Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the use of cattle waste as organic fertilizer to minimize agricultural operational costs in Mrawan Village, Tapen District, Bondowoso Regency. Cattle waste, particularly manure, is an abundant local resource that has not been optimally utilized by the local community. The majority of farmers in the village still rely on chemical fertilizers, which are relatively expensive and have a negative impact on long-term soil health. Therefore, this program is designed to provide a sustainable alternative solution through an educational approach and community empowerment. The methods used in this activity include outreach, technical training, and direct assistance in the process of making organic fertilizer from cow manure. Education focuses on simple fermentation techniques, the composition of natural additives, and appropriate fertilizer application methods. Farmers are actively involved in every stage of the activity, so they become not only beneficiaries but also agents of change in environmentally friendly agricultural practices. The results of the activity indicate that the use of organic fertilizer from cattle waste can reduce the cost of purchasing chemical fertilizers by up to 40% in a single planting season. In addition, organic fertilizer has been shown to increase soil fertility, improve soil structure, and support healthier plant growth. Environmental impacts are also reduced, as livestock waste management is more controlled and does not pollute water or air sources. Therefore, utilizing cattle waste as organic fertilizer not only reduces environmental pollution but also provides an economic and ecological solution that benefits local farmers. This program is expected to become a model for empowerment that can be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstrak:
Patient safety is a key aspect in modern healthcare that has a significant impact on quality and patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of patient safety and the level of inpatient satisfaction in the Aisyah Room of Sekarwangi Hospital, Sukabumi Regency. The research design used was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 91 inpatients were selected at random and asked to fill out a structured questionnaire. The results showed that 96.7% of patients rated the implementation of patient safety in the good category and 94.5% stated a high level of satisfaction. The results of statistical analysis using the Pearson Chi-Square test showed a significant relationship (p = 0.000) between patient safety implementation and patient satisfaction. This indicates that improving the quality of patient safety implementation can directly increase patient satisfaction during hospitalization. These findings emphasize the importance of consistent safety strategies and patient-centered nursing services. Hospitals are advised to continue to strengthen patient safety culture through regular training, a transparent incident reporting system, and oversight of standard operating procedures. In addition, management involvement in fostering a work climate that supports safety is needed. The use of information technology in safety reporting and monitoring can also speed up risk identification and follow-up. By prioritizing the principles of prudence and effective communication between medical personnel, the quality of service can be improved comprehensively. This study also implies that efforts to improve safety not only have an impact on reducing medical risks, but also on increasing patients' positive perceptions of hospital services. Periodic evaluations, patient education, and active involvement in medical decision-making are important factors in maintaining and improving the quality of safe, effective, and satisfactory health services.

This research aims to identifi and analyze the quality control of wardrobe products at Meubel Pesona Jepara in Penfui, Kupang City. This research is a case study which focuses on quality control carried out by the company to minimize defects in cabinet products in Pesona Jepara Furniture in Penfui, Kupang City. The date Collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaieres, while the analysis techinque used in this research is the Pareto diagram as atool to find the most dominant product at Pesona Jepara Furniture in Penfui, Kupang City. The results of this research show that quality control of cupboards in 2023 with 3 types of product defects, namely 9 cupboards not conforming to order specifications (39%), 8 Cupboards had rotten wood (35%), and 6 cupboards had broken wood (26%). From the analysis of the cause and effect diagram, it can be seen that the factors causing damage or damage in production orginate from human/ employee factors, work methods and materials/ raw materials.

Abstrak:
The research entitled Production Planning of Tenun Ikat Petra Cilik in Kupang City aims to find out and explain the production planning of Tenun Ikat Petra Cilik in Kupang City.
Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. While data analysis techniques use forecasting and Break Event Point (BEP).The results showed that the amount of sales forecast for sarongs at Tenun Ikat Petra Cilik in 2024 was 174 sheets, in 2025 as many as 202 sheets and 2026 as many as 219 sheets. For blankets in 2024 as many as 107 pieces, in 2025 as many as 110 pieces and in 2026 as many as 113 pieces. For sashes on Tenun Ikat Petra Cilik shows that in 2024 there were 199 sheets, in 2025 there were 201 sheets and in 2026 there were 204 sheets. The results of the Break Event Point (BEP) analysis show that if Tenun Ikat Petra Cilik in Kupang City produces 101 pieces of sarong or Rp.152,000,000, for blankets producing 162 pieces or Rp. 162,857,142 and sling producing 1,380 pieces or Rp.411.940.298, then Tenun Ikat Petra Cilik will not make a profit or not suffer a loss because at that point Tenun Ikat Petra Cilik is in a state of basic return. And if the company produces below the BEP point, the company will experience a loss, and vice versa if the company produces above the BEP point, the company will experience a profit. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that it be taken into consideration for the company in relation to making decisions on determining the number of orders and good planning for the supply of woven raw materials in order to smooth the production process in the company. And for the company, Tenun Ikat Petra Cilik needs to make a production plan or the amount of production to be produced appropriately in order to provide maximum profit.

