Menganalisis manajemen keamanan di Pesantren 2 Cipining dalam upaya mencegah pelanggaran disiplin santri. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari hasil wawancara dan observasi di pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining. penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan, kendala yang dihadapi, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya potensi perbaikan dalam koordinasi, pelatihan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen keamanan dan menciptakan lingkungan pesantren yang kondusif.

Manajemen kurikulum merupakan aspek vital dalam system Pendidikan, termasuk dalam kontek Pendidikan. Skripsi ini membahas konsep manajemen kurikulum Islam menurut ibnu sahnun , seorang ulama dan pendidik terkemuka dari abad ke-19 yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam pengembangan sistem Pendidikan Islam. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis prinsip-prinsip manajerial yang diusung oleh Ibnu Shahnun serta penerapannya dalam konteks Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan pengkajian karya-karya Ibnu sahnun dan sumber-sumber terkait lainnya. Temuan penelitian menunnjukan bahwa Ibnu Sahnun menekankan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kurikulum, penyusunan materi ajar dengan kebutuhan siswa ,serta penggunaan metode pengajaran yang adaptif dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum Pendidikan Islam kontenpoler dan menawarkan persepektif historis yang berharga tentang manajemen kurikulum dalam teradisi Islam. kurikulum Pendidikan Islam. This community service activity aimed to socialize the correct (standard) use of the Indonesian language, thereby fostering a sense of love for the country among students at SMA Negeri 1 Cinangka, Serang Regency, Banten. The goal of this activity was to instill early awareness among students to use the Indonesian language according to standardized spelling with deep love for the nation, without feeling ashamed, outdated, or merely using it as a form of identity as Indonesian citizens. It sought to rekindle a sense of nationalism in the students of SMAN 1 Cinangka by encouraging them to love and use the Indonesian language in accordance with linguistic norms.The method used in the socialization activity involved preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The socialization event was held at SMA Negeri 1 Cinangka, Cinangka Village, Serang Regency, on Monday, August 26, 2024. The participants of this activity included 207 students from SMA Negeri 1 Cinangka and the KKM (Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa) group 38 of Cinangka. The speakers were lecturers from Bina Bangsa University with a background in the field of linguistics. The results of this activity produced an understanding and awareness among students to use the Indonesian language according to standardized spelling with deep love for the nation, without feeling ashamed, outdated, or merely using it as a form of identity as Indonesian citizens. This socialization activity is expected to rekindle a sense of nationalism in the students of SMAN 1 Cinangka, encouraging them to love and use the Indonesian language in accordance with linguistic norms.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, particularly through their contributions to the formation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment absorption. MSMEs are also recognized for their strong economic resilience, making them a key pillar of national financial and economic stability. Acknowledging this significance, through the Student Community Service Program (KKM), Group 36 conducted training and mentoring for MSME actors in Bulakan Village over a two-month period. This initiative aimed to enhance the understanding of MSME actors regarding the critical impact of branding, packaging design, and product innovation on marketing strategies. The outcomes of this activity include the creation of distinctive product branding and logos, as well as innovations that have the potential to improve the quality of MSME products.

Di masa modern ini sistem pendidikan sangat beragam, mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Pesantren Darunnajah cipining hadir dengan program yang baru yaitu program darsul idhofi, yang mana ini merupakan revitalisasi kurikulum kuliyatul mu’allimin al-islamiyah (TMI) yang di jalankan oleh divisi pengajaran. Darsul idhofi adalah program unggulan yang ada di kurikulum TMI guna untuk peningkatan bahasa resmi pondok yaitu arab dan inggris dengan metode kegiatan belajar dan mengajar (KBM) di kelas oleh kelas senior yaitu kelas 5 TMI, yang mana metode ini adalah visi dari kurikulum TMI sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan gambaran yang nyata dan tepat mengenai objek studi, berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan di lapangan. Metode yang dipilih adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam konteks penelitian kualitatif, validitas data atau temuan dicapai ketika deskripsi peneliti sepenuhnya mencerminkan realitas yang diamati pada objek penelitian, tanpa ada perbedaan antara laporan dan kenyataan di lapangan. Pada Implementasi Program Darsul Idhofi Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Bahasa Santri Kelas 5 TMI di Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor menggunakan sistem POACE. Planning: Dengan adanya perencanaan dapat membuat kegiatan lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan kata lain, perencanaan adalah dasar pokok acuan, gambaran dan patokan pelaksanaan kegiatan agar dapat berjalan dengan baik, Organizing: Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining. Semua yang dipilih memalui proses, dilihat dari riwayat Ketika menjadi santri dan mempunyai ambisi tinggi, Actuating: proses pelaksanaan divisi pengajaran membuat kegiatan seperti, membuat persiapan mengajar (ta’hil), pemeriksaan persiapan ajar (taftisy i’dad tadris), KBM di kelas, dan perbaikan bahasa (tahsinul lughoh) yang semuanya berbasis bahasa arab dan inggris, Controlling: Pada aspek ini pengajaran melibatkan direktur TMI, kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru yang berkompeten di bidangnya, Evaluating: hasil dari program akan terlihat pada evaluasi mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan yang semuanya di nilai dari laporan petugas kontroling dan hasil ujian mid dan semester 1 dan 2.

