Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh online consumer review dan trust terhadap keputusan pembelian online di Tokopedia. Sampel sebanyak 100 orang konsumen online di Tokopedia, yang diperoleh secara purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. The number of domestic violence in Serang Regency in 2019 was 102 cases. Around 60.6% of pregnant women are at risk of experiencing violence compared to women who are not pregnant (Ministry of Health, 2019). Preliminary data for pregnant women from the As-Soheh Medika clinic in 2022 reached 360 and the average patient for pregnant women was 30 people  in 2022. Data for September - December  2022 for pregnant women at the As-Soheh Medika clinic, 100 pregnant women.The method used in this study is to use a quantitative correlation approach. The sample for this study was 30 samples of pregnant women who experienced domestic violence during September - December 2022. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate with chi-square. Results: The incidence of physical violence was 4%, economic violence was 31.33%, psychological violence was 30.67% and psychological impact was 21%. The method used is univariate analysis in the form of a frequency distribution. There is a significant relationship between the psychological impact and the incidence of domestic violence in pregnant women with a P value of 0.00001 for physical violence, a P value of 0.01 for economic violence, and a P value of 0.003 for psychological violence. Conclusion: The most dominant incidence of domestic violence among pregnant women at the As-Soheh Medika Clinic in 2022 is economic violence at 31.33%. Psychological violence is 30.67% and physical violence is 4%. The number of events that experience psychological impact on pregnant women at the As-Soheh Medika Clinic in 2022 is 21%. There is a significant relationship between psychological impact and physical violence (p value 0.00001), economic violence (p value 0.01) and psychological violence (p value 0.003) for pregnant women at the As-Soheh Medika Clinic in 2022.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan bukti empiris bahwa Return On Asset, Return On Equity, dan Earning Per Sheare berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan telekomuniksi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2013-2020. Data yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan tahunan Perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian dengan periode waktu tahunan serta data statistic mengenai indikator ekonomi. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 4 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yaitu, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Return On Asset berpengaruh negatif dan tidak. Variabel Return On Equity berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan. Earning Per Share berpengaruh Positif dan. Secara simultan Return On Asset, Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.  Kata Kunci : Harga saham, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, dan Earning Per Share

The purpose of the article is to create a mathematical reasoning modeling framework through working on high order thinking questions for elementary school students. The modeling cycle (formulating, applying, interpreting, and evaluating) is a central aspect of the conception of mathematical reasoning for students for the sake of mathematical literacy. Formulating is an individual's ability to recognize and identify opportunities to use mathematics and then provide a mathematical structure for problems presented in several contextual forms. Applying is an individual's ability to apply concepts, facts, procedures, and mathematical reasoning to solve mathematically formulated problems in order to obtain mathematical conclusions. Interpreting and evaluating (interpret and evaluate) is the individual's ability to reflect on mathematical solutions, results or conclusions and interpret them into the context of real life problems. This is a literature study, the data was collecting using literature studies on scientific journal articles and news about mathematical reasoning, high order thinking, and numeracy. The modeling cycle is recommended for teaching mathematics in elementary school through series of problem solving stages in questions with higher order thinking skill concept.

 Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran Kursus Manjahit di LPK Yani 45 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di LPK Yani 45 Soreang pada tahun 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, Observasi dan studi dokumentasi . subjek peneliti yaitu Kepala Lembaga, Instruktur Penjahit dan Warga belajar. Penyusunan instrumen menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data mengunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan wawancara 1).Perencanaan pembelajaran kursus menjahit di LPK Yani 45 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. 2).Pelaksanaan pembelajaran kursus menjahit di LPK Yani 45 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung 3). Evaluasi pembelajaran kursus menjahit di LPK Yani 45 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung. berdasarkan temuan tersebut  proses pembelajaran Kursus Menjahit di LPK yani 45 Soreang melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan mutu pendidikan di LPK Yani 45 Soreang lebih efektif dan efesien.

So that social entanglement can unfold what god wills for his might. People in general in any part of the earth would prefer neither world nor afterlife. It is the message of God in that phrase. Which means... come to happiness. Happiness is the right of all human whatever religion. Similarly, as muslims with kalimah Adzan a can be drawn to an instructive conclusion. It includes bastion, unto esaan, confidence or tauhid, communication and happiness.

