Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is one of the lecture programs that must be provided and implemented by every university in order to achieve one of the goals and tri dharma, namely Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Mata Lombu is one of the villages selected to carry out the KKN program, but as a village in Indonesia, it is generally not free from several problems. Based on observations and social analysis carried out, there are various problems that need to be addressed including: (1) lack of community understanding regarding local food processing, (2) lack of understanding of farmers regarding preventing pests in crops, (3) lack of literacy and numeracy among students. Elementary and junior high schools in the village, (5) limited access to clean water, and (6) limitations of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in creating jobs. Based on a number of problems found during observations and social analysis, and the description in the background, the main objective of all these programs is to fulfill community service and empowerment in Mata Lombu Village through a project action planning framework or Project Action Plan (PAP). The series of Unkriswina Sumba Regular KKN activity methods includes the stages of program planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of this activity show that this activity can increase insight, understanding and new knowledge regarding local food, making bokashi fertilizer, making natural pesticides, and tutoring, and can increase crop yields, food security, reduce the impact of environmental pollution, and increase value. increase the economy of village communities.

In relation to employee performance as an executor of airport service users, human resources are needed who have good work motivation, so that they can influence work results according to service quality standards. The problems that the author observed during the OJT, the author saw a lack of time discipline to employees, there were several employees who came to work not on time and did not focus on serving passengers. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the quality of PT Gapura Angkasa's pasasi services and the level of employee performance on passenger satisfaction at Adi Soemarmo Airport. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques obtained directly, namely questionnaires, observation, and documentation distributed to 100 passengers at Adi Soemarmo Solo Airport. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25 software with normality test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression equation, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the T test conducted by researchers show that the significant value of 0.00% <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the dependent variable Y (Passenger Satisfaction) carried out by the PT Gapura Angkasa unit at Adisoemarmo Solo Airport.

Community Service Program (KKN) are one of the mandatory programs that must be carried out by students. This TOGA knowledge increasing activity is a form of the Community Service Program (KKN) work program which aims to increase the knowledge and skills of SMAN 2 Dumai students in cultivating family medicinal plants (TOGA). TOGA can be used to treat various diseases such as fever, fever, cough, stomach ache and itching. Usually the medicinal plants chosen are plants for first aid for minor illnesses such as fever and cough. Through training activities and TOGA planting practices on empty school land, students, especially PMR members, are actively involved in the cultivation process. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' awareness of the benefits of TOGA and their ability to identify and care for various types of medicinal plants. Apart from that, the presence of TOGA in the school environment also contributes to creating a healthier and more beautiful learning environment.

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi prinsip five letter c’s  of credit dalam menganalisis kredit nasabah di PT.BPR Kridaharta. Prinsip five letter c’s of credit penting untuk diimplementasikan karena erat terkait dengan prinsip kehati-hatian bank dalam memberikan kredit pada nasabah. Isu hukum yang diangkat Penulis dalam Penelitian ini adalah “apakah PT BPR Kridaharta sudah menerapkan prinsip five letter c’s of credit dalam menganalisis kredit nasabah?” Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa PT BPR Kridaharta sudah mengimplementasikan prinsip five letter c’s of credit melalui dokumen “analisa kredit” yang dibuat oleh bank pada saat nasabah mengajukan kredit. Dokumen tersebut berisi analisis prinsip five letter c’s of credit nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian hukum normatif-empiris (applied law reserach).

