The implementation of inclusive education in reality, really requires readiness and support from various parties, including fron the educators who are ready in the sense of being able and willing to educate children with special needs. The focus of this study is to examine the perceptions of pre-service teachers in Pelita Harapan University for children with special needs who have access to inclusive education, and what factors underlie these perceptions. The next focus is whether the pre-service teachers have the readiness or vice versa just that there is still doubt or reluctance to teach in inclusive schools. The research method is qualitative descriptive. The number of respondents was one class consisting of 40 students which was a combination of 2 two study programs. The results showed that pre service teachers had perceptions that children with special needs could attend school in inclusive schools, and will be successfull. The arguments that underlie these perceptions are three things: the equal right to education for everyone; curriculumadjustment, teaching methods, assessments and facilities for students with special needs; inclusive schools are a combination of public schools with special schools, and adjustments for each child with special needs in the form of PPI (Individual Development Program). All respondents stated their readiness to teach in inclusive schools. The reason are because a teacher should treat his student equally, the subject of Teaching Student With Special Ability courses has equipped them, and adjustments made in inclusive schools in terms of methods, curriculum, assessment and infrastructure.

<p><em>The number of female workers is increasing and its role in leadership is giving its own perspective on the topic of women leadership. Pro and contra phenomenon related to women leadership still exist in the society. In addition to explain the paradigm of woman leadership, this study also explains the pro and contra of women leadership from various perspectives and provides an overview of how the pro and contra emerge. The method that was used in this study is literature study from the Al-Quran, books, journals and studies. The findings of this study shows that women leadership style leads to transformational, democratic, collaborative styles and have high relational value. Leadership is left to follow one's worth and ability from either men or women. If someone meets the requirements and deserves to be a leader even though from the women's group this remains true. The emergence of pro and contra is based on different point of views; every point of view has different concepts which lead to different practices. The results of an interpretation are not only come from the methods and approaches used, but are also influenced by their socio-cultural and ideological conditions.</em></p>

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh Dukungan Collegial dalam kaitannya dengan Perubahan Afektif yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja, dan dimoderatori oleh Sinisme. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 221 responden dengan subjek penelitian di sektor jasa pendidikan di perguruan tinggi dan sekolah menengah di Yogyakarta, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur dan Jabodetabek. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan struktural metode hierarkis. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi teori sesuai dengan data penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menambahkan variabel independen secara bertahap dalam menguji variabel dependen. Temuan mendukung semua hipotesis yang telah diusulkan, yaitu: Dukungan Collegial memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap Perubahan Afektif Organisasi ; Dukungan Collegial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perubahan Afektif Organisasi; Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara Dukungan Collegial untuk Perubahan Afektif secara signifikan; dan Sinisme dapat memoderasi hubungan Kepuasan Kerja dan Perubahan Afektif. Variabel kontrol (gender) memberikan peran pembeda yang signifikan dengan arah negatif pada hubungan variabel independen dan variabel dependen.  </p><p><em>This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Collegial Support in relation to Affective Change mediated by Job Satisfaction, and moderated by Cynicism. The research sample of 221 respondents with research subjects in the education service sector at tertiary institutions and high schools in Yogyakarta, Central Java, East Java and Jabodetabek. The analysis in this study uses the structural equation model hierarchical method. This method aims to confirm the theory in accordance with the research data conducted by adding the independent variables gradually in testing the dependent variable.The findings support all the hypotheses that have been proposed, namely:Collegial Support has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Affective Change ; Collegial Support has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction;Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Affective Change ; Job satisfaction is able to significantly mediate the relationship between Collegial Support for Affective Change; and Cynicism is able to moderate the relationship of Job Satisfaction and Affective Change. The   control variable (gender) provides a significant differentiating role with a negative direction on the relationship of the independent variable and the dependent variable.</em></p>

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengungka[an Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan praktek implementasi Good Corporate Governance ( GCG ) yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia terdahap return saham dengan memasukkan size perusahaan sebagai variable kontrol.