The need for efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly animal feed in Indonesia, especially for small and medium-scale farmers, requires innovative solutions. This community service program aims to optimize the production and marketing of maggot as an alternative animal feed through the empowerment of MSMEs at TPS3R Ngudi Lestari. A participatory approach was implemented through two main stages: maggot production training and a digital marketing workshop. The results showed a significant increase in both the production capacity and quality of maggot, as well as an improvement in digital marketing skills among MSMEs. The training enhanced participants' technical abilities in substrate management, production efficiency, and post-harvest processing, leading to higher and more consistent production outcomes. Meanwhile, the digital marketing workshop equipped MSMEs with strategies to expand market reach through online platforms, branding, and content creation. Despite challenges such as substrate variability and digital infrastructure limitations, innovative solutions like substrate diversification and improved environmental monitoring were successfully applied. This program not only boosted the local economy but also contributed to a more sustainable livestock sector by integrating circular economy principles. In conclusion, the program demonstrates the potential of combining maggot production with digital marketing strategies to create a sustainable business model for MSMEs, serving as a replicable example for community empowerment within the context of a circular economy and sustainable agriculture in Indonesia

This study aims to determine the effect of fiscal decentralization financing sources on poverty levels. This study covers areas in Jambi Province using secondary time series data for the period 2007-2016. This study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. Fiscal decentralization financing sources of local revenue and balancing funds do not have a significant positive effect on poverty levels in Jambi Province, while other legitimate incomes have a positive and significant effect in Jambi Province from 2007-2016. The effect of fiscal decentralization financing sources (PAD, DP, PL) on poverty levels in Jambi Province is 80.2%, while the remaining 19.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. And there is a strong relationship between fiscal decentralization and poverty levels of 89.6%.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dari masyarakat setempat di Desa Bergas Kidul, Kabupaten Semarang, Jawa Tengah, untuk mengetahui bagaimana variabel Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, dan Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa mempengaruhi pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Dalam penelitan ini penulis menambahkan beberapa variabel independent pengelolaan dana desa. Laporan tahunan lengkap yang mencakup semua variabel penelitian ini telah disiapkan dan diterbitkan oleh pemerintah setempat. Rumus Slovin digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel dari populasi sebanyak 4.159 Masyarakat Desa, dan terdapat 98 responden dalam sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Transapransi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Akuntabilitas tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Partisipasi Masyarakat tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pengelolaan Dana Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat.</p><p>The purpose of this study was to analyze data collected from local communities in Bergas Kidul Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java, to determine how the variables<br />Transparency, Accountability, and Community Participation in Village Fund Management<br />affect village community empowerment. In this study, the author added several independent variables of village fund management. A complete annual report covering all of the variables of this study has been prepared and published by the local government. The Slovin formula was used as a sampling method from a population of 4,159 Village Communities, and there were 98 respondents in the sample. The data analysis method used was Partial Least Square. The results showed that Transparency had a positive and significant effect on Community Empowerment, Accountability did not have a positive and significant effect on Community Empowerment, Community Participation did not have a positive and significant effect on Community Empowerment and Village Fund Management had a positive and significant effect on Community Empowerment.</p><p> </p>

Marketplace system is a means of meeting sellers and buyers online, in this case service providers and car renters. With this information system, renters no longer need to bother looking for the required car that matches the criteria, and service providers are also easier in marketing and expanding their marketing reach. This system was built using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method of development which allows customers to place orders, select vehicles, eliminating complexity in the traditional process involving visits to rentals. In car rental services there are several problems that need to be resolved. First, there is no web-based information system service that makes it easy for customers to access car rental service company information. Second, conventional services are still fairly slow. Currently, reservations are made in two ways, namely coming to the place or contacting the telephone number on Whatsapp so that prospective tenants have to wait for a response from the rental provider to get information about prices and available cars. Therefore, a car rental information system is needed that specifically serves fleet rental with online booking to display transaction information in the form of car rental and return on the system dashboard to support strategic purposes. This research focuses on building a car rental information system using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework.
 

The small number of people cultivating horticultural crops, especially vegetables, means that people can only buy vegetables to meet their vegetable food needs, where the main factor for this is the decline in the area of productive land used as agricultural land and cultivation caused by the growth of population density in Indonesia. Therefore, the solution to the existing problem is to provide openness of insight and assistance in utilizing narrow land for plant cultivation. One way to cultivate plants is by using the vertical cultivation method. In implementing this activity, the aim is for Kalijudan residents to have knowledge about the vertical cultivation system and plastic bottle waste management. The implementation of this activity uses the method of socialization and training activities or direct practice. Where, the target audience in the practice of this activity is elementary school students and Kalijudan residents. From the results of the discussion, it was concluded that this activity is useful because it can introduce residents and change the condition of the Kalijudan sub-district which was originally a narrow land without plants into a narrow but green land. In addition, this vertical cultivation activity also has benefits in reducing plastic waste that accumulates in the Kalijudan environment.
