In industrial relations, there will definitely be conflicts between companies and workers related to differences in ideas which result in industrial relations problems or known as industrial relations disputes. Based on this, if an industrial relations dispute occurs and the company or workers do not find a good decision then this dispute will be handed over to the labor union to be resolved so as to obtain a mutually beneficial solution between the two disputing parties. This research aims to find out how labor unions can be a solution to resolving industrial relations disputes that occur between companies and workers. In order to gain accurate information and avoid changing any data, this research adopts a descriptive analytic method, gathering data from journals and publications published by competent and qualified authors. The topic taken to conduct this research is the concept of resolving employment contract disputes through labor unions. The results of this research are the concept used by trade unions, namely through deliberation to reach consensus in a friendly and open manner so that disputes can be resolved peacefully and ensure that no party is harmed.

Good Corporate Governance is the most well-known principle in the world for maintaining the integrity of world organizations. Almost all international locations in all countries adhere to the foundation of building responsibility and openness. Unfortunately, in its application, GCG does not explain the values ​​of stakeholders. The study aims to reconstruct GCG (OECD version) and look for a more appropriate Sharia Concept. Of course, this will provide a solution to the problem itself. After analyzing the values ​​and character of SET, we built a modern GCG positioned on Islamic concepts. These concepts are; One; deeper sympathy from stakeholders, second; principles regarding stakeholder rights: third, equality in stakeholder behavior, fourth, the principle of openness, finally, regarding corporate accountability.Weak GCG practices in Indonesia are caused by the low level of protection for investors, law enforcement, transparency and ineffective public company audit committees. This condition strongly encourages the need for effective and efficient global corporate governance. Islamic Corporate Governance The Islamic perspective lies in the Islamic Company Theory which has greater concern for wider stakeholders which include God, humans and nature. The difference in goals between conventional Corporate Governance and Sharia GCG which tends to adhere to Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). SET equates material and spiritual values. This shows that Sharia GCG does not only achieve material benefits, but also spiritual values. SET also equates egoistic values ​​with altruistic values, which in Islamic law are realized in the form of worship.

Health is a valuable asset that we need to take good care of. However, in our daily lives, we often get caught up in hectic routines, poor diets, and unhealthy lifestyles. This is why counseling on improving quality of life is so important. Counseling attempts to raise awareness, provide information, and encourage individuals and communities to adopt healthy behaviors. The counseling materials provided are Preventing Disease and Improving Quality of Life. By increasing awareness of a healthy diet, adequate physical activity, stress management, and other life habits, it can help prevent various chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. By adopting healthy behaviors, one can improve their quality of life, reduce the risk of health complications, and enjoy a longer and better life. Increased physical activity or exercise. Physical activity is any movement of the body that causes energy expenditure. The recommendation from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is that physical activity should be done at least 30 minutes per day for 5 times a week or equal to 150 minutes per week. various types of physical activity that can be done such as climbing down stairs, jogging, brisk walking or cycling.

The appreciation of Pancasila values in schools strengthens the identity of Indonesian people, carried out through experience and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students, namely having faith, being devoted to God Almighty, and having noble character, global diversity, working together, being independent, reasoning critically, and being creative when you are in school. in the school environment and in the classroom. The values, norms and ethics that have been contained in Pancasila have truly become a very complete and rounded part and can be integrated with the personality of every school member. So, it can form patterns of behavior, thought patterns and patterns of action and provide direction. The Indonesian education system is structured based on the culture of the Indonesian nation and is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution as a form of embodiment of the life values of the Indonesian nation. The application or cultivation of values in every detail Pancasila must be taught so that individuals have attitudes and behavior that are in accordance with the noble character of the nation and do not deviate from Pancasila values which are in accordance with the principles of Pancasila. Character education needs to use Pancasila as the philosophical or ideological basis for its implementation. Education policy analysis in improving quality culture through a process of predetermined stages to formulate problems that nanitnya bring up alternative policies as problem solving and improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to analyse the application of educational policy analysis in improving quality culture at SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an Yayasan Islamic Center North Sumatra (YIC-SU). This research method uses qualitative research using primary and secondary data collection techniques. Data sources include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an (YIC-SU) in conducting educational policy analysis to improve quality culture by conducting several stages, namely 1). Problem formulation, 2). Policy agenda and formulation of policy alternatives, 3). Policy determination. The results obtained by SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an (YIC-SU) can build a good and sustainable quality culture so that it continues to be a school that is in great demand.

