Abstract. Aging naturally reduces physiology, increasing susceptibility to injuries, particularly in the knee joint, which supports substantial body weight and is vulnerable to osteoarthritis and ligament injuries. The current study investigates the effectiveness of leg muscle strength training in reducing knee pain intensity among elderly women aged 45 years and older residing in Gayamsari District, Semarang. A pre-experimental design employing a one-group pre-test post-test approach was implemented. Forty-two participants were selected using purposive sampling methods. The intervention involved leg muscle strengthening exercises conducted twice per week for six weeks, with each session lasting 40 minutes. Knee pain intensity was assessed using the Numerical Rating Scale both prior to and following the intervention. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test due to non-normally distributed data. Findings indicated a statistically significant reduction in knee pain intensity, with average pre-test pain scores recorded at 3.2 ± 2.2 and average post-test scores recorded at 0.9 ± 1.4 (p = 0.000). Of the participants, 40 demonstrated a reduction in pain levels, whereas 2 participants showed no improvement, potentially influenced by additional medical conditions including gout and hypertension. In conclusion, leg muscle strength training significantly contributed to reducing knee pain intensity in elderly women, thereby justifying inclusion in rehabilitation programs targeting knee pain associated with osteoarthritis and ligament injuries. Further research is recommended to investigate tailored training protocols that account for co-morbid conditions and their impact on pain management efficacy.

Penuaan secara alami mengurangi fisiologi, meningkatkan kerentanan terhadap cedera, terutama pada sendi lutut, yang menopang berat tubuh yang substansial dan rentan terhadap osteoatritis dan cedera ligamen. Penelitian saat ini menyelidiki efektivitas latihan kekuatan otot kaki dalam mengurangi intensitas nyeri lutut di antara wanita lanjut usia berusia 45 tahun ke atas yang tinggal di Kecamatan Gayamsari, Semarang. Desain pra-eksperimental yang menggunakan pendekatan satu kelompok pra-tes pasca-tes diterapkan. Empat puluh dua peserta dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Intervensi melibatkan latihan penguatan otot kaki yang dilakukan dua kali seminggu selama enam minggu, dengan setiap sesi berlangsung selama 40 menit. Intensitas nyeri lutut dinilai menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon karena data tidak terdistribusi normal. Temuan menunjukkan pengurangan signifikan secara statistik dalam intensitas nyeri lutut, dengan skor nyeri pra-tes rata-rata tercatat sebesar 3,2 ± 2,2 dan skor pasca-tes rata-rata tercatat sebesar 0,9 ± 1,4 (p = 0,000). Dari peserta, 40 menunjukkan pengurangan tingkat nyeri, sedangkan 2 peserta tidak menunjukkan perbaikan, yang mungkin dipengaruhi oleh kondisi medis tambahan termasuk asam urat dan hipertensi. Sebagai kesimpulan, latihan kekuatan otot kaki berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pengurangan intensitas nyeri lutut pada wanita lanjut usia, sehingga membenarkan dimasukkannya dalam program rehabilitasi yang menargetkan nyeri lutut yang terkait dengan osteoatritis dan cedera ligamen. Penelitian lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk menyelidiki protokol pelatihan yang disesuaikan yang memperhitungkan kondisi komorbiditas dan dampaknya terhadap kemanjuran manajemen nyeri.

Handwritten digit recognition is one of the key challenges in the field of digital image processing and artificial intelligence, with significant potential in various applications such as automatic form input systems, handwritten data correction, and attendance systems based on handwriting. This study aims to develop a web-based information system capable of automatically recognizing handwritten digits using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) classification method. The system is designed through several main stages, including image preprocessing (conversion to grayscale, thresholding, and image size normalization), feature extraction using the zoning technique, and classification using the KNN algorithm. This research utilizes the MNIST dataset, which contains thousands of handwritten digit images ranging from 0 to 9. The system is developed using the Google Colab platform, supported by Python libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Test results show that the system can achieve an accuracy of over 90% at certain K values, indicating that the KNN method is quite effective and efficient in recognizing handwritten digit patterns. This system is expected to be applicable for various digitization needs of handwritten numbers in education, administration, and information technology sectors

This study aims to evaluate the level of compliance of sustainability report disclosures based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards in four energy sector companies in Indonesia, namely PT Bukit Asam (PTBA) Tbk, PT Aneka Tambang (ANTM) Tbk, PT Timah (TINS) Tbk, and PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia (ADRO) Tbk for the period 2022-2024 using a qualitative descriptive approach method with content analysis of each company's sustainability report and comparing disclosures on indicators of universal standards and specific GRI standards. The results showed that all companies have achieved full compliance with GRI universal standards in the last two years (2023 and 2024), especially PTBA, ANTM, and TINS consistently maintain complete disclosure (100%) on GRI 100: Universal Standard for three consecutive years since 2022. Likewise, TINS managed to achieve 100% full disclosure for GRI specific standards 200, 300, 400 and ranked first for the 2023-2024 period compared to the other 3 companies. However, there are variations in disclosure on the economic, environmental and social specific standards between 4 companies. These findings confirm a commitment to transparency in the energy sector, but there is a need to improve the quality of reporting, particularly on social and environmental aspects to align with international standards.

The reason for this study was to determine the impact of brand image, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions of Pizza Hut consumers. The population is Pizza Hut customers, with a sample of 150 respondents taken using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. PLS was used as an analytical tool in this study. This study shows that brand image has a positive, but insignificant, impact on purchasing decisions of Pizza Hut consumers. On the other hand, product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions of Pizza Hut consumers. In addition, promotion also has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions of Pizza Hut consumers.

