This research is based on the importance of relevant and contextual teaching materials that foster understanding and practice of religious values, particularly in the teaching of voluntary fasting at the elementary school level. In the context of Islamic religious education, voluntary fasting material not only aims to provide knowledge but also to shape students' religious character from an early age. The purpose of this study is to critically examine the suitability of the learning objectives, materials, and teaching methods in the teaching materials with the expected competency achievements in the curriculum. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a document study approach, through content analysis of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education teaching materials for grade VI. Data were collected through documentation techniques and interviews with Islamic Religious Education teachers, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the teaching materials generally contain voluntary fasting material in accordance with the applicable curriculum. However, there are still shortcomings in aspects of material depth, relevance to students' daily lives, and the diversity of learning methods used. The materials tend to be textual and do not fully encourage students' emotional involvement or spiritual practices. Furthermore, the emphasis on character building and internalization of religious values in students' lives is not optimal. The conclusions of this study indicate the need to develop more applicable, interactive, and contextual teaching materials to improve students' understanding, religious attitudes, and active involvement in consciously and consistently observing the sunnah fast. As a follow-up to these findings, collaboration between teachers, textbook authors, and curriculum developers is crucial to ensure that teaching materials are not only cognitively appropriate.

This study aims to investigate the extent to which communication and occupational health and safety (OHS) influence employee performance at PT Sinergi Aitikom, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research problem is based on the importance of effective communication and the implementation of OHS in creating a safe, productive work environment, and supporting the achievement of optimal performance. The research approach uses a quantitative method with an associative design, which allows for analysis of relationships between variables. The independent variables include communication (X1) and occupational health and safety (OHS) (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The study population is all 81 employees of PT Sinergi Aitikom, and because the number is relatively small, a saturated sampling technique is used so that the entire population becomes the research sample. Data analysis was conducted through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that the OHS variable significantly influences employee performance, as indicated by a calculated t-value of 10.698, which is greater than the t-table (1.990), with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Furthermore, the F-test results reinforced this finding, with a calculated F-value of 304.857, which is greater than the F-table (3.11), and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). This proves that communication and OHS simultaneously have a strong influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.887 indicates that 88.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by communication and OHS, while the remaining 11.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, effective communication and sound OHS implementation have proven to be key factors in improving employee performance in the company.

The relocation of the National Capital (IKN) through Law Number 3 of 2022 raises the potential for serious issues related to the land rights of local communities, particularly indigenous communities who have long inhabited and utilized the area. In the context of IKN development, community rights often clash with the interests of the state and investors, thus creating the risk of violations of basic rights, including land rights, which are an important part of their social, cultural, and economic identity. Notaries, as public officials, have a strategic role in ensuring that every process of transferring land rights is carried out legally, fairly, and in accordance with legal provisions. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the IKN Law protects the rights of local communities and how the role of notaries in notarial practice can ensure justice for the parties involved. The research method used is normative juridical with a qualitative approach through a review of regulations, legal doctrine, and an analysis of notarial practices relevant to IKN development. The results show that although the IKN Law contains general norms regarding respect for the rights of local communities, the legal protection provided is still weak and has not been accompanied by adequate technical regulations. The role of notaries in this context has also been suboptimal due to limited scope of authority and the lack of specific guidelines for overseeing the transfer of land rights in the new capital development area. This research emphasizes the need to strengthen derivative regulations and optimize the role of notaries to serve as a crucial instrument in ensuring legal certainty, justice, and the protection of the rights of indigenous communities during the new capital development.

The use of credit by the public is generally driven by the need and desire to meet certain requirements that cannot be fulfilled with cash. Credit makes it easier for people to meet their various needs, especially for those who do not have enough funds at the time. However, in practice, there are often obstacles such as payment delays, breaches of agreed-upon deadlines, and discrepancies in the recording of installment payments. These issues can create problems for both the creditor and the debtor. This study aims to examine the use of the credit concept by the community and analyze how credit helps fulfill the needs of the community. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and document gathering. The collected data were then analyzed by presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of the credit concept by the community in Rantau Panjang Estate to meet their needs has fulfilled the conditions of a muamalah agreement in accordance with the principles of buying and selling. First, the people involved in the transaction, namely the seller and the buyer, must meet the requirements of being rational, consenting freely, and agreeing mutually. Second, the agreement between the seller and the buyer must include the price and the payment period that both parties have agreed upon. Third, the object or goods being sold must have utility and be clearly defined in terms of its nature, size, and type. Fourth, the price must be clear, with the credit price being higher than the cash price. Additionally, the use of credit by the community in Rantau Panjang Estate has also applied the principles of the Islamic market mechanism, such as Ar-Ridha (mutual consent), healthy competition, honesty, transparency, and justice. This indicates that the credit transactions conducted are in accordance with the rules of Islam and can serve as a fair model for all parties involved.

