This research entitled “Implementation of the Tangerang Smart Scholarship Program Fund Management Year 2023”. The objectives are the effectiveness of fund management and the impact of the of the scholarship program on access and quality of education for students from underprivileged families underprivileged families. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and literature study.  This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic education in the teachings of Tarjumah Jam'iyah Rifa'iyah in Luwihan Hamlet, Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. Qualitative setting field research takes the object of the implementation of Islamic education in the teachings of Tarjumah Jam'iyah Rifa'iyah, located in Luwihan Hamlet, Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency for two months from March to April 2025, with research subjects including the congregation of the sect, community leaders, and religious leaders. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation to then be analyzed descriptively. The results of the research show that the Tarjumah teachings are a legacy of K.H. Ahmad Rifa'i's thoughts which emphasize three main principles in Islamic education, namely the formation of strong faith, the development of noble morals (akhlaqul karimah), and the practice of Islamic law as a whole (kaffah). This concept not only emphasizes theoretical or cognitive aspects, but also focuses on the formation of real character and behavior in accordance with Islamic values ​​in everyday life. The implementation of Islamic education in this teaching is carried out through various religious activities that are integrated with community life, such as regular religious studies in mosques, prayer rooms, or residents' homes, with the main material in the form of Javanese tarjumah books containing Islamic teachings in the form of nadham, including aqidah, worship, muamalah, and manners. In addition, the implementation of congregational worship such as the five daily prayers, dhuha prayers, and dhikr activities, are also effective educational media. This fact shows the harmony between teaching, habituation, and exemplary behavior, where Islamic values ​​are not only taught, but are manifested in social interactions in society through joint religious activities, traditions of mutual assistance, concern for the environment, and efforts to maintain social harmony. Thus, Islamic education in the teachings of Tarjumah Jam’iyah Rifa’iyah has proven to be able to form a society that is religious, has character, and consistently practices Islamic teachings in everyday life. This finding leads to the direction of future research to examine more widely the comparative implementation of tarjumah teachings in other regions and its impact on positive social change in more depth.

This study aims to explore the potential of ethnoscience as a contextual source in democratic education in thematic PPKn learning in elementary schools. Ethnoscience, as a representation of local knowledge that develops in the culture of society, can be used as a meaningful, relevant, and contextual learning medium for students. In the context of democratic education, values such as deliberation, mutual cooperation, and social justice contained in ethnoscience practices make a significant contribution to strengthening students' democratic character and understanding. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The results of the study indicate that the integration of ethnoscience in thematic PPKn learning can increase student involvement, strengthen cultural identity, and foster democratic awareness and participation from an early age. Thus, the use of ethnoscience as a contextual source not only enriches teaching materials,but also becomes a strategic means of instilling democratic values that are in accordance with the local context of students.

This community service activity aims to implement the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with a multicultural education-based approach in the school environment. P5 is part of the Independent Curriculum which aims to form students with character according to Pancasila values. Multicultural education was chosen as the main approach to instill the values ​​of tolerance, mutual cooperation, and respect for cultural diversity. The method of implementing the activity includes socialization of the P5 concept, teacher training in implementing multicultural learning, and mentoring the implementation of the project with students. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher understanding of the integration of Pancasila values ​​in the learning process and an increase in active student participation in activities that respect cultural differences. This activity also encourages the creation of an inclusive and harmonious learning environment. Thus, the implementation of P5 based on multicultural education has proven effective in supporting the strengthening of student character according to the Pancasila Student Profile.

In the era of digital transformation, technology plays a central role in shaping the future of education. This study explores the role of school principals as transformative leaders in promoting technology-based learning, particularly in the context of Indonesian schools. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and education personnel from schools that have integrated technology into their teaching and learning processes. Secondary data were obtained from government policies, official school documents, and relevant literature. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key patterns related to leadership practices that support the adoption of educational technology. The findings reveal that effective principals act not only as visionaries and change agents but also as facilitators, mentors, and collaborators who foster inclusive and innovative school environments. They play a critical role in developing teachers’ digital competencies, ensuring adequate infrastructure, and building a positive digital culture. This study highlights the importance of strategic leadership in overcoming challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change. The results provide practical guidance for principals and policymakers to develop sustainable technology-based education programs and contribute to the global discourse on educational leadership in developing countries. This article discusses how Civic Education can be a solution in facing the challenges of globalization, by instilling the values of Pancasila, love for the homeland, social responsibility, and strengthening national identity. The methods used are literature studies and qualitative analysis of various relevant sources. The results show that globalization brings a great challenge to Indonesia's national identity, especially among the younger generation. The flow of information and foreign culture that enters without borders can weaken the spirit of nationalism and local values such as mutual cooperation and tolerance. In this context, Civic Education (PKn) has a strategic role in building a strong national character and integrity. Emphasis on the importance of integrating national values in civil society is very important in forming a young generation that is resilient, critical, and ready to contribute to the global world without losing their identity as Indonesian citizens.

