Clinical practice is a crucial stage in nursing education that requires students to apply theoretical knowledge in real healthcare settings. The transition to a clinical environment often triggers anxiety, as students face competency demands, professional responsibilities, and direct interactions with patients. This study aims to determine the anxiety levels of fifth-semester nursing students prior to clinical practice at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. A descriptive quantitative design was employed with a sample of 35 students selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) and analyzed descriptively with Microsoft Excel to obtain frequency and percentage distributions. The results showed that most students experienced severe anxiety (31%), followed by moderate (29%), mild (23%), no anxiety (14%), and panic-level anxiety (3%). These findings indicate that the majority of nursing students experience anxiety before clinical practice, predominantly at severe and moderate levels. Therefore, psychological support and mental preparation programs are essential to help students transition optimally into the clinical environment.

This paper discusses the concept of the influence of the end times on moral behavior. Eschatology is one of the important doctrines in Christian theology that not only discusses end-time events, such as the Second Coming of Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and the Last Judgment, but also has a real influence on the moral life of believers. This study aims to analyze how the understanding of the end times affects moral behavior in daily life. Awareness of the coming of Christ and the Last Judgment encourages believers to live in faith, obedience, and love, which are reflected in concrete actions and the formation of character in accordance with Christian values. Various theological views such as premillennialism, amillennialism, and postmillennialism provide different perspectives, yet all emphasize the importance of living with an orientation toward eternity. Amid the challenges of modern times, a proper understanding of eschatology becomes an important foundation so that believers are not trapped in fear or incorrect interpretations, but are instead able to use it as motivation to live morally, faithfully, and with hope. Therefore, the concept of the end times plays a significant role in shaping moral behavior that reflects a living faith and readiness to welcome eternal life.

Digital transformation has revolutionized Islamic da'wah and counseling services, providing opportunities to reach a wider audience, especially millennials and Gen Z. This study aims to examine digital content innovation and creation that can improve the effectiveness of da'wah and counseling. The method used is a literature review with content-based data analysis, which identifies themes, patterns, and meanings from journals, books, and related digital documents. The results show that digital audiences tend to prefer content that is concise, visual, and easily accessible. Therefore, an effective content development model must encompass research, scripting, production, evaluation, and the selection of an appropriate distribution platform. In digital counseling services, aspects of ethics, privacy, and data security are crucial to maintain user trust. Furthermore, the integration of da'wah messages with counseling in a single platform is considered effective in simultaneously meeting the spiritual and psychological needs of the community. Challenges faced include information overload, misinformation, low digital literacy, and the risk of data breaches. In conclusion, the success of digital da'wah and counseling depends on understanding the audience and implementing a creative and ethical model, to provide a sustainable positive impact.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2025 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komponen Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang terdiri dari Information Sharing, Long-Term Relationship, Cooperation, dan Process Integration terhadap kinerja operasional pada PT Batam City Mega Perkasa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Information Sharing, Cooperation, dan Process Integration berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, sedangkan Long-Term Relationship tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 85,9% menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kemampuan prediksi yang kuat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen rantai pasokan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan.

Artikel ini membahas nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam QS. Al-Balad ayat 11–16 serta implementasinya dalam pembiasaan etika sosial di lingkungan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Dalam konteks pendidikan dasar Islam, penanaman akhlak sosial memiliki urgensi yang tinggi karena menjadi dasar pembentukan karakter dan perilaku peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tafsir tarbawi dengan mengkaji makna ayat berdasarkan tafsir Ibn Kathir, Al-Maraghi, dan Al-Misbah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ayat-ayat tersebut mengandung nilai empati, kepedulian sosial, tolong-menolong, kasih sayang, dan kesabaran. Nilai-nilai tersebut dapat diimplementasikan melalui pembiasaan di kelas MI seperti kegiatan tolong-menolong, berbagi, kerja kelompok, serta metode keteladanan guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru MI mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an ke dalam setiap aspek pembelajaran dan menumbuhkan kultur sosial yang berkarakter Islami.