In recent years, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have increasingly positioned themselves as one of the main pillars of the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to employment opportunities, income distribution, and economic resilience. In the local context, Cifest Cikarang Selatan represents a dynamic marketplace where various MSMEs operate and directly interact with consumers. An interesting phenomenon emerges during holiday periods, when consumer behavior shows significant changes, especially in terms of purchasing methods and preferences between online and offline channels. This study aims to explore the transformation of consumer behavior, focusing on the comparative analysis of online and offline purchases, and to evaluate its broader implications for the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs operating at Cifest. The research adopts a descriptive and analytical approach, using both recent statistical data and supporting literature to provide a comprehensive understanding of the digital era’s influence on shopping patterns. The findings reveal that online purchases continue to grow rapidly due to convenience, wider product access, and promotional offers that attract customers. However, offline purchases remain relevant, particularly for consumers who value direct product inspection, immediate ownership, and social interaction within traditional marketplaces. For MSMEs, this shift presents both challenges and opportunities. Those that rely solely on conventional offline strategies risk losing competitiveness, while those able to integrate digital platforms with traditional sales methods demonstrate greater adaptability and potential for growth. Overall, this study concludes that the sustainability of MSMEs in Cifest Cikarang Selatan depends largely on their ability to embrace digital transformation without neglecting the strengths of offline interactions. By leveraging both channels strategically, MSMEs can not only survive but also thrive in the increasingly competitive market landscape shaped by evolving consumer behavior.

A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through direct observation of company operations, semi-structured interviews with student interns and field supervisors, and analysis of company documentation. The findings indicate that the use of SAP has enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and speed in recording and reporting financial transactions. Through their internship, students engaged directly in business processes, particularly in handling purchase requisitions, reimbursement procedures, and asset management activities. This exposure enabled students to develop a deeper understanding of integrated financial systems and the workflow of a large-scale agribusiness corporation. Although several technical challenges were encountered, particularly in the form of temporary network disruptions, such issues did not substantially hinder the system’s overall performance. The availability of prompt technical support from the company’s IT team minimized potential negative impacts and ensured system continuity. Beyond improving corporate financial governance, SAP also offered valuable experiential learning for interns, bridging theoretical knowledge acquired in academic settings with real-world industrial applications. Overall, the study concludes that SAP functions not only as a strategic enterprise tool for the company but also as an effective educational medium that supports the success of the MBKM internship program.

A shophouse rental in Sungai Rengas Village is suspected of being subject to fraud, one of which is related to unilateral price changes. The price determined at the beginning of the agreement was changed midway by the shophouse owner. The tenant who rented the additional shophouse as a game room suddenly experienced a unilateral price change. The price that had been determined at the beginning of the agreement, which was to be available once a month and the amount was determined at the beginning, but suddenly the shophouse owner changed it. The party renting the additional shophouse as a game room was ordered to pay all electricity to the tenant, which was initially covered by the shophouse owner. However, midway through the agreement, the electricity payment suddenly changed, all payments were borne by the party renting the additional shophouse as a game room, and the electricity payment had to be allowed once a week. The type of research in this study is empirical, which in other words is a type of sociological legal research and can also be called field research, namely studying the applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in society. Based on the research results that the price changes that occurred to the tenant who added a field for the game area are not in accordance with Islamic law, because it violates one of the valid conditions of ijarah and is also not in accordance with the legal basis for determining prices. According to Islamic law, ijarah is a binding contract (al-'aqd aL-biasa), is a contract where if all the pillars and conditions have been fulfilled, then the contract is fully binding and each party cannot cancel it without the consent of the other party, the same as the rental contract and debt, both parties have agreed and have fulfilled the pillars and conditions of the ijarah contract immediately both are bound to each other. This study examines the perceptions of the Pucangadi Village community towards the educational children's program "SiBobo" broadcast by TVRI Central Java. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with fifteen informants selected purposively. Informants consisted of parents, teachers, and local residents who have views regarding the program. The purpose of this study was to explore the extent to which the program "SiBobo" is accepted and has a positive impact on the development of children in the community. The results showed that the program "SiBobo" is considered an entertaining and educational learning medium by the majority of informants. This program successfully conveys moral and social messages relevant to children's lives, such as the values of togetherness, social awareness, and the importance of protecting the environment. This program is also considered able to attract children's attention in a fun way, making them interested in learning while playing. In addition, the content presented in this program can increase children's knowledge about local culture and wisdom, which is expected to increase their love for Indonesian culture. However, despite "SiBobo"'s high educational value, the presence of gadgets and children's preference for digital content, such as YouTube videos and game apps, often divert their attention from public television. Children are more interested in shows they can access anytime through their devices. This suggests that while television shows like "SiBobo" still play a significant role, competition from digital media presents a significant challenge. This study emphasizes the importance of revitalizing children's programming based on local values and the need for more adaptive communication strategies to optimally convey educational messages.

