Fiduciary collateral as a type of collateral gives the rights of executorial to creditors to do parate execution on the object of fiduciary collateral when a debtor defaults. In practice, however, collateral misuses this right illegally. This becomes the basics for Judicial Review agains Article 15, paraghraphs 2 and 3 of Law No. 42/1999, and the Constitutional Court issued the Ruling No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019. Therefore in this thesis the formulation of the problem raised is first, when a debtor is considered to have committed an act of default, and secondly, it delves into the creditor's execution procedure and the ratio decidendi related to Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019. The research use descriptive juridicial normative method. The data were gathered by conducting library research. The result of the analysis shows that Ruling does not impede the right of executing by creditors so that it is in accordance with the executorial right in fiduciary collateral. So, there are two possible ways for a debtor to be declared in default: firstly, the agreement of default is stipulated during the main agreement and the initial fiduciary collateral agreement. Secondly, the default is determined by the district court in order to execute the fiduciary collateral object.

The purpose of this research was to determine the readiness and ability of teachers to face information and communication technology-based learning in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The research method in this article is qualitative. The type is literature research, and the data analysis is descriptive analysis. Data obtained from library research. The data collection technique used by this researcher is a literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study use qualitative analysis techniques in a deductive way. Technology is developing exponentially, changing the way humans move, communicate, communicate and interact. Especially now that there is an era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 known as the era of disruption. Education is one aspect affected by RI 4.0. Learning 4.0 requires a technological approach as a tool in the learning process. Teachers need to interconnect with subjects to gain relevant learning experiences. Teachers have only mastered basic applications commonly used daily, but are reluctant to learn to use new applications that can facilitate their work. Teachers in the digital era must have a mindset. In connection with that, teachers are required to be good at using technology in learning. The use of technology in learning is a necessity.

With technological innovation in the financial sector (Fintech), the development of digital technology has brought great changes to the financial industry. However, behind these advantages, there are challenges that need to be overcome, one of which is data security and user privacy which is a major issue that must be faced by the financial industry. This study aims to see how regulations help the digital transformation of Indonesia's financial industry (fintech). This study is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research falls into the category of library research.Regulation of the financial technology (fintech) sector is borne by many parties, including the government, non-governmental organisations, and industry players. In Indonesia, institutions such as the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) are responsible for shaping fintech policies and regulations.Regulations serve as a strong foundation to drive digital transformation in the financial industry. Flexible and inventive regulations protect consumers and encourage profitable investments for industry players. A clear legal framework allows financial institutions to innovate and produce financial goods and services that better suit the needs of society.

This article discusses the importance of performance evaluation in Islamic education, where the results of the evaluation serve as a reference to improve teaching methods, curriculum, and educational management to make them more relevant to students' needs and aligned with Islamic principles. The research method used in this article is library research. The data collection technique involves gathering documents such as books, journals, and other materials relevant to the topic. The purpose of writing this paper is to understand in depth about how the Process of Issuing Sea Trial Permit for SV. Bourbon Jindamanee at Specialized KSOP Batam by PT. Gemalindo Shipping Batam. In this paper, the methods used are field research and library research. The result of this paper is the Sea Trial Permit Issuance Process of SV. Bourbon Jindamanee by PT. Gemalindo Shipping Batam run effectively even though the Foreign Ship Agency Approval (PKKA) is approaching its expiration date.The implemented system facilitates the permit application with clear and structured steps. The process starts with a notification from the sip owner to the agent, followed by document preparation, after which the application is submitted trough the KSOP portal where the documents are inputted and verified by thr officers of the Kesyahbandaran and Port Aouthority Office (KSOP). To improve the Sea Trial Permit issuance process, it is recommeded that each relevant party ensure regular updatesof information and improved coordination to speed up the administrative process. In addition, conduct training for the internal team to help reduce errors in submission and implement a feedback system to collect input from each related party to improve the process in the future.