Berbagai kasus yang menimpa para pekerja migran Indonesia menunjukkan betapa rendahnya perlindungan hukum yang didapat oleh mereka. Padahal Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan terkait dengan perlindungan pekerja migran. Hal inilah yang mendorong penulis untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Hak-Hak Pekerja Migran : Studi   Kasus Satinah sebagai Mantan TKI di Arab Saudi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak pekerja migran dalam kasus Satinah, kendala dan upaya Pemerintah Indonesia mengatasi hak-hak pekerja migran dalam kasus Satinah. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif analitis, sampel ditentukan dengan teknis purposive sampling, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, pustakaan, dan obsevasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak pekerja migran dalam kasus Satinah sudah dilakukan dengan cukup baik oleh Pemerintah Indonesia meskipun awalnya sangat terlambat dalam menangani kasus ini tapi semua itu dapat terbayarkan dengan keberhasilan dapat membebaskan Satinah dari hukuman mati berupa hukuman pancung. Kendala Pemerintah dalam kasus Satinah adalah hukum yang berbeda karena beda negara dan upaya Pemerintah dalam kasus Satinah adalah pengoptimalan pemenuhan hak-hak Satinah sebagai pekerja migran.  Various cases involving Indonesian migrant workers shows how low the legal protection acquired by them. Though the Government has issued a number of policies related to the protection of migrant workers. This has led the authors to conduct research on the Legal Protection of the Rights of Migrant Workers' Rights: Case Studies Satinah as a former migrant worker in Saudi Arabia. This study aims to determine the legal protection of the rights of migrant workers in the case of Satinah, constraints and the Indonesian Government's efforts to overcome the rights of migrant workers in Satinah. Method of approach used in this research is juridical normative, with the type of research is descriptive analytical, the sample is determined by technical purposive sampling, the data used is secondary data and primary data were collected through interviews, the library, and the observation is then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that the legal protection of the rights of migrant workers in the case Satinah have done quite well by the Government of Indonesia although initially very late in dealing with this case but it can be paid off with the success can free Satinah of the death penalty as a punishment beheaded. Government constraints in the case Satinah are different laws for different countries and efforts of the Government in the case Satinah is optimization Satinah fulfillment of the rights of migrant workers.

The forecasting uses the Exponential Smoothing algorithm Exponential Smoothing method is a procedure of continuous repairs on the latest forecasting of data. UKM Batik Tinctori Natural Dye is one of the batik producers who produce batik from customer orders and fulfill distributor requests from batik trendsThe demand of customers and distributors has an effect on the number of production batik of Tinctori Natural Dye UKM which has resulted in any batik trend that is in demand in the following month. Forecasting is calculated using the Exponential Smoothing method and Eviews software and manual comparison to lead the accuracy of the forecasting value. This prediction can be used to predict the production of batik types from the demands of consumers and distributors. Forecasting uses several methods to make predictions using different alpha and beta constants. The Comparisons of forcasting for next three months 13, 14, 15 and forecast comparisons of original values by forecasting data that already exists three months before 10, 11, 12 to find better constants that can approach the original values.

The existence of street vendors can reduce the burden of government in overcoming unemployment. Due to the existence of street vendors, can absorb labor that can not be accommodated by the formal sector. But on the other hand, the presence of street vendors often disrupt the activities in the public sphere area such as sidewalks. Therefore, the government of Salatiga City made a policy by improving the function of the sidewalk and sterilize it to be enjoyed again by pedestrians. But with the sterilization, the impact also to the street vendors, which they should move. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact caused by the construction of the sidewalk to the income level of street vendors. In conducting this research, we conducted interviews with several street vendors who are still actively selling. Among other things, soto traders,chicken noodles, and leker. The results showed that the impact of pavement development had a negative impact on the income level of street vendors. Also found obstacles that arise after the street vendors are moving places, such as infrastructure facilities are not met, inadequate facilities, and reduced visitors who come.

Selama beberapa dekade (mulai tahun 1980 an) seiring berkembang sepeda motor menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Pertumbuhan ini semakin meningkat setelah krisis moneter tahun 1998. Peralihan moda ini banyak yang berpindah dari angkutan umum maupun angkutan tak bermotor yang beralih pada angkutan sepeda motor.   Permasalahan yang muncul tidak hanya pada permasalahan teknis saja terkait kemacetan, kecelakaan lalu lintas, dan sebagainya, namun sudah menjadi permasalahan sosial maupun budaya. Permasalahan sosial dan budaya sangat kental terlihat dari perilaku di dalam berlalu lintas.Pemikiran inilah yang dinilai perlu adanya   Kajian Pemahaman Pengguna Sepeda Motor Dalam Berlalu Lintas di Kota Ungaran dan sekitarnya, sebagai dasar penentuan kebijakan Pemerintah ke depannya terkait penggunaan sepeda motor.Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini sebagai bahan kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait seberapa besar pemahaman masyarakat berlalu lintas terutama pengguna sepeda motor, sehingga terdapat usulan kebijakan untuk dapat mewujudkan Kota Ungaran sebagai Kota tertib lalu lintas. Dalam penelitian Kajian Pemahaman Pengguna Sepeda Motor Dalam Berlalu Lintas (Studi Kasus Kota Ungaran dan sekitarnya) ini menggunakan analisis deskripsi sederhana dengan menggunakan analisis statistik tabulasi silang (cross tab).     Hasil sementara Rata-rata responden memahami komponen berlalu lintas antara 60-65 persen dan sekitar ± 10 persen ragu maupun kurang paham. Kondisi fisik kendaraan responden memiliki kelengkapan dan kondisi dalam sangat baik dengan diatas 90 persen memenuhi standar yang telah ditentukan. Sebagian   besar responden sekitar 83 persen telah memiliki SIM C
