This study aims to determine and examine the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Liquidity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Financial Performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. This research uses quantitative data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports of manufacturing companies obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) at www.idx.co.id and the related company websites. The data collection technique used the documentation method, with 23 companies meeting the criteria for this study. The data analysis technique used in this research employs quantitative analysis techniques, specifically Multiple Linear Regression. (Multiple Linear Regression). The statistical program used in this research is SPSS 26.0 to test the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the variables Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Liquidity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a positive and significant impact on financial performance (ROA).

Tulisan ini mengkaji peraturan dan perlindungan hukum terhadap wanita yang berperan sebagai korban kekerasan “domestik” (KDRT) yang berujung pada pembunuhan berencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsekuensi hukum yang melindungi hak-hak korban, serta menelaah bagaimana sistem peradilan menangani kasus yang melibatkan perempuan sebagai pelaku pembunuhan berencana setelah mengalami KDRT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah yuridis normatif, dengan menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan, seperti Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (UU PKDRT). Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan menggali penerapan kedua undang-undang tersebut dalam kasus-kasus pembunuhan berencana yang melibatkan perempuan sebagai pelaku, serta membandingkan antara ketentuan umum dalam KUHP dan ketentuan khusus dalam UU PKDRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembunuhan berencana yang dilakukan oleh perempuan sering kali dipicu oleh trauma psikologis yang dialami akibat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Trauma ini, yang sering kali tidak terlihat, mempengaruhi kondisi mental pelaku dan dapat menjadi faktor utama dalam motif tindakannya. Dalam penegakan hukum, penting untuk memperhatikan konteks kekerasan domestik yang dialami oleh korban. Sistem peradilan harus mengutamakan penerapan UU PKDRT sebagai lex specialis, yang memberikan perlindungan kepada perempuan korban KDRT. Penulisan ini, mengeksplorasi kewajiban hukum yang diberikan kepada perempuan pelaku pembunuhan berencana dalam konteks trauma psikis. Penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dalam perumusan kebijakan hukum yang responsif terhadap kondisi korban KDRT dan memperbaiki sistem perlindungan hukum bagi perempuan.

When making investment decisions, it is crucial for investors to consider various risks that may arise, both in the short and long term. One method to measure risk is through volatility. Volatility represents a statistical measurement of the degree of price variation over a specific period, expressed as volatility (?) (Aklimawati & Wahyudi, 2013). This study aims to discuss the pricing of European option contracts using Conditional Monte Carlo simulation and the Black-Scholes method. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from Yahoo Finance. The data consists of quantitative information, namely the monthly closing prices of Toyota Motor Corporation (TM) stock, spanning 5 years from July 1, 2019, to July 1, 2024, yielding 60 data points. In this research, the pricing of European call option contracts was calculated using Conditional Monte Carlo simulation and the Black-Scholes method. The study concludes that European option contract pricing can be determined using two methods: Conditional Monte Carlo simulation and the Black-Scholes method. Conditional Monte Carlo simulation can be employed to calculate European option prices in a structured manner, utilizing stochastic volatility estimated through the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. The two methods yield differing option prices; Conditional Monte Carlo simulation produces lower option price estimates with relatively lower error values compared to the Black-Scholes method at every strike price. The lower estimates from Conditional Monte Carlo simulation are due to its consideration of stochastic changes in volatility, whereas the Black-Scholes method results in higher prices due to its assumption of constant volatility. The comparison demonstrates that Conditional Monte Carlo simulation provides cheaper price estimates under market conditions with non-constant volatility, despite requiring higher computational time compared to the Black-Scholes method.

This study aims to describe the process of management of educational facilities and infrastructure in an effort to improve the quality of education in elementary schools. Facilities and infrastructure have an important role in education, and the existence of adequate facilities can help improve the quality of learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data sources obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Interview informants include school principals, teachers who manage facilities and infrastructure, and subject teachers. The results of the study show that school facilities and infrastructure are well managed, including planning, procurement, use, inventory, removal, and supervision. The management process runs smoothly, which makes stakeholders feel satisfied and contributes to achievements.

