Education plays an important role in the development of a nation, with the quality of education being the responsibility of all parties, especially teachers. In Elementary Schools (SD), teachers must utilize various open materials in learning to motivate students, help them explore basic abilities, and guide them to discover their potential. Teaching materials in learning, such as developing teaching materials using a project-based approach that has great potential to integrate local values and utilize the potential of the surrounding environment, so that learning becomes more meaningful for students. In SD Negeri 8 Dobo, it was found that many teachers were not yet skilled in creating open materials in learning and the learning process was still teacher-themed. To overcome this, community service activities were carried out by creating a Workshop on Developing Teaching Materials Based on Projects for Elementary School Teachers in Small Islands. This workshop aims to improve teacher competence, especially in small border island areas, in developing project-based teaching materials. Teachers will be trained to design learning projects that are interesting, challenging, and relevant to the local context, and support their implementation with appropriate open materials. The expected end results include improving teachers' pedagogical skills, the formation of collaborative networks between teachers, and the creation of learning project plans that can be implemented in their respective schools. In addition, this activity will also provide practical strategies to overcome the geographical and social challenges facing teachers in border areas. Thus, this workshop is expected to be a strategic step in improving the quality of education in the region.

POME is liquid wastewater derived from processing of palm fruit. POME contains nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, magnesium and calcium compounds, that can be used as a good fertilizer for plantations. However, before application, POME must be processed because direct use of unprocessed POME can damage the environment. PT XYZ utilizes POME as raw material for biogas through an anaerobic fermentation process to produce alternative energy for electricity generation, however, biogas production at PT XYZ  produces CH4 levels that do not meet the desired standard, namely 60%, while the value obtained is still 57%, so it can occure an incomplete combustion process in the engine. Therefore, research was carried out to analyze the influence of POME's Chemical Oygen Demand (COD) and the pH of POME as biogas raw material on the CH4 produced. Meanwhile, based on measurements of POME pH, fluctuations are caused by environmental conditions, therefore before the feed enters the biodigester, the first treatment is increasing pH until 6-7 to adjust the optimal conditions for bacteria working to break down organic substances.  The results shows that the estimated potential for a Biogas Power Plant (PLTBg) with a production capacity of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of 60 tons/hour, the high generating capacity is influenced by the large COD value, meaning that the COD value greatly influences the CH4 produced, but must also be in accordance with Other factors that influence CH4 production such as pH, temperature, stirring and others.

This research aims to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, work environment and organizational culture; (2) analyze the influence of the work environment and work experience on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were employees at UPTD. Habibola Community Health Center, numbering 30 people. Because the population is limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the employee performance variables, work environment and organizational culture are categorized as good. The statistical results of the t test show that partially the Work Environment and Organizational Culture variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the Work Environment and Organizational Culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain variations in the ups and downs of employee performance at UPTD. Habibola Community Health Center was 31.5%.

Imperfect: Career, Love & Scales is a work that discusses the issue of body shaming and social pressure on beauty standards. Through a qualitative approach with social comparison theory analysis, this study reveals how the representation of body aesthetics is displayed in the film. The main character, Rara, experiences pressure to meet ideal beauty standards, such as a slim body and white skin, both in her work environment and family. This phenomenon reflects social construction and popular culture that reinforces beauty stereotypes. The impacts of this pressure include decreased self-esteem, anxiety, and unhealthy dieting behavior. This study shows that media-promoted beauty standards have a negative impact on individual mental health and encourage appearance-based discrimination. The film also critiques narrow beauty standards while conveying important messages about self-acceptance and diversity.

Motivation to learn is one of the key factors that influences success in the educational process. The basic concept of learning motivation includes internal and external drives that motivate individuals to achieve educational goals and improve personal abilities. Various motivation theories, such as Maslow's needs theory, Bandura's social learning theory, and Skinner's reinforcement theory, provide an understanding of how motivation works in the context of learning. Learning motivation can be divided into two main types, namely intrinsic motivation which comes from within the individual, and extrinsic motivation which is influenced by external factors such as prizes and praise. Understanding the basic concept of learning motivation is very important for educators and students to create a more effective and productive learning environment.

This study aims to analyse the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture, and employee performance in the context of modern organisations. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study reveals that ethical leadership and a positive organisational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Ethical leadership, characterised by leaders' concrete actions in implementing moral values, creates a work environment that supports ethical and innovative behaviour. A strong organisational culture, which reflects the shared values and norms adopted by members of the organisation, also plays an important role in shaping employee behaviour and improving performance. In addition, employee engagement and employee commitment are important factors that mediate the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture and employee performance. The findings of this study conclude that investment in ethical leadership development and the establishment of a positive organisational culture are strategic steps for organisations to achieve superior and sustainable performance.

This study discusses the existence and interpretation of women's careers from the perspective of the Qur'an, with the aim of exploring the understanding of the role of women in the world of work according to Islamic teachings. Career women in the modern context often face challenges in combining their roles as mothers, wives, and professionals. However, in the Qur'an, there are principles that provide space for women to contribute in various areas of life, including work, as long as they do not conflict with Islamic moral and ethical values. This study uses an interpretation approach to analyze relevant verses, as well as examines the social and historical contexts that influence the understanding of career women. The results of the study indicate that the Qur'an provides freedom for women to pursue a career, on condition that they pay attention to the balance between domestic duties and social rights and maintain self-integrity in the work environment. Therefore, the interpretation of the role of career women in the Qur'an can be more relevant and contextual if viewed from a more flexible perspective, while still adhering to the values of justice and welfare in Islam.

Utilization of new renewable energy is a solution to meet the increasing electricity demand, one of which is solar power generation technology. Solar panels are a renewable power generator that is environmentally friendly. The relatively low and unstable output voltage of PV is affected by solar irradiation, which becomes a constraint. Therefore, by utilizing a boost converter, the solar panel system is able to work 25% more optimally compared to without using a boost converter. The performance of solar panels when using a boost converter is around 83.3% and without using it, the performance is only about 58.3%. The average output power when using the boost converter is 1,521 W, whereas without using the boost converter, the average output power is 1,172 W. This indicates that the output power is more stable when using the boost converter compared to not using it. This research focuses on a boost converter with PID control as a support, optimizer, and voltage stabilizer where the output power on the solar panel is expected to be more optimal and the output from the solar panel is more stable with more optimal results in various conditions. In this study, 12 solar panels of 125 WP with a capacity of 1.5 KW are used in series-parallel to obtain the required power. If the output from the solar panel is insufficient due to weather conditions, the voltage will be increased by the boost converter towards the inverter so that the voltage remains stable into the inverter with the boost converter. This boost converter uses PID control to keep the output voltage stable.
