This study aims to examine the role of sport sociology in the practice of coaching and leadership of soccer coaches, especially in the context of multicultural teams. Through a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews with a number of soccer coaches, it was found that understanding the social background, culture, and individual values ??of players is very important in creating effective interpersonal relationships in the team. The results showed that coaches who have intercultural communication skills and adaptive leadership styles tend to be successful in building strong social cohesion and solidarity among players. Social integration in a soccer team is a dynamic process, where the coach acts as a socialization agent who is able to balance diversity without causing internal conflict. These findings contribute to the development of more inclusive and socially value-oriented coaching strategies. This study also emphasizes the importance of coaching training that includes social and cultural aspects in the management of modern sports teams.

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions that not only serve as centers for religious learning but also hold strategic potential in empowering the community economically. One tangible manifestation of the pesantren’s economic self-sufficiency efforts is the establishment of business units such as Mahira Mini Market, which operates under the auspices of Pondok Pesantren Mamba’ul Khoiriyatil Islamiyah (PP MHI) in Bangsalsari, Jember. This study aims to examine the planning and development strategies of the Mahira business as part of implementing an economic plan based on pesantren self-reliance and community empowerment. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the pesantren’s caretakers and alumni. The findings show that PP MHI possesses sufficient physical, intellectual, and financial capital to support the development of the Mahira business. A SWOT analysis reveals that Mahira has strengths in terms of internal human resources and social support, but still faces challenges related to digitalization and marketing. The business development planning focuses on optimizing available resources, including activating social media managed by digitally skilled students (santri), as well as adding light services such as mobile credit top-ups and e-wallet transactions. The development strategies include sales digitalization, capacity building for santri, partnerships with MSMEs and alumni, and routine evaluations based on sharia principles and financial accountability. The study concludes that gradually strengthening the Mahira business can serve as a model of Pesantren-Owned Enterprises (BUMP) that is adaptive, sustainable, and replicable in other pesantren to strengthen the ummah’s economy.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the main tasks and functions of financial management in the General and Finance Section of the Tanjungpinang City DPRD Secretariat, with a focus on identifying obstacles and formulating strategic solutions to improve the efficiency of financial management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, and analysis was carried out based on Edward III's policy implementation theory which emphasizes four key variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the main tasks and functions is running quite well, supported by effective internal communication, the availability of human resources, budget, and infrastructure, as well as a bureaucratic structure that still faces challenges, such as minimal technical training and vacancies in functional positions that have an impact on bureaucratic effectiveness. Capacity building and structural arrangements are needed so that financial management can run more optimally, accountably, and in accordance with the principles of good governance.

Aceh merupakan satu-satunya provinsi di Indonesia yang secara formal menerapkan hukum Islam melalui Qanun Jinayat, termasuk dalam hal penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana perzinaan. Namun, penerapan hukum tersebut tidak berdiri sendiri, melainkan berdialektika dengan nilai-nilai adat dan budaya lokal yang masih kuat melekat dalam masyarakat Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri bagaimana peran budaya lokal, khususnya hukum adat, berinteraksi dengan hukum Islam dalam proses penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku perzinaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dan perundang-undangan, serta ditunjang dengan data sekunder berupa literatur hukum dan studi empiris sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum adat di Aceh berfungsi sebagai instrumen sosial yang memperkuat efektivitas hukum Islam melalui pendekatan restoratif, seperti penyelesaian kekeluargaan dan pemberian sanksi sosial, sebelum pelaku diserahkan kepada aparat penegak hukum syariah. Kesimpulannya, budaya lokal berperan signifikan dalam memberikan legitimasi sosial terhadap penerapan syariat Islam, serta menjadi jembatan antara norma agama dan realitas sosial masyarakat. Dialektika ini menciptakan model pluralisme hukum yang kontekstual, harmonis, dan lebih diterima oleh masyarakat Aceh.

