Women’s Empowerment is one of the programs created by the Family Welfare Empowerment Organization (PKK) especially in the city of Semarang, with the aim of exploring and developing the potential of women in order to help them have the insight and ability to improve the welfare of their families. The method used in this research is a qualitative description method using qualitative information or data which is described descriptively with the aim of exploring a phenomenon or social reality. The variables in this research are the role of Family Welfare Empowerment Organizations (PKK) and Women’s Empowerment Program. While the results of this reseach are the role of Family Welfare Empowerment Organizations (PKK) in helping women especially in the Sukorejo sub-district, Gunungpati sub-district, Semarang city, in exploring and developing their potential.

This study aims to analyze gross profit, operating profit and net profit in predicting future cash flows in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. Sampling using purposive sampling with time series data in order to obtain a sample of 84. The data method in this study used descriptive statistics test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with F test, t test and R test. F test results obtained a significance value of 0, 00 < 0.05 then the model is feasible to use, this means that all independent variables have an effect on the dependent variable. From the results of the hypothesis test, namely the t test, it shows that the gross profit variable has an effect on predicting cash flows, this is evidenced by the significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The operating profit and net income variables have a significance value greater than 0.05, namely 0.425 and 0.60, thus it can be concluded that operating income and net income have no effect in predicting future cash flows. From the results of the R test, the adjusted R square value is 0.426 or 42.6%. This shows that the variables of gross profit, operating profit, and net profit simultaneously have an effect on predicting future cash flows by 42.6%. While the remaining 57.4% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

UMKM mempunyai kekuatan yang potensial diantaranya adalah memiliki segmen pasar usaha pasar yang unik, melaksanakan manajemen sederhana dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan [asar, memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sekitar dan memanfaatkan limbah, serta memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Wilayah Kecamatan Cisayong mengenai etika bisnis, oara usaha masih awam dalam berbisnis, meskipun moral itu juga ada di dalam hati nurani masng-masing manusai tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa manusai dapat terjadi bukan etis karena pengaruh lingkungan. Dengan menerapkan etika dalam berbisnis dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode lokakarya. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran para pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan etika dalam bisnis yang dilakukannya. Melalui lokakarya kemampuan dan pengetahuan ini mereka akan pentingnya etika dalam berbisnis, dan juga menjadi pedoman bagi pengembangan usahanya di masa yang akan datang

Dieng Kabupaten Banjarnegara memiliki iklim yang cocok untuk pertanian sayuran. Khususnya di Desa Ratamba Kecamatan Pejawaran Kabupaten Banjarnegara memiliki komoditas pertanian kentang dan wortel. Untuk saat ini hasil panen dipasarkan secara konvensional dengan mengumpulkan hasil panen pada pengepul dan mengirimkan ke pasar untuk selanjutnya dikirim ke beberapa daerah di sekitar kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pemasaran dengan metode konvensional sudah dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama. Akan tetapi ada celah kekurangan yang terjadi di rantai distribusi dalam proses bisnis pertanian tersebut. Salah satunya adalah petani tidak dapat menentukan harga sayuran hasil panennya karena distribusi sayuran harus melalui pengepul atau tengkulak terlebih dahulu. Sehingga yang menentukan harga di pasar adalah pengepul, bukan oleh petani secara langsung. Selain itu, petani juga tidak dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran hasil pertaniannya. Disebabkan distribusi barang tidak dilakukan oleh petani akan tetapi oleh dilakukan oleh pengepul juga. Oleh karena alasan tersebut maka pada pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dikembangkan website yang dapat diakses oleh petani di Desa Ratamba untuk memasarkan dan menjual hasil pertanian mereka secara langsung. Dengan adanya media online yang digunakan oleh petani diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan para petani. Dengan demikian diharapkan petani dapat terus mempertahankan dan meingkatkan kualitas hasil pertanian mereka

