This study explores the strategic use of garbarata as an advertising medium at Minangkabau International Airport, Padang. The garbarata, which is a connecting bridge between the terminal and the aircraft, has great potential as an exclusive advertising space and has high exposure to passengers. However, this potential has not been optimally maximized. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with airport management, direct observation of the garbarata conditions, and analysis of documentation related to advertising policies and non-aeronautical asset management. The results of the study indicate that there are several main obstacles in the use of garbarata as a promotional medium. These obstacles include minimal promotional activities to potential advertisers, unclear pricing systems for advertising space rentals, lack of collaboration with advertising agencies, and limitations in the provision of design services and visual creativity. This has led to low interest of companies in utilizing this media as part of their marketing strategy. To overcome these problems, this study proposes several development strategies, including: increasing active and planned promotional activities, setting flexible and competitive rental prices, strategic collaboration with professional advertising agencies, and providing creative design services to support the effectiveness of advertising messages. This strategy is expected to attract more companies to advertise on the aerobridge, thereby increasing the airport's non-aeronautical revenue. With proper optimization, the aerobridge will not only serve as a functional passenger facility but can also transform into a strategic asset supporting the airport's sustainable commercial development and creating added value for both the operator and its business partners.

Motorcycle engine performance is highly dependent on the air intake system, which plays a crucial role in the combustion process. One common method for improving engine performance is modifying the intake system, either by installing additional devices or adjusting the quantity of incoming air. One innovation that is starting to be widely used is the Jet Ranger, an additional device on the intake duct that is claimed to be able to increase air flow into the combustion chamber. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Jet Ranger and variations in the quantity of incoming air on the maximum power of a 150 cc motorcycle engine, as well as to analyze the interaction between the two variables. The study was conducted using an experimental method with a two-way factorial approach. The independent variables in this study consisted of two factors, namely the use of Jet Ranger (without Jet Ranger and with Jet Ranger) and variations in the quantity of incoming air divided into four levels (0.008; 0.012; 0.016; and 0.020 kg/s). Maximum power testing was conducted using a Leads dynotest, while the mass of incoming air was calculated based on air velocity measured using a digital anemometer. The test data were statistically analyzed using a two-way ANOVA to identify the effect of each factor and the interaction between them on engine power. The results of the study indicate that the use of Jet Ranger significantly increases engine power. Variations in the quantity of intake air also significantly affect the power generated. In addition, the interaction between the use of Jet Ranger and the quantity of intake air is proven to have a significant impact on increasing the maximum engine power. These results are in line with the theory of intake systems which states that increasing optimal air flow can increase the volumetric efficiency of the engine, and are supported by findings from previous studies. Therefore, these findings can be used as a reference in the development of air intake systems on motorcycles to achieve more optimal engine performance.

Camshaft lift is an important parameter that determines the height of the valve lift, calculated from the valve position when it is completely closed to the fully open position. This component plays a crucial role in regulating the flow of the air and fuel mixture into the combustion chamber. This study aims to improve the performance of a 200cc 4-stroke motorcycle engine through camshaft lift modification, which is expected to affect the characteristics of engine torque and power. Modifications were carried out by designing two types of modified camshafts, namely series A and series B, as a comparison to the standard camshaft. The research method used is experimental testing using a dynamometer to measure engine torque and power at various speeds, ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 RPM. The data obtained were analyzed to determine the effect of each type of camshaft on engine performance. The test results show that the B series camshaft provides the most significant performance improvement compared to the standard and A series camshafts. At 7,500 RPM, the standard camshaft produces an average torque of 19.2 Nm, the A series camshaft 19.6 Nm, while the B series camshaft reaches 21.2 Nm. Meanwhile, at 10,000 RPM, the average power of the standard camshaft is recorded at 22.2 HP, the A series camshaft 24.1 HP, and the B series camshaft reaches 26.3 HP. This increase indicates that the camshaft lift modification is able to optimize the duration and height of the valve opening, so that the supply of the fuel and air mixture to the combustion chamber becomes more efficient. Thus, camshaft modification, especially the B series, is an effective and applicable solution in increasing the performance output of a 200cc motorcycle engine without having to make major changes to the overall engine structure.

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of post-larvae (PL) 12 density of whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) on survival during transportation using a closed wet system. The study was conducted experimentally using four different density treatments: 500, 750, 1000, and 1250 shrimp per liter of water. The purpose of these density variations was to identify the optimal density level that still ensured a high survival rate during transportation. The results showed that shrimp seed density significantly influenced survival. A density of 500 shrimp/liter resulted in the highest survival rate of 99.6%, while a density of 1250 shrimp/liter showed the lowest survival rate of 99.30%. Although the differences in numbers appear small, the ANOVA statistical test showed that the differences between the treatments were significant. These results were reinforced by a further LSD (Least Significant Difference) test, which confirmed significant differences between treatment groups. In addition, water quality parameters such as dissolved oxygen, temperature, and pH were also observed during transportation. Measurement results showed that dissolved oxygen and temperature changed significantly with increasing seed density. However, pH did not show any significant differences between treatments. Overall, the results of this study indicate that shrimp seed density and water quality parameters are important factors to consider in the shrimp fry transportation system. Appropriate density management can minimize stress and mortality, and ensure seed survival during the distribution process.