The quality of education is a crucial issue in human resource development, because the quality of educational services has a direct impact on learning outcomes, the relevance of graduates, and the competitiveness of the nation. However, the implementation of quality management in educational institutions still faces challenges in conceptual, strategic, and practical aspects. This article aims to answer the research question: how are the basic concepts of educational quality understood and implemented in the context of educational management in Indonesia? The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from scientific articles sourced from Google Scholar and Publish or Perish with the keyword “basic concepts of quality.” Of the 22 articles found in the 2021–2025 range, five articles were selected through a screening and validation process for further analysis. The results of the study show three main themes. First, educational quality is understood as a quality standard that encompasses effectiveness, efficiency, and student satisfaction. Second, quality improvement strategies emphasize the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) and school-based management (SBM) involving all elements of educational institutions. Third, quality implementation is realized through academic management, learning quality, and a continuous monitoring system. The conclusion shows that education quality management is an integrated process, not only focusing on results but also on continuous improvement. Further research is recommended to expand the focus on the integration of digitalization in education quality monitoring.

This study discusses the discourse of fiqh al-nawāzil which is rooted in the fundamental disparity between Islamic Family Law (classical inheritance and will law) and Contemporary Law (Hajj queue regulation Law No. 8 of 2019 and fiat of the transfer of one person to the Director General of PHU No. 130 of 2020). This background raises a normative dilemma when the right to worship (al-haq al-'ibādi) is threatened with forfeiture because classical instruments clash with the principle of lā waṣiyyata li wārith and the limits of al-thuluth. The main purpose of this research is to propose a Mandatory Will as a transformative solution of Islamic Law to provide a fair and strong sharia foundation for the existing state administrative policies. The method used is Fiqh al-Nawāzil with the approach of Istislah (Maslahah Mursalah) and Qiyās Istiḥsānī, which places the portion of Hajj as an obligation that must be fulfilled (al-wājib al-waṣiyyah) equivalent to debt, so that it can methodologically neutralize the limitation of classical inheritance. The conclusion shows that the Obligatory Will has succeeded in bridging this conflict, providing a Legal Impact in the form of modernizing Islamic Family Law, and affirming the ability of Islamic Law to realize maqāṣid al-sharī'ah (ḥifẓ al-dīn and ḥifẓ al-māl) in the contemporary era. The recommendation urges that amendments to the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and hajj regulations (including the strengthening of Kepdirjen 130/2020) be immediately carried out to institutionalize the Obligatory Will, accompanied by the DSN/MUI Fatwa to prevent the commercialization (tadāwul) of the hajj portion and ensure substantive justice for the heirs.

The advancement of information technology has profoundly transformed the criminal justice system, particularly in judicial proceedings that now utilize digital platforms such as e-court and e-litigation. Although judicial digitalization aims to enhance efficiency and transparency, it simultaneously raises critical concerns regarding judicial independence in the exercise of adjudicative authority. This study employs a normative juridical approach to examine how digital transformation affects the principle of judicial independence and to reconstruct its concept in accordance with the rule of law. The analysis is based on statutory regulations, legal doctrines, and principles governing judicial power. The findings indicate that the integration of technology into judicial processes may create administrative and technological dependencies that potentially undermine the autonomy of judges in deciding criminal cases. Therefore, a redefinition of judicial independence is necessary—one that extends beyond institutional guarantees to include ethical and personal integrity aspects through the reinforcement of judicial accountability and technological transparency. This study recommends the formulation of ethical standards and technical regulations that explicitly limit administrative or external interference with judges in the digital judicial environment, thereby maintaining a balance between technological efficiency and substantive justice.

Fire disasters can occur at any time in residential areas or schools, which are often triggered by electrical short circuits, the use of gas stoves, to minor negligence such as cigarette butts. As a preventive effort of Department of Education of Semarang, this research aims to create a prototype of a microcontroller-based early detection and fire suppression system with C programming. This tool uses NodeMCU as a control center that integrates fire sensors and DHT11 sensors to monitor room temperature in real-time. If the system detects any indication of fire or a significant temperature spike, a buzzer will activate as a warning alarm and the fan will work automatically to assist the initial extinguishing process.

