PT. Pebana Adi Sarana targets monthly production operations of 20,000 tons/month while actual production is only around 15,000 tons/month, which means that the production target has not been achieved. The factors that cause the failure to achieve the production operation target can be due to ineffective equipment performance, Low equipment performance is one of the things that cause production not to be achieved, so it needs to be studied. The purpose of the study to be achieved is to analyze the actual productivity of loading and unloading equipment and transportation equipment after repairs and conduct improvement analysis using the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method. The data taken for the research is in the form of Excavator and dump truck cycle time data, effective working time, tool specifications. The actual productivity of loading and unloading equipment and transportation equipment at PT. Pebana Adi Sarana for dump trucks of 19,146 tons/month. trucks are 16,351 tons/month while for the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method. The company only needs to carry out the number of tools needed for 3 units of Scania p380 dump trucks and 1 unit of komatsu PC 300 excavator with a production of 21,295 tons/month has exceeded the production target set by the company.

The purpose of this study was to determine character education through the learning process of traditional Ranup Lam Puan dance for teachers of Almuna Bireuen Kindergarten, namely implementing the values ??of character education contained in the traditional Ranup Lam Puan dance. The type of research used in this study is qualitative interpretative. The researcher in this case describes the reality accurately and factually about the problems raised in the study, namely regarding the implementation of character education through the learning process of Traditional Ranup Lam Puan Dance for teachers at Almuna Bireuen Kindergarten. Data collection in this study consisted of observation, interviews, and document studies. The data analysis technique used interactive model data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study showed that Almuna Bireuen Kindergarten teachers had implemented character education through traditional Ranup Lam Puan dance well in classroom learning with their students. The form of school or class activities and programs ran well and regularly according to the implementation schedule. So that the Ranup Lam Puan Dance has an impact on the learning process by providing character education to children from the Ranup Lam Puan Dance Movement which can be seen from the behavior of children who respect guests who come to school.

Konsep Orientasi Pelanggan sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk berkembang di era saat ini, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang mendalam tentang perilaku pelanggan mereka. Salah satu alat teknologi tersebut adalah pembelajaran mesin, khususnya yang menggunakan pendekatan pemrosesan bahasa alami (NLP). Penelitian ini menggunakan lima algoritma yang berbeda dan menggabungkan berbagai metode untuk meningkatkan kinerja model machine learning. Melalui penerapan teknik-teknik seperti random over-sampling (ROS) dan ensemble learning, akurasi prediksi keseluruhan untuk kelas minoritas meningkat secara signifikan. Model ensemble yang diintegrasikan dengan ROS mencapai akurasi 0,90 dan mean square error 0,91, mengungguli algoritma lain yang diuji dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan yang dioptimalkan ini tidak hanya menunjukkan keefektifan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk sebuah perusahaan dapat menerapkan strategi yang berpusat pada pelanggan, tetapi juga menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan metodologi dalam pemodelan prediktif untuk keberlanjutan bisnis.

This study compares family-based and institutional care models for the elderly, focusing on their impacts on well-being and quality of life. Through interviews with elderly individuals and caregivers, the research assesses how each model meets the emotional, social, and healthcare needs of the elderly. Findings suggest that while family care offers emotional benefits, institutional models can provide better healthcare, calling for integrated approaches to eldercare.

The construction of the pier at Pasir Kuning Beach, Tempilang, West Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands, aims to improve access and facilities for visitors. The beach is famous for its yellow sand beauty and distinctive cultural attractions, such as the tradition of the Ketupat War. The planned pier will support tourism activities by providing facilities for tourist boats and improving safety in shipping. This study evaluates the technical and topographic aspects needed to determine the most appropriate location of the pier. By taking into account factors such as tides, waves, and currents, the optimal location for the construction of the pier was successfully identified. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data collection and financial analysis involving parameters such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and Payback Period (PP). The results of the analysis show that this project is financially feasible, with an NPV of IDR 2,664,366,232.32 (10% discount) and IDR 1,583,944,003.86 (15% discount), IRR of 13.1%, BCR of 1.4, and a payback time of 2.8 years. In addition, the project is expected to boost local economic growth through increasing the number of tourists and promoting local culture. Overall, this initiative not only focuses on the development of physical infrastructure but also on the development of tourism potential and the preservation of local culture, thus providing long-term benefits to the surrounding community.
 

