decisions could be explained by these variables. The results indicate that menu variety, taste, and price significantly impact purchasing decisions both individually and together. Specifically, customers prefer restaurants offering a diverse menu, delicious food, and reasonable pricing. The F-test confirms the strong combined effect of these factors on consumer behavior. However, the coefficient of determination also suggests that while these variables are important, other external influences such as service quality, ambiance, and promotions may also affect purchasing decisions. Overall, this study highlights that CEZ-ROS Restaurant should focus on maintaining menu diversity, enhancing taste quality, and setting competitive prices to attract and retain customers effectively.

This study aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Sky Beauty Care Surabaya. Relationship marketing, which encompasses aspects of trust, commitment, communication, and complaint handling, has been identified as an important strategy in building long-term relationships with customers. In this study, a quantitative approach was used with a survey method, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to customers who have used Sky Beauty Care services. The analysis results show that relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The trust built between customers and the company, the company's commitment to providing the best service, clear and open communication, and prompt and effective complaint handling all contribute to increased customer satisfaction. This high customer satisfaction, in turn, has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customers who are satisfied with the service they receive are more likely to use the service again and recommend it to others, ultimately strengthening the customer's relationship with the company. These findings provide an important contribution to Sky Beauty Care in formulating more effective marketing strategies. Better implementation of relationship marketing can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, which ultimately has a positive impact on business sustainability and growth. Therefore, companies need to continuously strengthen customer relationships by improving service quality, communicating effectively, and responding to customer complaints. Therefore, relationship marketing can be key to successfully retaining customers and increasing their loyalty. Furthermore, this study also shows that customer satisfaction is not only a direct result of relationship marketing but also a key driver in fostering sustainable customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, facilities, and location on guest satisfaction at New Puri Garden Hotel Semarang. In the increasingly competitive hospitality industry, understanding the factors that influence guest satisfaction is crucial for enhancing customer loyalty and business competitiveness. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study consisted of all guests staying at New Puri Garden Hotel Semarang, totaling 97 individuals. The sampling technique used was random sampling, where the entire population was taken as the sample, resulting in 97 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire designed based on indicators of each variable. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables (service quality, facilities, and location) on the dependent variable (guest satisfaction). The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-value of 3.702, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.660, with a significance value of 0.005 (< 0.05). Facilities also have a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.118 > 1.660 and a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.05). Meanwhile, location has the strongest influence on guest satisfaction, with a t-value of 6.468 > 1.660 and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that partially, the three variables—service quality, facilities, and location—have a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction. These findings indicate that improving service quality, providing adequate facilities, and choosing a strategic location are essential factors in creating a satisfying guest experience. Therefore, hotel management should prioritize the development and enhancement of these three aspects to maintain and increase customer satisfaction in a sustainable manner.

The research design used is quantitative research using statistical data analysis  based on numbers obtained from questionnaires which are then processed using SPSS software. The sample in this study were 99 customers at Yogyakarta International Airport using purposive sampling technique. From the results of the respondents' answers that have been collected, data analysis techniques are carried out including instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient tests. The research results obtained show that there is an effect of Information Service Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) as evidenced by a significance value of 0.017 < 0.05 and T count 2.422 > T table 1.98498. In addition, there is an effect of Customer Experience (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and T count 6.833 > T table 1.98498. As for the simultaneous Information Service Quality (X1) and Customer Experience (X2), it shows a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) as evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and F count 95.470> F table 3.091. The results of the determination coefficient test show that Information Service Quality (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) contribute to Customer Satisfaction (Y) by 66.5% and the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables.