One of the important components of the national education system is character education, which helps produce a young generation with integrity, morals, and the ability to face the various problems of the modern world. Investigating implementation strategies in the classroom and examining how character education interacts with the national curriculum—specifically, the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum—is the aim of this project. According to this study, which uses a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature study, character education is implemented comprehensively in various subjects as well as through intracurricular and extracurricular activities, with an emphasis on values ​​such as religiosity, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and integrity. Teachers act as role models and facilitators, and schools and families work together to support children's character development. The study findings suggest that to create responsible, educated, and capable individuals who are ready to make significant contributions to society, effective character education emphasizes not only knowledge but also behavior and role models. Therefore, incorporating character education into the national curriculum is essential to raising a morally and ethically resilient generation today.

Employing a qualitative approach, this research explores the potential of traditional games in shaping attitudes of tolerance, cooperation, and mutual respect for differences among students. The results indicate that traditional games are not only entertainment but also an effective learning medium for instilling positive values and strengthening students' character in the context of cultural diversity.

Improving the quality of education in madrasahs is a strategic issue in enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic education in the global era. However, the implementation of quality management in madrasahs is often not yet systemically and sustainably integrated. This article aims to examine the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in madrasah quality management and to formulate a conceptual model suited to the context of Islamic education in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, with data collected from a range of relevant and up-to-date academic literature. The data were analyzed using content analysis to identify key concepts, theoretical relationships, and best practices in applying TQM within the madrasah environment. The findings reveal that the success of TQM implementation is influenced by transformational leadership of the madrasah principal, participation of all stakeholders, adoption of the CIPP evaluation model, and the internalization of Islamic values. This article proposes a TQM-based madrasah quality management model that is both contextual and applicable. It offers a theoretical contribution to the development of quality systems in Islamic education and recommends further field research to empirically validate the proposed model.

This study aims to analyze the capabilities of the head of the madrasah in developing the quality of education at Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (DTA) Nurul Huda, Napal Sisik Village. The head of the madrasah plays a strategic role in enhancing educational quality through effective management, motivating teachers, and fostering creativity in the learning process. However, this study also identifies various challenges faced, such as a lack of qualified human resources, limited funding, and insufficient community support. By employing a qualitative approach, this research is expected to provide constructive recommendations for the improvement and development of the educational system at DTA, thereby creating a generation that is both intelligent and has strong character.

Pendidikan merupakan komponen kunci dalam membina keterampilan dan potensi generasi penerus bangsa untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu tinggi, maka mutu pendidikan menentukan kemajuan suatu bangsa. Tujuan pendidikan tinggi adalah untuk menghasilkan individu berpengetahuan luas yang memiliki bakat dan kemampuan untuk memajukan masyarakat di segala bidang. Seperti halnya sekolah SMA/MA, kurikulum dibuat mempersiapkan siswa untuk melangkah ke pendidikan masuk perguruan tinggi ataupun dapat masuk dunia kerja. Dari proses ini pastinya siswa akan menentukan tindak lanjut pendidikan yang akan diambil oleh siswa. Akan tetapi banyak siswa-siswi yang masih bingung, ragu serta bimbang dalam mengambil keputusan melanjutkan studi atau bekerja. PKM ini berupa Bimbingan orientasi pasca Ujian Akhir Sekolah dengan metode workshop dimulai dengan menyampaikan materi tentang Perguruan tinggi, biaya di perguruan tinggi, peluang kerja setelah lulus dari setiap program studi, motivasi untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Pemahaman peserta meningkat sebagai hasil dari kegiatan ini sebesar 35% sesebelum diadakan bimbingan ini tingkat pemahaman siswa tentang orientasi pasca Ujian Akhir Sekolah cuma 40%, kemudian sesudah diadakan bimbingan naik menjadi 75 %. Jadi ada kenaikan pemahaman peserta bimbingan orientasi pasca Ujian Akhir Sekolah MA Ma’arif Ponggok

Educational supervision is a training process that aims to improve the quality of learning and teacher performance. Implementation of supervision requires certain techniques that are tailored to the needs, conditions, and characteristics of the school. There are three main categories in supervision techniques, namely individual techniques, group techniques, and a combination of both. Individual techniques include classroom observation, personal conversations, and class visits, which aim to provide direct guidance to teachers. This technique is effective in identifying specific problems faced by teachers and providing solutions directly. Supervision groups include workshops, discussion groups, and joint training, which aim to improve teacher competence through collaboration and sharing experiences. This technique encourages innovation in teaching and creates a culture of learning among educators. In addition, a combination of individual and group techniques, such as mutual observation or project-based training, can provide more comprehensive results. The application of supervision techniques must be carried out in a planned and sustainable manner with the principles of involvement, openness, and training. Effective supervision also requires technological support to facilitate data collection and evaluation, such as using learning videos or analytical software.

