In an effort to create a safe and productive work environment, the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) approach has become one of the main strategies in occupational safety management, especially in high-risk industries such as logistics. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) method in shaping the safe behavior of workers at PT XYZ, a logistics company in Balikpapan. The BBS method is an occupational safety approach that focuses on individual behavior in preventing work accidents. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through direct observation and interviews with management and workers. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of BBS at PT XYZ has not been running optimally. Some of the main obstacles found include the lack of standard operating procedures (SOPs), lack of occupational safety training, weak communication between management and workers, and minimal involvement of workers in a safety culture. Although there is a commitment from management, improvements are still needed in the aspects of socializing safety policies, providing written documents, and ongoing training to build a safe and sustainable work culture.

Islam prescribes marriage as a sacred and fundamental institution in human life, aiming to preserve dignity, lineage, and to build a harmonious (sakinah), loving (mawaddah), and compassionate (rahmah) family. In Islamic teachings, marriage can be conducted either monogamously or polygamously, with specific conditions. In Indonesia, polygamous practices are strictly regulated by various legal provisions, such as Law Number 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Nevertheless, polygamy remains a controversial issue in society, often carried out without fulfilling legal requirements, such as through unregistered (sirri) marriages. This phenomenon reflects a legal dualism between religious norms and state regulations. Furthermore, the social construction of polygamy shows that it is not merely a religious or legal issue, but also a product of social, cultural, economic dynamics, and the evolution of modern values. This study aims to explore how social construction shapes the perception and practice of polygamy and its implications for household harmony. Using a multidisciplinary approach, this study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relevance of polygamy in contemporary society and its impact on family structure and child welfare.

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of collaborative governance in the Nutritious Food Yard Program (P2B) strengthens community-based food security in Sidoarjo Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used to explore the social dynamics in depth. The research was conducted in Kampung Edukasi Sampah, Sekardangan Sub-district, one of the active areas in P2B implementation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key stakeholders such as the Sidoarjo City Food and Agriculture Office, Sidoarjo Police Sector, village officials, farmer groups, and environmental cadres. The analysis applied the collaborative governance model by Ansell and Gash (2008), which includes five indicators: face-to-face dialogue, trust building, commitment to the process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. The findings show that most indicators of collaboration have been realized, particularly in communication and trust-building aspects. However, some challenges remain, including the absence of formal agreement documents among actors, inconsistent communication, lack of program outreach, and overlapping roles between the police and related agencies. This research contributes to strengthening cross-sectoral collaboration models in community-based food security programs in urban areas.

This study uses a qualitative method to describe the infestation of Oryctes rhinoceros beetles in oil palm plantations and its impact on crop productivity. This pest poses a major threat to oil palm cultivation due to its ability to damage the growing points of both young and mature plants, resulting in a significant decline in yield. The study was conducted through field observations and in-depth interviews with farmers and field technicians at an oil palm plantation in Sumatra. The findings reveal that Oryctes infestations are more prevalent in plantations with poor sanitation and limited implementation of regular biological control systems. Farmers predominantly rely on mechanical and chemical control methods, which have proven to be less effective due to the lack of coordinated and sustainable application. Therefore, an ecologically-based integrated pest management strategy is needed, combining biological control, cultural practices, and farmer education to effectively suppress pest populations and ensure the sustainability of oil palm production.

Entrepreneurship has become a key driver of economic growth and innovation. Universities play an important role in developing students' entrepreneurial competencies, but the factors influencing the success of students' start-up businesses must be better understood. This study aims to investigate the influence of experiential learning and entrepreneurial orientation on college students' start-up business performance and examine the moderating role of social networks. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from a sample of 150 entrepreneurial students at an Indonesian university through a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with SmartPLS. Results showed that experiential learning (? = 0.352, p < 0.001) and entrepreneurial orientation (? = 0.417, p < 0.001) positively and significantly influenced students' start-up business performance. The social network was found to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance (? = 0.183, p < 0.05). This study concludes that combining experiential learning, entrepreneurial mindset development, and social capital fostering is essential to nurturing successful young entrepreneurs. The findings provide valuable insights for universities in designing effective entrepreneurship education programs.