The Constitutional Court is a judicial institution in Indonesia which was established on August 13, 2003. The Constitutional Court has the authority regulated in article 24C of the 1945 Constitution and Law Number 24 of 2003 concerning the Constitutional Court which was later updated to Law Number 8 of 2011. The Constitutional Court has a principle in making a decision on the material test of the law against the Constitution, which applies to everyone, final, independent and impartial. The Constitutional Court's (MK) decision regarding the age limit for presidential and vice presidential candidates (presidential and vice presidential candidates) in Case Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 continues to reap pros and cons. In the decision, the Constitutional Court granted part of the application that tested Article 169 letter q of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections. This study aims to identify and analyze disputes over the Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 concerning the material test of article 169 letter q of Law number 7 of 2017 concerning general elections in terms of juridical aspects. The research method used is a literature study of the Constitutional Court decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 with a focus on normative legal analysis. The results of the study show that the Constitutional Court's decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 is formally inconsistent with Law Number 49 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power and Constitutional Court Regulation No. 2/PMK/2021.

The research method used is juridical-normative with a qualitative approach to explore data and analyze related legal norms. This study explores copyright protection in the culinary industry, the tension between name ownership and trademark rights. This journal will focus on the urgency of trademark registration and how to resolve the Geprek Bensu dispute.

This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the impact of the latest educational virtues on school management. The growing educational virtues, such as the focus on technology-based learning, the development of more flexible curricula, and increased parental involvement, have brought about significant changes in the way schools are organized and led. The analysis highlights how these virtues affect school operational efficiency, educational quality, and student motivation. In addition, the article discusses the challenges faced by school management in implementing these educational virtues, as well as effective strategies to overcome them. Thus, this article provides comprehensive insights into how the latest educational virtues can improve school management performance and achieve better educational goals.

This study investigates the influence of work satisfaction, organizational culture, and communication on employee engagement within private banks in Central Java. The study's population comprised 150 private bank employees in Central Java, categorized as millennials aged 27 to 41, representing the most significant workforce demographic. Utilizing a non-probability sampling strategy through purposive sampling methodology. Data gathering uses a questionnaire method, with each item evaluated using a Likert scale. The study employed the SEM-PLS technique for data analysis, utilizing the SmartPLS 4.1.0.3 tool for data processing. The research findings indicate that communication positively and significantly influences employee engagement and job satisfaction, while organizational culture also positively and significantly affects both employee engagement and job satisfaction. The mediation test revealed that job satisfaction does not mediate substantially the connection between organizational culture and communication about employee engagement in private banks in Central Java.

This study aims to analyze the role of human relations in developing effective communication in the workplace. Effective communication is one of the most important factors in an organization's success, which depends not only on technical skills, but also on the quality of interpersonal relationships between team members and managers. Healthy human relations, which involve respectful interactions, building trust, and open communication, can support the achievement of organizational goals by creating a more productive and harmonious environment. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature analysis and literature review techniques to identify relevant theories and previous research results regarding the relationship between individuals in the workplace and their impact on organizational communication. Data sources are taken from various scientific articles, books, and journals that discuss topics about organizational communication, human relations, and work psychology. The results of this study show that positive interpersonal relationships in the workplace play a crucial role in creating effective communication. Employees who feel valued and supported by their colleagues and employers tend to be more open to communicating information, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating efficiently. Conversely, interpersonal tension or poor communication can lead to miscommunication, conflict, and decreased productivity. The research also highlights the importance of communication training and interpersonal relationship management as part of organizational development to create a better work environment and support long-term success.

This research is motivated by the researcher's concern for the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the use of the fiqh subject learning method, especially in the practical learning material, according to the researcher's observations attached. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the demonstration learning method for tayammum practice in class IV-B students of Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah 1 Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a method that aims to describe or explain events that occur in the field. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this study consists of data reduction, data representation, and drawing Fiqh related to the practice of Tayammum Class IV-B Madrasah Diniah Awaliyah 1 Pekanbaru can motivate students to practice Tayammum properly. The results of this study indicate that the application of the demonstration method in the subject Many students of Class IV-B Madrasah Diniah Awaliyah 1 Pekanbaru seem to still be lacking in the ability to understand the practice of Tayammum. Therefore, you need to apply a direct learning method. After enrichment, many students understand how to tayammum.