This study examines the strategic role of Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (Red and White Village Cooperative) in accelerating the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia, using qualitative document analysis as the primary method. Key institutional documents—namely the Articles of Association/Bylaws (AD/ART) and the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes)—were analyzed to identify cooperative values, integration into local development planning, and contributions to specific SDG indicators. Findings reveal that the cooperative’s core principles—voluntary membership, inclusivity, democratic governance, and equitable profit sharing—align strongly with SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). The RPJMDes analysis indicates formal recognition of the cooperative as a driver of economic empowerment, gender equity, and sustainable community development, with potential scalability to other villages and rural areas in Indonesia. Further analysis demonstrates how the cooperative actively promotes women’s participation in leadership roles, supports income-generating activities for marginalized groups, and encourages the localization of economic value chains. These practices foster not only economic inclusion but also enhance community resilience and social cohesion. However, several challenges were identified. These include inconsistent documentation quality, lack of standardized performance metrics, and limited results-based evaluation frameworks that hinder a thorough impact assessment. Additionally, there remains a gap in digitalization, which affects data transparency and accessibility. The study’s novelty lies in its document-based approach, offering a replicable model for assessing SDG readiness in similar rural institutions. Unlike interview-based studies, this method reduces subjective bias and highlights the importance of formal governance structures.

This study explores the influence of digital marketing, service quality, and product innovation on customer satisfaction among Skintific skincare consumers on TikTok Shop. Employing a quantitative, explanatory research design, the study used purposive sampling to collect 200 valid responses from consumers who had purchased Skintific products via TikTok Shop. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results revealed that product innovation had the most significant impact on customer satisfaction (β = 0.589, p < 0.001), followed by service quality (β = 0.343, p < 0.001). However, digital marketing did not have a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction (β = 0.019, p = 0.746). The model explained 86.9% of the variance in customer satisfaction (R² = 0.869), indicating strong combined effects from the three factors. These findings suggest that post-purchase factors, particularly product innovation and service quality, are more decisive in influencing customer satisfaction than promotional efforts alone. Managerial implications highlight the importance of continuous product development, enhancing service responsiveness and reliability, and integrating digital marketing with value delivery to optimize customer satisfaction. The study contributes to social commerce literature by clarifying the distinct roles of marketing, service quality, and innovation in the context of TikTok Shop, providing both theoretical insights and practical guidance for brand strategy in social commerce platforms. This research adds to the understanding of how businesses can strategically leverage product innovation and service excellence to enhance consumer satisfaction and foster long-term customer loyalty in the competitive social commerce landscape.

The rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including the distribution and consumption of entertainment content. One form of entertainment that has undergone a major transformation is film, where the existence of digital platforms has made access to various film titles increasingly easy, fast, and practical. The presence of official, legal streaming services offers a comfortable viewing experience and supports the sustainability of the film industry. However, on the other hand, this phenomenon has also given rise to a new problem, namely the increasing practice of accessing films through illegal streaming sites that are easily found on the internet. The use of illegal streaming sites certainly has various consequences, both legal, ethical, and economic. From a legal perspective, such actions clearly violate copyright, which should be protected by law. From an economic perspective, this illegal practice is detrimental to many parties, from film producers and distributors to the state, which loses potential revenue. However, the reality on the ground shows that the majority of the public, especially students, still frequently use illegal sites due to considerations of free access, the availability of the latest films, and ease of use. Based on this phenomenon, this study focuses on evaluating the perceptions of students at the Indonesian Computer University (UNIKOM) regarding the legality of using illegal streaming sites. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 30 students from various study programs. The results are expected to provide insight into students' level of legal awareness and the factors influencing their choices regarding accessing films through legal and illegal channels. These findings are also expected to provide input for stakeholders in formulating educational and outreach strategies regarding the importance of respecting copyright.