In a world that continues to change and is faced with various social and security challenges, mosques are seen as having great potential in creating stability and harmony in society. This research uses qualitative research methods. The author uses qualitative methods to analyze studies regarding the role of mosques in ensuring security in the modern era, therefore this data analysis focuses more on library research. The research results show that mosques have a significant function in maintaining security and social order through various initiatives, including centers for education and social awareness, tolerance education, overcoming radicalization and extremism, providing social and health services, involving women in mosques, and mosques as safe spaces and comfortable. This article is entitled "Development of the Education System in South Korea". This article was written with the aim of analyzing and clarifying the comparison of the Korean and Indonesian curricula in more detail. The type of research used in this research is library research. The data source for this research is a journal or scientific article. This research uses data and information collection methods using technology in the form of computers and various library and internet sources such as books, magazines, articles and similar research results. The aim of this research is to consider methods and steps that can be taken to improve the quality of education through comparative educational analysis research. This research shows that there are differences between the two countries, namely in their curriculum. The Korean curriculum focuses on providing students with skills that prepare them to enter the world of work. On the other hand, the Indonesian curriculum focuses on responding to the challenges of the 4.0 revolution era. Therefore, considering that there are still many unresolved unemployment problems in Indonesia, Indonesia needs to emulate several Korean education curricula, especially to prepare students to be ready to enter the world of work.

Islamic education during the Khulafaur Rasyidin period (632-661 AD) had an important role in forming the foundations of the Islamic education system during the Khulafaur Rasyidin period, which included the period of leadership of the first four caliphs after the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This research aims to examine in more depth the growth and development of Islamic education during the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin, including the role of the caliphs in supporting the education system and its impact on Islamic society at that time. The author uses a qualitative method with the type of library research. This method aims to explore information in depth from relevant library sources, such as books, scientific articles, journals and other documents. As for the results of this research, the growth and development of Islamic education during the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin focused on teaching the Qur'an and Hadith, the development of educational centers during the time of Abu Bakar, Kutab educational institutions (primary schools) experienced significant progress, during the time of Caliph Umar bin Khattab ra., the social and political situation was in a stable condition and Islamic power was increasingly expanding, where several friends were appointed as teachers in each area they occupied. During the time of Usman ibn Affan the development of Islamic education, both in terms of institutions and materials, was basically not much different from previously. During the time of Ali bin Abi Talib, the development of education did not show significant progress. This was caused by the chaotic political situation and various rebellions that occurred, so that Ali's government was unstable and focused more on efforts to resolve conflicts and maintain political stability.

This research explores the role of the Constitutional Court (MK) in protecting citizenship rights in Indonesia. As a constitutional judicial body, the MK holds a crucial responsibility to review laws against the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945), ensuring that fundamental rights of citizens, such as freedom of expression, the right to education, and the right to privacy, are not violated by existing legal policies. Through the mechanism of judicial review, the MK acts as a primary guardian capable of annulling laws that are in conflict with the constitution. This study examines various significant cases where the MK has played a critical role in safeguarding citizenship rights. We also identify various challenges faced by the MK, including issues in implementing rulings and potential political pressures that may affect the independence of this institution. From a global perspective, this research compares the role of the MK with constitutional bodies in other countries to provide a broader understanding of how the MK functions in an international context. The research employs doctrinal legal research, which is a process of discovering rules, principles, and doctrines to address the issues at hand. The research is prescriptive in nature. The methodology used is normative/doctrinal/library research. The findings indicate that although the MK has successfully protected citizens' rights through significant rulings, there remains an urgent need to improve the implementation of decisions and to safeguard the institution’s independence. Recommendations for enhancing the MK’s role include expanding legal education to the public, strengthening public access to judicial review mechanisms, and fostering closer collaboration with legal academics and practitioners. With these measures, the MK is expected to continue functioning effectively as a guardian of constitutional rights in Indonesia.

This article was written with the aim of identifying spiritual leaders in the development of Islamic education. This research uses a certain type of library research. Reviewing various periodicals and relevant reference volumes is known as library research. The research findings show that spiritual leadership is a strategy to persuade other people to carry out activities in accordance with the ideals and principles taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW to achieve a certain goal. Spiritual leadership is the process of persuading others to take beneficial actions to achieve certain goals. The Prophet Muhammad is considered an influence in Islam because of his leadership style. Loyalty is one of the main characteristics that characterizes spiritual leadership. In this context, loyalty shows that both leaders and followers must obey Allah SWT in terms of goals, uphold Islamic law and values, maintain integrity, be disciplined, be consistent, and not be arrogant. In Islamic educational institutions, spiritual leadership is implemented through instilling ideals that are focused on both life in this world and the afterlife. To fulfill their responsibilities, madrasah principals and teachers must do more than fulfill their administrative and instructional duties; they must also serve Allah SWT. By emulating the leadership qualities exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, such as effective communication between the head of the madrasah and its members, the head of the madrasah as a motivator, fairness, honesty, trustworthiness, deliberation, and applying the principles of discipline, madrasahs can also implement spiritual leadership.

