In the world of education, the issue of job satisfaction and performance has become the main concern for academics. This study aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership, education and training, and protean careers on job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research to obtain and collect data and information that refers to the research problem. Data collection techniques based on field research were carried out in kindergarten private schools spread across regencies/cities in West Java Province. The population in this study were all Private Kindergarten (TK) Principals of 1,503 people. Sampling using random sampling and proportional sampling as many as 316 people. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, and education and training variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction. The protean career variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for school principals.

Batik is one of the creations of the Indonesian nation which has an aesthetic value that needs to be preserved and developed. The neuron batik design visualizes the beautiful and complex shapes and structures of neurons combined with floral motifs. Batik design inspiration can be found through anything. In creating this neuron batik design, inspiration was obtained during the learning process. In the science of physiotherapy, neurons are important structures that are studied and interrelated. The research was carried out using the method of literature study and exploration. The manufacturing process begins with making an initial sketch using a sketchbook and drawing pen which is done manually then developed and transferred to digital media with Corel Draw. The final stage of making this design is giving the base color and pattern color to be used. The motive elements contained in this Neuron batik have meaning and value in life, which is hoped that later people will be able to remember and practice through this batik.

Airlines must always improve passenger services on the ground. One of its services is the determination of time or On Time Performance which is a benchmark for the trust of service users who are the choice to travel. There are obstacles that become obstacles in achieving On Time Performance, namely worsening uaca, inadequate airport facilities, traffic and others. This study aims to determine the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft at Wings Air at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa and for 2.knowing the stipulation of aircraft departure time on Wings Air airline At PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa.
This research is qualitative with data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research will be conducted in July 2023 at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa.
The result of this study is the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft is to ensure all tools, needs and employees are ready to be positioned with their respective duties, and monitor the weather for the aircraft in order to land. In addition, the Ramp Handling Unit serves as a liaison between operational activities at the facility and operational activities at the terminal. To provide or ensure all activities on the aircraft and in the terminal run properly. The achievement of On Time Performance has been maximally optimized according to the time given by the company for 20 minutes the aircraft while on the ground, the Ramp unit makes excellent use of this time. The achievement of punctuality has been carried out optimally starting from before the plane landed. All jobs such as, helping cabin crew pick up garbage from the plane, communicating with pilots, and communicating with engineers to ensure the condition of the engine to raise passengers into the plane.

<p>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Brand Image Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Wonolopo. Desa yang didominasi oleh keindahan alamnya membuat warga setempat sepakat untuk menjadikan Desa Wonolopo sebagai kawasan desa wisata dengan memanfaatkan kemungkinan yang ada dan menata tempat tersebut menjadi sebuah destinasi wisata edukatif yang diminati oleh para wisatawan. Sample pada penelitian ini mengambil tiga orang responden, pihak dari pengelola Desa Wisata Wonolopo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan wawancara in-dept interview. Analisis data penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam mewujudkan serta mengembangkan brand destinasi wisata, Desa Wisata Wonolopo memperkenalkan identitas destinasi wisata mereka berupa sistem pariwisata berkelanjutan, menawarkan beberapa kegiatan edukasi Dengan menggunakan proses komunikasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung yang melibatkan pengunjung sebagai daya dukung dalam pembentukan image kepada calon pengunjung.</p>

Kabupaten Tuban merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan pertumbuhan industri yang sangat pesat, yang terancam keseimbangan ekologisnya di kawasan hulu yang agraris dan forestris dengan kawasan hilir yang industri. Untuk itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat serta para pemangku kepentingan tentang percontohan penerapan model budidaya tanaman pencegah kerusakan lahan sebagai peningkatan upaya pencegahan kerusakan lahan. Upaya tersebut dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan kegiatan FGD (Focussed Group Discussion) dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, untuk percontohan adalah Desa Jetak, Kecamatan Montong, yang berada di sebelah selatan wilayah Kabupaten Tuban sebagai kawasan hulu. Hasil FGD menjustifikasi keadaan dan status degradasi lahan hutan Bongok di lokasi kegiatan yang terkategori kritis dan perlu dinisiasi dengan Aksi Konservasi dan Restorasi Ekosistem di Hutan Bongok. Aksi ini merupakan penerapan metode vegetatif konservasi dan restorasi lahan, dengan tiga langkah aksi pendampingan, yaitu: penerapan model budidaya tanaman di bawah pohon tegakan, penerapan model pertanian terpadu-tanaman kopi-indigofera-ternak kambing termasuk inisiasi alih teknologi dan inovasi berbasis kopi, serta pengembangan usaha pengolahan produk pertanian-peternakan dan usaha pewarna alami.

Drug abuse is becoming a problem that is increasingly concerning and a huge concern for all parties, including the academic community, government, and parents. Cases of narcotics abuse among high school youth have entered a critical stage, for this reason it is necessary to take preventive measures in the form of education. The purpose of this community service is to increase and develop youth knowledge about the dangers of drug abuse for health. The planned outcome is to increase the knowledge, understanding and awareness of adolescents about the dangers of drug abuse for adolescents.

In industrial relations there are also labor relations disputes that occur within a company. We tell the village youth that in the industrial world there are institutions that deal with labor relations disputes. Community service activities must also pay attention to aspects of education and training for young people. The importance of providing access to them to acquire the knowledge and skills needed in the world of work, so that they can become productive, independent workers while understanding their rights.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach to improve the learning outcomes of grade VIIa students at SMP Sunan Giri Malang. The specific purpose of the research conducted was to describe the application steps of the RME Approach to improve learning outcomes in the Material Set using two cycles of Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data collection was carried out using material validation sheets, lesson implementation plans (RPP), Student Worksheets (LKS), student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets and results from posttests at the end of the cycle. The results showed that the use of the RME approach on set material succeeded in increasing the learning outcomes of grade VIIa students at Sunan Giri Junior High School, with a completeness percentage starting from 50% and increasing in the second cycle to 91.66% with a completeness score criterion of 75, so it is known that the RME approach is able to improve student learning outcomes in class VIIa set material at Sunan Giri Junior High School and is also able to increase student learning activities during learning.

Amola Village is a village located in Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency. Generally, the people there work as farmers, gardeners and civil servants (PNS) as well as entrepreneurs. The method used in this community service activity is a focus group discussion with an interactive question and answer lecture between the servant and pregnant women which lasts for 40 minutes. The number of pregnant women is all pregnant women in Amola village, Binuang sub-district, Polewali Mandar district, with a total of 40 pregnant women. Before the educational activity was carried out, a pre-test was given and after the activity, a post-test was given using a questionnaire instrument containing 10 questions about balanced nutrition in pregnant women. This activity was carried out in Tanete Hamlet, Amola Village, Kec. binuang district. polewali mandarin. Maintaining a nutritional balance in pregnant women is very necessary so that the condition of the mother and fetus remains healthy by providing sufficient food containing carbohydrates and fats as a source of energy. And as a source of protein building blocks, you get a minimum addition of iron, calcium, vitamins, folic acid and energy. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women in balanced nutrition. The method is carried out by providing education about balanced nutrition to pregnant women, carried out in Amola Village, Tanete Hamlet, Kec. Binuang Kab. Polewali Mandar. From the results of this community service activity, after being given counseling and given leaflets, pregnant women's knowledge increased after an oral evaluation was carried out.
