The purpose of this study was to determine whether profitability, liquidity, and Leverage affect management performance. The population in this study was taken from consumer non-cyclicals issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and amounted to 90 samples. This study uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co. Then using the Statistical Package for Sciene (SPSS) version 25 as a tool for analyzing. The hypothesis in this study was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The conclusion of this study states that (1) profitability has no effect on management performance (2) liquidity has a positive effect on management performance (3) Leverage has a positive effect on management performance.

The development of social media is currently very rapid and diverse, such as Whatsapp, YouTube. The existence of social media, especially among young people, has given rise to a diversity of uses and images of the identities of its users. Based on the background above, the following problem formulation arises, How do teenagers behave in interpreting the social media Instagram within themselves. And how is the use of Instagram social media in forming self-identity related to social interaction in society. In this discussion the theory used is symbolic interaction theory, where this theory focuses its attention on the ways humans use to shape the meaning and structure of society through conversation. Quoted from George Herbert Mead Symbolic interaction is a theory about how to think about the mind and self. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. Research subjects were selected (purposively) based on the characteristics of being active users, having more than one account, aged 16-18 years, and consisting of men and women. The research results show that there is diversity in the use of social media, this can be seen from the initial use, patterns of use and the technology used. Then there are various meanings regarding the existence of social media for users, including those related to themselves, family, studies, hobbies, community and work. After that, there are various meanings regarding the self-identity of social media users, and identity construction on social media is carried out through the process of interaction in using social media.

This article discusses the concept of maqasid sharia (sharia goals) as the main foundation in Islamic education. With this approach, it is hoped that the Islamic education system can create individuals who not only understand religious values, but are also able to contribute to the welfare of the people. This research provides guidance on the implementation of maqasid sharia-based education at various levels of education, from elementary school to university.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia contribute 60% of regional income and absorb 97% of the workforce, yet many do not have a Business Identification Number (NIB). This activity aims to support government programs by improving capacity, access to capital, and business legality. The community service activity was conducted at the Market Day of SMK Nusantara, Ciputat, using the Participatory Action Research approach, involving 15 lecturers and students from STIE Ganesha. Results showed: 85% of participants were satisfied, but 40% faced difficulties using OSS, and 30% desired additional sessions. Participants' suggestions included follow-up programs, digital training, longer activity duration, and collaboration with financial institutions. Recommended follow-up includes continued assistance, digital literacy training, extended activity duration, and broader collaboration to strengthen the impact of the community service for business actors. 

Bullying is an act of oppression that is carried out intentionally and repeatedly with the aim of hurting another person. Bullying can occur physically, verbally, or in subtle ways such as forcing or manipulating. Bullying can have a negative impact on victims, perpetrators and witnesses. Victims can experience psychological stress, behavioral changes and trauma. There are several reasons why someone does bullying, namely because they see their parents often fighting. Unhealthy parenting patterns, too liberated, too harsh, or lacking love and attention. This community service activity aims to provide education regarding the negative impacts of bullying and maintain the mental health of children in Mojowono village, Kemlagi subdistrict, Mojokerto regency. The target of this community service activity is 111 elementary school children from grades 1 to 6 using the hybrid learning method. The results of the evaluation of children's understanding of the material showed that 85% of children really understood the material presented

The purpose of this study is to describe the learning outcomes of students with the application of Direct Instruction learning in making ribbon embroidery in class XI Clothing 2 SMKN 3 Kediri. This study is a descriptive quantitative study using a one-shot case study research design. This study was located at SMKN 3 Kediri City in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The population and sample used purposive sampling techniques totaling 30 students of class XI clothing 2. The research instrument used a learning outcome assessment rubric that had been set in the school curriculum. The data collection technique used ribbon embroidery outcome assessment. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the learning outcomes of students applied to Direct Instruction learning had satisfactory results, as evidenced by the data on student learning outcomes in making ribbon embroidery with the application of Direct Instruction getting 100% of students completing the results from 30 students in class learning, which can be categorized into very good criteria.

