Anxiety is a vague feeling of worry due to discomfort or fear accompanied by an autonomic response (the source is often unspecific or unknown to the individual), a feeling of worry caused by the anticipation of danger. Anxiety is a sign of increased alertness to impending danger and allows individuals to take action to face the threat (Doenges, 2015). Lecturers and students from the Nursing and Nursing Study Program at Imelda University, Medan, chose to hold health education activities with the aim of helping as well as training both individuals and families regarding deep breathing exercises. This makes them aware and more diligent in practicing their breathing. Final-year university students occupy a fragile transitional space between academic completion and an uncertain future. This article examines future anxiety among final-year students as a multidimensional phenomenon encompassing academic pressure, employability uncertainty, identity formation, family expectations, spiritual struggle, and consequential life decisions under limited control. It employs a constructive conceptual literature review, synthesizing scholarship on university student mental health, career anxiety, career construction and career self-management, religious coping, and contemporary pastoral care. The analysis develops a pastoral accompaniment framework that neither reduces anxiety to a private psychological symptom nor replaces professional mental health or career services. Three constructive findings are proposed: first, future anxiety should be understood as a vocational-existential crisis intensified by final-year transitions; second, pastoral accompaniment contributes through relational presence, meaning-making, spiritual discernment, and referral-aware care; and third, an integrated model should combine stabilization, vocational reframing, and agency-building within accountable communities. The article concludes that pastoral accompaniment is most responsible when it is theologically grounded, psychologically informed, ethically bounded, and collaborative. Its main contribution is a practical-conceptual framework for campus ministries, theological schools, and Christian higher education institutions seeking to accompany final-year students without fabricating empirical claims or spiritualizing distress.

Toxic leadership in church contexts is not merely an organizational problem; it can become a psychospiritual wound when pastoral authority is used to shame, silence, manipulate, or control congregants in the name of God. This article examines pastoral counseling for congregants who experience inner wounds caused by toxic leadership in the church. The study addresses a gap in previous research: leadership studies have clarified the concepts of abusive supervision and destructive leadership. In contrast, religious trauma research has described spiritual abuse, yet fewer works have developed a constructive pastoral counseling synthesis that integrates both fields. Using a conceptual and integrative literature review design, this article draws on peer-reviewed studies on toxic leadership, spiritual abuse, institutional betrayal, moral injury, trauma-informed care, and spiritually integrated psychotherapy. The synthesis proposes that pastoral counseling in this context must be trauma-informed, spiritually competent, ecclesially accountable, and clinically humble. Three findings are advanced: toxic church leadership wounds identity, agency, and God-image; pastoral counseling must begin with safety, validation, narrative reconstruction, and protection of conscience; and recovery requires individual care and institutional repair through accountability, referral pathways, and anti-retaliatory church culture. The article concludes that pastoral counseling is most constructive when it becomes a ministry of truth-telling, non-coercive accompaniment, and communal restoration rather than a tool for preserving abusive systems.

By addressing the growing need for a more inclusive approach to education, the article emphasizes how integrating spirituality and ethics can bridge gaps in traditional educational models. The research underscores the importance of fostering emotional and moral intelligence alongside intellectual growth, particularly in a world where global challenges require not only intellectual problem-solving but also ethical decision-making and empathy. The implications emphasize the need for inclusive and humanistic approaches in education, encouraging educators to act as facilitators of life values and agents of change. Through the integration of spirituality and ethics, education can help shape a new generation of compassionate leaders and engaged citizens. By reimagining holistic education through this lens, the article offers a framework that aligns academic achievement with ethical consciousness and spiritual growth, ultimately fostering a more just and compassionate society. This transformative approach offers a comprehensive model for educators and policymakers aiming to prepare students not only for professional success but also for meaningful lives rooted in integrity and responsibility.

This article aims to explain why ‘religious moderation’ is essential in preventing intolerance and extremism in Indonesia. This study employs a library research method, including books, journals, encyclopaedias, and dictionaries. The findings of this study indicate that ‘religious moderation’ has the potential to keep religious values relevant and meaningful over time. In conclusion, an important and aligned religious vision and mission can create beauty, peace, brotherhood, and unity in social diversity through ‘religious moderation’. Therefore, there is an urgent need to encourage ‘religious moderation’, namely: religion must be understood and applied to free humans from extreme attitudes and actions that can damage humanity. In this view, religion should not be used as a tool to justify destructive actions. Instead, religion should be a source of creative inspiration that can improve the quality of human life everywhere.

Indonesia is a unitary state with a lot of diversity, including various tribes, languages, religions, and cultures. Because it has so many differences, it is important for this nation to practice moderation in religion in order to prevent divisions that can damage the unity of the country. This research is educational and empirical. From the educational aspect, the focus is on the social aspect of religion in a multicultural society by emphasising the values of moderation. Meanwhile, from the empirical side, researchers will analyse the behaviour and actions of society in the practice of religious moderation. A country that is rich in diversity like Indonesia today often faces the issue of radicalism. Various groups that claim to represent certain interests are growing and openly spreading their ideologies. Therefore, religious moderation is an important element to encourage mutual understanding and respect for differences. It is hoped that this can be realised in harmony between religious communities in the midst of community life. The main objective of this study is to explore how to implement religious moderation as a strategic step to create a more inclusive and harmonious Indonesia in the future. The approach used in this study is a literature review, with a descriptive analysis style, namely examining documents and the implementation of religious moderation programmes in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the government faces various challenges in implementing religious moderation, such as rejection from conservative groups and lack of support from educational institutions. The conclusion of this study is that religious moderation is a key factor in building a harmonious and inclusive Indonesia. This can be achieved by increasing collaboration between the government, religious leaders, and the community in promoting the values of moderation. Thus, religious moderation can be a strong foundation for ensuring peace and social stability in Indonesia.

The Law of Torah states that the nature of man is a creature of the Creator of the universe who is Spirit. When God created man, Adam, He formed him from the dust of the ground. When God breathed His Spirit into the newly formed man, he became alive, physically, mentally and spiritually. Worship of God is a logical consequence of man because of creation. The purpose of the anointing is so that worshipers are adapted to the nature of the Most Holy God. Thus they are pleasing to God. The reason is, man has fallen into sin. Sin separates him from the presence of the Most Holy God. The curse and hardship of life make man aware that he needs God in his life. The problem is, man with his own efforts from his own ideas will not be pleasing and able to approach God. Sin does not allow man to approach the holy God. This study uses a qualitative method in order to describe and to gain an understanding of the values and qualities of the anointing in the Law of Torah.
