This study underscores the importance of customer experience and perceived quality in determining the level of customer satisfaction in the highly competitive restaurant sector. The purpose of this study is to explore the significant differences and relationships between customer experience and perceived quality at Solo Steak and Steak Moen Moen Mojosongo. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach, where data were collected through questionnaires. The information collected was then analyzed using validity, reliability, and independent sample t-tests. The results of this study indicate significant differences in customer experience and perceived quality between the two restaurants, while also indicating a positive relationship between the two variables. These findings can be a guideline for restaurant management in improving service strategies and customer experience and can also be a reference for future research in the field of restaurant marketing

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the influence of the robo advisor feature, FOMO, and friendship environment on investment interest in Bibit mutual funds among generation Z in DKI Jakarta. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. Data was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to respondents aged 17-27 years who live in DKI Jakarta and have experience using the Bibit application. Of the 265 respondents who participated, 251 valid responses were analyzed using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.9. The research results show that the robo advisor feature, FOMO, and friendship environment partially have a positive and significant influence on investment interest in Bibit mutual funds among Gen Z. This allows for the importance of ease of investment, fear of being left behind by trends, and the influence of the social environment in increasing investment interest.Keywords: Investment Interest, Robo Advisor Feature, FOMO, Friendship Environment

Campus organizations are a strategic forum for developing student leadership, not only from a technical aspect, but also in terms of effective interpersonal communication. Leadership in a college environment has its own complexity because it involves individuals with diverse academic backgrounds, maturity levels, and goals. This study aims to understand the role of interpersonal communication in supporting leadership effectiveness in student organizations, especially in the Scout organization at UIN SMH Banten. Interpersonal communication that is two-way, inclusive, and empathetic can increase group cohesiveness, member participation, and the effectiveness of work program implementation. Strategies such as active listening, the use of adaptive communication media, and a relational approach to leadership have been shown to contribute to creating a democratic and productive organizational atmosphere. This research discusses the urgency of mastering English in the recruitment process of prospective sailors at PT. Equinox Bahari Utama. In the era of globalization and the international maritime industry, proficiency in English has become an absolute requirement for sailors to meet communication standards on board. The objectives of this research are: (1) to determine the recruitment criteria standards for prospective sailors at PT. Equinox Bahari Utama, and (2) to understand the strategies of prospective sailors in mastering English for successful recruitment at PT. Equinox Bahari Utama. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation during field practice in the Recruitment Division of PT. Equinox Bahari Utama. The research results show that English is a determining factor in all stages of the selection process, from interviews to online tests (Marlins and CES). The SWOT analysis reveals that the company's main strength is the implementation of high standards for English proficiency, but challenges remain in the form of a lack of training. The strategies used by prospective sailors to improve their English proficiency include courses, reading ship safety manuals, speaking practice, and interview simulations.

Government institutions play a crucial role in providing public services, implementing state policies, and managing public administration. Human resource management in institutions aims to enhance employee productivity to support the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, commitment, and organizational climate on employee performance at the Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority Office Class III Tanjung Wangi. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal study design. Data were collected from 90 respondents using a sampling technique and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that work discipline has a significant partial effect on employee performance, where higher discipline enhances productivity. Commitment has a significant partial effect, showing that employees with high loyalty and moral responsibility tend to perform optimally. A positive organizational climate significantly increases employee performance by creating a conducive work atmosphere. Simultaneously, discipline, commitment, and organizational climate significantly influence employee performance, suggesting that these three variables complement each other in enhancing work efficiency and effectiveness. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for government institutions in formulating policies and strategies to improve employee performance through discipline management, commitment reinforcement, and the establishment of a positive organizational climate.

The implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulations in Indonesia is still in its developmental stage and faces several challenges in enforcement and compliance. Compared to developed countries, Indonesia's ESG framework lacks strong incentives and adequate regulatory oversight, leading to inconsistencies in corporate adherence. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of ESG regulations in Indonesia from a legal perspective and evaluate their impact on corporate compliance. A normative juridical approach was used, supplemented by case studies of companies that have implemented ESG principles. Data were collected through document analysis of regulatory frameworks, sustainability reports, and interviews with key stakeholders. The findings indicate that while the number of companies adopting ESG practices has increased significantly from 45 in 2018 to 675 in 2023, only 38% fully comply with ESG standards. Moreover, statistical analysis reveals a strong correlation (r = 0.78, p < 0.05) between regulatory strictness and corporate adherence. Weak enforcement mechanisms and the voluntary nature of ESG reporting remain major obstacles to effective implementation. The study also highlights that firms integrating ESG principles tend to attract more investment and demonstrate better financial stability. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on ESG regulation by emphasizing the need for policy reforms, including stricter enforcement, standardized reporting mechanisms, and economic incentives to enhance compliance. This research provides a foundation for future comparative studies on ESG regulation and suggests integrating technology-based monitoring tools such as blockchain and artificial intelligence to improve corporate accountability and sustainability practices.