Purse seine fishing gear is a type of fishing equipment consisting primarily of a large net, designed to catch both large and small pelagic fish. This study aimed to (1) determine the effect of time differences—morning and evening—on the catch of flying fish using mini purse seine fishing gear, and (2) identify the composition and dominant species caught in each fishing period. The research was conducted at Banda Neira Pier, Banda District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku, Indonesia. An experimental fishing method was applied, and data were analyzed using the Two Sample t-Test. Fishing operations were carried out over 16 trips, equally distributed between morning and evening sessions. The total recorded catch comprised 15,078 kg of mackerel (Rastrelliger sp.), 4,017 kg of skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis), 18,743 kg of deho (Euthynnus affinis), and 45,601 kg of flying fish (Decapterus sp.). In the morning, the total catch reached 36,005 kg, dominated by flying fish, whereas in the evening, it was 50,250 kg, also dominated by flying fish. Statistical analysis using the Two Sample t-Test focused on the dominant species, flying fish, and revealed a p-value of <0.05. This indicates a significant difference in the composition of the catch between morning and evening fishing activities. The findings suggest that fishing time plays a crucial role in catch volume, particularly for flying fish, with evening fishing showing higher yields. These results can be valuable for optimizing fishing strategies, improving efficiency, and supporting sustainable fisheries management in Banda Neira and similar pelagic fishing grounds.

The application of the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) method in employee promotion decisions at PTPN 4 aims to enhance efficiency and objectivity in decision-making. This method allows managers to evaluate employees based on multiple criteria simultaneously, such as performance, experience, contributions, and other relevant factors. By considering these various aspects, MOORA helps make promotion decisions more transparent and fair. One of the primary advantages of applying the MOORA method is its ability to reduce bias that may occur during the promotion process. Bias can arise from subjectivity or imbalance in employee assessments, which are often based on individual judgments or personal perceptions. By using MOORA, promotion decisions are based on more objective and measurable data, making the process more systematic and structured. The MOORA method can also increase employee motivation. A transparent promotion process based on clear criteria provides employees with a strong incentive to continuously improve their performance. When employees know that promotions are based on fair evaluation, they are more motivated to work harder. This, in turn, will increase overall productivity and performance at PTPN 4. The implementation of MOORA at PTPN 4 also provides advantages in better human resource management. With the MOORA-based decision support system, managers can easily identify employees who have the best potential for promotion. This process involves several steps, such as data normalization, determining criteria weights, and calculating final values that reflect overall employee performance. The end result is the selection of employees who meet the qualifications and have outstanding performance for promotion, supporting the sustainable development of the organization.

Working memory capacity is a crucial aspect of cognitive function that plays a significant role in supporting students' learning processes. Working memory functions as a temporary storage system that allows individuals to store and manipulate information quickly. In an educational context, optimal working memory capacity can improve students' ability to understand, process, and remember information presented during the teaching and learning process. Several factors known to influence working memory capacity include breakfast habits, nutritional status, body fat percentage, and hemoglobin (Hb) levels. These factors are closely related to students' daily nutritional intake and healthy lifestyle. This Community Service (PkM) activity, with the topic "Healthy Food and Lifestyle to Increase Working Memory Capacity," aimed to increase students' understanding and awareness of the importance of a healthy diet and an active lifestyle in supporting cognitive function, particularly working memory. This activity was held in July 2024 at MTs (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) Al Fatah, Natar District, Lampung Regency. The implementation method was interactive nutrition education, covering the importance of a nutritious breakfast, consuming a balanced diet, physical activity, and general health care. Based on the results of evaluations conducted before and after the activity, there was an increase in the average knowledge scores of female students, as well as a significant difference in their understanding of the concepts of healthy eating and a lifestyle that supports working memory function. This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok social media and store atmosphere on impulsive buying behavior among Generation Z at the Minisopink Store PVJ Mall Bandung. Impulsive buying is often triggered by emotional and external stimuli, and this phenomenon is often found among Gen Z, who are strongly influenced by social media content and store atmosphere. Although the implemented marketing strategy has followed consumer trends, its implementation is considered not optimal in utilizing the potential for impulsive buying. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods to understand the influence of these two variables. The research sample was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to respondents who met specific criteria, namely having shopped at the Minisopink Store PVJ Mall Bandung, following the store's official TikTok account, and actively using TikTok social media. The distributed questionnaire measured the extent of the influence of TikTok social media and store atmosphere on impulsive buying behavior. The results show that TikTok social media has a positive and significant influence on impulsive buying among Gen Z. Engaging TikTok content, such as promotional videos and other creative content, can trigger emotions and encourage the desire to buy products impulsively. On the other hand, store atmosphere, including elements such as interior design, lighting, and music, also showed a positive influence on impulse buying behavior. However, the effect was not significant, indicating that the store atmosphere is not yet fully capable of creating a strong enough emotional appeal to encourage impulse buying. This finding indicates that Minisopink's digital marketing strategy through TikTok has not maximized the potential of features such as hashtags and interactive videos (stitch), which can further increase user engagement. Furthermore, store atmosphere elements such as music also need to be improved to create a more immersive and engaging shopping experience.

