This study aims to determine the effect of adding EM4 probiotics in various doses to commercial feed on the growth of jatimbulan tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus L). Probiotics are known to play a role in increasing digestive efficiency, nutrient absorption, and maintaining the health of the fish's digestive tract, so they are expected to support optimal growth. The research method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments, namely: P0 (control/without probiotics), P1 (5 ml EM4/kg feed), P2 (7 ml EM4/kg feed), and P3 (11 ml EM4/kg feed), each with four replications. The parameters observed were the growth in length and weight of jatimbulan tilapia during the maintenance period. The results showed that the administration of EM4 probiotics at certain doses was able to provide a significant effect on the growth of tilapia compared to the control treatment. Treatment P2 (7 ml/kg feed) provided the best growth results compared to other doses, both in terms of increasing length and body weight. Meanwhile, administering probiotic doses that are too low (P1) or too high (P3) tends to be less effective in supporting optimal growth. This is thought to be due to the disruption of the microbial balance in the digestive tract when the probiotic dosage is incorrect. This research provides useful information for Jatimbulan tilapia cultivation practices, particularly regarding the use of probiotics to increase growth efficiency. Using the correct probiotic dosage can be a strategy to increase the productivity and sustainability of freshwater fish farming.

Tempeh, as one of Indonesia's traditional fermented foods, plays a vital role in providing affordable vegetable protein and contains various essential nutrients such as vitamin B12, folic acid, and fiber. Tempeh's uniqueness lies in the fermentation process involving local microorganisms that thrive in soybeans. Tempeh from Bayung Lencir, South Sumatra, is known for its traditional production process, which uses no starter culture. This results in a unique microbiota that has not been widely studied during fermentation. Therefore, this study focused on identifying the microorganisms involved in the tempeh fermentation process. The results showed that Rhizopus oligosporus is the primary microorganism responsible for the formation of tempeh's texture and increasing its nutritional value through the production of proteolytic and lipolytic enzymes that aid in the digestion of protein and fat. Furthermore, lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus plantarum and Pediococcus spp. play a crucial role in creating a more acidic environment, thereby reducing the risk of pathogenic microorganism growth and maintaining product safety. However, an uncontrolled fermentation process can also result in contamination by harmful microorganisms, such as Aspergillus niger and Penicillium spp., which can affect the quality of tempeh and potentially produce mycotoxins that are harmful to health. The use of PDA media has proven effective in isolating and observing the morphological characteristics of fungi, such as colony color, texture, and growth rate. This medium provides adequate results in identifying microorganisms involved in the tempeh fermentation process. This research is important for maintaining the quality and safety of Bayung Lencir's signature tempeh and opens up opportunities for the development of local starter cultures that can improve quality control during the fermentation process. Molecular-based research is needed to further explore the identity of microbes and to improve the safety and competitiveness of tempeh in the global market.

Rainwater is often considered to have a negative impact on the survival of fish fry, mainly due to its slightly acidic pH. However, this study aims to investigate the effect of rainwater on the survival rate of comet fish fry (Carassius auratus). The research was conducted at the Bossbaster experimental pond, Legok Nyenang Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi Regency, over a period of three days. The fish fry used were one day old after hatching, with a size of approximately 5 mm. The study utilized 15 containers with a water volume of 10 liters per gallon and 15 aeration devices to maintain water circulation. Five treatments were tested: A (100% rainwater), B (75% rainwater), C (50% rainwater), D (25% rainwater), and E (0% rainwater). The research design followed a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications for each treatment. The data were analyzed using the Median Test and Regression Test to maximize the obtained results. The results showed that rainwater did not significantly affect the survival rate of comet fish fry. The survival rate of the fry in all treatments ranged from 98.33% to 99.17%. This indicates that although rainwater has a lower pH, it does not significantly affect the survival of comet fish fry. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the rainwater taken from the research site did not negatively impact the survival rate of comet fish fry. The quality of the rainwater used in this study is safe and can be used as a medium for raising fish fry without causing a decrease in their survival rate. This study provides valuable information on the use of rainwater in fish farming, especially for comet fish fry.