This research is a case study with the object of research on Tenun Ikat Ina Sabu located at Jalan Sukun I, RT 009 / RW 004, Oepura Village, Maulafa District, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the production planning of Tenun Ikat Ina Sabu in Kupang City. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are Linear Trend and Break Even Point (BEP). The results of the Linear Trend calculation show that in 2024 Tenun Ikat Ina Sabu will produce 383 pieces of sarong, 358 pieces of blanket and 284 pieces of shawl, then the amount produced for 2025, 414 pieces of sarong, 332 pieces of blanket and 303 pieces of shawl, and the amount produced for 2026, 445 pieces of sarong, 402 pieces of blanket and 322 pieces of shawl. The results of the Break Even Point (BEP) analysis in 2023 show that if Tenun Ikat Ina Sabu produces 1,060 pieces of ikat weaving or around Rp.90,343,129, then the company does not make a profit or loss.

Candlenut shell is an organic waste that has a hard texture and has a high carbon element. The amount of candlenut shell produced from each processing of candlenut seeds is very large but has not been optimally utilized. For this reason, an effort is needed to utilize candlenut shells so that they do not become waste. In the manufacture of hazelnut shell briquettes, hazelnut shells are carbonized at 500 °, sifted with mesh 30 and 100 sieves, given a compressive load of 3 kg, 4 kg, 5 kg and 5.5 kg, the adhesive on hazelnut shell briquettes is starch and drying is carried out with a drying oven for 3 hours at a temperature of 80 °. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in pressure and particle size on the quality of hazelnut shell briquettes when viewed from the combustion rate and calorific value. The methodology used in this research is experimentation on hazelnut shell briquettes, testing hazelnut shell briquettes including testing water content, testing ash content, burning rate and calorific value of briquettes. From the results of the research on hazelnut shell briquettes with variations in pressure and mesh, the highest calorific value in hazelnut shell raw material briquettes is in the 5.5 Kg pressure specimen on mesh 30, namely 9855.18 Cal/gram and the bomb calorimeter test results are 7008.03 Cal/gram with an error rate of 24.40%, the higher the pressure will produce a higher calorific value as well. The highest combustion rate value is in hazelnut shell briquettes at a pressure specimen of 3 Kg mesh 100 with a value of 1.2 grams/minute the smaller the particle size, the higher or faster the combustion rate.

Along with the times, the availability of fossil energy is decreasing, especially natural gas and coal, before using fossil energy, humans have used biomass as an energy source. Indonesia has many plantation commodities, one of which is coffee which is the fourth largest coffee producer in the world. Coffee grounds are the main waste produced by coffee shops and are usually only thrown away. The main ingredients in this study were arabica coffee grounds and robusta. By using robusta composition 60% arabica 40%, robusta 50% arabica 50% robusta 40% arabica 60%. In addition, briquettes are tested for hardness by making points on the surface of the briquettes using a durometer shore A tool of 30 points, then a calorimeter bomb test is carried out to obtain the calorific value content. The result obtained from the highest hardness value is briquettes with a robusta mixture of 50% arabica 50% with a value of 23.7 HA, while the highest calorific value is found in a robusta mixture of 60% arabica 40% with a value of 4526.85 cal / gram.

Rucas's marketing strategy leverages online promotions and creative content to reach a wider audience. The unique approach in advertising, featuring unconventional models, successfully attracted the attention of social media users. By considering customer perceptions of advertisements and brands as mediating variables, the influence of endorser attractiveness on customer purchase intentions is the objective of this research. Purposive sampling was used to select 153 people who are familiar with the Rucas advertisement. The data collected through online questionnaires were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Menurut hasil penelitian, daya tarik selebriti memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap sikap terhadap iklan dan merek. Except through the mediation of attitudes and engagement on social media, that attractiveness does not directly influence purchase intentions. These results indicate that, to enhance advertising effectiveness and drive purchase decisions, marketing strategies involving endorsers must consider the role of attitude and engagement mediation.

This study investigates the influence of Provincial Minimum Wage (PMW), Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), and Population Growth Rate (PGR) on Employment Opportunities (EO) across 20 most populous provinces in Indonesia from 2017 to 2024. Using a quantitative approach and panel data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency, the analysis applies the Fixed Effect Model selected through Chow and Hausman tests. The Outcomes indicate that PMW has a significant negative effect on EO, implying that wage increases without corresponding productivity growth can reduce job absorption. Conversely, LFPR has a significant positive effect, reflecting that a higher labor force engagement boosts employment. PGR has a negative but statistically insignificant effect. The F-test confirms that all three variables jointly influence EO. These results highlight the need to harmonize wage regulations, human capital development (HDI), and population planning to support inclusive and sustainable employment in regions experiencing high demographic pressures.

Work accidents are incidents in the workplace that can cause injury, work-related illnesses, or death. Work accidents can occur in every sector, one of which is in the UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) industry. One of the UMKMs in RW 02 Meranti Pandak is Azka Sala Lauak, which is included in the fried food business. Work accidents that can occur in this business are burns due to hot oil splashes, slipping due to slippery floors and gas explosions. This activity aims to increase workers' knowledge regarding the prevention and handling of work accidents in UMKM Sala Lauak. The method used in this counseling is lectures. From the results of the counseling, it was found that workers' knowledge increased about the prevention and handling of work accidents in UMKM Sala Lauak from 9.80 to 13.07. It can be concluded that the counseling carried out was effective because there was an increase in participants' knowledge about the prevention and handling of work accidents in UMKM Sala Lauak.