SMK Nahdlatul ‘Ulama (NU) 01 Kendal adalah Sekolah Kejuruan kelompok Bisnis – Manajemen dan Pariwisata dibawah naungan Lembaga Pendidikan Ma’arif NU Kabupaten Kendal. SMK NU 01 Kendal memiliki 7 (tujuh) kompetensi keahlian salah satunya yakni Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak. Jurusan Rekayasa perangkat lunak atau biasa disebut RPL menawarkan beberapa keahlian dibidang teknologi informasi berupa pemrograman, selain itu juga diajarkan mengenai desain dengan menggunakan Photoshop, Corel Draw, dan lainnya. Desain animasi tiga dimensi (3D) belum menjadi muatan yang diajarkan oleh SMK NU 01 Kendal dalam jurusan RPL. Di era ini, desain animasi 3D menjadi fokus bidang yang menarik dalam industri multimedia. Maka pada PkM ini akan memberikan pelatihan membuat animasi 3D menggunakan aplikasi Blender. Aplikasi Blender merupakan salah satu program animasi 3D yang sifatnya open source. Aplikasi Blender digunakan untuk membuat model 3D, animasi, efek visual, model cetak 3D, dan permainan video. Hasil dari kegiatan yang di ikuti oleh 12 siswa RPL ini menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan mengetahui aplikasi blender dan memahami membangun desain 3D dari sebelum kegiatan hanya 9,7% yang merespon denga jawaban Ya, namun setelah pelatihan dalam hasil post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari 12 responden yang menjawab Ya menjadi sebesar 92,7%. Hal ini memberikan arti bahwa pengabdian yang kami lakukan berhasil.

Masalah kesehatan Masyarakat yang akan berakibat pada terbentuknya generasi emas yang berujung pada pembangunan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia adalah stunting. Kelurahan Tembalang sebagai salah satu wilayah di kota Semarang yang menerapkan zero stunting telah menetapkan program pemberdayaan perempuan melalui salah satu usaha pelatihan menyediakan menu sehat bagi bayi dan balita. Terbatasnya pengetahuan terkait mengelola penyediaan menu sehat bagi bayi dan balita di kelurahan Tembalang, menjadikan ketertarikan tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian di kelurahan Tembalang agar salah satu misi yang dirumuskan di kelurahan Tembalang yaitu Meningkatkan Kualitas dan Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia yang unggul dan produktif untuk mencapai kesejahteraan dan keadilan social dapat diwujudkan. Upaya mewujudkan salah satu misi tersebut melalui terbangunnya pengetahuan yang cukup dalam mengelola penyediaan menu sehat bayi dan balita yang berujung pada terwujudnya generasi emas.

Representative speech acts are an important aspect in pragmatics that helps understand the application of speech acts, especially in the context of learning videos on digital platforms such as YouTube. This study aims to provide readers, especially students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program, with an understanding of the meaning, various types, and application of representative speech acts contained in the "Pengantar Sastra Indonesia" video on the "Restu Bias Primandhika" YouTube channel. This research sees video not only as a medium of information, but also as a tool that influences the interaction between speakers and listeners. This research uses a pragmatic approach by using a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in this research uses the method of free listening and recording technique, which allows researchers to observe and record speech acts in their original context. The research found 113 representative speeches divided into eight main categories: stating, showing, mentioning, informing, suggesting, explaining, giving examples, and speculating. Of the 113 utterances, there are 16 utterances of stating, 6 utterances of mentioning, 14 utterances of showing, 23 utterances of informing or telling, 17 utterances of suggesting, 18 utterances of explaining, 13 utterances of giving examples, and 6 utterances of speculating. These findings show the various ways speakers use language effectively and persuasively. This study is expected to provide insight for readers regarding representative speech acts and become a reference for further studies in diverse communication contexts.

This study examines the main pests and diseases that attack cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens) plants grown in polybags. In Indonesia, this crop is in high demand for both household and industrial use. Nonetheless, farmers often face challenges from pest and disease attacks, including anthracnose, fusarium wilt and stem rot, leading to reduced yields. The methodology used was a literature review covering various sources related to cayenne pepper. Findings show that important diseases such as anthracnose can reduce yields by up to 80%, while pests such as fruit flies can cause chili fruits to drop prematurely before harvest. Effective pest and disease management is essential to increase the productivity of cayenne pepper cultivated in polybags.
