In the textile industry, quality control is a crucial aspect to ensure the stability and consistency of production results. One of the important stages in yarn production is the warping process, which has a significant influence on the quality in the subsequent process. This study aims to apply the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method to assess the quality of 40 CD KNB yarn in the warping process in the GKBI PC company, Preparation Department, and determine whether the process is already in a controlled condition. Currently, the average quality and amount of monthly yarn production show fluctuations with a downward trend of 1.64 per 5,000,000 meters in the period February–July 2024. This figure is below the company's daily production target of 1.00 per 5,000,000 meters, so the target has not been achieved. This discrepancy indicates the need for a more systematic evaluation and improvement of the quality control system. Based on the analysis of the X-Bar control chart in January 2025, two data points were found outside the control limits (UCL = 176.8; LCL = -29.5; average = 73.6), ie on January 4 and 20. The main cause of such uncontrollability is the weak yarn that comes from the rewinding process. Check sheet analysis and Pareto diagram shows that the most common factors causing thread breakage are weak threads. Furthermore, through the cause-and-effect diagram (fishbone diagram), it was identified that the factors that cause thread breakage come from four categories: human (HR), material (raw material), environment, and machine. Of the four factors, human resources and material aspects are the biggest contributors to influence. Therefore, it is recommended that quality control at PC GKBI be strengthened through training and counseling programs to employees, in order to improve skills and awareness of the importance of quality. This step is expected to reduce the rate of yarn breakage, maintain the stability of the production process, and ensure consistent achievement of company targets.

This study aims to analyze the influence of domestic wastewater management and space utilization control on pests in river-equivalent areas in Lalat Regency. The main problem raised is the low effectiveness of environmental management in the corresponding area due to the increase in domestic activities and its weakness in spatial planning. The approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression methods. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires to 200 respondents, and secondary data were obtained through documentation studies and field observations. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously, the five independent variables (environmental management, space availability, community participation, government supervision, and environmental infrastructure) had a significant effect on the habitat in the corresponding area (p = 0.046). Partially, only waste management (p = 0.016) and community participation (p = 0.042) had a significant effect. A determination coefficient (R²) value of 7.5% indicates that the desires of a region are also influenced by other external factors. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the need to improve the household waste management system through the construction of communal WWTP and improve the quality of household septic tanks, as well as community empowerment through the establishment of environmental forums and sustainable sanitation education to support spatial control and poverty in commensurate areas.

Choux au Craquelin is a variation of choux pastry characterized by a crispy top layer (craquelin) after baking. This product innovation is increasingly in demand due to its unique appearance and texture. This study was conducted with the aim of developing choux au craquelin as a healthier cake product by substituting some wheat flour with purple sweet potato flour. Purple sweet potato flour was chosen because it contains antioxidants, especially anthocyanins, and high dietary fiber, so it is expected to increase the nutritional value of the product without reducing consumer acceptance. The objectives of this study include: (1) Identifying the sensory quality of choux au craquelin based on variations in the proportion of wheat flour and purple sweet potato flour; and (2) Determining the best formula with a combination of the two types of flour. The independent variable in this study is the proportion of purple sweet potato flour to wheat flour, namely 40%:60%, 50%:50%, and 60%:40%. The dependent variable is sensory quality which includes shape, color, texture, aroma, and taste. The control variables included the type of raw materials, equipment, and processing techniques used, so that the manufacturing process was carried out consistently in each treatment. The results showed that the use of purple sweet potato flour significantly affected the sensory quality of the product, especially in terms of color, aroma, texture, and taste. The color of the craquelin became more intensely purplish as the percentage of purple sweet potato flour increased, while the texture tended to be denser but still maintained its characteristic brittleness. In addition, the aroma had a distinctive sweet potato characteristic that was quite liked by the panelists. Further analysis showed an interaction effect between the proportions of wheat flour and purple sweet potato flour on the overall sensory quality.

This research is motivated by the fact that the history learning process in schools is often considered boring and less relevant to students' lives. Initial observations at SMPN 3 Srengat Blitar showed that the dominant lecture method makes students less focused, tend to be passive, and learning outcomes are less than optimal. This condition demands learning innovations that can involve students actively and meaningfully. One alternative used is the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model. The focus of this research is to describe the application of the STAD model to improve the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students on the history of the arrival of Western nations to Indonesia. The research objectives include: (1) outlining the steps for implementing the STAD model, (2) identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, and (3) determining the impact of STAD implementation on improving student learning outcomes. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a naturalistic approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were eighth-grade students of SMPN 3 Srengat Blitar in the 2023/2024 academic year. The researcher was directly involved in the data collection and analysis process using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. The research results show that the implementation of STAD can improve student learning outcomes. Students become more active, motivated, and have a better understanding of the material. The main supporting factors are solid teamwork and the teacher's active role in facilitating learning. Challenges faced include time constraints and students' initial adaptation to the new method. Overall, STAD has proven effective in creating a fun, interactive, and meaningful learning environment for students.

Breech presentation is a condition in which the fetus is in an elongated position with the head at the uterine fundus and the buttocks in the lower part of the uterine cavity. This condition can increase the risk of labor complications, especially if accompanied by serotinus (post-term pregnancy). Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2021), the maternal mortality rate caused by breech presentation and serotinus in Indonesia was recorded at 1,309 cases. In Central Java, the incidence of breech presentation reached 11.5% (Central Java Health Office, 2021). This study aims to determine the implementation of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. D, aged 24 years, with breech presentation and serotinus at Mrs. S's PMB in the Kaliwadas Community Health Center area in 2023. The research method used a qualitative descriptive design with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, physical examinations, documentation studies, and medical record searches. The results of midwifery care showed that during pregnancy, Mrs. D had a good quality of life. Mrs. D underwent three antenatal care (ANC) visits, during which signs of pregnancy complications suggestive of serotinus were detected. Delivery was performed via cesarean section due to serotinus and breech presentation. During the neonatal period, three visits were conducted, with the baby's examination results within normal limits. During the postpartum period, four visits were conducted, during which the mother's condition was generally good, but at the third postpartum visit, problems with breastfeeding were discovered. Mrs. D was also known not to be using postpartum contraception. The results of this study emphasize the importance of early detection and appropriate management of breech presentation and serotinus pregnancies to prevent complications that endanger the mother and baby. Comprehensive midwifery care covering pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and newborn care is an integral effort to ensure the safety of mothers and babies.