This research aims to instill and strengthen the spirit of democracy and nationalism in every student. When they have the spirit of democracy and nationalism, their love for the nation and enthusiasm for fighting for this nation will be strong and great. One effort to instill a spirit of democracy and nationalism in the next generation is by learning Pancasila and citizenship education. The type of method used in this article is a literature review. The writing of this literature review adopts national articles published on various journal provider platforms on a national scale which discuss the importance of increasing democratic values ​​and nationalism in students through learning Pancasila and citizenship education. The results of the research show that increasing democratic values ​​and nationalism in students through learning Pancasila and citizenship education shows a positive direction. This means that students who have received Pancasila and citizenship education material have experienced a good improvement in their democratic attitudes and nationalist feelings. This learning is implemented in Indonesia with the aim of forming students into individuals who have strong character and are based on the values ​​of Pancasila, who have faith and devotion to God Almighty, have global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. Apart from that, through Pancasila and citizenship education we are present to provide in-depth understanding from teachers about the essence of Pancasila and the urgency of citizenship education.

Many things drive the progress of this Muhammadiyah organization, such as the vision-mission, educational concept, goals, and curriculum that are mutually continuous so that Muhammadiyah can process well in the life of society. In Islamic education there are challenges that must be faced by Muhammadiyah because considering the development of Islam is very fast and also flexible and always relevant from time to time. One of the challenges to the development of Islamic education is the advancement of technology. The advancement of science and technology (iptek) requires all parties to be competent so as not to be eroded and crushed by the times. The negative and positive impacts of technological progress must be addressed with the right innovation. Habituation programs and teacher training are efforts to improve the quality of education in building a school environment with character. Improving the quality of education continues to experience changes and developments along with advances in time and technology. This research analyzes efforts to improve the quality of education at SMP Negeri 9 Bandung through optimizing teacher training programs and student habituation. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews and observations. This research aims to describe a strategy, implementation and also the results of a program to improve the quality of education at the junior high school level. The teacher training program is designed to improve teachers' technical competence and soft skills, especially in the use of learning technology. This aims to improve the quality of teaching and adapt to technological developments. Meanwhile, the student habituation program focuses on character building, such as literacy, environmental cleanliness, sports and religious activities, to foster discipline and a sense of caring. Schools also utilize technology in learning, such as using projectors and smartphones to support computer-based interactions and assessments. Apart from that, collaboration with the community and parents of students is also very important in supporting educational activities, including providing a budget for the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project activities. This holistic approach creates a conducive and quality learning environment, which has a positive impact on educational outcomes and the achievement of national education goals.

This article's goal is to investigate the Qur'anic verses related to the quality management of Islamic education. This study employs a literature research method, which involves reviewing various journals and relevant reference books. The findings of his research indicate that quality education is an essential aspect in Islam. Such quality education functions it is not just for the transmission of knowledge, but also for the advancement of positive character and morals. Quality management in Islamic education is very important, especially in building a generation of noble and quality character. The Qur'an, which is the main guide for Muslims, contains quality management principles such as focus on customer satisfaction, leadership based on the example of the Prophet, Process-based approaches, integrated managerial systems, thoughtful decision-making and mutually beneficial relationships, can all be applied in Islamic education to ensure the quality of continuous and ethical learning. With the implementation of this quality management, Islamic education is expected to create a conducive environment for learning, improve the quality of educational outcomes and produce a generation that is prepared to contribute positively to society. Improving the quality of educational institusions is an important priority in facing the challenges of globalization and technological developments. This article examines implementation strategies for improving the quality of educational institutions using Edward Deming’s quality concept, which focuses on a systematic and sustainable approach. This concept emphasizes the importance of leadership, involvement of all parties, and the use of data for fact-based decision making. Deming’s approach, which consists of 14 principles, such as continuous improvement, effective training, and eliminating barriers between departments, provides practical guidance for administrators of educational institutions to improve the quality of service. This article also discusses the obstacles that may be faced in implementing this concept and solutions to overcome them. By adopting Deming’s concept, educational institutions are expected to be able to create a quality culture that is consistent and relevant to society’s needs.

The purpose of this study was conducted at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Islamic Boarding School, which is none other than to improve the quality of Quran memorization education at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Girls' Islamic Boarding School, the research used here uses a qualitative descriptive method, through interviews, observations and documentation, the results of this study indicate that a management service at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Islamic Boarding School can provide the necessary infrastructure based on the needs of Quran memorization at the Islamic Boarding School, both in terms of what is needed or not, service management has its own characteristics in accordance with the vision and mission in Quran memorization, although each Islamic boarding school has different goals, the main goal remains focused on how the quality of Quran memorization in the future will increase and more and more students will memorize the Quran.
