Kolaborasi musik tradisional  Kentongan Banyumas dengan musik Rock yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Mukela Banyumas merupakan inovasi penting untuk melestarikan budaya tradisional di tengah arus globalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kolaborasi tersebut dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam melestarikan budaya tradisional dan memberdayakan generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara mendalam dengan anggota Komunitas Mukela, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kreativitas generasi muda dalam komunitas memainkan peran penting dalam mengggabungkan elemen musik tradisional dan modern, sehingga dapat menghasilkan karya musik yang unik serta dapat menarik minat generasi muda terhadap budaya tradisional. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi digital untuk publikasi karya musik terbukti efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan audiens dan meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap budaya tradisional. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi musik tradisional dan Rock yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Mukela Banyumas menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan kreatif dan inovatif, musik tradisional dapat terus eksis dan berkembang di era modern.

The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used to increase sales of broom sticks from palm fronds based on the SWOT method. To find out what indicators were studied in the research on marketing strategies for broom sticks from palm fronds using the SWOT method. This research uses a quantitative method where in When data collection is carried out using the Quantitative method, a questionnaire will be distributed containing indicators related to the SWOT method. Meanwhile, in data processing, data analysis will be carried out using quantitative methods, namely in the form of calculating the weight of the values ??obtained in the questionnaire distributed to the marketing department in the MSME Business Partners. From the results of data processing, it was found that the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) of strength and weakness factors had a score of 2.99 and the External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) above obtained a score of 2.79. From the matrix above, it is known that IFAS is in cell II and EFAS is in cell IV, which means that the strategy will refer to growth or development.

Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Blitar is an implementation in the field of immigration at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of East Java Province which is responsible to the Head of the Regional Office. Passport is a document that contains identity to enter the border of a country. In the implementation of passport making services at the Blitar Class II Non TPI Immigration Office, researchers found obstacles experienced by applicants such as the information provided was not clear, so the applicant had to return to the Blitar Class II Non TPI Immigration Office, because there was no delivery service for applicants who lived outside Blitar, the priority service room was underutilized due to lack of employees. Therefore, effectiveness in the implementation of public services is very necessary, because one of the requirements for implementing a program to improve the quality of public services. This study aims to analyze the making of passports at the Blitar Class II Non TPI Immigration Office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Public services in passport making at the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Blitar show some positive results. The implementation of this program includes various services such as passport issuance in the office, out-of-office services, as well as special programs such as Sambang Haji and Sambang Sakit Services. However, there are several obstacles such as the lack of employees in the priority service room, unclear information, and instability in the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM).

Education becomes a crutch in the lives of individuals and countries. One of the skills that today needs to be developed is entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurship education needs to be instilled in every individual as early as possible. This article will focus on a discussion regarding providing entrepreneurship training to children in Sukorejo Village, as an effort to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in children. The training methods provided include providing training facilities in the form of equipment and materials, demonstrations on making bracelets from beads, and mentoring. The results of this training can provide children with an understanding regarding the importance of entrepreneurial awareness and can foster an entrepreneurial spirit in children in Sukorejo Village

Pemanfaatan media sosial di era digital ini untuk promosi suatu produk belum sepenuhnya dapat dilakukan oleh UMKM Kelurahan Sawah Besar Semarang. Kendala yang dialami diantaranya pengelolaan copywriting dengan bahasa yang rapih dan mudah di pahami oleh calon konsumen juga pemanfaatan segmentasi pasar umumnya juga sulit di pahami oleh kalangan menengah ke bawah. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelatihan melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook untuk menggunggah foto dan video dan Facebook Marketplace sebagai sarana penjualan produk UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui pemaparan materi dan juga pelatihan mengenai pengelolaan media sosial Facebook meliputi copywriting, penggunaan hashtag, dan pengoptimalan segmentasi pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa peningkatan kemampuan peserta UMKM dalam melakukan pengelolaan media sosial Facebook meliputi kemampuan copywriting, penggunaan hashtag, dan pengoptimalan segmentasi pasar sehingga produk-produk peserta UMKM dapat menarik minat konsumen dan meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan produk UMKM.

