This study aims to examine the influence of perceptions of security and lifestyle on the interest of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic students in using mobile banking services. The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the banking sector. Mobile banking is now one of the main choices for people because it offers convenience, flexibility, and time efficiency in conducting financial transactions. However, the level of adoption of this service is not solely determined by the availability of technology, but also by the extent to which users feel the system is secure and fits their lifestyle. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected from 100 respondents who were students of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic through an incidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26.0. The independent variables in this study were perceptions of security and lifestyle, while the dependent variable was interest in using mobile banking. The results showed that both perceptions of security and lifestyle have a significant influence on students' interest in using mobile banking, both partially and simultaneously. Together, these two variables contributed 63.3% to the variation in interest in using mobile banking. This indicates that the higher students' perceptions of service security and the more relevant the service is to their lifestyle, the greater their tendency to actively use mobile banking. This finding is important for banks in formulating strategies to increase mobile banking adoption, especially among students, a potential digital generation.

This study aims to predict the potential bankruptcy of PT Argo Pantes Tbk for the period 2014–2024 using the Zmijewski X-Score model. The research adopts a quantitative method based on secondary data obtained from the company’s published annual financial statements. The Zmijewski model was selected because of its effectiveness in assessing companies with unstable financial conditions and its ability to provide a more accurate reflection of financial distress compared to other models. The analysis process involved calculating the X-Score for each year within the observation period and interpreting the results according to the criteria of the model. The findings indicate that for the entire study period, the calculated X value was consistently greater than or equal to zero. This outcome signifies that the company is in a condition classified as potentially bankrupt. Furthermore, the model demonstrated 100% accuracy in describing the company’s actual financial situation, since PT Argo Pantes Tbk consistently recorded net losses throughout the period of analysis. These losses were not incidental but reflected a long-term pattern of weak financial performance, limited profitability, and declining competitiveness in the textile industry. The results highlight that PT Argo Pantes Tbk has been operating under severe financial distress for a prolonged period, with no indication of recovery during the years observed. The persistent losses and negative financial indicators reinforce the conclusion that the company is in an unhealthy condition. The study confirms the applicability and reliability of the Zmijewski X-Score as a bankruptcy prediction tool in the Indonesian context, particularly for firms experiencing prolonged instability. Overall, the study provides valuable insights into financial distress analysis and underscores the importance of early bankruptcy prediction models in supporting stakeholders, investors, and regulators in making informed decisions.

Dried eel (kepanjang) is a traditional food product made through the drying process to extend shelf life and facilitate distribution. While drying can slow down product deterioration, it still carries the risk of microbial contamination, especially when stored at room temperature without additional preservation. This study aims to provide information regarding the microbiological safety of dried eel products during storage and to determine the effects of storage duration and environmental temperature on microbial growth in dried eel. The method used in this study involved direct observation of microbial colony growth through serial dilution and inoculation on Nutrient Agar (NA) media, which was then incubated at room temperature. The microbial colonies growing on the dried eel samples were observed and counted to assess the impact of storage duration and temperature on microbial contamination. The results showed that the longer the storage time and the higher the environmental temperature, the greater the number of microbial colonies that grew. This indicates that storage conditions, both in terms of duration and temperature, have a significant impact on the level of microbial contamination in dried eel. This research reveals the importance of strict monitoring of temperature and storage duration for dried eel products. The increase in microbial colonies as storage time and temperature rise indicates that the product becomes more susceptible to contamination and spoilage. Therefore, to maintain product quality and safety, proper storage systems need to be implemented, such as using additional preservatives or storing the product at low temperatures. By adopting these measures, the risk of microbial contamination can be minimized, which will extend the shelf life and maintain the quality of the dried eel product. This study provides valuable insights into the microbiological aspects of traditional food products, specifically dried eel, which can be applied to ensure their safety during storage.

Mandai is a traditional fermented food made from the inner skin of the cempedak fruit (Artocarpus champeden) and is widely known in South Kalimantan. Its distinctive sour taste is a result of microbial activity during the natural fermentation process. This study highlights the important role of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) as the dominant agents in Mandai fermentation. The main objective of this research is to isolate and characterize LAB from fermented Mandai samples. The methods used in this study include serial dilution, inoculation on Nutrient Agar (NA) media, incubation at room temperature, colony morphology observation, and Gram staining using crystal violet. The results showed the presence of round colonies with a creamy white color and smooth surfaces, which indicate the characteristics of lactic acid bacteria. Most of the isolates showed Gram-positive properties, supporting their identification as lactic acid bacteria. This research not only enriches our understanding of the microbial ecology in Mandai fermentation but also opens up opportunities for utilizing LAB as a natural preservative or functional probiotic in both traditional and modern food products. The presence of LAB in Mandai fermentation suggests the potential to enhance the quality and health benefits of this traditional food, making it a viable source of probiotics beneficial for digestive health. Additionally, the use of LAB in Mandai processing could increase the appeal of this product in broader markets, both locally and internationally. Overall, this study provides a solid foundation for further development in utilizing microbes in traditional food fermentations. Moreover, it opens opportunities to improve the quality and sustainability of Mandai products while raising awareness about the importance of fermentation in enhancing the nutritional value and health benefits of traditional food products.

