PT XYZ Karawang is required to increase its production capacity by adding vessel machines to meet this (demand), and as one of PT XYZ Karawang's strategies to develop its business. The addition of this production machine is planned in order to reduce potential losses such as maintenance costs and prevent production delays that have been set. The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether an investment plan to be implemented is economically viable or not. This data collection was taken from secondary and primary data at PT. XYZ Karawang. Results NPV analysis results and data processing value of the old machine NPV $ 80,798.1 > new machine NPV $ 10,977.32. The results of PP analysis and processing of data on the value of the old PP machine required 3.9 years < new machine PP the value of the new machine. The results of the PI analysis and data processing of the value of the old machine PP 26.9 > the PI of the new machine 7.32. So the suggestion from the conclusion above is that the investment decision to add fixed assets (new machine vessels) is feasible to carry out to increase surfactant production capacity whose sales value continues to increase from year to year.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an activity that is one of the sources of the country's economic power. The purpose of this observation activity is to determine the 7P marketing mix strategy implemented by PT Bayou Berjaya Indonesia, which started its business in the midst of a pandemic. The pandemic in Indonesia has had many negative impacts on business turnover in Indonesia, especially in the food and beverage sector The research was conducted using descriptive and observative methods by conducting in-depth interviews on the business that is My Kripick. The results of the research (the product becomes a trend maker in the West Java market. (2) Product prices can compete with the market. (3) Offline stores are the main place for increased the turnover. (4) Promotion is carried out through soft selling metode. (5) Manager level consists of two people, chief operational officer and chief marketing officer. (6) Using a ready stock system. (7) Using a unique design product.

 Economic activity in Indonesia affects the level of state income. One sector that makes a large contribution to national income is the agricultural sector. In addition, this sector also contributes in terms of absorbing labor in the provision of food and provision of raw materials. Thus, this article discusses how the Covid-19 pandemic can affect the rise and fall of the financial resilience of farmers, the volatility of income before and after the pandemic, especially for farmers in Tegalrejo Village, Blitar Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how farmers maintain their economy amidst storms such as Covid-19, transition, pests. The method of analysis used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with farmers to obtain data. From the objectives and methods that have been used, it is known that every farmer in Tegalrejo Village has different income from one another, especially when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit and after the pandemic. In addition, many factors also affect the rise and fall of farmers' income.

In the world of work, there are often problems related to the products we create, as well as those involving product quality at PT. Chang Shin Indonesia, which after the end of last year was at the peak of instability in running production. PT. Chang Shin Indonesia itself is a company that produces footwear with the “Nike” brand, by producing footwear for the company PT. Chang Shin Indonesia is very focused on the quality of the products it creates. Problems found in PT. Chang Shin Indonesia, namely the reduction of a purchase decision or order from a customer, one of which causes employees to stay at home on Saturdays, which basically work normally on Saturdays as usual. Reduced orders greatly impact the company, especially on employees. One of the factors that affected the decline in orders was in terms of product quality. For example, many long threads are still attached to finished shoes and also the size label where there are many repairs, one of which is that the label does not match the tally sheet. This problem is often found in the sewing or stitching department. Based on the results of these observations, it is necessary to pay attention again regarding product quality, both by the company and its own team of employees who are required to maintain product quality, because whether or not orders enter the company depends on quality.

In 2020 Indonesia is facing a pandemic situation due to the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak which has a deep impact on various economic sectors, especially on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Digital marketing is currently one of the marketing strategies needed by business people in order to increase sales. Digital marketing is increasingly showing its fangs and as one of the best solutions that can be used by business people to expand their business circle. The purpose of this article is to improve the ability or skills of MSME players in marketing products through online media. This method uses a descriptive approach with observative and by identifying trends in current consumers and consumer preferences for alternative foods. The result of this article is that in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, tempeh producers need to adopt innovative marketing strategies and use social media as the main tool to promote tempeh products. The conclusion is that by utilizing the power of social media, tempeh producers can expand their market reach, strengthen their brand, and increase consumer loyalty. The implication of the industrial visit is the importance of understanding and using social media as an effective marketing tool in the food industry, especially in promoting tempeh products.