In today’s era, social media has become a driving force for increasing digital entrepreneurship. Businesses are utilizing social media sites such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or even Facebook to brand their companies or products and interact with clients. This is great news for businesses, especially SMEs, to have low-cost access to key markets worldwide. One evident trend is the emergence of social commerce – business-to-consumer commerce without intermediaries, exclusive of other e-commerce models. However, the adoption of social media in digital entrepreneurship comes with several challenges, such as changes in algorithms that can affect content visibility and risks related to data security and user privacy. Nevertheless, social media remains useful in terms of analytics to support strategic decisions. This study shows the value of social media for entrepreneurship and technologies that help improve content personalization and consumer behavior analysis, such as artificial intelligence and big data. This study attempts to fill the gap in the literature by looking at the differences in the outcomes of social media use in developing and developed countries and the outcomes of new technologies on digital business ventures.

Purpose of the Study :This study aims to explore the challenges of multiculturalism in Indonesia within the context of citizenship and the recognition of local cultures. It focuses on how cultural diversity can be managed to form an inclusive national identity and address issues such as marginalization, homogenization, and ethnic conflicts. Methodology : The research employs a literature review and qualitative analysis of primary and secondary sources. Data was gathered through a review of existing literature, interviews with community leaders, and observation of public policies related to multiculturalism in Indonesia. Findings : The study reveals that marginalization of local cultures and homogenization due to globalization are major challenges. Conflicts between ethnic groups have also increased due to tensions related to cultural and economic differences. Current public policies do not fully reflect the country's cultural diversity. Conclusion : To address these challenges, it is necessary to strengthen multicultural education, preserve local cultures, and foster intercultural dialogue. Effective management of globalization's impact is also crucial to maintaining cultural diversity. With these measures, Indonesia can build an inclusive and harmonious national identity while reinforcing social cohesion.

This study aims to examine the role of the teaching assistance program in supporting grade IV student learning at MIS Fathul Iman Palangka Raya. Basic education, especially at the fourth grade level, plays an important role in the formation of students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor foundations. However, challenges in the implementation of learning, such as limited teaching staff, variations in student abilities, and limited time for individualized guidance, often hinder the achievement of effective learning. One of the proposed solutions is a teaching assistance program, where education students assist teachers in managing the classroom and give more attention to students who need additional guidance. This research reveals that teaching assistance can positively impact the learning process by creating a more interactive, inclusive and supportive learning environment for diverse students. It assists teachers in delivering materials, providing additional explanations and managing the classroom more effectively. In addition, the program also provides opportunities for students with different abilities to get the attention they need. Based on the results of the study, the teaching assistance program proved to be effective in improving the quality of learning and supporting students' optimal development.

This study aims to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the website of SMAN 1 Wangon by applying the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This method assesses user satisfaction based on five main dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, end user, and individual benefits. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to students, teachers, and administrative staff. The results of the analysis show that overall user satisfaction is in a good category, although there are some aspects that need to be improved, especially in terms of information and service quality. This research is expected to provide suggestions for further development of the school website, in order to improve user experience and support the learning process.

Etymologically, Masjid comes from the word “??????” (Sajada), in Arabic meaning “prostration” or “submission” to Allah Swt, this word reflects the act of prostration, which is putting the forehead, hands, knees, and feet to the ground in respect and obedience. Historically, the term Masjid is also found in inscriptions from the 5th century BC as Masgid, meaning “Sacred Pillar” or “Place of Worship”. Thus, the Masjid has a deep meaning related to worship and devotion to God in Islam. One of the mosques that is often used as a center of religious studies for Gen-Z is the Al Lathif Mosque located on Jalan Saninten No. 2 Cihapit, Bandung Wetan District, Bandung City, West Java 40114, the form of studies conducted at the Al Lathif Mosque by labeling the study with a name that is easily accepted by Gen-Z, namely Tongkrongan Rohani Anak Muda. The purpose of writing this article is to find out and explain the role of Al Lathif Mosque as a center of religious studies for Gen-Z. This research uses the Questionnaire Method, this method is used to see how much Gen-Z people know and like the studies held at the Al Lathif Mosque.
