Everyone, including children, adults, and parents, can experience stress. Academic stress is a common type of stress that occurs in a school or educational environment. Students who face high pressure, such as numerous assignments, may experience stress that can lead to insomnia. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between stress and insomnia in students. Stress is a negative feeling caused by situations beyond one's control or changes in one's body and mind. Insomnia is the inability to achieve adequate quality and quantity of sleep. A literature review study was conducted, with 5 journals obtained from Google Scholar. The study design was cross-sectional. The results showed a significant relationship between stress and insomnia in college students (p <0.05). This means that stress levels have a moderate positive correlation with insomnia levels. In conclusion, it is important for students to learn how to manage their stress levels to prevent insomnia.

Jeruk kingkit (Triphasia trifolia Dc) merupakan salah satu tanaman dari keluarga Rutaceae. Beberapa tanaman keluarga Rutaceae dipercaya bermanfaat bagi kesehatan sebagai obat herbal karena mengandung senyawa limonen yang berkhasiat untuk meredakan batuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar limonen pada buah jeruk kingkit menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis dengan beberapa uji pendahuluan seperti skrining fitokimia serta uji kromatografi lapis tipis. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan untuk memperoleh ekstrak dari buah jeruk kingkit dengan cara maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 95% kemudian dilakukan pengeringan menggunakan oven pada suhu 60 °C. Hasil dari identifikasi skrining fitokimia beberapa senyawa seperti alkaloid (negatif), flavonoid (positif), saponin (negatif), terpenoid dan steroid (positif). Hasil skrining fitokimia dipertegas dengan analisis kromatografi lapis tipis dengan hasil analisis terdapat posisi bercak yang sama antara pembanding dengan ekstrak dan diperoleh nilai Rf yang hampir sama. Hasil persentase kadar limonen dari ekstrak etanol buah jeruk kingkit diperoleh dari persamaan garis linear sebesar y = 0.0064x + 0.008, dengan nilai R2 = 0.9874. Dari nilai persamaan garis linear diperoleh persentase kadar limonen dalam ekstrak sebanyak 45.98 %.

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 merupakan kasus yang biasanya memiliki riwayat kelainan yang dimulai dengan resistensi insulin. Berbagai komplikasi akibat diabetes dapat terjadi pada semua system tubuh seperti saraf, jantung, pembuluh darah, ginjal, mata, dan otak. Jika tidak segera ditangani akan menyebabkan kematian. Kepatuhan pengobatan yang rendah terhadap terapi dapat menyebabkan peningkatan risiko biaya pengobatan, peningkatan komplikasi penyakit dan risiko rawat inap. Selain itu, dukungan keluarga juga menjadi satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Mengwi II. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara observasional dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan 100 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji Spearman Rank dengan instrument kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan MMAS-8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 65 responden (65%) mendapatkan dukungan keluarga yang baik dengan tingkat kepatuhan minum obat dengan kategori sedang. Analisa Spearman Rank menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Hal ini berarti ada hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Mengwi II.

Diabetes adalah penyakit metabolisme kronis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar gula darah. Indonesia salah satu negara dengan angka penderita diabetes tertinggi. Jumlah penderita diabetes di Indonesia tahun 2021 menduduki peringkat kelima dengan jumlah 19,47 juta. Menurut penelitian, kayu manis mengandung senyawa yang berasal dari flavonoid, dengan khasiat merangsang pankreas untuk memproduksi insulin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan mahasiswa farmasi Hermina tentang pemanfaatan kayu manis sebagai obat diabetes. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 89 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi untuk menilai tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa farmasi politeknik kesehatan Hermina tentang penggunaan kayu manis sebagai obat diabetes. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa farmasi Hermina terbagi menjadi tiga tingkatan yaitu “Baik” 43 responden (48%), “Cukup” 28 responden (32%) dan “Kurang” 18 responden (20%)

The use of the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently accompanied by technological developments that are experiencing very rapid changes so that the information obtained is quite easy and very fast to get the desired information. The marketing and sales system is no exception, which is growing and consumer demands are increasingly complex. Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. From the results of this study it results that by choosing social media as the right promotional media.

Digital marketing is a marketing medium that uses the internet as a tool to disseminate information in a wider range without being hindered by time, place and distance. And Instagram is one of the digital media which is still widely used by Indonesians, from teenagers to adults, both for communication media and promotional media. However, most MSMEs actors in the Kedung Baruk sub-district have not been able to make full use of Instagram even though they already have it. So the purpose of holding this training and mentoring is so that MSMEs understand the importance of digital marketing, and optimizing Instagram as a promotional medium. The method used goes through several stages such as providing digital marketing training, providing assistance, and conducting evaluations. The results obtained from the activities that have been carried out are that UMKM actors realize how important digital marketing is, especially on the Instagram platform and Pempek D&G have been able to optimize Instagram as a promotional medium independently.