This observation aims to explain the performance of employees of a Cloting Brand clothing store in the Karawang area, namely (KASET RUSAK) whose address is Beside Mall Ramayana, jl. Tuparev No. 298, Nagasari, West Karawang sub-district, Karawang district, West Java province, postal code 41314. The contents of the explanation that will be explained about the MSME sector in the fashion sector concern the motivation of employees to compete in attracting public interest, especially young people, in buying clothes such as clothes, trousers, bags, shoes, bracelets and other souvenirs. This observation also explains the profile or history of the company, employee strategies and employee activities, prices and the number of products applied by the company, how the company survived and faced the effects of Covid-19 in the past 2 years. The process of data collection and observation was carried out using interview and observation methods within 1 to 2 days, to be precise on March 25s/d26 2023. This data collection technique obtains information related to the experience of company owners where the results of observations and interviews show that there is an interest or trend The highest rate for people who buy new clothes is in the month of Ramadan or before Eid al-Fitr.

Pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini kami memberikan pelatihan kepada Masyarakat binaan Mitra Asih pada tanggal 20 Juli 2022 dan Alhamdulillah peserta berhasil melakukan semua latihan dan tugas yang diberikan saat pelatihan dan peserta pelatihan dapat mengikuti semua rangkaian kegiatan praktikum dari sesi pertama sampai sesi akhir dengan baik. Kemudian pelatihan bisnis plan menggunakan bisnis model canvas bisa dipraktekkan oleh Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) sehingga usaha-usaha home industri terutama dalam hal memulai unit usaha bisa merencanakan usaha dari tahap awal (bisnis plan) dimana masyarakat disana sebelumnya masih kesulitan dalam merencanakan tahap-tahap dalam berwirausaha, sehingga belum punya sebuah model dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, tidak terarah dan tidak bisa merencanakan apa yang akan dilakukan.

This journal reviews the problems that occurred in Pulau Rakyat District regarding the marital law contained in surah An-Nisa' verses 7.8 and 11.12. Although it can be said that the distribution of BAPANG carried out by KCU Surabaya 60000 has been maximized, it is still there are a number of things that need to be improved so that the maximum amount of BAPANG distributed to KPM (Beneficiary Families) can be maximized.

Based on Law No. 20 of 2008, MSMEs are referred to as business activities that stand independently in the form of groups or individuals which are not business activities of a branch company. MSMEs play a very important role in the lives of Indonesian people because many Indonesians make a living from selling through MSMEs. There are still many problems that occur in the world of MSMEs in Indonesia, one of which is the lack of product innovation by MSMEs. There are still many MSMEs that only produce food that has spread widely in Indonesia so that the resulting competitive value is very tight between MSMEs. With these problems to help solve the problems faced by MSMEs, a product innovation assistance is held. This assistance is carried out to create a new product innovation in the form of mustard sticks which will later become the newest product in the Fostered MSMEs.

This study aims to observe the use of Instagram social media as a promotional means for MSME Limunite in the village of Sukorejo City of Blitar. The research method used is qualitative, involving Limunite MSMEs. Data collected through interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the social media of the Instagram can be an effective promotion of that MSMEs. Through social media Instagram This Limunite MSMEs can expand its sales by making visual content such as photo products and promotional videos that can increase sales. The conclusion of this study is the use of Instagram social media as a promotion of facilities for MSMEs Limunite in the Sukorejo has a great opportunity by using promotion.