This study compares the performance of two deep learning models, namely Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory (ConvLSTM) and Long-term Recurrent Convolutional Network (LRCN), in the task of recognizing human activity from videos. Human activity recognition is an important field in computer vision with many applications, such as security monitoring, human-computer interaction, and social media-based video analysis. ConvLSTM is a model that combines convolution operations with long-term memory LSTM, thus capable of capturing spatial and temporal information simultaneously. This approach is ideal for processing video data sequences that have spatial and temporal dimensions. On the other hand, LRCN combines the power of spatial feature extraction from Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and temporal sequence modeling through Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), specifically LSTM, to understand movement patterns in videos. The study used the UCF50 dataset consisting of 50 activity classes, but was limited to five classes for the focus of the experiment. The dataset was divided into 80% for training and 20% for testing, and the model was drilled for 50 epochs using early stopping to prevent overfitting. The results show that both models have high training performance. ConvLSTM achieved a training accuracy of around 98% and a validation accuracy of 90%, while LRCN achieved a training accuracy of 99.5% and a validation accuracy of 88%. Although ConvLSTM demonstrated good stability on the validation data, further testing using TikTok videos as real-world data showed that LRCN had a higher confidence level in recognizing activities, with most predictions achieving confidence scores above 80%. This difference in performance indicates that while ConvLSTM excels in generalizing on training data, LRCN is more robust to real-world data variations.

The Law on State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) by the Indonesian House of Representatives on February 4, 2025 has been ratified, and then signed by President Prabowo Subianto on February 24, 2025, destroying the concept of who the state administrators are as regulated in Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of a Clean State Free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism.Law No. 1 of 2025 concerning BUMN, places the directors, commissioners, and supervisors of the state-owned company not as state administrators. This means that the Corruption Eradication Commission or KPK can no longer handle law enforcement in BUMN if corruption occurs, except for the Police, Prosecutor's Office and BPK (supervision), as stated in Article 3X of Law No. 1 of 2025, which states that: "The Agency's organs and employees are not state administrators. It is emphasized again in Article 9G: Members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Supervisory Board of BUMN are not state administrators". Meanwhile, financial supervision is still carried out by the Audit Board as stated in Article 3K: Audit of the management and financial responsibility of the Agency is carried out by the Audit Board. Although in the KPK Law, it is stated in Article 11 paragraph (1) that: "In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 6 letter e, the Corruption Eradication Commission has the authority to conduct investigations, inquiries, and prosecutions against Corruption Crimes that: a. involve law enforcement officers, State Administrators, and other people related to Corruption Crimes committed by law enforcement officers or State Administrators; and/or b. involve state losses of at least IDR 1,000,000,000.00 (one billion rupiah)".Therefore, the Law Order, the KPK must submit and obey to carry it out, because the Law (UU) functions as a basic or principal rule for organizing the state, regulating society, a tool to limit power, and as a means of social renewal. The Law also functions to regulate life in society, the nation, and the state and is expected to be able to resolve various problems that exist in society. In fact, the impact of corruption in BUMN is no joke. The destruction of economic growth, state and community income can be disrupted which results in direct state losses, but leads to the potential for increasing poverty and the loss of the government's safety net in the form of declining quality of public services and investor confidence in Indonesia, etc.

Village communities generally have a cultural system deeply rooted in traditional values passed down through generations. This system encompasses various aspects of life, including agriculture, which is the primary source of livelihood. In Batukarang Village, Payung District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra, local agricultural culture is reflected in two key practices that remain preserved to this day: the aron tradition and kerja tahun (year work). These traditions not only demonstrate how the community carries out agrarian-based economic activities but also demonstrate how social, spiritual, and cultural elements are interwoven within Karo agricultural practices. Aron is a local term referring to small groups or communities that assist each other in farming activities. This system serves as a form of mutual cooperation that strengthens solidarity among residents. In practice, aron groups typically work in rotation on other group members' fields. In addition to speeding up the work process, this system also strengthens social bonds and fosters a sense of togetherness within village life.

