This study aims to analyze how customer orientation, value creation capabilities and marketing performance affect coffee shops in Padang city. This research was conducted on 90 coffee shop business actors in Padang city with quantitative research methods. The data of this study were analyzed by using PLS 4, the data processed in this study to examine the relationship between customer orientation, value creation capabilities on marketing performance. This study produces answers that all hypotheses are proposed and shows that customer orientation has a significant positive effect on the performance of coffee shops in the city of Padang. Customer orientation has a positive and significant influence on value creation capabilities. Value creation capability has a positive and significant influence on the marketing performance of coffee shops in Padang city. Customer orientation has a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of coffee shops in Padang city through value creation capability as a mediating variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Sido Muncul, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 131 respondents who were employees of PT Sido Muncul. By using a Likert scale. Respondents' answers were processed by multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test and R-2 test. The results of this study found that there was a significant (significant) effect partially between competency, organizational culture, and work discipline variables on the performance of employees of PT Sido Muncul. In addition, the results of this study also found that there was a significant (significant) effect simultaneously on both competency, organizational culture, and work discipline variables on the performance of PT Sido Muncul employees.

One of the work programs of KKN students batch 56 batch 20 UIN KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan is an ecoprint. The target of this activity is elementary school children and their age. This study aims to determine the application of children's creativity by utilizing natural potential through ecoprint activities and learning reflection tools that can create environmentally friendly products. The method used in this research is planting, socialization, and direct practice. This research took place in a collaborative manner which was attended by elementary school children and led by the KKN 56 Team of 20 UIN KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Observations in this study were carried out directly by observing elementary school children's activities in the coloring process using ecoprinting techniques and observing how ecoprinting activities can stimulate children's skills and creativity. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. The results of the study show that coloring activities using the ecoprint technique are learning innovations for children by utilizing natural potential to explore skills and creativity in children. In addition, natural materials that are around children can be an inspiration for children to learn how to create new products that are environmentally friendly.

Law No. 24 of 2009 Concerning Flags, Languages, State Symbols and National Anthems, it has been generally defined that a flag is a strong symbol to identify and represent an identity of a nation or group. Flags are used in agencies, offices, schools, and so on. Seeing the importance of the flag as one of the symbols of the country and many agencies that already have flagpole facilities, one of which is an institution in the field of education. Based on the results of field observations made, there are major problems related to flags, where in one of the elementary schools in Bukit Rata Village, which is a part of Kute Panang District, Central Aceh District, there are still many or minimal facilities at the school, one of which is no pole facilities. flag. Based on the results of discussions with the principal and teachers, the authors took the initiative to make flagpoles. The method used is to go directly to the field or practice directly to the field to build and erect the flagpole. The purpose of this flagpole installation activity is expected to increase a sense of nationalism, love for the motherland, and become one of the flag ceremony facilities at SDN 13 Kute Panang school located in Bukit Rata Village. The activity of installing flagpoles at SDN 13 Kute Panang is a form of community and state service carried out by the author.

Tanoh Depet Village is located in an area that is remote in the Celala District with vast natural potential with agriculturall and plantations. Base dont here sult sof a survey conducted, the total population in Tanoh Depet Villageis 169 Family Cards. Tanoh Depet Village currently holds Zero Stunting status, but the local community isstill very lacking in education about how tomaintain Zero Stunting status, there fore the presen ceof Regular KKN students in the village creates a program, namely Sustainable Food Homes as an effort tomaintain Zero Stunting status in Tanoh Depet Village. The implementation of the construction of Sustainable Food Home supto the socializations tageto the community consists of several stages which include: (1) Land clearing (2) Preparation of see dsand planting of herb sand vegetables (3) Making of bars for sustainable food houses (4) Socialization of Sustainable Food Homes to community (5) Question and answer session.