This study examines tourism development policies and their contribution to increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Gresik Regency. The research specifically analyzes policy implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their implications for local economic growth. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from key informants within the Gresik Regency Government, including the Office of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports, as well as relevant supporting agencies. Primary data were supplemented with secondary sources, and analysis was conducted using McNabb’s (2002) model, which involves data grouping, interpretation, and the formulation of generalizable insights. Findings indicate that tourism development policies in Gresik Regency focus on five key areas: designation and spatial planning of tourism zones, development of tourist attractions and supporting infrastructure, promotion of tourism activities, and business development initiatives. These policies are supported by government regulations, community involvement, improved facilities, diversified tourism destinations, and marketing strategies utilizing both online and offline media. However, several inhibiting factors were identified, including limited funding, inadequate human resources, lack of cooperation with third parties, negative public perceptions, and insufficient knowledge about tourism potential. Overall, tourism in Gresik Regency demonstrates significant potential to enhance PAD, given its diverse natural, cultural, and religious attractions. The study concludes that strengthening collaboration, improving human resource capacity, and increasing promotional efforts are essential for optimizing tourism’s contribution to sustainable regional economic development. Future research should explore quantitative measurements of tourism's economic impact to validate the qualitative findings. Additionally, implementing performance-based budgeting for tourism programs may improve resource allocation and accountability.

This study aims to analyze the influence of life expectancy, education, economic growth, and unemployment on the poverty rate in Probolinggo Regency during the period 2010–2023. Poverty is a multidimensional issue that reflects not only economic conditions but also social and demographic aspects, making it essential to examine various determinants simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). By applying this approach, the study seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the extent to which these variables contribute to changes in poverty levels. The results reveal that education has a significant and negative effect on poverty, indicating that improvements in educational attainment can directly reduce poverty rates. Better access to quality education equips individuals with skills and knowledge that enhance their employment opportunities and income levels, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty. In contrast, life expectancy, economic growth, and unemployment are found to have no statistically significant impact on poverty levels during the observed period. This suggests that while these variables are important indicators of social and economic well-being, their influence on poverty reduction in Probolinggo Regency is not as strong or direct as that of education. The findings highlight the critical role of education as a key driver in poverty alleviation. They suggest that government policies focusing on expanding access to education, improving learning quality, and ensuring equitable opportunities across different social groups will be more effective in addressing poverty than strategies relying solely on economic growth or labor market interventions. Therefore, this research is expected to serve as a valuable reference for local governments in formulating more targeted, evidence-based, and sustainable development policies that prioritize education as the foundation for long-term poverty reduction.

Discourse on Law and Society 2025 International Forum of Researchers and Lecturers

The contractual relationship between government entities (PA/KPA/PPK) and construction service providers in procurement activities is complex, as it intersects with both public and private law. Government procurement contracts for construction projects are often structured through a tender process, where service providers must compete to win the contract. Once the provider is selected, a legal agreement is formed, which regulates the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of the parties involved. This agreement is typically outlined in a contract document that serves as a formal, legally binding commitment. In civil law, such contracts are typically governed by private law principles, which include contracts, obligations, and liabilities. However, the nature of government procurement contracts adds a unique element of public law, particularly administrative and criminal law. The government’s involvement in these contracts introduces a dual legal framework that governs the relationship between the parties. On one hand, the contract is influenced by the state’s regulatory powers and administrative authority, ensuring compliance with legal standards and public interests. On the other hand, it is also subject to private law principles, as the government enters into agreements with construction providers just like any other business transaction. This mixed legal framework (or "mixed law") creates a distinctive legal relationship, where elements of public law, such as administrative regulations and oversight, coexist with private law principles, such as those governing contract enforcement and dispute resolution. The contract, which is a Keputusan Tindakan Administrasi Negara (KTUN), remains a civil law act, despite its public law foundation. This hybrid nature of government contracts ensures that both public and private law aspects are considered in the process, which can sometimes lead to legal complexities and challenges in the implementation and enforcement of these contracts.

Systematic Literature Review Journal 2025 International Forum of Researchers and Lecturers

This paper explores the transformative influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on the accounting profession, particularly within the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF). The research investigates how AI-driven innovations are reshaping traditional accounting practices and redefining the role of accountants. By conducting a systematic literature review, this study identifies three primary dimensions of AI’s impact: the automation of repetitive tasks such as data entry, transaction processing, and reconciliation; enhanced data analytics capabilities, which include predictive modeling and real-time decision support; and the evolution of accountants' roles toward more strategic and value-added activities, such as financial advisory and risk management. The automation of routine processes through AI allows accountants to focus on higher-level tasks that require judgment, creativity, and expertise, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency of the accounting function. Furthermore, AI’s advanced data analytics tools provide more accurate insights, enabling accountants to offer more effective financial guidance and make more informed decisions. As AI reduces the time spent on manual processes, accounting professionals can improve their role in advising on business strategy, improving risk management, and identifying new growth opportunities. The study’s findings underscore the importance of embracing AI in the accounting profession, not only to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations but also to enable accountants to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. The paper concludes by emphasizing that adopting AI is essential for accountants to remain relevant and continue providing valuable contributions to their organizations. Future research should focus on the long-term implications of AI on accounting ethics and the development of necessary skills for accounting professionals to thrive in the age of AI.