Digital transformation brings significant changes in data processing, including the audit process carried out by auditors in producing quality audit reports. This study shows that auditors are required to be able to adapt to these changes, both in terms of skills and knowledge, in order to implement digital-based audit data processing programs. The data used this study were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Yogyakarta. The research method applied was quantitative. The population of this study consisted of all auditore in 17 KAPs in Yogyakarta listed in the IAPI Directory in 2025, and the sample used was 67 respondents. The results indicate that digital transformation has a significant positive effect on audit quality, while auditor competence does not moderate the effect of digital transformation on audit quality.

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of personality, courage to take risks, income expectations on students' interest in entrepreneurship at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The types of data used in this research are quantitative. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The sample in this research was 100 students at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The method used in sampling was proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires. Test the research instrument using validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test uses tests: multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normality. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and R2. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all statements regarding personality, courage to take risks, income expectations and interest in entrepreneurship are declared valid because the p-value is < 0.05 and reliable because Cronbach's alpha is > 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality tests with normal distribution. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = .612 + 0.221 X1 + 0.326 X2 + 0.556 X3 + e. The results of the t test show that personality (X₁), courage to take risks (X₂), and income expectations (X₃) have a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. The results of the F test showed that the regression model used in this research was correct. The R² test results show that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 45.5%, the remaining 54.5% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied

Lafera Space is a coffee shop located in Bangau Sakti, Pekanbaru. This study aims to obtain clear information and insights into the implementation of social media marketing strategies at Lafera Space Pekanbaru. The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative method that describes how Lafera Space conducts social media marketing. Data collection was conducted through interviews with seven informants, documentation study, literature review, and data source triangulation. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the dimensions of context, communication, and collaboration in social media marketing at this coffee shop is already well-established. However, for the dimension of connection, consumers still perceive some challenges that need to be addressed and improved by Lafera Space Pekanbaru

This study aims to examine the influence of Career Motivation, Understanding of Motivation, and Family Environmental Factors on Interest in Becoming a Public Accountant. This study was conducted at Slamet Riyadi University and Sebelas Maret State University. The data used are quantitative. The data source is primary data. The entire population in this study was 1,330 accounting students at Slamet Riyadi University and Sebelas Maret State University. The sample used was 93 respondents. The sampling technique used was the Solvin equation and was tested using SPSS version 25. Data analysis techniques were descriptive tests, independent sample t-tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and model tests. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Career Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Interest in Becoming a Public Accountant, (2) Understanding of Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Interest in Becoming a Public Accountant, (3) Family Environmental Factors have a positive and significant influence on Interest in Becoming a Public Accountant

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of green marketing and brand image on customer loyalty at Starbucks Coffee Living World Pekanbaru. The background of this study is based on increasing competition in the coffee industry, changes in consumer lifestyles that are increasingly environmentally conscious, and the importance of brand image in building long-term relationships with customers. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi finansial, kepuasan kerja, dan work-life balance terhadap loyalitas karyawan yang berasal dari Generasi Z. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya tingkat mobilitas kerja pada kelompok Generasi Z, yang menciptakan tatantangan sendiri bagi perusahaan dalam mempertahankan tenaga kerja muda yang memiliki potensi tinggi. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei yang melibatkan 80 responden dari kalangan Generasi Z yang bekerja di sektor manufaktur. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22, dengan menggunakan sejumlah tahapan pengujian yang mencakup pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yaitu kompensasi finansial, kepuasan kerja, dan work-life balance secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa upaya untuk menciptakan keseimbangan yang optimal antara kehidupan profesional dan personal berperan sebagai aspek strategis yang berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan loyalitas karywan di lingkungan kerja.  Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu lebih memperhatikan aspek work life balance dalam strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mendorong retensi dan komitmen karyawan.

Hubungan antara budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 3 Cirebon adalah subjek penelitian ini. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang diolah melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 111 orang yang terpilih secara acak dari 153 orang populasi dalam penelitian. Budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi yang kuat juga kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja menjadi menyenangkan, menambah motivasi, kesetiaan, dan produktivitas karyawan. Kompensasi finansial, di sisi lain, memiliki dampak yang tidak signifikan dan bahkan mungkin berkorelasi negatif dengan kinerja karyawan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ketidaksesuaian antara kompensasi yang diharapkan dan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi dapat mengurangi keinginan untuk bekerja. Oleh karena itu, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan hanya dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan memastikan bahwa karyawan tetap puas dengan pekerjaan mereka daripada hanya mengandalkan kompensasi.