Collaborative KKN is a service activity by students consisting of several universities. Our KKN location is in Kepatihan Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. The main work program carried out by KKN Collaboration 229 students is to help Kepatihan Village MSMEs in the field of packaging and branding. Through the PANACOTTA work program, the KKN 229 group carries the theme of entrepreneurial development, entitled "Packaging Update and Branding Optimization". The purpose of this research is to find out strategies and help Kepatihan MSME players in optimizing packaging and branding. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data analysis process is carried out with workshops/socialization and assistance from the data that has been obtained. The results of this research show that the Kepatihan community's MSMEs can increase community productivity, which is largely purely handmade. Collaborative KKN 229 students help and assist the community to optimize packaging and branding. For example, making logos, stickers, videos, banners, and social media. In terms of marketing, many of the communities sell their products door to door.

In this era of globalization, business organizations must continue to improve the level of professional services in their respective fields. The use of PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru has the potential to provide significant benefits in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This application is expected to bring positive changes by providing easy access to information for customers regarding billing, blackouts, and other important information. The purpose of this research is to analyze the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore an in-depth understanding of the benefits of using PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand customer perspectives, views, and experiences in depth and contextually. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted by the researchers, it can be obtained that the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good and very useful for customers at PLN ULP Medan Baru, Medan City to meet their electricity needs, complaints and complaints, however, socialization that has not been evenly distributed has resulted in there being PLN ULP Medan Baru customers who have not used the PLN Mobile application. The five dimensions of customer service used by researchers according to Tjiptono (2014: 18), namely the Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good.

Melikan Village area is part of Pegunungan Sewu area. This area is included in a national protected area and has been part of UNESCO's Global Geopark Network since 2015. As a karst areas, this area has potential natural resources, human resources, and socio-economic-culture. This research has mapped all of these potentials to become the basis for designing the Taman Budaya Banglipuran which is the focus of the development of the Melikan Village area. The approach used in this study is action research which is carried out in three stages. The research phase are: mapping, planning and development. The mapping is digital using Quantum GIS. Planning is carried out with FGD. And development includes area planning with 3D visuals. This research aims to assist the community in developing the Banglipuran area by producing area designs.

This study aims to apply the concepts of ISAK 35 to the field of education. This study aims to determine the implementation of school financial management from the prespective of ISAK 35. This study also uses descriptively presented qualitative data types, uses primary and secondary data sourses, and uses data collection techniques in the form of interview and concluded that SMPN 32 Gresik’s management and financial records remained rudimentary, limited to recording school financial income and expenditure, and did not comply with ISAK 35 financila reporting.

Background: Traditional medicine can be used to treat cough in ARI. WHO recommends the use of traditional medicines including herbs in maintaining public health, prevention and treatment of disease, especially for chronic diseases and cancer. Objective: to determine the effect of giving ginger and honey drinks on coughs in toddlers. Method: This type of research is pre-experimental with the research design used is one group pre-test-post test design with a sample of 20 subjects. The instrument used in collecting this data is the respondent's characteristic sheet which contains the name, age, gender along with the observation sheet. Honey ginger therapy intervention was given in the morning and evening for 5 consecutive days with a dose of 1 glass containing 150 ml and 2 teaspoons of pure honey. Result: the results of observations in studies that have been conducted for 5 consecutive days with a frequency of 2x a day obtained a p value of 0.00. Conclusion: There is an Effect of Giving Ginger and Honey Drinks to Ease Coughs in Toddlers.

Hypertension is a condition in which blood vessels have high blood pressure (systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg). Hypertension is often referred to as the silent killer because it can attack anyone suddenly and it is a disease that can result in death. This community service aims to invite the public to understand the emergency management of the elderly with hypertension. This community service was carried out for 30 people with hypertension at RT 013 RW 007 Kel. Kedaung Kec. Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This activity was carried out on July 8 2022, including; checking blood pressure and education on emergency management of elderly people with hypertension. The knowledge evaluation instrument uses a hypertension knowledge questionnaire and blood pressure assessment using a sphygmomanometer. Providing emergency education for the elderly with hypertension increases the knowledge score, the score before is 42 and the score after is 83 so that the post-test score increases 98% from the pre-test score. The results of blood pressure examinations for elderly people with BP > 140/90 mmHg were 21 people (70%) and elderly people with BP < 140/90 mmHg were 9 people (30%). Providing emergency education for the elderly with hypertension can increase the knowledge of the elderly regarding hypertension so that their quality of life is maintained.