This research discusses the application of musyarakah contracts as a sharia financing solution for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the midst of digital economic development. MSMEs have a crucial role in sustaining the Indonesian economy, but still experience difficulties in accessing fair and sustainable financing. The musyarakah agreement, with its partnership and profit-sharing principles, is considered to be in line with the character of MSMEs that prioritize cooperation and justice. Through a qualitative approach based on a literature study, this research explores the potential, regulatory challenges, and strategies to strengthen the implementation of digital musyarakah. The results of the analysis show that digitalization offers great opportunities in promoting Islamic financial inclusion, but is still constrained by low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and weak supervision of sharia principles. Therefore, a strategy is needed that includes improving education, developing Islamic financial technology, and collaboration between regulators, financial service providers, and MSME players. This study concludes that the successful implementation of digital musyarakah requires an integrated approach so that MSMEs are able to access Islamic financing independently, fairly and sustainably.

Assertive is a form of learning that forms the identity of an individual. Assertive ability can also bring up communication skills that can assist individuals in carrying out their social demands. Assertive behavior is important for children to have to prevent sexual violence, bullying and communication difficulties in children. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of pop up books in increasing assertiveness in children. The method used in this study is an experimental research method which uses a pre-test post-test control group design. Data collection was carried out through observation with the checklist recording technique. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The subjects in this study were class II children of SD Negeri Padang Lua for the 2022/2023 academic year, aged 8-9 years. Based on the results of the pre-post test analysis, there was a significant difference in the form of an increase in assertive behavior in the experimental group. This proves that the use of pop up books is effective in increasing assertiveness in children. It is hoped that future researchers will implement this research in a more conducive environment and with a longer intervention time.

The crisis of legal authority in the management of customary forests reflects deep-seated issues in the relationship between customary law and state law in Indonesia, particularly in the context of the Dayak indigenous community in Kalimantan. This research aims to identify and analyze the dynamics of legal conflicts and authority imbalances in forest management recognized as customary areas by local communities, but often claimed as state forest areas by the government. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach and case study method, this research focuses on two strategic areas, namely Lamandau Regency and Gunung Mas. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of legal documents as well as customary territory maps from BRWA and AMAN. The research results indicate that the tension between customary law and state law is evident both structurally and in practice. On one hand, indigenous communities uphold principles of management based on local wisdom, spirituality, and social collectivism; on the other hand, the state imposes a positive law approach and administrative logic on forest areas. This conflict not only creates legal uncertainty but also marginalizes the role of indigenous communities as key stakeholders. The findings also indicate the existence of resistance efforts undertaken by indigenous communities through participatory mapping, strategic litigation, and strengthening local institutions. This research concludes that an approach of legal pluralism and substantial recognition of customary legal authority is a crucial step in creating ecological and social justice for indigenous communities.

This final project is a video feature focusing on cabaret as a platform for developing language and artistic expression among its members. The video presents several interviewees as the primary content, offering insights into their experiences. In its creation, the directing process plays a crucial and inseparable role. This video feature applies a directing concept that significantly influences the production process, resulting in a well-structured piece. In general, directing is the process of translating a script into a visual form that aligns with the creative vision. The purpose of this report is to explain the directing concept applied in the making of the video, covering the video feature style, the chosen approach, and the structure of its presentation. The director holds a central role in overseeing all stages of production—pre-production, production, and post-production. The directing style used in this video adopts an expository approach, aiming to convey the story and message through voice-over narration and interviews with key sources. The video feature “Kabaret Bandung: The Art of Speaking, the Language of Creation” successfully implements key directing principles, both in terms of style and approach. The application of these concepts allows the video to be crafted in line with the director's vision and the intended target audience.

Purpose: Breast cancer remains a significant cause of mortality among women, requiring accurate diagnostic methods. Traditional classification models often face accuracy challenges due to missing values and irrelevant features. This investigation advances the classification of breast cancer through the amalgamation of the C4.5 algorithm with K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) imputation and Relief feature selection methodologies, thereby augmenting data integrity and enhancing classification efficacy.
Methods: The Wisconsin Breast Cancer Database (WBCD) was the core reference for evaluating the proposed methodology. KNN imputation addressed missing values, while Relief selected the most relevant features. The C4.5 algorithm executed training by utilizing data segregations in the corresponding proportions of 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10, with its efficiency gauged through a range of metrics, particularly accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.
Result: This innovative methodology achieved the highest classification accuracy of 98.57%, surpassing several existing models. Particularly noteworthy, the strategy being analyzed exhibited remarkable success relative to PSO-C4.5 (96.49%), EBL-RBFNN (98.40%), Gaussian Naïve Bayes (97.50%), and t-SNE (98.20%), demonstrating associated advancements of 2.08%, 0.17%, 1.07%, and 0.37%. These results confirm its effectiveness in handling missing values and selecting relevant features.
Novelty: Unlike prior studies that addressed missing values and feature selection separately, this research integrates both techniques, enhancing classification accuracy and computational efficiency. The findings suggest that this approach provides a reliable breast cancer diagnosis method. Future work could explore deep learning integration and validation on larger datasets to improve generalizability.

This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in purchasing decision-making at traditional markets in Surakarta City. The focus of this research is to identify the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, such as price, product quality, location, service, and shopping habits. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who are active consumers at several traditional markets in Surakarta, such as Pasar Gede, Pasar Klewer, and Pasar Legi. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to examine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that price, product quality, and service have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while location and shopping habits do not show a significant influence. These findings indicate that consumers in traditional markets in Surakarta tend to prioritize economic value and service interaction in their purchasing decisions. This research is expected to provide input for traditional market managers in improving competitiveness amidst the growth of modern markets.