Pesidi Village, located in Grabag Subdistrict, Magelang Regency, is a highland region with promising potential in agriculture and livestock, particularly sheep farming. However, one of the major challenges faced by local farmers is the limited availability of forage during the dry season, coupled with the low utilization of agricultural by-products such as rice straw. These constraints often hinder livestock productivity and pose risks to feed security. To address this issue, a community service program was conducted with the aim of introducing and demonstrating local-based feed processing technologies, including silage, ammoniation, and Urea Mineral Block (UMB) production. The activity was implemented in several stages: problem identification, socialization, education, training, and monitoring of farmer implementation. Through this participatory approach, farmers were given hands-on training and practical guidance on processing alternative feed sources to ensure the availability of nutritious and sustainable livestock feed. The results showed that farmers began adopting UMB as a feed supplement due to its practicality and visible benefits in maintaining livestock health and productivity. However, silage and ammoniation methods were not yet widely adopted, mainly due to limited experience, lack of supporting equipment, and the perception that the processes were relatively complex. Despite these challenges, the program succeeded in raising farmer awareness of the importance of feed diversification and the optimization of agricultural waste. The training provided valuable insights into how the integration of silage, ammoniation, and UMB can increase feed efficiency, reduce dependency on fresh forage, and support sustainable livestock management. The implementation of these three technologies holds significant potential to enhance sheep farming productivity in rural highland communities, while simultaneously strengthening food security and supporting environmentally friendly agricultural practices.

Personal financial management is an essential skill that needs to be instilled from adolescence to foster healthy and responsible financial behavior. Teenagers are often faced with situations where they must make decisions regarding money, but a lack of understanding and education about finances often leads to consumptive behavior, wastefulness, and a lack of ability to save. However, poor financial habits developed early on can carry over into adulthood and impact a person's future financial situation. Through a Community Service activity conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya (FEB UWKS) at SMA Negeri 2 Mojokerto, students were provided with education on accounting-based personal financial management. The material presented covered basic accounting principles, the importance of recording income and expenses, and how to prepare a personal financial budget. The activity methods included counseling, financial recording simulations, budget preparation, and interactive discussions, designed to encourage active participation and practical understanding. The results of the activity showed that students experienced a significant increase in understanding of the importance of financial literacy. They were also able to prepare a simple budget based on needs and priorities using a basic accounting approach. Thus, this activity is expected to make a real contribution to shaping the character, responsibility, and financial independence of the younger generation. Furthermore, similar activities can be extended to other schools to raise financial literacy awareness among students more broadly and sustainably. Furthermore, the involvement of teachers and school administrators in supporting this financial literacy program is also a crucial factor in maintaining students' desire to understand. With synergy between academics, schools, and students, financial education can become an integral part of the learning process, focusing not only on theory but also on practical application in everyday life.

This research was conducted with the main purpose of examining and analyzing the specific needs of elementary school teachers in designing and implementing a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model that is grounded in the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, with the ultimate goal of enhancing students’ critical thinking skills as a crucial competency in the 21st century. The study is rooted in the understanding that critical thinking is not only a fundamental learning outcome but also a key skill for students to thrive in modern society, while at the same time recognizing the current limitations in technology integration within elementary-level PBL practices. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving a purposive sample of 100 elementary school teachers who provided data through structured questionnaires and interviews. The analysis focused on five core indicators, namely teachers’ initial knowledge of TPACK-based PBL, the availability of facilities to support its implementation, teachers’ participation in relevant professional training, the degree of TPACK integration in classroom learning, and the actual application of PBL in teaching practice. Findings revealed that only 36% of teachers possessed sufficient awareness of TPACK-based PBL, 40% reported having adequate facilities in their schools, 40% had previously joined related training, 36% had integrated TPACK into their instruction, and 50% had applied PBL in their classrooms. These results clearly demonstrate a significant gap between existing practices and the ideal conditions needed for maximizing the potential of TPACK-based PBL. Consequently, the study emphasizes the urgency of developing and strengthening this model by improving teacher knowledge, ensuring continuous professional development opportunities, and promoting the effective use of technology to foster innovative, contextual, and student-centered learning that can systematically nurture critical thinking abilities in elementary school students.

Trace elements such as copper, zinc, selenium, and chromium play essential roles in various enzymatic reactions, antioxidant defense mechanisms, and overall metabolic regulation, making them crucial for maternal and fetal health. During pregnancy, the demand for these micronutrients increases significantly due to physiological changes and the needs of the developing fetus. Inadequate or excessive levels of these trace elements can lead to altered fetal development and may impact neonatal outcomes immediately after birth. Given the sensitive developmental window of gestation, the intrauterine environment—including micronutrient status—has been hypothesized to influence neonatal physiological parameters such as heart rate, respiratory rate, and Apgar scores, which are commonly used to assess neonatal wellbeing in the early minutes of life. This study attempts to explore the impact of maternal trace element status—specifically copper, zinc, selenium, and chromium—along with selected maternal parameters (BMI, parity, gravida) on indicators of neonatal wellbeing, including heart rate, respiratory rate, and 5-minute Apgar score. A cross-sectional study was conducted in the Delivery Room of the Obstetric Hospital in Al-Diwaniya City, Iraq, involving 50 mother-infant pairs. Data collection occurred from December 1, 2024, to February 10, 2025. Maternal blood samples were analyzed using atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine serum concentrations of copper, zinc, selenium, and chromium. Neonatal outcomes were assessed via standard clinical evaluations: heart rate and respiratory rate were measured immediately postpartum, and Apgar scores were recorded at five minutes. Statistical analyses included Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression to assess associations between maternal factors and neonatal outcomes. Bivariate and multivariate analyses indicated limited but noteworthy associations. Maternal serum chromium levels were significantly associated with increased neonatal respiratory rate (p = 0.026), suggesting a possible stimulatory or stress-related effect.