This study aims to find out how extracurricular activities carried out at SDN 244 Guruminda and SD Plus Al Ghifari can help develop students' character and skills. The research used a descriptive analysis method with the research subjects being the deputy head of the school in the field of curriculum and students. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and observing extracurricular activities at school. As a result, extracurricular activities at school are able to have a good impact on students in the form of developing students' character and skills. Extracurricular activities carried out outside the classroom provide a variety of learning that is not only fixed in the classroom. Extracurricular activities provide learning experiences outside the classroom for students to become independent human beings, able to work together, able to solve problems, be creative, and always behave well. Therefore, schools as educational units should always carry out extracurricular development activities in order to create students who have good character as a provision to more easily survive life in the future.

This research was motivated by the low understanding of the concept of science in class VI students at SDN Pusparaja, pre-action data stated that out of a total of 21 students only 6 (28.57%) students understood the lesson well and 15 (71.42%) students had an understanding very good. understanding of the concept is low Meanwhile, for science learning in class VI of SDN Pusparaja science learning must be able to achieve a score of 68. This study aims to identify and analyze planning, implementation, and increasing understanding of science concepts using snakes and ladders media. . This type of research is classroom action research (CAR), with planning, action, observation, and reflection research procedures. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and tests. Based on the results of the study showed that learning using snakes and ladders media can improve students' understanding of concepts in science learning about the solar system. The results of the study concluded that students' conceptual understanding in science learning with snakes and ladders media in class VI of SDN I Pusparaja was able to increase. This increase before using the snakes and ladders media (pre-action) obtained an average score of 56.66 with a completeness percentage of 28.57% in the "less" category. .90% category "good" Then in cycle II obtained an average value of 73.33 with a percentage of 80.95% category "good". So that the use of snakes and ladders media is very well applied in classroom learning and is able to increase students' understanding of concepts in science learning about the solar system.

Media is one of the tools that can convey learning material so that learning objectives can be achieved properly and provide concrete examples to students. Today's young generation is so close to the name technology, where teachers as much as possible to utilize technology.  In learning, teachers can use digital-based learning media, one of which can use the LearningApps website, because learning using digital media can attract children's attention, can facilitate children to be able to learn more widely, more, and varied.  The purpose of this service activity, to introduce this LearningApps website to teachers so that it can be implemented in learning activities. This service activity is carried out using the planning and implementation method. When teachers try to use the LearningApps website, there are some difficulties but teachers can solve them well with the help and directions that have been explained. Even though they had difficulties, teachers were still interested in learning to use LearningApps and teachers' skills seemed to have improved in this workshop on the use of digital-based learning media.

The role of extracurricular activities in the guidance and development of students in elementary schools is very important in providing a holistic and in-depth learning experience outside the ordinary academic environment. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of extracurriculars in fostering and developing students at SD 186 Cipadung and SD Al-Ma'soem. This study uses a qualitative method that produces and processes descriptive data such as interview transcripts. The results of this study show that extracurricular roles instill character values ​​such as hard work, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility. In addition, extracurricular roles can develop students' potential interests and talents.

The term smart museum has started to emerge in recent years along with the development of digital technology and smart concepts related to the application of technology in helping people in various sectors of life. The concept of a smart museum itself refers to the use of internet of things (IoT) technology such as sensors, wireless networks, digital applications, virtual reality, augmented reality, and smart systems to increase the interactivity, accessibility and involvement of visitors in the museum. Now more and more museums are adopting this smart solution as a way to attract visitors and optimize the visitor experience. In Indonesia, one of the museums that has transformed into a smart museum is the Museum Penerangan. In its efforts to become a smart museum, the Museum Penerangan has several supporting factors such as the number of human resources, technology support, program creativity, and support from top management. However, the main obstacle is funding because it requires a large investment to transform into a smart museum, besides that special human resources are needed to understand the technological needs that match the collection.

