Corruption is a structural problem that undermines government governance and weakens public trust. To address this issue, the use of information technology has emerged as a promising solution to enhance transparency and accountability in the public sector. This study aims to analyze the role of technology in preventing and detecting corruption through the implementation of digital systems such as e-government, e-budgeting, and e-procurement. Using a normative juridical and conceptual approach, this study shows that digitalization can reduce corruption opportunities and strengthen both internal oversight and public participation. However, the success of technology implementation depends greatly on the integrity of implementers, supportive regulations, and the readiness of digital infrastructure. Digital bureaucratic transformation has become a crucial component of public administration reform in Indonesia through the utilization of technology to enhance public services. This study examines the implementation of the M-Paspor application as one of the strategic policy innovations in the immigration sector. The application was developed as a solution to problems found in the conventional service system. M-Paspor simplifies the passport application procedures, increases bureaucratic effectiveness and efficiency, and strengthens accountability in public service delivery. The presence of M-Paspor has brought significant changes to the structure and work system within the Directorate General of Immigration. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, including unequal digital access, limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among civil servants, and resistance to changes in bureaucratic work culture. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature review, with sources selected using search strings tailored to the research objectives. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for further discussions regarding the benefits, challenges, and sustainability of M-Paspor in supporting the broader digitalization of public service programs in Indonesia.

Character and moral education are essential pillars in shaping the personality of Christian students, especially in the context of the disruptive era, which is increasingly marked by rapid technological advancement, moral degradation, and shifting social values. The rise of digitalization and modernization presents new challenges to students' moral integrity, empathy, and spiritual grounding. This article aims to explore and analyze the strategic role of Christian Education in addressing these challenges by integrating character and moral education rooted in Christian values. Using a qualitative literature review method, this study draws from a wide range of primary and secondary sources that include theories of character education, moral development, and biblical-Christian perspectives. The findings indicate that a holistic approach to Christian Education—one that incorporates moral instruction, spiritual formation, and practical application through discipleship, prayer, and the example of Christian educators—can significantly contribute to students’ character development. Furthermore, this integration cultivates not only moral awareness and social responsibility but also fosters resilience and faith-based identity formation. The article also proposes a contextual model for character and moral education that aligns with the demands of the disruptive era, emphasizing the importance of spiritual values alongside intellectual growth. This model serves as a framework for educators to nurture morally and spiritually grounded individuals capable of navigating complex social realities with integrity and compassion. In conclusion, Christian Education, when grounded in strong theological and pedagogical foundations, has the transformative potential to shape a generation of students who are not only academically competent but also morally upright and spiritually mature

STRATEGISH Journal 2025 Yayasan Cipta Sarana Budhi

The rapid advancement of digitalization has redefined social stratification, shifting its determinants from purely economic capital to a complex interplay of digital access, technological literacy, and socio-economic status. This study critically examines the extent to which digital competencies influence social mobility and intensify socio-economic disparities. Employing a qualitative case study methodology, data were systematically collected through in-depth interviews, policy analysis, and participatory observations across urban and rural communities. The findings reveal that individuals with advanced digital literacy and access to technological resources secure superior employment prospects and economic progression, whereas those deprived of these assets experience increasing marginalization. A comparative analysis with existing literature further substantiates that digital inequalities perpetuate and reinforce traditional class divisions, underscoring the urgent need for targeted policy interventions. This study highlights the necessity of inclusive digital policies, including strategic infrastructure investments, comprehensive digital literacy programs, and cross-sectoral collaborations to mitigate the digital divide. Addressing these structural disparities is imperative to ensuring that digital transformation functions as a catalyst for social equity rather than exacerbating pre-existing inequalities.

MSMEs play a key role in the national economy, especially in increasing economic growth and creating new jobs. However, in the digital era, MSMEs face major problems, such as low levels of digital literacy, limited access to the internet, and fierce competition with large companies that have used technology before. This study examines the variables that influence the sustainability of MSMEs amidst digital challenges and finds methods that can be used so that MSMEs can survive and grow. The research method was carried out through surveys and direct interviews with MSME actors at Pasar Pagi Setia Budi, Medan, North Sumatra. The results of the study showed that most MSME actors did not utilize digital platforms for marketing and transactions, which resulted in decreased income. To increase competitiveness, MSMEs need to improve their digital knowledge, adopt online marketing strategies, and optimize the use of e-commerce and social media. Support from the government, financial institutions, and technology companies is also very important. In the increasingly competitive digital era, by implementing the right digitalization strategy, MSMEs can improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and maintain the sustainability of their business.

The development of the economy and business sector in every country in the world is a trigger for competition between companies to gain profit. This competition raises demands for the relevance and reliability of the company's financial reports that are sustainable, which are intended to avoid conflict between users of financial reports, both internally and externally, so that proper company management is needed in managing the components in the company. This writing is a descriptive qualitative research in the form of observation, interviews and documentation at PT PLN (Persero). Based on the data found that non-operating assets are still included in the status of operating assets and if not immediately proposed will increase the accumulated depreciation costs. Depreciation costs are one of the elements of the company's operational costs that affect the company's profit because they reduce revenue. In addition to depreciation costs, there are also costs that will have an impact, namely the cost of maintaining warehouse operations. Therefore, the company must develop a more efficient and effective strategy to manage these non-operating assets so as not to burden operations and financial performance in the long term. Thus, it is concluded that in the implementation of the asset management system there are still various obstacles in the form of incomplete administrative data and assets that have not been neatly inventoried and external obstacles such as irregular material returns that further complicate asset data management. So the author makes a recommendation, namely the implementation of an integrated asset digitalization system to help track the condition and location of assets more accurately, to speed up the identification process.