Grouper fish (Epinephelus sp.) is one of the popular marine fish species in the market in Indonesia and abroad in Southeast Asia, this fish has high economic value, good taste. Currently, the development of grouper aquaculture has been growing, so the seeds must be available continuously to meet the demand for seeds, therefore the foundation of interspecies crosses between groupers that have a high heterosis effect in growth traits, disease resistance and environmental resistance. This research activity was carried out at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Center located in Situbondo, East Java and was carried out from June 19, 2023 to August 19, 2023. The working method used in the Field Work Practice is descriptive method with data collection including primary and secondary. The technique of grouper hatchery conducted at the Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries Center stages include tub preparation, broodstock rearing, hybridization, hatching and egg stocking, larval development, feeding, water quality management, growth sampling and grading, pests and diseases, and harvesting and marketing. The results of the observed parameters are HR 73.25%, SR 15.98%, FR 74.16%. Water quality management carried out in grouper hatcheries is water reduction and water changes according to larval age, siphon once a week and water quality tests.

Training and education process on morals and morals so that it is hoped that a society that is full of Pancasila values will grow. Values of belief in one almighty god, just and civilized humanity, values of indonesian unity, democracy led by wisdom in deliberation and/representation, and prioritizing social justice for all Indonesian people. The enthusiasm of the residents was quite good with their active participation in the training session marked by the questions asked. The Tanjung Pura Class IIB Detention Center is one of the UPTs under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights which carries out Medical Rehabilitation and Social Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is an effort to restore and restore narcotics abuse/addiction to health in the sense of physical, psychological, social and spiritual/religious (faith) health. With this healthy condition, it is hoped that they will be able to function normally again in their daily lives. The aim of this research is to find out the legal basis for providing rehabilitation sanctions in legislation, implementing rehabilitation. In accordance with statutory regulations and the effectiveness of rehabilitation implementation at the class IIB Tanjung Pura detention center. This research is included in analytical descriptive research with a type of empirical juridical research using qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results, it is known that the legal basis and regulations related to rehabilitation of convicts and drug abusers are Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections, Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 of 2012 concerning Procedures for Implementing Rehabilitation Medical for addicts, abusers and victims of narcotics abuse. SEMA Number 4 of 2010, concerning the placement of drug abusers, victims of abuse, and narcotics addicts into medical and social rehabilitation institutions and SEMA Number 3 of 2011 concerning the placement of victims of narcotics abuse in medical and social rehabilitation institutions, implementation of rehabilitation in class IIB prisons in Tanjung Pura refers to statutory regulations related to the rehabilitation of perpetrators of criminal acts of narcotics abuse, including medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation, until the inmates have completed their criminal term. Implementation. Rehabilitation at the Tanjung Pura class IIB detention center is quite effective in healing, educating and sensitizing prisoners, where prisoners are cured of addiction with medical rehabilitation and their personality and psychology are restored with social rehabilitation. So that after completing their prison term, inmates can return to living a normal life in society.

Marketplace E-Commerce Shopee menjadi platform yang banyak digunakan dalam hal penjualan produk secara digital marketing. Shopee banyak digunakan karena mempunyai kelebihan di banyak fitur mudah dipahami dan diterapkan, banyak bebas ongkir yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas IVET berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan marketplace E-Commerce bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Pongangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, E commerce Shopee ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan media promosi penjualan yang semula konvensional menjadi online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM Desa Pongangan mendapatkan edukasi digital marketing, membuat toko online sendiri dan dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada pada Shopee dan juga mendapatkan ilmu teknik memfoto produk yang baik menggunakan handphone yang akan diupload di aplikasi Shopee. Sehingga akan meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM.</p>

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning per Share (EPS) on Share Prices (HS) and the role of EPS in organizations or companies in the construction and housing sectors. /property and real estate. The decision to select this study was based on the importance of this sector as an indicator of the country's economic health. Data was obtained from the annual financial reports of these organizations registered on the IDX from 2019 - 2021, using a purposive sampling technique. Quantitative method with a descriptive approach and path analysis to analyze data using SPSS software. The research results show that these three factors have a partial effect on share prices, with earnings per share (EPS) proven to be able to mediate the effect of return on assets (ROA) on share prices (HS). However, earnings per share (EPS) was not able to mediate the effect of return on equity (ROE) and net profit margin (NPM) on share prices (HS). These results indicate that investors in the property and real estate sector consider profitability and operational efficiency as indicators of company performance that have the potential to influence share prices. This research has several limitations, such as company coverage, the adjusted r-square value which influences share prices by 35.4%, and has not considered other factors that can mediate return on equity (ROE) and net profit margin (NPM) on share prices.