Social campaign posters are one of the visual communication media that has an important role in conveying public messages, shaping perceptions, and encouraging changes in social behavior in society. With visual power, posters can express messages directly, effectively, and emotionally to the audience. This study aims to examine how key visual elements—color, typography, imagery, and layout—affect the emotional response and audience engagement to social campaign messages. A qualitative approach was used by collecting data through visual observation of a number of selected social campaign posters, design analysis, and literature review from relevant literature. The results of the analysis show that each visual element has a significant contribution to the power of the message. Colors, for example, are able to evoke emotional resonance by influencing the mood of the audience, such as the color red that conveys urgency or the color green that represents expectations and the environment. Imagery or illustrations provide the power of imagination and help the audience connect the message with social reality. Proper typography improves readability, emphasizes the main message, and establishes the desired tone of communication. Meanwhile, a well-planned layout creates a visual flow that makes it easier for the audience to understand the message in order. The harmonious interplay between colors, typography, imagery, and layout has been proven to strengthen visual appeal, evoke empathy, and motivate audiences to participate in social campaigns.

The Golek Gonjing Miring Dance is one of the classical dance works created by Dona Dhian Ginanjar in 2019. This work is interesting to study because it combines two classical Javanese dance styles, namely the soft and feminine Surakarta style and the firm and masculine Yogyakarta style, as a symbol of the duality of women's nature. The theme of this dance tells the story of the angels who came down from heaven to have fun on earth, which is visualized through smooth and expressive choreography with a variety of traditional movements. The accompanying music uses Gendhing Ladrang Gonjing Miring Laras Pelog Nem, which supports the mystical and graceful atmosphere in the performance. Supporting aspects such as make-up, costume design, stage design, and lighting design also strengthen the delivery of artistic and symbolic meaning in this work. This study aims to describe the choreographic form of the Golek Gonjing Miring Dance, musical structure, and supporting visual elements that form an aesthetic unity in the performance. The results of the study show that the Golek Gonjing Miring Dance is not only a medium for preserving Javanese classical dance culture, but also a form of innovation that represents female characters in a more complex way.

Shooting in a video feature requires the right cinematographic strategy to build emotional closeness between the audience and the subject. The creation of “Perempuan di Balik Asap Cerutu” raises the story of female cigar-rolling workers using a cinematographic approach that emphasizes close-up and handheld techniques. The close-up technique is used to create emotional intimacy through detailed expressions and the subject’s activities, while the handheld technique gives a spontaneous and realistic impression, as if the audience is present in the event. This work aims to build an emotional connection between the audience and the subject, thus evoking empathy and public concern for the fate of female workers in Indonesia. Through a work that delivers a story capable of stirring emotions, it also highlights the lives of working women who are rarely represented in the media. The production process is divided into three stages: pre-production (research, observation, concept development), production (shooting using cinematographic techniques), and post-production (footage selection and audio-visual editing). The use of close-up and handheld techniques not only functions aesthetically, but also reflects the creator’s empathetic attitude toward the subject (ethical), and supports a more touching and human narrative delivery (narrative).

Tartar is a common oral health problem among adolescents. Tartar forms from hardened plaque due to a lack of proper and regular brushing habits. If not treated early, this condition can lead to serious disorders such as gingivitis (gum inflammation) and periodontitis (damage to the supporting tissue of the teeth), which impact adolescents' quality of life and self-confidence. Therefore, education about the dangers of tartar and the importance of maintaining oral health is essential, especially in schools. This community service activity aims to increase adolescents' knowledge and awareness of the dangers of tartar and equip them with proper toothbrushing skills. The activity was held on July 5, 2025, at SMP Negeri 1 Manuju, Bilalang Village, Gowa Regency, and was attended by seventh and eighth grade students. The methods used included interactive education, simulations of toothbrushing techniques according to health standards, and the distribution of leaflets as additional information that students can access again. Evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-tests to measure knowledge gains, as well as direct observation of toothbrushing practices. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in students' knowledge scores, namely 31.3 points (from an average of 53.4 to 84.7).