Disinformation is one of the real threats to national stability in the digital era that needs to be addressed immediately. This study aims to analyze the role of content creators in countering disinformation in the digital era, focusing on Ferry Irwandi's content on social media. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with secondary data collection through content analysis of ten Ferry Irwandi videos. The results show that several of Ferry Irwandi’s contents feature five main thematic indicators: counter-narratives against disinformation, strengthening the narrative of national defense, digital and media literacy education, issues of tolerance and diversity, and social criticism based on national values. These findings demonstrate that defending the nation can be realized through creative, critical, and educational content, which becomes one of the key strategies in addressing the threat of disinformation in the digital space.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja, pemerataan ekonomi, dan kontribusi terhadap PDB nasional. Namun, dalam industri perawatan kulit lokal yang sangat kompetitif, UMKM menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan, khususnya dalam pemasaran digital dan adaptasi teknologi. Studi ini mengkaji pengaruh pemasaran digital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif UMKM perawatan kulit lokal, dengan menggunakan merek Scarlett sebagai studi kasus. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan observasi non-partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana Scarlett berhasil memanfaatkan platform digital, pemasaran influencer, pembuatan konten, dan keterlibatan media sosial untuk memperkuat posisi pasarnya. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa integrasi strategi pemasaran digital Scarlett, seperti kolaborasi dengan influencer lokal dan internasional, pemasaran konten yang menarik dan informatif, dan interaksi media sosial yang aktif, secara signifikan meningkatkan visibilitas merek, kepercayaan konsumen, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Strategi-strategi ini telah memungkinkan Scarlett untuk tidak hanya bertahan tetapi juga berkembang di pasar yang jenuh, membuktikan bahwa pemasaran digital merupakan pendorong penting bagi UMKM yang ingin mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis dan teoritis tentang bagaimana UMKM dapat memanfaatkan alat digital untuk meningkatkan merek dan jangkauan pasar mereka di era digital.

This study discusses the comparison of taxation systems between developed and developing countries, focusing on the strategic role of taxes in national development, tax administration challenges, and the relationship between public service quality and taxpayer compliance. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, this research compares Sweden, a developed country known for its transparent and efficient tax system, with Indonesia, a developing country that still faces challenges in tax collection and administration. The findings reveal that the success of a tax system depends greatly on transparency, public service quality, and public trust. In developed countries, taxes serve not only as state revenue but also as tools for income redistribution and economic control. Meanwhile, in developing countries, the main obstacles include low compliance, legal uncertainty, weak enforcement, and underdeveloped administrative culture. Therefore, tax reform is essential to improve tax system effectiveness and public participation. This study recommends regulatory improvement, increased tax literacy, and service innovation to build a fair, transparent, and sustainable tax system.

This study examines the effectiveness of using the local legend “The Origins of Kudus City” as a learning medium to improve reading skills in elementary school students. This legend was chosen for its three unique features: first, it contains the historical narrative of Sunan Kudus, rich in Islamic-Javanese acculturation values; second, it has strong geographical relevance to students’ daily lives in Kudus; third, it presents potential for character visualization and cultural settings that are engaging for early-age readers. The study aims to analyze the influence of local legends on students’ reading development. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted by analyzing seven relevant articles sourced from academic databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Scopus. The inclusion criteria focused on reading skills, elementary school students, learning media, and the legend of Kudus City. The results indicate that illustrated storybooks based on local legends can significantly enhance reading comprehension, increase student motivation, and encourage active classroom participation. Additionally, this learning media enables the integration of local cultural values into the educational process, making learning more contextual and meaningful. Thus, illustrated storybooks based on the legend of “The Origins of Kudus City” are proven effective as an innovative learning tool that not only strengthens reading skills but also preserves local wisdom in elementary education.

Adolescents are the age group from 10 to 19 years who are in the transition period from children to adults. During this period, various changes occurred, both physical, psychological and social. The aim is to analyze the relationship between knowledge of maternal attitudes and roles and girls' readiness to face menarche. The formula method used is the Chi Square Test formula and Spearman Rank Correlation with the SPSS version of the computer program.  The results of the research show that children who are not ready are more likely to be found in the group with a supportive mother's role at 32.6%, compared to the group whose mother's role is not supportive at 6.7%. Based on the results of the Chi square statistical test, the result is a p value of 0.049 = meaning <0.05, so Ha is accepted, which means there is a relationship between the role of the mother and the readiness of female students at SD Negeri Semeru 06 in 2024. Furthermore, the or value in this research was found to be 0.1 with So it can be concluded that a supportive maternal role has a 0.1 times chance of being well prepared compared to a non-supportive maternal role. Conclusions Based on research at SDN Semeru 06 Bogor City (2024) shows that the majority of respondents had a poor understanding of menstruation, but their understanding increased after counseling.Abstract and Keywords must be written in

The This study uses a descriptive statistical approach to analyze the level of student satisfaction with campus facilities at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire using a simple random sampling method with 36 respondents. The questionnaire covered four categories of facilities: general, technology and accessibility, academic support, and campus and infrastructure. The analysis involved calculating percentage, probability, mathematical expectation, variance, and standard deviation. The results showed that library comfort had the highest satisfaction score (expected = 4.06), while the Wi-Fi connection had the lowest score (expected = 3.06, deviation = 1.39), indicating dissatisfaction and an uneven perception. Other aspects, such as academic guidance by lecturers (expectation = 3.86), toilet facilities (expectation = 3.83), and laboratories (expectation = 3.72), showed good satisfaction levels. These findings provide a strong basis for the campus to improve low-scoring areas and maintain areas that meet student expectations.
