This research aims to analyze curriculum design and planning for the development of Christian Religious Education at HKBP pearaja Tarutung using the Bobbitt and Charters curriculum approach. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, this research explores the application of curriculum theories in the church context, as well as the strategies used by churches to respond to religious education needs that are relevant to current developments and the social conditions of the congregation. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation of religious education activities, and analysis of implemented curriculum documentation. The research results show that HKBP pearaja Tarutung implements a curriculum based on the needs of the congregation with an approach that prioritizes the active involvement of the congregation in the planning and implementation process. Apart from that, the church also focuses on developing educators with regular training and the use of technology to support the learning process. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of the Christian Religious Education curriculum in other churches and enrich the discourse on Christian religious education in a more contextual and relevant way.

This study aims to design an innovative and relevant Christian Religious Education (PAK) curriculum for catechism at HKBP Palmarum. This curriculum is designed by integrating local wisdom values ??to strengthen students' faith. The research method used is a quantitative method. The results of the study indicate that local wisdom is relevant to Christian teachings, PAK material is adjusted to effective learning methods. The curriculum developed is expected to improve students' understanding of Christian teachings, strengthen their relationship with God, and encourage them to apply Christian values ??in everyday life, while preserving local wisdom values. "The results of the study indicate that the design of the PAK curriculum based on local wisdom has great potential in increasing learning motivation, deep understanding of Christian teachings, and appreciation of moral values. In addition, this curriculum can also strengthen the relationship between the church and the surrounding community.

Di era modern, konsumen semakin memperhatikan aspek etis dan lingkungan dari produk yang mereka beli, terutama konsumen Muslim yang mematuhi prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti sertifikasi halal. Sertifikasi halal dan label ramah lingkungan menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen, khususnya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh halal label, eco label, pengetahuan lingkungan, dan religiositas terhadap niat pembelian produk makanan dan minuman Starbucks melalui kesadaran halal hijau dan sikap, terutama dalam konteks boikot di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal, mengumpulkan data melalui skala likert dari 385 konsumen Starbucks di Indonesia menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dan analisis SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan langsung antara halal label, pengetahuan lingkungan, dan religiositas dengan kesadaran halal hijau, serta antara religiositas dengan sikap, dan antara kesadaran halal hijau dan sikap dengan niat pembelian. Namun, tidak ada pengaruh langsung eco label dan pengetahuan lingkungan terhadap kesadaran halal hijau.

This research discusses the utilization of electromagnetic fields in navigation devices, which play a crucial role in daily life. With technological advancements, navigation systems such as GPS, radar, and compasses have become essential tools for determining position and direction. This study employs a literature review method, which involves a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading, recording, and processing relevant information for the research objective. The aim is to analyze various sources of information regarding the use of electromagnetic fields in these devices. The findings indicate that electromagnetic fields enable navigation devices to function effectively, despite challenges such as signal interference and weather conditions that may reduce accuracy. This research aims to explore how electromagnetic fields, which combine electric and magnetic fields, are utilized in modern navigation systems. The method used is a literature review, where the researchers collect and analyze information from various reliable sources to understand the effectiveness and challenges in the application of electromagnetic fields in these devices. The results show that electromagnetic fields allow navigation devices to operate effectively, providing accurate location information

Pelestarian dan pemajuan budaya di Indonesia didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Cagar Budaya No. 11 Tahun 2010 dan Undang-Undang Pemajuan Kebudayaan No. 5 Tahun 2017. Salah satu langkah konkret yang dapat dilakukan untuk melestarikan budaya adalah melalui pendokumentasian dan rekonstruksi digital dari penemuan-penemuan sejarah. Paguyuban Bawarasa Pametri Budaya (BPB) di Malang Raya berpendapat bahwa dokumentasi dan rekonstruksi digital benda-benda Cagar Budaya memiliki nilai penting, baik dari segi arkeologi maupun pengembangan teknologi 3D untuk rekonstruksi artefak. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam upaya pelestarian budaya di Indonesia masih minim, terutama di kalangan budayawan. Teknologi 3D telah digunakan secara luas dalam digitalisasi cagar budaya menjadi penting, ketika benda-benda cagar budaya yang ditemukan banyak yang dalam kondisi tidak utuh. Teknologi 3D memungkinkan rekonstruksi artefak tanpa merusak benda aslinya dan tidak memindahkan posisi benda cagar budaya. Teknologi ini juga efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya, serta menghasilkan data digital yang presisi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan Penerapan Teknologi sebagai upaya membantu mitra yaitu peguyuban BPB menghadapi kendala terkait sistem manajemen data benda-benda Cagar Budaya, serta transfer teknologi dalam pengambilan citra dan reorganisasi data.