Gamification system-based learning is a learning method that uses game elements and game thinking in a non-game environment to improve student behavior and engagement in the learning process. The concept of gamification in learning minimizes lectures by teachers about the material, and emphasizes interactivity and student involvement in learning. This research uses the literature review method to comprehensively analyze articles published from 2020 to 2023, of course with several specifications determined and 4 articles selected. The results of this research state that the gamification method is very effective and appropriate for increasing student learning motivation, because in implementing gamification students are required to be active during the learning process and also present interactive material.

Administrative process optimization is a systematic effort to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in the execution of administrative tasks within the company, while facilities management and demand for goods and logistics focus on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, which will apply the WBS method to decompose complex tasks into more manageable components. This analysis is expected to increase visibility, engagement, and understanding of each stage in the administrative, facilities management, and logistics management processes, enabling more targeted and impactful change implementation. Overall, this research is geared towards achieving improved performance and efficiency at PT XYZ through the application of WBS methodology in the context of the company's administration and logistics.

The problem in the industrial sector that is often encountered is the problem of queuing. Queues occur when there is an imbalance between services and services offered, causing consumers to wait to get service. Laboratory queue simulation using Arena software. This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the queuing conditions that occurred during the material A testing process at the XYZ Laboratory through simulation using Arena software. After carrying out a simulation with the Arena software, it was discovered that there were no queues for the material A testing queue activity at the XYZ Laboratory. From the results of the simulation data processing for material A testing queues in the XYZ laboratory, there are no queues and service times are optimal, so there is no need for corrective solutions. Based on the results of verification and validation, H0 is accepted because the value 0 is in the range μ1 – μ2 so it can be said to be valid. This states that the total time in the real situation (real system) is not significantly different from the output results in the Arena simulation that has been created.

PT X is a company engaged in producing ships. PT In the research, a validity test was carried out to determine whether the questions given did not produce deviant (valid) data as measured by the Pearson correlation. Then, this research also carried out a reliability test to determine whether the measuring instrument remained consistent if the measurement was carried out twice or more using the Cronbach's Alpha (a) formula. From the research data, valid variables were obtained, including; Friendliness, Good communication, Willingness and readiness, Efforts to establish good relationships, Easy to contact, Cleanliness of the room, The room is not noisy, Quick service, Bright room light, Does not discriminate between subcontractors, Quick approval of offers, Fast issuance of contracts, Comfortable room, and Accuracy Employee. In this research, all variables were found to be valid, so the next step that must be taken is to carry out reliability calculations because the variables in the questionnaire are valid. From the results of reliability calculations, the Cronbach's Alpha value > significance level value is 0.770 > 0.6, so the instrument is said to be reliable. From the research obtained with IBM SPSS software, it is useful for carrying out validity and reliability tests in analyzing the level of subcontractor satisfaction with facilities and services in the Procurement Services Division of PT X's Supply Chain clearly and optimally.

In This Research, An Analysis Of The Application Of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Will Be Carried Out In The Wadung Asri Market Drainage Channel Normalization Project. This Research Aims To Find Out Whether Contractors Have Implemented The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concept In Their Material Procurement Process. The Research Results Show That In The Project Material Procurement Process, The Contractor Has Not Implemented The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Concept Significantly. This Can Be Seen From Decisions In Selecting Suppliers Which Are Only Based On The History Of Cooperation Without Considering Other Factors. Apart From That, There Were Delays In The Arrival Of Materials Which Resulted In Project Work Being Delayed From The Initial Plan. Therefore, It Is Necessary To Improve The Goods Procurement System That Has Been Running So Far By Implementing The Supply Chain Management Concept.