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

Strategic management is an important approach in managing an organization to achieve its long-term goals. This involves formulating the vision, mission, and goals of the organization, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve these goals.SWOT analysis is a tool used in strategic management to identify internal and external factors that affect the performance of an organization or a project.SWOT analysis assists organizations in formulating strategies by considering internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as existing external opportunities and threats.  The application of information technology systems will be beneficial if the application is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the organization by establishing business strategies and information technology systems strategies related to SWOT Analysis.The research method used is the SWOT Analysis Technique including IFE, EFE, and TOWS.  The IFE matrix shows that Cafe D'Sruput has strong organizational characteristics internally while the EFE matrix shows the weaknesses of cafe D'Sruput, so that cafe D'Sruput can carry out market development, product development and innovate in developing business at cafe D' Slurp.

The method used in this research is a qualitative method of seeking comprehensive information from the database management system library information sources books, articles and other library sources. The number of business units and the number of MSME workers in the trade sector in Badung Regency during the 2019-2021 period has increased, but their contribution has fluctuated and tends to decrease. The decline in the contribution of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency indicates a decrease in the income of MSME entrepreneurs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, length of business, and working hours simultaneously and partially on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The number of samples taken was 122 business units, using a simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of capital, length of business, and working hours simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The variables of capital, length of business, and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. Theoretically the results of this study can support the Cobb-Douglas theory, and practically for entrepreneurs can be a source of information and considerations in maximizing their business income, and for other parties can be a source of reference in the future.

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the influence of capital, labor, and training on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar, as well as the influence of capital, labor, training, and production value on the industry's income. The research sample consisted of 88 units of ready-made garment industry businesses in Kota Denpasar, and path analysis was used as the analytical method. The results of the analysis indicated that capital, labor, and training have a positive impact on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar. Additionally, capital, labor, training, and production value also have a positive influence on the industry's income. Another interesting finding is that the production value acts as a mediator between capital, labor, and training and the income of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar.

Financial reporting is one of the activities carried out by companies that have gone public, financial reporting can assist users in making decisions or policies to develop activities. Segment and interim financial statements are one of the reports that need to be disclosed in the company's financial statements. The purpose of segment and interim financial reports is to provide information about the different types of business activities and the economic environment in which the company operates. Fulfillment of this objective will help users of financial statements to better understand the company's performance and assess future cash flow prospects, as well as be able to make more informed judgments about the company as a whole. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of reporting segments using the ten percent test on revenue and profit and loss in the financial statements of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for 2018-2022 in accordance with PSAK number 5. The research method used is a qualitative research method, the sample used is a purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample taken comes from the Financial Statements of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk segment which consists of 4 segments namely Branded Consumer Products, Bogasari, Agribusiness and Distribution. The research results show that the distribution segment does not need to be reported because it does not pass the 10% test on income for 5 years (2018-2022), the agribusiness segment and the distribution segment do not pass the 10% test on profit and loss in 2018 and 2019 but in 2020, 2021 ,2022 the agribusiness segment passed the 10% test on profit and loss, and the 10% test on distribution segment assets did not pass the test for 5 years (2018–2022). And the bogasari segment only in 2020 did not pass the 10% test on assets.

The FishGo application is a navigation-based android application using remote sensing sensor technology that is processed with a certain algorithm so that it can provide information on potential fish areas and the best route for traditional fishermen to catch fish. The Patriot Tool (Detecting Fish Catching Areas Using the Internet of Things System) is a development of an application in the form of a fish finder tool to more accurately detect underwater fish biomass. The research objective is to determine the success of patriot service innovation through the FishGo application as an effort to improve the welfare of fishermen in Badung Regency. The research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research analysis uses the theory of innovation success factors put forward by Bugge, et al which consists of 6 indicators: Governance and innovation, Sources of ideas for innovation, Innovation culture, Capabilities and tools, Objective, outcomes, drivers and trouble, and Collecting innovation data for single innovation. The results of this study are that the implementation of innovation has achieved good results on the source of innovation ideas including internal and external, a culture of innovation by showing good changes to fishermen, cooperation in developing innovation and socialization activities that are intensively carried out to fishermen, the results felt by fishermen experience catch increase. However, innovation governance is still not optimal, there are no basic regulations such as regional regulations and SOPs governing innovation, Human Resources capabilities still need to be added to the fields of electronics, IT and mapping, goals that have not been fully achieved from those that have been set. and there are still external and internal obstacles in its implementation.