The Karanganyar Regency Government functions as an autonomous region comprising various work units, including offices, agencies, and departments. This study aims to examine the influence of budget participation and work motivation on managerial performance, and to analyze the moderating role of leadership style within this relationship in the Regional Government Work Units (SKPD) of Karanganyar Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data as its main source. The study population consisted of all 8,019 employees across the SKPD in Karanganyar Regency. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 100 employee respondents. The findings indicate that Budget Participation has a positive but not statistically significant effect on managerial performance. Conversely, the Work Motivation variable demonstrates a positive and statistically significant influence on the managerial performance of SKPD in Karanganyar Regency. Furthermore, Leadership Style was found to moderate the effects of both Budget Participation and Work Motivation on Managerial Performance. This suggests that an improved leadership style can enhance the effectiveness of budget participation and work motivation in boosting managerial performance within the SKPD of Karanganyar Regency

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi promosi penjualan yang diterapkan oleh BMA (Baju Murah Anak) pada marketplace Shopee. Meskipun telah melakukan berbagai upaya promosi, penjualan BMA cenderung fluktuatif dan belum mencapai target yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian terfokus pada empat strategi promosi utama yaitu pemberian, paket harga, pengembalian dana, dan premi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian sampel kepada afiliasi efektif meningkatkan eksposur merek namun berdampak terbatas pada penjualan langsung. Strategi paket harga dan premi mampu mendorong pembelian dalam jumlah lebih besar serta meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Sementara itu, strategi pengembalian dana memberikan rasa aman bagi pelanggan namun menahan tantangan dalam kecepatan pelayanan. Keseluruhan strategi yang diterapkan memberikan dampak positif terhadap citra merek, namun perlu dilakukan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas promosi. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dalam merancang strategi promosi yang adaptif terhadap dinamika pasar digital, khususnya di platform e-commerce seperti Shopee

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja, motivasi intrinsik, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan-perusahaan yang beroperasi di Kota Cirebon. Kinerja karyawan menjadi salah satu indikator penting dalam menjamin keberlangsungan dan daya saing perusahaan. Namun, ketidaksesuaian antara potensi sumber daya manusia dan hasil aktual di lapangan masih sering terjadi, ditandai dengan rendahnya produktivitas, tingginya turnover, serta loyalitas karyawan yang lemah. Penelitian ini menawarkan kebaruan dengan menguji ketiga variabel psikologis internal secara simultan dalam satu model penelitian, berbeda dari studi sebelumnya yang menguji secara parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain kausal asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada 50 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25 untuk mengukur pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja, motivasi intrinsik, dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Etos kerja memiliki hubungan positif, motivasi intrinsik menunjukkan pengaruh negatif jika tidak selaras dengan dukungan organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja berkontribusi dalam menciptakan kenyamanan dan loyalitas. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan proporsi signifikan terhadap variasi kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu menyusun strategi pengelolaan SDM yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga pada penguatan faktor psikologis karyawan secara menyeluruh.

This study was motivated by the reality that people do not fully understand the proper use of Indonesian, especially in terms of standard vocabulary, terminology, and synonyms. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to promote Indonesian language skills through educational content in the form of digital posters on Instagram in order to reach a wider audience. In addition, the author also used the Kahoot! application as an evaluation tool to measure social media users' understanding of standard vocabulary. The method used in this study was a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the general public who are active users of social media, especially on the Instagram platform, and there were 34 respondents. The object of this study was the respondents' answers to the quiz on the Kahoot! application. The results of this study concluded that there is still a low level of enthusiasm among the public, especially students, in using Indonesian. However, this can be minimized through the use of social media, such as the creation of interesting educational content in the form of digital posters, which have proven to be effective as an effort to foster Indonesian language in the era of digitalization.