Dampak penggunaan tekhnologi digital tidak dapat dihindari oleh siapa pun, tetapi guru dapat membantu dalam mengontrol kegiatan stimulasi keseharian yang tepat bagi anak TK (usia dini). Kegiatan storytelling dapat dilakukan oleh guru dalam memberikan stimulasi tumbuh kembang bagi anak usia dini, agar anak lebih tertarik dengan membaca buku dibandingkan dengan bermain gawai. Peran storytelling penting untuk mendorong kecerdasan emosional sejak dini, mulai dari aktif dalam berkomunikasi verbal dan meningkatkan minat membaca. Sehingga, pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam storytelling penting untuk dapat diterapkan di sekolah TKIT Bina Amal, agar anak usia dini mendapatkan stimulasi tumbung kembang kecerdasan emosional secara optimal. Kegiatan storytelling pada anak usia dini yang dilakukan guru kepada anak dapat bermanfaat bagi tumbuh kembang anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara dengan menguasai berbagai jumlah kosa kata, membuka wawasan dan pengetahuan, menjadikan terampil bahasa dan melakukan ekspresi verbal, komunikasi lisan yang meningkat, anak dapat mampu mengekpresikan pendapatnya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman komunikasi guru dalam membacakan nyaring. Kegiatan pengabdian ini penting dilakukan guru agar menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan anak-anak dalam membacakan nyaring.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth on demand for food purchases using Go-Food with brand trust as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 100 respondents obtained through a sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is announced to respondents after which the data results are processed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is used in the SmartPLS V.4 analysis test. The results of this study show that the impact of electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on purchase intention, while brand trust has no effect on electronic word of mouth and interest in purchasing food using Go-Food among Uin Walisongo Semarang students.

This research aims to determine the use of accounting information systems, viral marketing, and the tagline "free shipping" on online impulse buying among consumers. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The population in this study were students in Solo Raya. Sample selection used accidental sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire or questionnaire. This research uses data analysis methods, namely descriptive statistical analysis, data quality testing, and classical assumption testing. The research results state that the accounting information system has a significant effect on online impulse buying among consumers, viral marketing has a significant effect on online impulse buying among consumers, and the tagline "free shipping" has a significant effect on online impulse buying among consumers.

Sport is physical activity which is very important for body health. Physical fitness is the body's ability to function effectively at work or other activities. The research method in this article is a literature review to find sports activities that can be beneficial improves the immune system, mental health, metabolic health, muscle strength and function cardiovascular, increasing endurance, lowering cholesterol, reducing stress, burning fat, increasing immunity, preventing illness, improving blood circulation, and maintaining healthy bones and joints. If the exercise you do is not appropriate, it will have a bad impact in the future. To prevent disorders and decline, especially muscle size and strength, you can done with regular strength training.  Exercising regularly can improve a person's quality of life, make the body healthier and stronger, and reduce the risk of disease.  Exercise also helps increase flexibility, muscle elasticity and blood circulation, as well as speeding up the body's metabolism. Thus, exercising regularly and structured can be an integral part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Tuberculosis (TB) was still a global challenge in the world of health and required special attention to increase the level of patient compliance with treatment. This study aimed to explore the relationship between patient knowledge, attitudes, and actions and the level of adherence to taking medication in TB patients at the Pulmonary Polyclinic of Subulussalam City Hospital. The study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The research population involved all TB patients undergoing treatment at Subulussalam City Hospital, with a sample of 76 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through interviews using the MMAS-8 questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test. The majority of respondents showed a high level of knowledge (47.37%), poor attitudes (59.21%), and good actions (64.47%), but the level of compliance was low (46.05%). Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.000), attitudes (p=0.014), and actions (p=0.010) with the level of adherence to taking medication. The knowledge, attitudes, and actions of TB patients at the Lung Polyclinic of Subulussalam City Hospital had a significant effect on their level of compliance in taking medication. Efforts were needed to increase patient understanding and special approaches to increase compliance to support the success of TB therapy.

This research tries to analyze the influence of President Jokowi in the decision of Case number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 regarding the minimum age of presidential candidates and vice presidential candidates. We know that President Jokowi's name has recently become a topic of conversation, with rumors that he wants to nominate his son. became vice president, but in this case President Jokowi experienced a constitutional obstacle, namely that his son, Gibran, was still 36 years old. Who cannot be nominated because the requirement to become vice president in the 2024 presidential election must be 40 years old. This is an obstacle for President Jokowi to nominate his son to be vice president, who according to rumors has emerged as a pair with Prabowo Subianto. This research tries to understand how much influence there is in political intervention on the State Administration system and the influence of the family in the Constitutional Court's decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023. The results of the research show that the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the age limit for presidential and vice presidential candidates in October 2023 is a judicial decision that shows the family's interests because first, the discussion of the judicial review of the law is procedurally flawed