Mahasiswa UIN Syarifhidayatullah Jakarta memiliki motivasi pada komunikasi intrapersonal, dilihat dari 37 partisipan 90,6% mahasiswa setuju dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait pengetahuan dan pendapat mengenai peran komunikasi intrapersonal dalam meningatkan motivasi dirinya. Adapun tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan apakah komunikasi intrapersonal mampu untuk meningkatkan Motivasi diri Mahasiswa UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Artikel ini berbasis fenomena komunikasi intrapersonal dalam memotivasi diri berdasarkan subjek dilakukan secara online dari mahasiswa uin syarif hidayatullah jakarta, sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 partisipan, 90,6% mahasiswa setuju dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait pengetahuan dan pendapat mengenai peran komunikasi intrapersonal dalam meningatkan motivasi dirinya. aktivitas mahasiswa UIN SyarifHidayatulla Jakarta dari komunikasi intrapersonal yang dilakukan sehari-hari dalam upaya memahami diri pripadi diantaranya adalah; berdo’a, bersyukur, intropeksi diri dengan meninjau perbuatan kita dan reaksi hati nurani kita, mendayagunakan kehendak bebas, dan berimajinasi secara kreatif. Namun  ada  juga  mahasiswa  yang  tidak memiliki aktivitas komunikasi intrapersonal yang baik.

Background: Jobs related to hospitals or health are often exposed to high work stress, namely nurses. Nurses who experience work stress show negative emotional responses. The negative impact of increased work stress and low emotional intelligence on nurses has an impact on the quality of health services. Therefore, when a nurse is exposed to work stress and low emotional intelligence, her performance in providing nursing services will decrease, which in turn will get complaints from patients. Prolonged job stress can contribute to nurse burnout, increased dropout rates, and decreased job satisfaction. In the long term, this can affect nurse retention and reduce the availability and quality of the nursing workforce. Methods: Quantitative research with a correlational type of research using Cross Sectional. Sampling using the Total Sampling approach totaling 46 nurses. Data analysis using Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis. Results: 1) 56.52% emotional intelligence in nurses at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Kota Jambi is categorized as low and 43.48% is categorized as high; 2) 54.35% work stress on nurses at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Kota Jambi is categorized as high and 45.65% is categorized as low; 3) There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress on nurses in the inpatient rooms of Akasia, Cemara and Cendana at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Jambi City in 2022 with a Spearman correlation value of -0.869. That is, high emotional intelligence, the work stress experienced by nurses will be low. Conclusion: There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Akasia, Cemara and Cendana Dr. Jambi City Bratanata Hospital. It is hoped that the hospital can provide various programs for nurses not to experience high stress, and can increase the emotional intelligence of nurses to reduce work stress with training for nurses such as Gathering which can reduce nurse work stress.

Diarrhea in children is a health problem with a high mortality rate, especially in children aged 1 to 4 years. The main cause of death is dehydration due to loss of fluids and electrolytes through feces, so it is important to fulfill fluid needs to replace and meet fluid needs in children with diarrhea. The purpose of this study was to be able to analyze the fluid balance in children with diarrhea after being given fluid needs at the hospital. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe, City of Gorontalo. This research is a descriptive quantitative research and uses a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pre-post test. with a sample of 2 children with diarrhea. with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used a nursing care case report approach then data analysts, the data collected is associated with relevant concepts, theories, principles. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in fluid balance in children who experience diarrhea after being given fluids to meet their needs.  

This article aims to find out and describe the relationship between Islamic psychology and the handling of emotional stress and the involvement of grandmother's parenting. The methods used in this study were literature study, observation, and interviews to find out about the relationship between Islamic psychology and emotional stress management. Islamic psychology is a field of study that combines Islamic principles and teachings with modern psychological principles to understand human behavior and offers a holistic approach in understanding and treating psychological problems. Emotional distress, or emotional stress, is a state of emotional imbalance that occurs when individuals encounter emotionally challenging situations or events. Parenting that is not good will make the child become a closed person and lack confidence. This article was written with the aim of conveying information to the reader, so that it can be used as a reference to increase the reader's knowledge, and can have an academic impact on the writer. This article contains the relationship between Islamic psychology and dealing with emotional stress and the involvement of grandmothers in parenting.

The purpose of this study was to develop Problem Based Learning (PBL) based E-Comic learning media on Problem Solving Ability that is valid, practical, and effective on student learning outcomes in statistics material in class XII at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Laur. The method used is the ADDIE method. The subjects of this study were 29 class XII students of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Laur, 3 material and media experts. The instruments used in this study were in the form of material expert validation sheets and media expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires and post-test questions based on the results of the research that had been carried out obtained the results of validation of E-Comic learning media based on Problem Based Learning (PBL). ) Regarding Problem Solving Ability has a validity level of 91.22% with very valid criteria, the practicality level of learning media is 89.60% with very practical criteria and the level of effectiveness of learning media is 93.10% with very effective criteria.