Financial bookkeeping in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas is crucial to effectively manage finances and improve the quality of financial reports. However, many MSMEs operators are reluctant to engage in financial bookkeeping due to perceiving it as a cumbersome process. Nizam Jaya is one of the MSMEs located in the Ngampungan Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency, and it specializes in banana chips production. Nizam Jaya faces challenges in promoting their business through word-of-mouth and using traditional and manual bookkeeping methods. Hence, the students of the Community Service Program (KKN) Thematic 5 conducted a bookkeeping awareness campaign using an easily understandable approach for the villagers. The aim of this service is to assist Nizam Jaya in improving their bookkeeping practices, maintaining price stability, increasing sales, and introducing their banana chips product to the broader market.

Pengaruh Arus Kas Operasi Dan Laba Bersih Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen  Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Manufaktur adalah sebuah badan usaha yang mengoperasi mesin, peralatan, tenaga kerja dalam suatu medium proses untuk mengubah bahan-bahan baku menjadi barang jadi dengan memiliki nilai jual. Semua proses manufaktur dan tugas dilakukan sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang dikembangkan oleh masing-masing karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh laba bersih dan arus kas operasi terhadap dividen kas. serta pengaruh kesalahan proses manufaktur terhadap produksi barang di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitaf. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi regresi linier, asumsi, t, f, dan koefisien determinan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel tunggal. Sampel pada penelitian ini 11 perusahaan yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan, sehingga data penelitian yang berasal dari laporan keuangan tahunan sebanyak 33 data. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah pembagian dividen. Sedangkan variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah arus kas operasi dan laba bersih. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik yang dilakukan oleh SPSS, dimungkinkan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan yang signifikan dalam cara operasi dilakukan. Laba memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan pada dividen.  Arus kas operasi dan laba bersih tidak berpengaruh kebijakan dividen.  

Industri sub sektor otomotif saat awal pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan penjualan kurang lebih sebesar 50%. Namun, perlahan berhasil bangkit kembali. Berdasarkan data kinerja ekspor sepanjang Januari-November 2021 dari Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Indonesia (Gaikindo). Hal ini terlihat pada penjualan mobil nasional yang mencapai 790.524 unit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur finansial dan net working capital terhadap profitabilitas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan sub sektor otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan tahunan secara konsisten dari tahun 2019-2021. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Sumber data penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan periode 2019-2021 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi, data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan rumus dari masing-masing rasio keuangan kemudian diolah dengan metode analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) struktur finansial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, 2) net working capital berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, 3) struktur finnasial dan net working capital secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki berbagai dampak dari kebijakan sektor migas di perusahaan Pertamina. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami efek-efek kebijakan tersebut terhadap perusahaan dan berbagai aspek terkait seperti kinerja keuangan, operasional, lingkungan, dan hubungan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis data sekunder, studi kasus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan sektor migas memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada perusahaan Pertamina. Dampak tersebut mencakup perubahan dalam pendapatan perusahaan, efisiensi operasional, peningkatan atau penurunan tingkat emisi dan dampak lingkungan lainnya, serta pengaruh terhadap hubungan sosial dengan masyarakat lokal dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang dampak-dampak yang dihasilkan oleh kebijakan sektor migas di perusahaan Pertamina, yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dan pengembangan strategi di masa depan.

