This study aims to test the effectiveness of an e-module based on the Ibis Paint X application in improving learning outcomes of participants in the Technical Drawing material of the Fashion Technology vocational program. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The instruments used include pre-tests and post-tests, as well as user response questionnaires. Data were analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and N-Gain tests. The results show that the use of the e-module significantly improves the understanding of training participants, with high effectiveness based on the N-Gain test results. Additionally, user responses indicate that the e-module is practical and suitable for use in training. These findings suggest that the integration of the Ibis Paint X application in the e-module supports adaptive and effective digital learning in vocational training environments.

This study aims to analyse the financial feasibility of the ground coffee production business undertaken by coffee farmers and processors by applying local innovations at the cultivation, post-harvest handling, and coffee processing stages in the coffee production centre of Garut Regency. This study used a quantitative approach to provide a comprehensive understanding of the feasibility of the ground coffee business with local innovations applied by coffee farmers and processors in Garut Regency. Local innovations in coffee production include pruning techniques, grafting, solar dryer dome technology for herbal coffee making, the use of local roasting machines, and the utilization of coffee waste into value-added products such as ceramics, organic fertilizer, and dodol. Quantitative analysis of coffee processing business feasibility based on NPV value of Rp 38,394,163, Gross B/C 1.08, Net B/C 1.25, IRR 17.73 percent, payback period 7.7. These results showed that the business carried out by ground coffee processors in the production centre area is feasible. These results of the sensitivity analysis show that an increase in the price of coffee fruit raw materials at a limit of 16.67 percent and a decrease in ground coffee production at a limit of 11.37percent still produces a positive value and the business is still feasible. These results of the switching value analysis explain that the tolerance limit for the increase in the price of coffee fruit raw materials can be tolerated if the rise is no more than 26.66 percent and the decrease in ground coffee production does not exceed 7.023percent if it exceeds within 1 year then the business is not feasible.

Abstrak:
Sri Lankan Cassava Mosaic Virus (SLCMV) has emerged as a significant threat to cassava production in Southeast Asia since its initial detection in Cambodia in 2015, with recent outbreaks in Vietnam and Thailand and its first detection in Australia in 2024. This viral disease, transmitted by the whitefly Bemisia tabaci and infected planting materials, poses a substantial risk to Indonesia's cassava industry. Studies from affected countries demonstrate yield losses of 16-33% and starch content reductions of 22-38% in infected plants. This review analyzes SLCMV's current status and potential impacts on Indonesian cassava production and proposes management strategies based on regional experiences. We identify critical risk factors, including widespread vector presence and informal planting material exchange networks. Recommended preventive measures include strengthening quarantine systems, implementing enhanced surveillance programs, developing rapid diagnostic capabilities, and establishing clean seed certification systems. Our findings emphasize the urgent need for coordinated action to protect Indonesia's cassava industry from this emerging pathogen.

This study was conducted to address the gap between the professional competence of vocational high school teachers and the competency standards established by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education Number 16 of 2007 and the Decree of the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Number 2626/B/HK.04.01/2023 regarding the Teacher Competency Model. Limited access to conventional education and training also contributes to this issue. The objective of this research is to develop a mobile learning-based training system using multi-platform integration that is engaging, effective, and adaptive in order to enhance the professional competence of vocational high school teachers. The development process applied the ADDIE model through five comprehensive stages. In the analysis stage, a needs assessment survey identified an urgent need for technology-based training. During the design stage, various components of the mobile learning system were structured. The development stage involved expert validation, and the system was rated as “Highly Feasible” by media experts. In the implementation stage, the system was delivered online and involved 230 vocational high school teachers. The evaluation stage showed an increase in the average score from 15.62 in the pre-test to 18.84 in the post-test, with an N-Gain score of 0.74, categorized as high. Additionally, participants rated the system as “Very Engaging”, with an attractiveness score of 3.6 out of 4, equivalent to 90%.The findings indicate that the mobile learning-based education and training system developed in this study is effective in improving the professional competence of vocational high school teachers.

Takokak fruit contains bioactive compounds that can be used as antidiabetics. This study aims to identify bioactive compounds of ethanol extract of takokak fruit and antidiabetic test of n-Hexane fraction. The method used to obtain the extract is maceration using ethanol . Antidiabetic testing is carried out through in vivo testing with the Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) method on white rats. Secondary metabolites are compounds contained in taakokak fruit that are identified as flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids and terpenoids . The results of the antidiabetic test showed that the n-Hexane fraction with glibencamide as a comparator has the ability as an antidiabetic in terms of the amount of difference in blood glucose levels in the test animal group from T 30 to T 120 . The average decrease in blood glucose levels in the negative control group (Na-CMC) was 108.67 mg/dL, the positive control group ( glibencamide ) 174.67 mg/dL, the 5% concentration fraction group 35.33 mg/dL, the 10% concentration fraction group 30.67 mg/dL, the 20% concentration fraction group 47.67 mg/dL.

Retail investment in emerging markets has experienced rapid growth, driven by technological advancements and increasing public awareness of financial management. However, behavioral biases often influence retail investment decision-making, such as overconfidence and herding, which can undermine portfolio performance. This study aims to identify the key behavioral biases affecting retail investors' decision-making in emerging markets and analyze their impact on investment performance. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a quantitative survey of 200 retail investors with in-depth interviews to gain qualitative insights. The results reveal that overconfidence bias dominates, with a prevalence of 70%, followed by herding bias at 50%, anchoring at 40%, and loss aversion at 60%. Overconfidence bias showed a significant positive correlation with investment returns (r = 0.65, p < 0.01), while herding (r = -0.48, p < 0.03), anchoring (r = -0.35, p < 0.05), and loss aversion (r = -0.60, p < 0.02) had negative impacts on portfolio performance. This research contributes to the behavioral finance literature by highlighting the unique conditions of emerging markets, such as low financial literacy and limited access to information, which exacerbate the effects of behavioral biases. As a practical implication, the development of behavioral finance-based educational programs is recommended to help investors understand and manage these biases. Furthermore, future research is encouraged to explore the use of alternative data, such as social media, to monitor behavioral trends in real-time

Education requires leaders who not only have academic knowledge, but also strong leadership skills to manage, direct, and motivate teams in achieving increasingly complex educational goals. In the midst of changing needs of educational organizations, leadership training programs, such as Training of Leadership in Educational Management or TRAILER for short, have become essential to equip educational leaders with relevant skills. However, the implementation of this training program requires proper evaluation so that its success can be measured objectively and purposefully. The evaluation model that is suitable for this program is Kirkpatrick. The aim of this research is to analyze participant satisfaction with training methods and materials, analyze increased knowledge and organizational skills, analyze the application of skills in the campus environment and analyze the impact on organizational performance results. This research was conducted using a quantitative method approach and a qualitative method. The data collection technique carried out by the researcher was a questionnaire. The research results show that the TRAILER program has succeeded in creating an interactive training environment and supporting the development of student leadership skills.