This project was made considering the importance of the quality of an item and the importance of the role of the part in charge of carrying out the receiving of the hotel ordered goods. This final project aims to explain the role of the receiving section in ensuring that the quality of hotel orders during the pandemic remains good and according to applicable standards. The research method used is qualitative method and literature study and the data collection method used in this project uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation so that the data obtained is more accurate. The results of this study show the importance of the role of the receiving section in ensuring the quality of hotel ordered goods, especially during the COVID- 19 pandemic, this final project underscores the importance of the role of the receiving section in maintaining the quality of goods. Hotel orders during the waiting time until then received by the user who has ordered the item especially during COVID-19 pandemic through various means such as monitoring, health protocol discipline and receiving staff’s efficiency.

In a hotel, it requires various needs in the form of operational goods, food ingredients, beverage ingredients or assets and this is where the role of the Receiving Officer is needed in the procedure for receiving goods. The process of receiving goods documents that require time for the approval of the General Manager makes it difficult for the Receiving Clerk to receive goods because when receiving goods the Receiving Clerk does not bring Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions because they are still in the process of approval and the Receiving Clerk's limited understanding of the quality of goods also hinders the procedure for receiving goods. this can be detrimental to the hotel. Guided by the Receiving Job Description, if the Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition documents are still in process, this will also hinder the Receiving Clerk in checking the quality and quantity of incoming goods. By using the interview method with 3 informants, which was given to several employees at the Ministry of Finance, so that the author is more accurate, it is also guided by the Literature Study studied. The author manages these sources of information into a result of field facts, so that the writer can provide conclusions on the problems that arise and provide advice to management. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation, in order to obtain accurate data and documents. In the daily operation of a hotel, it is inevitable that guest complaints will occur. Even though all the facilities and services provided are up to standard, it is not uncommon for hotels to encounter obstacles or problems that cause guests to be disappointed and guests submit them in the form of complaints. With this complaint phenomenon, a hotel provides a complaint service that connects guests with the hotel as a complaint handling strategy. This section is the Guest Relations Officer, Guest Relations is responsible for complaints submitted by guests and ensures that the service that guests receive during their stay is the best service. The author conducts research on Guest Relations efforts in handling complaints that occur at hotels. Because the Guest Relations Officer is tasked with handling complaints, a complaint handling system is needed that is systematically arranged. As an effort to handle complaints, a standard for handling complaints has been established. This standard is a benchmark for a hotel in providing Guest Relations services for guests. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. To obtain the data needed for writing this research using four methods, namely interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study so as to obtain accurate data. The data obtained is arranged in a research result that will be used as the author's final project. From the results of research conducted by the authors found that the handling of complaints carried out by the Guest Relations Officer at Hotel Tentrem Semarang went well so that complaints that occurred could be resolved properly. In addition to handling complaints, the authors also found that the Guest Relations Officer was also in charge of handling VIP guests, where these VIP guests were important people or members of the government. The results of this study indicate that the Guest Relations Officer is very influential in the service of a hotel, because listening to guest complaints and dealing with complaints can maintain guest confidence in the services provided by the hotel.

This final project aims to explain about Telephone Operator Service Communication (Front Office) with Major Departments Regarding Guest Requests at Gumaya Tower Hotel Semarang. Communication that is not going well, such as the absence of confirmation from between major departments, can make service less than optimal, causing guest complaints to occur. The data collection method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using observation data collection techniques, literature study and documentation in order to obtain accurate data regarding efforts to improve service to hotel guests. The research results that can be obtained from this study are that communication between major departments is very important in improving service to hotel guests. Telephone Operators also have a very important role in handling guest requests so that when guests need assistance and have requests telephone operators can help as much as possible so that guests feel satisfied. However, if the communication between the telephone operator and the relevant major departments does not go well, this can cause guest complaints. Good communication between the Telephone Operator (Front Office) and the major departments at Gumaya Tower Hotel Semarang can create good service and image for the hotel and can increase guest satisfaction.