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan kekayaan sumber daya alam melimpah yang tersebar di berbagai daerah seperti minyak dan gas bumi. Sebagai salah satu penyokong terbesar perekonomian negara untuk pembangunan nasional, industri hulu migas berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan negara dan ketenagakerjaan wilayah kerja lapangan migas. Kegiatan hulu migas memberikan kontribusi secara langsung sekitar Rp672 triliun terhadap pendapatan negara. Hal tersebut didukung oleh pemerintah dan pihak terkait melalui pembaruan lifting minyak dan gas bumi pada tahun 2022 dan menghasilkan pencapaian melebihi target dari US$9,95 menjadi US$18,19 untuk penerimaan negara. Ditinjau dari segi ekspor dan impor migas nonmigas, nilai ekspor pada awal 2023 lebih tinggi dari impor, sehingga Indonesia mencatatkan surplus neraca perdagangan sebesar US$3,87 miliar. Nilai ekspor yang cukup tinggi didominasi oleh nonmigas. Namun, ekspor migas lebih berpengaruh secara signifikan karena memiliki trend pertumbuhan ekonomi yang stabil. Penyerapan tenaga kerja di wilayah kerja tercatat sebesar 91% dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor investasi migas.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principals’ entrepreneurship on Students’ entrepreneurship in the Islamic School Education environment. Entrepreneurship among students is an essential factor in creating a personality that is equipped to encounter workplace challenges and create opportunities in various sectors. Principals play a crucial role in shaping a school culture that promotes and facilitates the entrepreneurial development of students as educational leaders. This research employed a qualitative approach through interviews and observations as a data. The respondents of the study were the Islamic School Principals and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Soreang District, Bandung Regency. The study’s findings demonstrated that the entrepreneurship of Islamic School Principals significantly affected students’ entrepreneurship. Islamic School Principals with a high spirit of entrepreneurship could serve as role models who inspire students to adopt proactive, innovative, and independent attitudes. Essential factors that encourage the development of student entrepreneurship include a learning environment that promotes entrepreneurship and empowers students, a relevant curriculum, and entrepreneurial attitudes. This study provided a deeper comprehension of the significance of the role of the Islamic School Principal in shaping student entrepreneurship. The practical significance of this research is the necessity to establish educational policies that emphasise developing student entrepreneurship in the context of the Islamic School environment. Thus, this research can enhance educational quality and equip students for increasingly complex and competitive business and entrepreneurship challenges in the future.

PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a company that produces cement and runs the production process 24 hours a day. The company uses Roto Packer in its packaging process. In carrying out machine maintenance efforts, the company has implemented a maintenance system, namely preventive maintenance. However, even though preventive maintenance has been carried out, the company still experiences downtime on the spring load cell components. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis in order to determine the time between breakdowns, breakdown times, and arrange optimal maintenance schedules for spring load cell components. This study uses the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to develop preventive maintenance activities that have been scheduled by the company. The results obtained, for the spring load cell component, component replacement must be carried out every 4 days with a replacement time of 49 minutes and a reliability of 39.87%.

Company CV. AM Nanda Putra is located in Sidoarjo and operates in the scaffolding industry. Currently the company is experiencing losses due to a lack of optimization in planning the amount and time of ordering raw materials, which results in shortages and excess material inventory. To overcome this problem, the company uses the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) method in optimizing raw material planning. In terms of the lot sizing approach, the company applies the LFL and EOQ methods. The forecasting methods used are Moving Average (MA), Weight Moving Average (WMA), and Exponential Smoothing (ES). The smallest MAD results were obtained using the Exponential Smoothing (ES) method for all scaffolding products. The forecasting results are obtained to determine the MPS (Master Production Schedule) for the next 10 months. After the determination of  MPS, the results of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) were obtained, namely the supply of raw materials for MF 170 AM scaffolding of 35402 units or 17700 sets, MF 170 K1 scaffolding of 28906 units or 14453 sets, MF 190 AM scaffolding of 16250 units or 8125 sets, and MF 190 K1 scaffolding of 7656 units or 3828 sets. From the results of calculating the cost of raw material requirements using the Lot for Lot (LFL) method and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, it can be seen that the total cost of planning the smallest raw material inventory with an amount of Rp. 12,975,818,022.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji upaya perlindungan konsumen dari segi pengawasan pemerintah dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu di Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendakatan perundang-undangan dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat, lembaga perlindungan konsumen swadaya masyarakat dan pemerintah berperan secara bersamaan dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap produk yang beredar di pasaran dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu, sesuai dengan amanat UUD 1945 serta Undang-undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen bahwa tujuan pengawasan ini dilakukan untuk melindungi segenap bangsa dalam hal ini konsumen dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan. Dilakukan penindakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku oleh kepolisian agar memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku usaha.