This study aims to assess how financial performance influences stock returns amid political uncertainty, specifically during the 2024 general election in Indonesia. The focus is on understanding the impact of various financial performance indicators on the stock returns of property and real estate firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A sample of 64 companies was observed during two critical periods: the pre-election period in the fourth quarter of 2023 and the post-election period in the second quarter of 2024. To analyze the data, the study employed an event study approach, utilizing multiple regression analysis to identify the relationship between financial performance and stock returns, and paired sample t-tests to compare pre- and post-election performance. The findings revealed that prior to the election, the variables Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Revenue Growth did not significantly affect the stock returns of property and real estate companies. However, after the election, only ROA was found to have a significant impact on stock returns, while DER and Revenue Growth continued to show no effect. A comparative analysis of the two periods indicated no significant differences in the financial performance variables (ROA, DER, and Revenue Growth) between the pre- and post-election periods, yet a clear shift in stock returns was observed. This study contributes to the literature by offering a fresh perspective on how political uncertainty affects stock returns, using the framework of signaling theory, trade-off theory, and market efficiency theory to interpret the results.

The implementation of patient safety standards is a major challenge in healthcare services, particularly in hospitals such as RSAU Soemitro. Data indicates that there were 25 patient safety incidents in the Inpatient Installation in 2023, with falls being the most common case (9), followed by nosocomial infections, medication errors (4), and the absence of patient identification bracelets during surgery (7). This study aims to analyze the influence of clinical skills and supervisory techniques on the implementation of patient safety standards at RSAU Soemitro, with caring behavior as an intervening variable. This quantitative research employs a cross-sectional study design, using a sample of 110 nurses in the inpatient installation. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using SEM-PLS techniques. The results show that the implementation of patient safety standards is simultaneously influenced by clinical skills, supervisory techniques, and caring behavior. Caring behavior can be significantly influenced by both clinical skills and supervisory techniques. Additionally, the implementation of patient safety standards is influenced by clinical skills and supervisory techniques both directly and indirectly through caring behavior. Furthermore, caring behavior has been proven to be the most significant factor, contributing 53.1%. These findings suggest that hospital management should focus on interpersonal skills training to support better implementation of patient safety standards.

The study aims to find a structural fit model related to students’ readiness to face the digital economy in the perspective of irrational behavioral economic theory. The study uses quantitative Explanatory research with a population of undergraduate students of Economics Education at the East Java PGRI College and uses a proportional random sampling with total of 351 students. Data were collected by questionnaires using linkert scale and were analysed by SEM-PLS data analysis . The findings show that digital economic skills don’t significantly mediate the relationship between herd behavior, loss aversion, and student readiness. However, the digital economy succeeded in mediating the influence of confirmation bias on student readiness because of helped reduce the impact of confirmation bias on student readiness by offering access to diverse information and developing critical thinking skills. This study contributes are become theoretical literature on the functional relationship between irrational behavior, digital economic skills, social support and student readiness studied in the context of behavioral economics. It can be a reference for developing educational models in digital era learning and reference for further researchers to develop appropriate policy recommendations by involving several related stakeholders.

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada era industri 4.0 berkembang begitu cepat dimana mengharuskan adanya transformasi digital perkembangan melalui teknologi. Salah satu inovasi media pembelajaran di era digital adalah multimedia interaktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa multimedia interaktif pada pembelajaran matematika materi mata uang dikelas III SD/MI. Model pengembangan ini dirancang menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D ( Four-D Models ) yang terdiri dari Define (pendefinisian), Desain (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan) dan Desseminate (penyebaran). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil validitas ahli materi mendapat rerata skor 4,9 yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”, hasil validitas ahli multimedia mendapat rerata skor 3,8 termasuk dalam kategori “Baik”, hasil validitas guru kelas mendapat rerata skor 4,5 termasuk kategori “Sangat Baik”, dan hasil validitas peserta didik mendapat rerata skor 4,7 termasuk kategori “Sangat Baik”. Setelah melakukan rangkaian tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan, dihasilkan multimedia interaktif ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika materi mata uang untuk peserta didik kelas III SD/MI.
