Indonesian continues to evolve along with social, cultural, and technological dynamics, producing new vocabulary that requires systematic documentation. This research aims to identify the role of intern students at the Balai Bahasa Sumatra Utara in proposing entries for the 6th edition of the online Great Dictionary of the Indonesian Language (KBBI). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research results show that interns made significant contributions to the lemma proposal process, which included data collection, linguistic analysis, and recommendation drafting. A total of 200 entries from the fields of physics, law, chemistry, and psychology were successfully proposed. The main findings include (1) a collaborative process between students, experts, and KBBI editors that supports the validity of lemmas; (2) contributions to the documentation of new scientific terms; and (3) challenges, such as limited reference sources and understanding of usage contexts. This research shows that the internship program not only contributes to the development of the Indonesian language but also provides practical learning experiences for students. Recommendations are provided for strengthening the internship system and optimizing the role of students in the management of the national language.

Resistance to change (RTC) is a significant challenge in implementing educational reforms, particularly in the 21st century. This study explores strategies to overcome RTC among educators, using a qualitative approach involving 20 teachers from diverse backgrounds. Data collected through open-ended questions and a Likert scale reveal that Facilitation and Support (85%) and Negotiation and Agreement (90%) are the most effective strategies, highlighting the importance of training, resource allocation, and incentives in fostering adaptability. Participation and Involvement (75%) also proves effective by enhancing teacher commitment through collaborative decision-making. In contrast, Manipulation and Co-optation and authority-driven strategies are viewed as less sustainable, with respondents expressing concerns over their long-term impact. Challenges such as frequent curriculum changes, limited technological proficiency, and unclear communication exacerbate RTC. This study emphasizes the need for practical strategies like direct support, collaboration, and motivational incentives to address resistance effectively. The findings extend Kotter and Schlesinger’s framework by contextualizing it within educational settings and highlight the interplay between external pressures for reform and internal resistance mechanisms. By aligning resources, fostering collaboration, and incentivizing participation, schools can navigate the complexities of change and reduce resistance among educators.

Digital Business students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Tasikmalaya Campus recognize the importance of Quality Assurance (QA), but many do not fully grasp the concept. This study aims to describe and evaluate students’ understanding of QA, with the goal of bridging the gap between awareness and application in the field of Digital Business. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, employing a Probability Sampling technique with a Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling approach. Results indicate that students generally have a good understanding of QA, especially in grasping basic concepts and the significance of QA for product quality. However, some dimensions of QA remain less understood, particularly regarding practical application in the industry. The depth of understanding varies; most students have a sufficient basic grasp, but only a few can relate QA concepts to real-world case studies. Based on these findings, the Digital Business Study Program is advised to integrate practical elements into the QA curriculum, such as QA simulations, industry case studies, and collaborative projects with companies. This is expected to enhance students’ understanding and bridge the gap between QA theory and practice. Global phenomena highlight the increasing attention to entrepreneurship as a solution to reduce unemployment and promote sustainable economic growth (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth). On a local level, vocational high school (SMK) graduates in Indonesia face the challenge of low entrepreneurial intention, which has the potential to exacerbate youth unemployment rates. This study aims to explore entrepreneurship learning strategies and the contribution of teacher behavior in shaping the entrepreneurial intentions of SMK students through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The novelty of this research lies in integrating two key elements—innovative learning strategies and teacher behavior as role models—which have been minimally discussed in previous literature. The urgency of this research stems from its contribution to SDG 4 (Quality Education), by strengthening entrepreneurship education as a foundation for developing a competitive workforce. The method employed in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves collecting and analyzing relevant journal articles using VOSviewer software based on selected keywords. The findings indicate that project-based and collaborative learning approaches enable students to directly experience real-world business challenges, such as developing business ideas and working in teams to solve practical problems. Teacher behavior, serving as both facilitator and motivator, plays a crucial role in encouraging students to dream big, believe in their abilities, and view entrepreneurship as an attractive career path. The implications of this research provide practical insights for educators and policymakers in designing effective entrepreneurship curricula while supporting the SDG agenda, particularly in promoting quality education, decent work, and inclusive economic growth. This study contributes to the reinforcement of sustainable entrepreneurship education in Indonesia.

This research examines the bottom-up approach to maritime tourism policy in South Sulawesi, primarily focusing on collaboration and policy integration. This method involves the local community as the primary stakeholder who can determine the potential and needs of maritime tourism in their area. Data was collected through interviews with the South Sulawesi Provincial Culture and Tourism Office and analysis of relevant documents. The research results indicate that policy collaboration is carried out through cooperation between the government, namely the South Sulawesi Provincial Culture and Tourism Office, local actors, and the private sector. Furthermore, integrating inter-sectoral policies ensures that the development of tourism proceeds synergistically by considering several aspects, such as economic, social, and environmental factors. The bottom-up approach also supports the sustainability of maritime tourism through several empowerment initiatives for local communities. They should also be involved in the management of maritime tourism destinations and the promotion of local products. It can be concluded that a bottom-up approach involving inter-sectoral cooperation and policy integration encourages the development of sustainable maritime tourism while still paying attention to several aspects, such as local economic empowerment, social welfare, and environmental preservation.