During storage and before consumption, grains often experience a decline in quality, nutritional content, and cleanliness due to pest attacks. Botanical insecticides are considered an alternative method to reduce dependence on harmful chemical pesticides. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of three concentrations of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) synthesized from the leaves of Cymbopogon citratus against Cadra cautella (Walk.) (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) and their potential as biological control agents. The selection of C. cautella as the test organism was based on the limited number of studies examining this pest. The AgNPs used were synthesized through an eco-friendly method, and their optical and physical properties were analyzed using UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results demonstrated that AgNPs synthesized from C. citratus extract showed high effectiveness in controlling the eggs and second instar larvae of C. cautella. Egg mortality reached 80.3% at a concentration of 40 μg/ml after 24 hours of exposure, followed by 72.9% at 30 μg/ml, and 65.8% at 20 μg/ml. In contrast, the control group showed no egg mortality. Similarly, larval mortality rates were 74.9%, 65.8%, and 60.2% for concentrations of 40 μg/ml, 30 μg/ml, and 20 μg/ml, respectively. These findings indicate that higher concentrations of AgNPs lead to greater mortality in both eggs and larvae. This study highlights the potential of green-synthesized AgNPs from C. citratus leaves as an effective and eco-friendly biopesticide. Their significant impact on egg and larval mortality suggests that they can be developed as an alternative pest control strategy in stored grains, thereby reducing reliance on conventional chemical pesticides that are detrimental to human health and the environment. Further research is recommended to explore their long-term efficacy, safety, and integration into sustainable grain storage management.

ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) is one of the manifestations of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and is a leading cause of disability and death worldwide. The mortality rate for STEMI is reported to reach 6%–14% of all ACS deaths. Reperfusion therapy is the primary treatment, with fibrinolytics an important option, especially in healthcare facilities that do not have the capacity to perform primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) in less than 12 hours. The success of fibrinolytics is influenced by various risk factors, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus, a history of heart disease, and the duration of the attack. This study aims to determine the relationship between these factors and the success rate of fibrinolytics in STEMI patients. This study used a retrospective descriptive design with a cross-sectional method. The sampling technique used total sampling of patients diagnosed with STEMI and receiving fibrinolytic therapy according to inclusion and exclusion criteria at Dr. Fauziah Hospital. Statistical analysis was performed using the Chi-Square correlation test to assess the relationship between clinical variables and fibrinolytic success. The results showed no significant association between hyperglycemia (p = 0.823), hypertension (p = 0.240), or a history of heart disease (p = 0.704) and fibrinolytic success. Similarly, the onset of stroke variable did not show a significant association with reperfusion outcomes. In conclusion, classic risk factors such as hyperglycemia, hypertension, and a history of heart disease were not associated with fibrinolytic success in STEMI patients at Dr. Fauziah Hospital. These results suggest that fibrinolytic success is likely influenced by other factors, such as timing of drug administration, protocol adherence, and individual variation in response to therapy. Further research with a larger sample size and a prospective design is recommended to strengthen these findings.

Gunungsari Village, Windusari District, is one of the areas facing quite serious challenges in efforts to develop basic literacy in school-age children. The main problems faced are low interest in reading, limited access to adequate reading materials, and learning methods that are still conventional. These conditions have implications for many children who are not able to read and write fluently despite having received an elementary school education. In response to this situation, the community service team took the initiative to implement a literacy program that uses an interactive learning approach through the development of a literacy park. This program is not only designed to be a learning platform, but also to create a learning atmosphere that is fun, contextual, and involves the active participation of children. Various activities are implemented, including storytelling, the provision of a reading corner, educational games such as math games, vocabulary quizzes, and the provision of simple rewards to maintain high learning motivation. This program activities are carried out periodically with the involvement of the school, the surrounding community, and also the village government, so that its sustainability has the support of various parties. The results of the implementation show a significant increase in children's literacy skills. Not only are they reading more fluently, but they are also better able to comprehend story content and write simple ideas. Furthermore, the children appear more confident in expressing themselves, are more active in every learning activity, and are beginning to demonstrate positive reading habits. A culture of literacy is also slowly growing through the existence of child-friendly and inclusive literacy parks. This proves that a fun, community-based literacy approach is highly relevant in rural areas with limited resources and can be a simple yet impactful means of educational transformation for children's futures.
