Imagery training is rarely used by coaches to improve the quality of passing techniques in soccer. This study aims for soccer coaches or athletes to apply imagery training to achieve maximum performance. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research method. The population in this study were all SSB Bintang Kalinegoro athletes totaling 60. The sample used was 24 athletes. Data collection used a grid concentration test and a passing test. Quantitative data analysis consisted of a normality test, a homogeneity test, and a hypothesis test. The results showed cognitive specific sig p of 0.001, motivational general mastery sig p of 0.010, high concentration sig p of 0.008, low concentration sig p of 0.001, the interaction of imagery and concentration on passing results obtained sig p of 0.001 which means that all of them have interactions. Conclusion: There is an influence of cognitive specific, motivational general mastery, high concentration, and low concentration training methods on the passing training results of Bintang Kalinegoro soccer school players. The Cognitive Specific training method is better applied to high concentration groups, while the Motivational general mastery training method is better applied to low concentration groups.

This study aims to analyze the extent to which artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are utilized by government institutions and companies in public relations (PR) practices, and to relate these findings to crisis management strategies. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews involving 23 institutions, consisting of 19 government agencies and 4 private companies. The results show that ChatGPT is the most widely used AI tool (56%), followed by Gemini (34%) and QuillBot (14%). Most other tools showed low usage rates, with a high percentage falling under the “unknown” category, indicating limited information and awareness regarding AI technologies within PR environments. These findings have strategic implications in the context of crisis management, as the speed and accuracy of information dissemination are highly dependent on technological adaptability. The integration of AI tools into public communication systems can serve as both a preventive and responsive solution to reputational and operational crises. Therefore, policies are needed to enhance digital literacy and provide technical training on AI utilization for PR practitioners in both the public and private sectors.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal responsibility of banks towards customers in cases of personal data leaks, examine the extent of legal protection provided to customers, and describe efforts that can be made to minimize the risk of data leaks. This study uses a literature study method by collecting and analyzing various legal sources, such as laws and regulations, court decisions, journals, and literature related to data protection in the banking sector. The results of the study indicate that banks have legal responsibilities based on the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and banking provisions to maintain the confidentiality of customer data. If a data leak occurs, the bank can be subject to administrative, civil, or even criminal sanctions depending on the level of negligence. In addition, this study found that customers have the right to claim compensation if the data leak causes material or immaterial losses. However, the effectiveness of law enforcement still faces challenges, such as lack of customer awareness and complexity of evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, improve cybersecurity systems by banks, and educate customers to mitigate the risk of data leaks. The implications of this study are expected to provide recommendations for regulators and banking industry players in strengthening the protection of customer personal data.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on teacher loyalty in the Samarinda City District. The research method used is quantitative, using observational and survey approaches. The sample comprised 93 respondents, consisting of teachers in the Samarinda City District. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS for validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test as model fit tests (Goodness of Fit), as well as the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²). The results indicate that both compensation and work discipline have a positive effect on teacher loyalty. Improvements in fair compensation provision and consistent enforcement of work discipline can enhance teachers’ loyalty to their employing institution. The model fit test (Goodness of Fit) shows that the regression model used in this study meets the criteria for adequacy and significance, making it suitable for predicting teacher loyalty.

Abstrak:
The lack of integration between science and local wisdom in science education remains a challenge in developing students' critical thinking skills and cultural literacy. This study aims to analyze the effect of STEM-based science learning integrated with ethnoscience on critical thinking skills and cultural literacy of elementary school students. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. Samples were selected purposively and consisted of experimental and control groups. The instruments used include a critical thinking skills test and a cultural literacy questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant difference in posttest scores between the experimental and control groups, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005. The average difference was 19.78 points for critical thinking skills (81.14 - 61.36) and 16.86 points for cultural literacy (82.50 - 65.64). This finding suggests that integrating STEM-based science learning with ethnoscience can significantly enhance students' critical thinking skills and cultural literacy. The novelty of this study lies in the learning approach that combines the STEM framework with local ethnoscience values, providing an innovative alternative for shaping students who think reflectively while developing cultural awareness from an early age.

Indonesia's biodiversity holds great potential for drug development, including through the use of traditional medicinal plants such as tapak liman (Elephantopus scaber L.), suruhan (Peperomia pellucida L. Kunth), and temu ireng (Curcuma aeruginosa Roxb.). These plants have been used in traditional medicine and are known to contain bioactive compounds with potential anticancer properties. Tapak liman contains compounds capable of inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. Suruhan is known to have cytotoxic and immunomodulatory effects, while temu ireng contains compounds with antioxidant and anticancer activity. This study aims to identify and quantify the bioactive compounds in these three plants using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and to explore their therapeutic potential in cancer treatment. The results of GC-MS analysis successfully identified six main compounds that have potential as anticancer agents, namely Phytol, Caryophyllene, Apiol, Germacrone, Germacrene B, and one additional compound. Temu ireng contains Germacrone, Germacrene B, and Caryophyllene, while suruhan contains Caryophyllene, Apiol, and Phytol. Meanwhile, tapak liman shows the presence of bioactive compounds that support cytotoxic activity. The focus of this study is on the interaction of bioactive compounds with the Bcl-2 protein, which plays a role in inhibiting apoptosis in cancer cells. Additionally, molecular analysis revealed that Germacrone, Germacrene B, Caryophyllene, and Apiol can also bind to the p53 protein, known as a guardian of the genome and a trigger for apoptosis. These findings suggest that the three plants have high potential as natural sources of anticancer agents. Further in vitro and in vivo studies are recommended to test the biological efficacy of these compounds in the context of cancer therapy, thereby bridging traditional knowledge with modern scientific approaches in the development of natural-based medications.
