Dunia perbankan, mengalami perkembangan pesat, oleh karena itu persaingan produk-produk pada perbankan tida dapat dihindarkan dan semakin ketat. Salah satunya yaitu pada produk Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR). Perbankan harus memiliki strategi pemasaran efektif dan efesien, sehingga mendukung  kegiatan operasional perusahaan untuk menguasai segmen pasar, serta pula memiliki daya tarik untuk memasarkan produk KPR agar dapat menarik nasabah atau konsumen serta bersaing dengan perbankann lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan taktik dan strategi pemasaran Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Jember  dalam meninngkatkan jumlah nasabah pada produk pembiayaan KPR. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dengan karyawan bagian marketing Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Jember yang bertanggungjawab atas pemasaran produk KPR sehingga mendapatkan data yang akurat pada proses penelitian yang diteliti.Melalui wawancara dan observasi dapat diketahui bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bank BTN KC Jember dalam memasarkan produk Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) adalah dengan menggunakan segmenting, targeting,positioning (STP) dan marketing mix 4P (product,Price,Promotion,Place).

This research aims to determine consumers' purchasing power towards Esteh Indonesia and how influential the flavor variants available at Esteh Indonesia are on consumer purchasing power. From the test results that have been determined, there is a reliable test result of 0.799, a normality test of 0.61 with a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that consumer influence on Esteh Indonesia has a positive influence.

This research aims to examine the influence of customer based brand equity on consumer loyalty with the research object being the Fast Food Resto Rhiceese Factory in Serang City. The results of this research include Based Brand Equity on consumer loyalty at the Rhiceese Factory fast food restaurant in Serang City. The case study at Richesee Factory Indonesia, this research uses quantitative methods and is then analyzed using validation and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothetical tests using SPPS. The influence of customer based brand equity X1 in influencing each additional variable Y, consumer loyalty is influenced by other factors.

The partners for this community service activity are UMKM which are engaged in making salted eggs. one of the problems faced is in the process of washing salted eggs, which is a process that is carried out before being marketed, where the process still uses manual washing power using human power, manual washing requires less efficient time so that when there are orders, many UMKM experience problems. to fulfill orders from consumers. UMKM that operate in the egg business sector really need a touch of technology related to the salted egg washing method. With this problem, in Community Service Activities for UMKM, salted egg washing machines will be handed over to partner entrepreneurs, namely UMKM Mak Ngat, Purworejo Village, Suruh District, Semarang Regency. The impact of using a salted egg washing machine on Mak'Ngat UMKM is that the salted egg washing process is more economical, namely when done manually it can clean around 150 eggs or around 12 kg in one hour, but when done using a machine the cleaning capacity reaches 45 kg per hour and this number rose drastically.