To conduct descriptive research, researchers use words and not lists of data. These words can basically provide a general overview or explain current problems and their solutions. Content analysis is the data analysis method used, and places high priority on explaining the content of various existing propositions that arise from various theories and previous analyzes carried out by other researchers. The research findings show that a monodisciplinary approach is an approach whose foundation is solely on the scientific subject in question, without merging or combining it with other scientific fields. All sciences operate under monodisciplinary supervision, support, and motivation. Monodisciplinarity itself regulates scientific research and theoretical conclusions.   A narrowly focused approach to science will result in a narrow view of religion and an interpretation of religion that has nothing to do with the research environment. The urgency of this interdisciplinary study is achieved by creating a paradigm that needs to be implanted in society by: Switching from a format based on formalism to a substantive format, changing universalism from exclusivism, research, study, and improvements both internal and external (inside and outside).  

Hajj and Umrah are forms of maḥḍah worship that hold an essential position in Islamic teachings and contain profound philosophical dimensions. This study aims to analyze the philosophical dimensions of Hajj and Umrah and their implications for enhancing religious devotion. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through library research. Data were collected from scholarly books, academic journal articles, and relevant official documents, and analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that Hajj and Umrah embody core values such as monotheism, sincerity, patience, self-control, equality, and social solidarity. A deep understanding of these philosophical dimensions contributes significantly to the spiritual transformation of pilgrims, as reflected in improved quality of worship, religious discipline, and social awareness after the pilgrimage. This study emphasizes that philosophical comprehension of Hajj and Umrah is crucial for sustaining long-term religious devotion among Muslims.

This research examines the role of citizenship in law enforcement from the perspective of domestic and Islamic law, with a focus on cases in Indonesia. In the context of national law, citizenship reflects the legal relationship between individuals and the state, where citizens have the right and obligation to participate in the law enforcement process. Meanwhile, according to Islamic law, citizen participation is based on the principle of amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, which requires Muslim individuals to encourage good and prevent evil. This research employs a doctrinal legal methodology, which involves the process of identifying, analyzing, and interpreting legal principles, norms, and doctrines to address the issues at hand. The distinctive feature of this approach is its prescriptive nature, aiming to offer solutions or recommendations regarding legal problems. The methodological framework utilized is normative or doctrinal research, also referred to as library research. This type of research relies on canonical sources (doctrinal literature) and specifically involves the use of library materials such as journals, books, legal documents, religious texts, and other relevant sources. The research primarily focuses on examining and analyzing written sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal issues being studied.The research results show that there are similarities in the basic concept of citizen participation. , implementation varies depending on the social, cultural and legal context. In Indonesia, the role of citizenship in law enforcement is influenced by political dynamics and public trust in legal institutions. This study recommends strengthening legal education, developing participatory technology and harmonizing national law with Islamic law as steps to strengthen the role of citizens in law enforcement. In this way, it is hoped that law enforcement can run more effectively, fairly and in accordance with the values held by society.

The plan for the construction of the Kra Canal has emerged since 1977, initiated by King Narai. The Kra Canal will connect the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea, making it an alternative to the congested and vulnerable Strait of Malacca. Despite its great potential and benefits and having been planned for a long time, the canal has yet to be built. This paper aims to discuss the reasons behind the difficulties in constructing the Kra Canal. The method used in this paper is qualitative descriptive by conducting library research. The theories applied are Security Dilemma and Maritime Diplomacy. The data used are secondary data sourced from books, journals, credible official news, and relevant trustworthy websites. The findings indicate that there are complex geopolitical and economic aspects. Major challenges include high costs, risks of damage, environmental concerns, and Thailand’s unstable internal political situation. The presence of the Kra Canal has the potential to complicate the security situation in the Southeast Asian region with the involvement of major powers such as China, India, and the United States.