This study investigates the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in reducing neurotic symptoms among young adults. Neurotic disorders, characterized by excessive anxiety, emotional instability, and psychosomatic complaints, often affect university students during transitional periods. Using a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design, 30 participants were divided equally into an experimental group receiving six sessions of CBT and a control group receiving no treatment. Data were collected through a validated neurotic disorder scale and analyzed using paired and independent sample t-tests. Results revealed a significant decrease in neurotic symptoms in the experimental group after the intervention, while the control group showed no meaningful change. The findings support the use of CBT as an effective therapeutic approach for reducing neurotic symptoms through cognitive restructuring and adaptive behavioral training. This research highlights the relevance of culturally adapted CBT in university counseling settings and encourages the development of structured group programs to address mental health issues among young adults. Further studies are recommended to explore broader applications across diverse populations and institutional contexts.

This research aims to digitize the BOSP Financial Report of SMA Negeri 1 Yogyakarta through the School Financial Management Information System website. This is motivated by the condition of the SPJ administration which is still processed semi-manually, the wrong nominal input into the bank deposit receipt which results in failed transfers, and incorrect tax transfers (over/underpayment of taxes). The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research procedures include: 1) making a flowchart of the financial transaction process, 2) designing the output format of the financial accountability letter, 3) simulating the school financial management information system accompanied by a programmer, 4) testing on three different users. The test results show that the financial management of SMA Negeri 1 Yogyakarta through the School Financial Management Information System produces output documentation of SPJ completeness automatically and can present real-time financial reports. It is expected that the School Financial Management Information System can improve the accuracy and achievement of the realization of BOSP fund absorption.

Cannabis has been around since way before the Common Era. Since then, it's been used for all sorts of stuff, like making oil, fiber, and medicine. Cannabis has been on the list of illegal drugs since 1925, when it was put there at an international convention in Geneva. Cannabis is a hot topic right now because of the political and economic interests around legalizing it around the world. Numerous studies have demonstrated that cannabis is not a substance devoid of any benefits, particularly in the field of healthcare. In line with this, many pharmaceutical industries are now beginning to view cannabis as a commodity with significant market value. As a result, many countries, such as the United States, have deregulated their cannabis laws for economic purposes.

The poverty rate in Batang Regency remains high. One of the government's strategies to address this issue is through the implementation of the One Village One Product (OVOP) program, which aims to develop and promote distinctive products from each MSME across regions. However, a major weakness identified in the OVOP program is the limited access to capital among MSME owners, which constitutes a significant responsibility for the government. Strengthening MSME business capital can be achieved through loan facilitation and improved financial management practices, particularly by enhancing financial literacy. This study, based on a literature review with a qualitative approach, utilizes primary and secondary data from various sources. The findings reveal that OVOP-based MSMEs in Batang Regency demonstrate financial literacy rates as follows: (1) 50–70% possess knowledge of financial recording and management, and (2) a portion has systematically recorded business income and expenses. While these two aspects of financial literacy are relatively well adopted, knowledge related to financial access remains under 60%. The government's role in promoting financial literacy has so far been limited to educational and socialization activities, which have not been conducted consistently or sustainably

This study investigates the relationship between management control systems and cooperation, which translates into the performance of intra-organizational relationships. This study aims to test a theoretical model using Partial Least Square (PLS) on survey data collected from the retail industry sector. This quantitative research uses a survey method by collecting data using random sampling techniques. The sample used in this study was taken from the respondents of managers and supervisors who have authority in purchasing or procuring goods in the store or warehouse. Next, the questionnaire is organized into two parts; the first contains demographic data, and the next is long-term work, which will be loaded into 20 questions. The results show a direct relationship between performance measurement systems and the three dimensions of cooperation (information sharing, problem-solving, and willingness to adapt to change. This study examines the influence of the performance measurement system and the socialization process on business units' performance, where cooperation plays a mediating variable. The results of this study make a significant contribution by explaining the role of this growing knowledge pool by empirically exploring how cooperation can be mobilized and enforced through SPM, performance measurement systems, and socialization processes
