Abstrak:
This final project is a video feature focusing on cabaret as a platform for developing language and artistic expression among its members. The video presents several interviewees as the primary content, offering insights into their experiences. In its creation, the directing process plays a crucial and inseparable role. This video feature applies a directing concept that significantly influences the production process, resulting in a well-structured piece. In general, directing is the process of translating a script into a visual form that aligns with the creative vision. The purpose of this report is to explain the directing concept applied in the making of the video, covering the video feature style, the chosen approach, and the structure of its presentation. The director holds a central role in overseeing all stages of production—pre-production, production, and post-production. The directing style used in this video adopts an expository approach, aiming to convey the story and message through voice-over narration and interviews with key sources. The video feature “Kabaret Bandung: The Art of Speaking, the Language of Creation” successfully implements key directing principles, both in terms of style and approach. The application of these concepts allows the video to be crafted in line with the director's vision and the intended target audience.

Abstrak:
The number of pesantren in Indonesia is vast and has contributed to economic development and growth. The development of pesantren today is about providing entrepreneurial provisions for students (santri) so that they will be ready to enter the community by having the ability to act creatively and innovatively. This research intends to strengthen students' social entrepreneurship intentions by applying motivational training based on developing self-potential. The research to be carried out is experimental research with quasi-experimental research techniques (quasi-experimental design). The research was conducted at the Pondok Pesantren as Salafy Al Asror, Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The data collection techniques used are tests, observations, and interviews. The results indicated that managerial ability, motivational ability, creativity, and communication significantly affect the intention of the student to pursue social entrepreneurship. This research also develops an entrepreneurial model for students by utilizing the abilities possessed by students, namely managerial abilities, motivation, creativity, and communication. The model developed was tested differently and, based on the model developed, was effective in increasing the intention of students to pursue social entrepreneurship. Thus, this research has contributed to creating social enterprise intentions in students through the students' self-potential.

SMK Kristen Surakarta menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan memperkuat citra sekolah akibat persaingan ketat dengan SMK lain serta persepsi negatif masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan strategi penguatan branding melalui sosialisasi literasi digital dan pelatihan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman digital siswa serta kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan VR sebagai media promosi sekolah. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, pelatihan teknis, dan evaluasi dengan pretest serta posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap literasi digital sebesar 92%, integrasi VR dalam promosi sebesar 94%, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis sebesar 96%. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi VR, yang diharapkan berdampak pada citra positif dan daya tarik SMK Kristen Surakarta di masyarakat.

This community service activity aims to enhance business communication skills and Curriculum Vitae (CV) writing for vocational high school (SMK) students as part of their preparation for entering the workforce. In the professional world, the ability to communicate effectively and craft an attractive CV are two crucial aspects that can support career success.The program is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of business communication concepts, including the use of polite, effective, and professional language in formal situations. In addition, students receive practical training to create CVs that meet industry standards, highlighting their skills, experiences, and personalities in an appealing and relevant manner.Through a series of activities such as workshops, hands-on training, job interview simulations, and interactive discussions, students will be encouraged to sharpen their communication skills, prepare professional work documents, and boost their confidence when facing the job selection process. This initiative is expected to have a positive impact by better preparing SMK students to face the challenges of a competitive job market.The outcomes of this program include the creation of a professional CV for each participant, increased understanding of business communication, and improved mental and technical readiness for entering the workforce. Thus, this activity can make a significant contribution to supporting the success of SMK students in adapting to the professional world.

Abstrak:
Anesthesia machines are very important medical equipment in modern medicine, especially in medical procedures and intensive care. This device is designed to provide and control the administration of anesthetic drugs and medical gases to patients safely and accurately. Damage to the oxygen regulator block of the anesthesia machine shows a discrepancy with the indicator reading. This problem is very critical because it can cause the administration of inappropriate oxygen concentrations to patients during anesthesia procedures. This activity aims to support health services at the Columbia Asia Semarang Hospital which has a damaged anesthesia machine and wants to be repaired, namely the Mindray Type Wato EX-65 anesthesia machine. Damage to the device is known by disassembling the device, by visual observation, checking for hose leaks, and measuring at certain points in the device circuit. Based on the analysis carried out, the damage is in the anesthesia machine regulator block. After repairs and functional tests using VT 305 to check the air flow, it was declared suitable for use.