UMKM Desa Pejok yang dikelola oleh ibu-ibu kader PKK merupakan UMKM yang berfokus pada pengolahan bawang merah menjadi produk bawang goreng. UMKM ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran produk, karena saat ini pemasaran dilakukan secara terbatas, yang mengakibatkan penjualan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian atau Pengapdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan potensi produk olahan bawang merah sebagai upaya meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Pejok, Kecamatan Kedungadem, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Dari pelatihan yang telah dilakukan mengenai pembuatan bawang goreng kepada 55 kader PKK, pemahaman ibu-ibu terhadap proses pembuatan bawang goreng dari bahan baku bawang merah telah meningkat. Melalui pelatihan ini, ibu-ibu kader PKK dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan bawang merah sebagai bahan utama dalam menghasilkan bawang goreng yang diminati pasar, sehingga menciptakan produk olahan dengan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh tim KKN dalam pengelolaan UMKM telah berhasil membawa dampak signifikan terhadap penjualan bawang goreng. Dalam kurun waktu 2 minggu, terjual sebanyak 100 pcs. Peningkatan penjualan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan, termasuk perubahan pada kemasan, logo, dan desain produk, memberikan hasil positif bagi UMKM. 

Optimizing the performance of Linux-based operating systems for IoT applications in the trading sector is an important strategy in improving operational efficiency and competitiveness. This study explores Linux optimization techniques that can be applied to IoT systems to improve the speed, stability, and security of applications in the trading environment. This research method is carried out using descriptive qualitative through interviews, literature studies and observations. This study focuses on resource management and the implementation of advanced security features. Case studies on several real implementations show that by applying optimization techniques, such as process priority settings and routine updates, system performance can be significantly improved. The results of the study show that proper optimization can reduce system latency, increase data output, and strengthen security, which ultimately supports the success of IoT applications in the trading sector.

Kelurahan has duties and functions to carry out government tasks delegated by the sub-district head, as well as other government tasks stipulated by law.Kecamatan and kelurahan have a hierarchical working relationship. This study aims to determine how work ethic affects the performance of Beringin Raya employees, totaling 25 people. The results show that work ethic affects employee performance positively and significantly. Work ethic is defined as an attitude that has meaning as an evaluation component owned by individuals or groups in providing an assessment of work.

Salesperson has an important role in the company continuity. Work attitude is one thing that supports the performance of salesperson as the spearhead of the company's marketing. This study was conducted with the aim of understanding the effect of job insecurity on work attitude with the mediation emotional exhaustion. The method used is quantitative, with 106 respondents. The population in this study was automotive sales in Surabaya. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria were automotive sales who worked in Surabaya industry for at least 1 year. The results of the study showed that job insecurity did not have a significant effect on work attitude. Job insecurity has a positive effect on emotional exhaustion of automotive sales in Surabaya, while emotional exhaustion has a negative effect on the work attitude of automotive sales in Surabaya. Also, Job insecurity has a negative effect on work attitude through emotional exhaustion of automotive sales in Surabaya.

The purpose of this service is to improve the compliance of Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) in reporting Annual Tax Returns in the Sidoarjo area through a mentoring program. The method used includes education and direct assistance carried out by tax volunteers from the University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo, with a technical guidance approach for filling out tax returns and tax socialization. The results of the service showed a significant increase in the number of WPOPs who reported their tax returns on time and with more accurate data. This assistance also succeeded in reducing tax return filling errors and increasing community understanding of tax obligations. The impact on the community includes increased tax literacy, ease in the reporting process, and increased awareness of the importance of taxes for development. This program is expected to become a sustainable model to support tax compliance in other areas