The food and beverage manufacturing industry in Indonesia continues to show stable growth despite facing post-pandemic economic challenges. However, company values in this sector have fluctuated, indicating the influence of internal company factors. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of liquidity, profitability, and company size on company value, with financial performance as an intervening or mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with causality research methods to understand the cause-and-effect relationships between variables. The analytical techniques used include path analysis and the Sobel test to test the mediation effect. The results show that profitability has a significant influence on financial performance and also has a direct positive effect on company value. Meanwhile, financial performance has a significant negative effect on company value. Nevertheless, financial performance has been shown to mediate the relationship between profitability and company value. This finding confirms that profitability is a key factor influencing company value, both directly and through financial performance as a mediating variable. Conversely, liquidity and company size were not found to be dominant factors in influencing company value. The practical implication of this study is the importance of focusing on increasing profitability as a primary strategy in corporate financial planning. For investors, these results can also be a consideration in evaluating the health and prospects of a company in making investment decisions.

This quantitative study investigates the antecedents of Brand Loyalty in Genshin Impact players by examining the mediating role of Customer Value in the relationship between Experiential Marketing and Product Quality. Data were collected from 80 active players in Malang City using a purposive sampling technique and analyzed using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to examine the relationship between variables. The results revealed two distinct pathways to loyalty formation. First, Experiential Marketing demonstrated a significant influence on Brand Loyalty, both directly and indirectly through strong mediation by Customer Value. This suggests that emotional, sensory, and relational experiences during gameplay play a crucial role in creating perceived value and long-term engagement. Second, although Product Quality demonstrated a significant direct influence on Brand Loyalty, its influence was not significantly mediated by Customer Value. This indicates that while the game's graphical quality, system performance, and technical stability are highly appreciated, they do not automatically translate into customer value without a meaningful experience. This study concludes that in the Games-as-a-Service model, loyalty is built through a dual strategy: a combination of superior product appeal and holistic value creation derived from a rich, curated player experience. Therefore, game developers need to synergistically integrate experience and quality strategies to build long-term brand loyalty. The practical implications of these findings are highly relevant for game developers and digital marketers. Marketing strategies are no longer sufficient to simply highlight technical features or product specifications; they must also address the emotional and social dimensions experienced by players.

Language variation in the form of mixed code is a linguistic symptom that is often found in bilingual and multilingual communities, especially in popular media such as movies. This study aims to identify and describe the mixed forms of code that appear in the second season of the Imperfect: The Series series, specifically in episodes 1 to 5. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of recording and analysis of dialogues between figures that contain mixed elements of code. The research instrument is in the form of dialogue transcripts that are analyzed with a sociolinguistic approach, mainly based on the theory of mixed code according to Suwito (1985) and the theory of relevance of the social context according to Holmes (2013). The results of the study revealed two main categories of forms of code mixing, namely inner code mixing involving elements of regional languages, and outer code mixing which includes the insertion of words or phrases from foreign languages, such as English. Based on data analysis, it was found that there were 12 data mixed in code and 18 data mixed in code out. This phenomenon shows that the use of mixed codes in character dialogue not only serves as a marker of social and cultural identity, but also as a reflection of the dynamics of communication in a pluralistic and modern urban society. In addition, the use of mixed codes in audiovisual media also has pragmatic and aesthetic implications, which can strengthen character characterization, create humorous effects, adjust the context of social situations, and increase narrative appeal to young audiences who are familiar with multilingualism.

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) by applying a discovery learning model assisted by image media in grade V of SD Nurul Khoir, Jambi City. The method used is Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The research subjects amounted to 26 students. Data collection techniques are carried out through learning outcome tests, observation of teacher and student activities, and documentation. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the completeness of student learning outcomes. In cycle I, completeness reached 73.92%, and increased to 85.30% in cycle II. This improvement shows that the application of the discovery learning model combined with image media is effective in improving IPAS learning outcomes. This model encourages active involvement of students in the learning process, fosters curiosity, and hones critical and logical thinking skills. Image media as a visual aid has also been proven to be able to strengthen concept understanding and improve students' memory of the material studied. In addition, the learning process becomes more fun and meaningful because students are directly involved in the activity of discovering concepts through the stages of observing, questioning, gathering information, reasoning, and concluding. Teachers are no longer the center of information, but play the role of learning facilitators. This strategy is also relevant to the cognitive development characteristics of elementary school students who tend to favor concrete and visual learning. Thus, the application of the discovery learning model assisted by image media can be an alternative to an effective and innovative learning strategy in improving social studies learning outcomes. Teachers are advised to continue to develop adaptive, creative, and contextual learning methods and media.