PT LBP is a manufacturing company that provides products and services, especially specialists in the field of industrial tanks. The products made are dominated by products that function to support production processes in industry, for example Storage Tanks, Pressure Tanks, Silos, Heat Exchangers, and so on. In carrying out its work, PT LBP has a warehouse as a place to store goods, which is an area that functions to store goods or components and makes a very important contribution to the speed of a project. Currently, PT LBP still uses conventional methods in its goods storage system. There is still haphazard storage, there are no procedures for grouping types of goods, such as grouping types of high frequency goods and the like. Items included in the high frequency category are 4 inch grinding stones, 4 inch cutting stones, P80 plasma nozzles, welding wire and welding filler. This causes an irregular buildup of goods or components and even blocks the process of entering and exiting the road. Therefore, the 5S method is very suitable if applied to PT LBP, the 5S method will improve the system for structuring, sorting, cleaning and storing goods with the aim of reducing searching time for inventory in the warehouse storage area. The results of the design carried out were rearranging the placement of goods, cleaning goods, and implementing procedures in accordance with the 5S concept.

This research applies Marketing Funnel and SWOT Analysis to the Graha Office marketing strategy at PT ABC. Funnel stages involve Awereness, Consideration, Purchase, Retention, and Advocacy. The analysis data, including query popularity, market stage, clicks, impressions, and product CTR, are taken from Microsoft Excel. The focus of the research was the internal and external factors affecting the marketing of Graha Office. SWOT analysis identified Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Results show the effectiveness of the Marketing Funnel strategy with full expectations. Achieving customer expectations involves process, product, location, employee attitude, friendliness, convenience, and product arrangement. The SWOT analysis highlights internal components, including management and product strategy, that influence marketing success. The findings form the basis for developing Graha Office's marketing strategy, strengthening its position in the competitive market. The implications of this study serve as a guide in strategic decision-making to deal with market dynamics.

XYZ is one of the largest manufacturers of bus houses in Indonesia as a safe and reliable means of transportation with almost 50 years of experience. In carrying out the production process, employees are required to always be optimal in completing their work, but on the other hand, employees have limited workloads. The aim of this research is to determine the workload conditions received by Salvagnini CNC Laser machine operators, as well as to provide suggestions for improvements to the preparation department (Salvagnini). In order to find out the workload conditions for operators from this department, workload calculations are carried out using the FTE (Full Time Equivalent) method which is obtained from observing job descriptions, units of output or types of activities produced by operators (units/activities), vol-umes containing the number of production results. , as well as the duration of work carried out by the operator. The operator's workload conditions on the first and third days were FTE values of 0.671 and 0.949 (underload) because the FTE value was <0.99, while on the second day the workload condition was 1.033 (fit) because the FTE value was between 1-1.28.

Observing these problems, research was carried out to provide solutions through observation and active participation approaches. In the manufacturing industry, competition between companies is an inevitable phenomenon along with the spread of businesses in this field. To maintain competitiveness, making the right management policies, including in the calculation of production costs, is crucial. The determination of production costs must be done carefully in order to provide a balanced profit. This study aims to analyze the company's method of calculating production costs with a variable costing approach. The research design is descriptive with the use of quantitative data through secondary data sources. The results showed that the variable costing approach resulted in a fairly low amount of production costs, namely Rp. 6,165,220,371, compared to the company's original calculation of Rp. 6,271,616,917. Thus, calculating the production budget using the variable costing method can be an effective strategy to face competition in the manufacturing industry.

XYZ of the many types of promotions that have been carried out so far, it is not yet known to what extent their effectiveness is in increasing the number of customers at PT XYZ. Every business must have a marketing strategy that must be implemented in carrying out its business activities. This research aims to determine marketing strategies using a marketing mix approach consisting of product strategy, promotion strategy, price strategy and sales location strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that tries to explain and analyze phenomena, events, social dynamics, behavior and opinions of a person or group towards something. Based on the results of the marketing mix strategy analysis, it was obtained: product strategy, selling beauty products, namely herbal skincare such as: herbal manjakani, forest honey, v-co oil, date palm juice, etawa goat's milk, and lemon juice. Pricing strategy, setting the price of the product by looking at the quality level and net product, the product is set at a price of IDR 34,500.00 IDR 131,500.00. Place strategy, selling products via e-commerce via the Shopee application Promotion strategy, promoting products via social media (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube and the company's official website).

The aim of this research is to find out what media can improve the thinking abilities of slow learner ABK students. The method used in this research design is a literature review study. Literature study is a form of research used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results matched the required data, there were 7 national journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research can play a role in using intranets in health services because they can speed up and simplify work processes and transactions at the hospital. So that the officers at the hospital can work more effectively and efficiently. Finally, the information produced will be timely and useful.
