Parents with neonatal babies who are being treated in the Perina-NICU have a psychological burden that causes parents to experience anxiety. To reduce the anxiety of parents of patients who are treated in the Perina-NICU, it is necessary to do psychoeducation. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of psychoeducation on the anxiety level of the patient's parents at Perina-NICU RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang. The research method used was a quasi experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design without a control group. The sample in this study were 30 parents whose children were being treated at the Perina NICU. Data were obtained by distributing the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire which was carried out before and after the anxiety management psychoeducation. Univariate and bivariate data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average anxiety score before psychoeducation was 21.40 and most of the anxiety was in the moderate category, namely 12 (40%). The average anxiety score after psychoeducation was 15.50 and most of the anxiety was in the non-anxious category, namely 12 (40%). There was an effect of psychoeducation on the anxiety level of the parents of babies who are treated in the Perina-NICU with a P value (0.000) < ? (0.05). Conclusions and suggestions: there was an influence of psychoeducation on the anxiety level of the parents of babies who are treated at Perina-NICU RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang. It is hoped that psychoeducation will become one of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to reduce the anxiety level of parents of patients treated at the Perina-NICU because the implementation is quite easy and effective.

In a non-profit institution, the Aqil Study Area has public relations organized as a social division. It's interesting to study his role as a public relations in a non-profit organization. This research uses the qualitative type of work done during the internship for about a semester. Research results show that the public role of relations to image on the outside is shaped through the development and collaboration of partnerships. Its activities focused on establishing sustainable cooperation with the government and colleges.

The food sector has developed rapidly and is ingrained in people's daily lives, especially with regard to instant noodles. One of the industry leaders, Indomie, has developed exclusive recipes and production techniques. The legal troubles over Gaga Noodles, a fast-growing new brand, show how difficult it is to legally protect trade secrets. This research is important because it adds to our knowledge about the Indonesian legal system's handling of trade secret issues, especially in the country's dynamic food sector. Through an examination of legal viewpoints, this research will offer a valuable perspective for the creation of relevant regulations, corporate procedures, and guidelines. It is hoped that this research will increase the protection of innovation and creativity in the business sector by providing a deeper understanding of the legal perspective surrounding the trade secret case between Indomie and Mie Gaga. This will help shape Indonesia's legal framework for intellectual property. With an emphasis on elements of intellectual property law, this research attempts to examine a court case involving trade secret claims between two well-known companies, Indomie and Mie Gaga. A comparative review of the legal protection for trade secrets under the Indonesian Intellectual Property Law is part of this research. This research approach includes a thorough case study of relevant legal and judicial developments, and a thorough analysis of the data collected to understand the fundamental ideas and applications of law relating to trade secrets in Indonesia. This research explores the evaluation of financial performance in banking companies through financial ratio analysis and case studies. Analyzing three banks – BNI, BRI, and Bank Mandiri – reveals variations in stock prices, financial efficiency, and net profit performance. The conclusion is that BNI's stock is undervalued, BRI's is overvalued, and Bank Mandiri's situation is mixed. Although debt ratios are safe, both ROA and ROE fall below standards. However, operational efficiency is reflected in a healthy NPM. This study provides in-depth insights into the complexity of banking companies' performance.

This observation was made to determine the influence of product quality on the purchase decision of Iphone products among Surakarta residents. This observation used quantitative methods using manual data obtained by distributing documents or questionnaires and collecting responses from a sample of 59 participants. This observation uses Intelligent Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to evaluate the hypothesis, as well as using a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the Smart PLS analysis test conducted, it shows that product quality has a positive or significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Ice breaking is seen as an essential first step to build relationships between participants, create a comfortable atmosphere, and increase participant motivation. The method for this service is in 3 stages starting from opening, content and closing and the population is security guards in Sukoharjo. The conclusion is that the implementation of ice breaking in security guard training in Sukoharjo is not just an opening step, but is a critical element in achieving training objectives by providing a strong foundation for effective and continuous learning.

PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk carries out the "Bestee" internship program with business assistance for underprivileged customers. In this program, BTPN Syariah attracts participants from the Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB) program. This research aims to see how influential the role of BTPN Syariah customer business assistance is on increasing customers' income and skills in entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The business assistance carried out by this facilitator has a good effect on BTPN Syariah customers who run MSMEs where they can improve soft skills and good hard skills regarding entrepreneurship that have never been known before, increase sales income significantly due to the material provided during mentoring and can effectively increase performance of MSMEs run by BTPN Syariah underprivileged customers.

The method of implementing this community service uses the method; FDG: Lectures, Practices and Participant Assistance. The implementation of this community service was on December 16, 2023, at one of the meeting places in Sasa village, independent PKM activities were held in the afternoon at 13.00 Wit until completion. Participants who attended this PKM activity were 25 people consisting of mothers in Sasa village.

This article is intended to share information with the public about the warranty and protection, and the ways or steps that the public can take when faced with the issue of mismatches between warranty fulfillment and the promised warranty. In this research we used a normative juridical study methodology with library information collection procedures. Regarding this problem, the government has made a legal product, namely Law Number. 8 Year 1999 on consumer protection in which a person controls a warranty, which, if the public may be harmed by such discrepancies, he or she has the right to bring this to law through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency or through a public court.