Social commentary is one aspect related to society in seeing a phenomenon that occurs. The researcher see a phenomenon that occurs in a community environment and is represented by poem. Where poem used figurative language to beautify writing. The object in this research is a poem by William Shakespeare entitled A Fairy Song. This research aims to explain the figurative language contained in A Fairy Song and also to analyze the social comments are found in A Fairy Song. This research used the structuralism theory proposed by Strauss, Wellek and Warren. The sociological literary criticism proposed by Marx and Lukacs. The methodology that used in this research is qualitative method approach with the phenomenological approach by Husserl. There are five figurative language contained in A Fairy Song poem such as alliteration, hyperbole, simile, metaphor and personification. The figurative language here is also used as a social commentary which generates criticism of this poem. Social comments are found because of the words that use figurative language to interpret a meaning. The researcher found the social comments from the used of figurative language such as injustice, discrimination and exploitation.
 

<p><em>This study aimed to determine the effect of the Employee Work Engagement variable as a mediating variable between Perceived Organizational Support and Work-Life Balance. This type of quantitative descriptive research with Structural Equation Modeling as a data processing approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. They collected data by distributing questionnaires to 200 security unit employees working at State and Private Universities in Semarang City. The results showed a significant positive effect between the variables perceived organisational support, employee work engagement and work-life balance. The significant positive effect of the relationship between the three variables indicates that the employee work engagement variable can mediate the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Work-Life Balance. The triadic process between organisational support, work involvement and work-life balance is an implementation of social exchange theory. Employees give their time, energy, thoughts and enthusiasm for the organisation's benefit. Organisations provide remuneration in the form of compensation and welfare for the persistence of employee work for the advancement of the organisation. It gives a sense of satisfaction and happiness and can be used for yourself and your family.</em></p><p>  </p><p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel <em>Employee Work Engagement</em> sebagai variabel mediasi antara <em>Perceived Organizational Support</em> dan <em>Work-life Balance</em>. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan <em>Structural Equation Modeling</em> sebagai pendekatan pengolahan data. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah <em>purposive sampling</em>. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 pegawai satpam yang bekerja di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan Swasta di Kota Semarang. Hasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif signifikan antara variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi<em>, employee work engagement</em> dan <em>work-life balance</em>. Pengaruh positif signifikan pada hubungan ketiga variabel tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel <em>employee work engagement</em> mampu memediasi hubungan <em>Perceived Organizational Support</em> dan <em>Work-life Balance</em>. Proses triadik antara dukungan organisasi, keterlibatan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja merupakan implementasi dari teori pertukaran sosial. Karyawan memberikan waktu, tenaga, pikiran dan semangat untuk kepentingan organisasi. Organisasi memberikan remunerasi berupa kompensasi dan kesejahteraan pada karyawan serta memberikan rasa kepuasan dan kebahagiaan yang dapat digunakan untuk diri sendiri dan keluarga.</p>

The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) Universitas Sains Al Qur'an carry out a community activity program in the Butuh Kidul Village. Butuh Kidul Village is one of the villages located in Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. This village has the potential to produce vegetables. Vegetables that are widely produced are chayote. The KPM (Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat) students make product innovations from chayote into a more attractive product, namely chayote which is processed into candy. Candy is one of the food products that are liked by all ages. This activity was socialized through activities with the theme “Workshop on Marketing Strategy & Product Innovation from Pumpkin Siam”. This activity aims to take advantage of the potential of the Butuh Kidul Village community. By innovating through the use of chayote vegetables, it is possible to open UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the Butuh Kidul Village. The UMKM can have an impact on the Butuh Kidul Village community which can be a business opportunity for the Butu Kidul Village community. In this article, we explain how to process chayote into candy and promote marketing strategies through digital marketing.

The purpose of this community service activity is to empower women in the Purwoyoso village. This empowerment is able to improve the economic condition of the family. through innovative activities, enabling them to learn various skills to help increase income for women in Purwoyoso sub-district, The method used in this community service activity is to provide direct training with tutorials in the field by teaching making dish soap and calculating HPP (Cost of Production). The results of the service are expected that mothers have skills in making dish soap and calculating HPP so that they can determine the price of goods when sold. With skills in making dish soap, mothers can produce which can later be used alone or sold so that additional income can be obtained.