The fisheries sector plays a strategic role in Indonesia's national economic development due to its significant contribution to meeting food needs, creating jobs, and earning foreign exchange. However, this sector still faces various serious challenges, such as Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) Fishing practices, excessive exploitation of marine resources, degradation of aquatic ecosystems, and weak compliance with applicable legal provisions. These problems not only impact the sustainability of fisheries resources but also threaten the economic sustainability of coastal communities. This study aims to analyze the government's role in overseeing the fisheries sector in Indonesia, which includes regulatory and institutional aspects, and the implementation of supervision in the field. The research method used is a normative juridical approach through a review of relevant laws and regulations, including Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries as amended by Law Number 45 of 2009, and other derivative regulations. The analysis also considers the role of supervisory institutions such as the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL), and law enforcement officials in preventing and prosecuting violations in this sector. The research findings indicate that the government plays a strategic role in establishing policies, establishing oversight institutions, providing monitoring facilities and infrastructure, and taking legal action against violators. However, oversight effectiveness is still suboptimal due to limited human resources, monitoring technology, inter-agency coordination, and low legal awareness among fisheries business actors. Therefore, strengthening an integrated oversight system, increasing the capacity of officials, utilizing information and satellite technology, and consistent law enforcement are necessary. These steps are expected to ensure sustainable management of Indonesia's fisheries sector, protect marine resources, and support national economic growth.

Character education serves as a fundamental pillar in shaping a generation of morally upright, responsible, and resilient youth. It not only fosters ethical behavior but also equips children with the skills and attitudes necessary to contribute positively to society. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of character education among children through a combination of artistic activities—such as coloring and calligraphy—and environmental activities, specifically planting. The research was conducted in two orphanages located in Blitar Regency, namely Raudhatul Aitam Orphanage and Nurul Falah Orphanage. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that creative, participatory, and collaborative approaches are effective in nurturing essential character values among children, both under and over the age of ten. The core values instilled through the activities include appreciation for global diversity, cooperative spirit (gotong royong), faith, and environmental awareness. Practical activities, such as coloring illustrations of traditional houses, planting chili plants, and coloring calligraphic artworks, were found to enhance children’s creativity, self-confidence, patience, and social interaction skills. Moreover, these activities encouraged teamwork and a sense of responsibility, as children worked together to complete tasks and care for their environment. The study highlights the importance of integrating cultural, artistic, and ecological elements in character education programs to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Furthermore, continuous support and collaboration from various stakeholders—including caregivers, educators, community members, and government institutions—are essential to ensure sustainability. When consistently implemented, such programs have the potential to produce long-term positive impacts, helping children grow into individuals who are not only skilled and creative but also possess strong moral values and a deep sense of social responsibility.

This community service activity was carried out in Dahu Village, Pandeglang Regency, with the main objective of introducing and implementing biopore infiltration hole technology as a simple and environmentally friendly solution to address waterlogging and organic waste management. Biopores are small-diameter vertical holes dug into the ground and then filled with organic waste, such as dry leaves, vegetable scraps, or food scraps. This organic waste will naturally decompose through a decomposition process, producing compost that is useful for fertilizing the soil. Furthermore, the presence of biopore holes can improve the groundwater absorption capacity, thereby reducing the risk of waterlogging and minor flooding around residential areas. During the implementation, we as students not only provided theoretical explanations through socialization sessions but also actively participated directly in the field. Together with residents, we practiced making biopore holes, starting from the stages of preparing tools and materials, the process of drilling the soil, and filling the holes with organic waste. This practical activity was designed to help the community understand the steps for making biopores independently and utilizing them sustainably. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding and awareness of the importance of easy, affordable, and beneficial waste management. The community is beginning to realize that waste processing does not always require large costs or complicated technology. Biopore holes have been proven effective in accelerating rainwater absorption, reducing household waste volume, and improving soil fertility. Beyond the environmental impact, this activity also strengthens relationships between students and villagers through the collaboration established during the biopore construction process. Thus, this program is expected to be the first step towards a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable village.

The data obtained are analyzed qualitatively through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Ciamis Regency KPU carried out socialization by referring to the Theory of Three Elements of Socialization proposed by Haryanto (2018) in the book Political Socialization: An Initial Understanding. The three elements include: Socialization Agents, namely parties who play a role in conveying information, such as KPU officers, District Election Committees (PPK), and community leaders, Socialization Materials, including information regarding election stages, voting procedures, the importance of voting rights, and the role of the community in maintaining democracy, Socialization Methods, which are carried out through face-to-face meetings, leaflet distribution, banner installation, social media, and community-based activities. Although socialization activities have been carried out in a planned manner and involved various media, research results indicate that their implementation has not been optimal. Some obstacles found include limited reach to all levels of society, minimal participation in socialization activities, and a lack of innovation in information delivery methods. In conclusion, the socialization carried out by the Ciamis Regency KPU for the 2024 Regent and Deputy Regent Election has been running but needs to be increased in intensity, creativity, and equal distribution of targets so that voter participation can be maximized.