Abstrak:
Referring to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2020, around 8-10% of pregnant women experience anxiety during pregnancy, which then increases to around 12% when approaching childbirth. Anxiety conditions in third trimester pregnant women can produce psychological changes compared to the previous trimester, because at this stage the pregnancy condition is getting bigger. The impact is that the anxiety tends to continue to be felt until the delivery period. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between risk factors for anxiety in third trimester pregnant women before delivery at Dr. Adhyatma Hospital, MPH, Central Java Province in 2024. This study used an observational analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in the study were third trimester pregnant women who visited obgyn clinic at RSUD Dr. Adhyatma, MPH Central Java Province in 2024. Sampling technique with total sampling method based on inclusion criteria. The research time was in January 2024. Data were processed with Fisher's Exact test using Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS) application. The results of the study showed that the p value at high risk was related to maternal age (p=0.860), gravida status (p=0.420), education (p=0.660), employment (p=0.640), economic status (p=0.280), ANC history (p=0.700), marital status (p=0.880), medical conditions (p=0.880), environment (p=0.860), health facilities (p=0.820), transportation support (p=0.880), family support (p=0.580 ) and husband's support (p=0.400), which means there is no significant relationship with anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester at RSUD Dr. Adhyatma, MPH Central Java Province in 2024.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain baru model manajemen pendidikan dan pembelajaran mendalam guna mewujudkan pembelajaran yang asik, kritis, kreatif, dan bermakna di sekolah swasta, khususnya sekolah Kristen. Tantangan yang dihadapi sekolah swasta saat ini, antara lain rendahnya daya saing, lemahnya sistem manajerial dan supervisi akademik, serta keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital, menuntut adanya inovasi dalam pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadaptasi model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen sekolah berbasis digital, serta model ASSURE untuk merancang proses pembelajaran yang kreatif, partisipatif, dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Proses penelitian diawali dengan studi pendahuluan melalui observasi dan FGD untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan masalah sekolah, yayasan, guru, siswa, serta orang tua. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dikembangkanlah dua komponen utama: (1) sistem informasi manajemen interaktif dan ruang kolaboratif digital bagi orang tua dan masyarakat, dan (2) sistem pembelajaran dan ruang kreatif digital untuk guru dan siswa, Validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kepraktisan dan keberterimaan yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Kemunduran kualitas sekolah dipengaruhi oleh manajemen pengelolaan sekolah, kualitas SDM Kepala Sekolah dan Guru, kualitas Pembelajaran, dan branding dan penciri sekolah, 2) Ruang dan kesempatan kreatif dalam bentuk website interaktif dan e-learning berbasis 3CM learning memberikan fasilitas kepala sekolah melakukan manajemen sekolah khususnya manajemen pembelajaran, promosi dan branding sekolah melalui hasil kreatif guru dan siswa dari hasil pembelajaran, 3) Kreativitas dalam menghasilkan karya kreatif muncul dan tumbuh karena adanya kesempatan melakukan budaya kreatif dan ada ruang untuk mempublish karya kreatif, dan 4) Aktivitas pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan model pembelajaran 3CM learning memberikan kesempatan siswa mengalami pembelajaran mendalam dan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir Tingkat tinggi (HOTS).

This service activity is motivated by the difficulties of primary school students in learning English. This activity aims to promote enthusiasm and motivation to learn English among primary school students in the light of Industrial Revolution 4.0 at Phatnawitya School Yala and Darul Muhmin School Satun, Southern Thailand. The learning media implemented is supported by the use of technology such as television, speakers, laptops, etc. The delivery method consists of preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation phases. The results of the classroom activities for the students supported by technological assistance result in the students being more enthusiastic, excited and motivated during the English learning process.

The development of digital technology, especially social media platforms such as TikTok, has had an impact that has driven changes in communication culture in society, one of which is related to the phenomenon of politeness crisis. This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of politeness in language in the speech used by the owner of the TikTok account "riezky.kabah". The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive methodological approach and a pragmatic theoretical approach with SBLC (Simak Bebas Libat Cakap) data collection techniques and notes. The data source in this study was taken from video uploads on the TikTok account "riezky.kabah" in the period 2023-2025. The data for this study is in the form of speech in the video, especially video content with a school background as a limitation in data analysis. The results of the interim analysis show that there are 2 utterances of compliance and 50 utterances of violation, with details of the maxim of wisdom (tact maxim) found compliance as much as 1 data and violation as much as 13 data, the maxim of generosity (generosity maxim) found violation as much as 13 data, the maxim of modesty (modestness maxim) found compliance as much as 1 data and violation as much as 3 data, the maxim of approval (approval maxim) found violation as much as 18 data, the maxim of agreement (agreement maxim) found violation as much as 2 data, and the maxim of sympathy (sympathy maxim) found violation as much as 1 data.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand image, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and brand trust on purchase intention on halal bodycare in social commerce TikTok. The method used in this study is quantitative through a questionnaire with a six-point Likert scale. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) AMOS and SPSS in processing data with 252 respondent samples. The characteristics of the sample for this study are people who live in the Jakarta area, have an interest in buying halal bodycare products and are over or equal to 17 years old. The results of the study show that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on e-WOM, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, e-WOM has no effect on purchase intention, and brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.