Kota Guring Village is located in Rajabasa District and has significant potential for development, both in terms of natural resources and human resources. The construction of the gate aims to make Kota Guring Village have an icon that is visible and known to the outside community. Community service in building a village gate through cooperation in Kota Guring Village, Rajabasa District, South Lampung Regency aims to create a new symbol for the village that can increase the sense of togetherness and awareness of residents. The construction of the Kota Guring Village gate has several stages in building village infrastructure that will become the icon and identification mark of the village. This process is carried out with a holistic and participatory approach. The results of the construction of the gate in Kota Guring Village which was carried out on July 28, 2024 and ended on August 15, 2024. The results of this activity are not only seen in the physical form of the gate, but also have a positive impact on the community and the surrounding environment. First of all, the results of this activity can be observed through the entrance gate which stands firmly as a visual symbol of the character of the community. Therefore, the implementation of this community service activity needs to be carried out with an appropriate strategy to overcome various existing challenges and ensure the success of the construction of the village gate which will become a new icon for Kota Guring Village
 
 

Performance is a measure or assessment of the extent to which a company can achieve the desired goals and results. One way to assess the financial performance of a company is to carry out financial report analysis. This research aims to determine financial performance using financial ratios at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk which occurred before the disaster that hit the world, namely the Covid 19 pandemic, during the Covid 19 pandemic and after the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with analysis techniques using liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. The information and data for this research come from the annual financial report on the official website of PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. The results of this research are measurements of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk from 2018 to 2023 which obtained an average performance score with conditions tending to be unhealthy.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, cybersecurity has become increasingly crucial as information technology permeates nearly every aspect of life. Students from the Faculty of Informatics Engineering, known for their tendency to adopt new technologies early, face high risks from constantly evolving and complex cyber threats. The importance of cybersecurity cannot be overstated, and educating and socializing safe technology practices are key to protecting oneself from cyberattacks. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness among students of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering at Ibnu Sina University, focusing on efforts to enhance understanding and protection against online threats. The activities include workshops and involve several stages, from planning to evaluation and reflection. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding and proactive attitudes towards online security practices. Evaluation suggests that these awareness efforts effectively change students' behaviors to enhance digital safety. Recommendations for the future include increasing collaboration between universities and industry to provide additional resources and training. This initiative not only benefits students directly but also serves as a foundation for developing more comprehensive and sustainable cybersecurity education strategies in academic environments.
 

This research aims to (1) determine the level of stress coping in final year male students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta. (2) Knowing the level of stress coping in final year female students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta. (3) Knowing the differences in levels of coping with academic stress between male and female students in the final year of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta. This type of research is comparative quantitative. The subjects in this research were final year students of the Guidance and Counseling study program at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta, totaling 60 students from a total population of 77 students. The questionnaire was prepared based on aspects of coping stress according to Lazarus and Folkman (1984). The instrument's Alpha Chronbach reliability coefficient value is 0.947 with 51 valid items. The results of this study show that there is no difference in the level of academic stress coping in final year students of the Guidance and Counseling study program at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta, seen from the significance value of 0.058 > ? = 0.05. Students and female students have a high level of academic stress coping. The frequency of students' academic stress coping level was 23 (76.7%), while female students were 17 (56.7%).

A stock return is the result or rate of return of a stock or investment. Expressed as a fixed percentage. If the company issuing the stock is healthy, the stock price will tend to perform better and the return received will increase. Analysis is performed using factors of profitability, solvency, liquidity, operating cash flow, and company size to examine which factors influence stock returns. The purpose of this study is to review the impact of profitability, solvency, liquidity, operating cash flow and company size. Equity returns of banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2021. The data collection methods used in this study are library research and documentation. The method used to determine the sample for this study is targeted sampling. The sample size for this study was 29 samples, for a total sample size of 87. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that liquidity and firm size have a positive impact on stock returns. Solvency has a negative impact on equity returns. Although profitable, operating cash flow does not affect shareholder returns.

This study aims to analyze the growth of hybrid maize as animal feed in Olora Village, to address the growing need for animal feed amidst limited traditional feed sources. Hybrid maize was chosen for its superior nutritional content and higher yield potential compared to local varieties. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through field observations and interviews with maize farmers. The results show that hybrid maize in Olora Village shows strong growth with high yield potential. However, challenges such as pest attacks and fertilizer shortages have been identified. Integrated pest and disease management, as well as improved soil fertility, were recommended as strategies to address these issues. This study highlights the potential of hybrid maize as a viable alternative to animal feed and provides practical recommendations to improve its cultivation.
