Langkat Regency is one of the districts in North Sumatra Province with interesting tourist destinations to visit. This makes Langkat Regency potentially able to develop tourist attractions.  One of the tourism objects that has the potential to be developed is in Pasar Rawa Village. This service activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Pasir Rawa Village community regarding the role and function of Mangroves as a tourist attraction. This beach tourism potential will attract visitors if it is planned according to the safety and comfort of visitors without damaging the ecology. The method of approach offered in community service is socialization with lectures and discussions. The results of this study increase understanding of the role and function of Mangrove forests as an attractive tourist attraction and the strategy of promoting potential village tourism can be implemented well. Where the community can understand the magnitude of coastal potential that can be used as a source of tourist objects. The high enthusiasm of the community in community service activities is a benchmark for the success of this service.

The diversity, including religious diversity, in Indonesia is an undeniable reality. As a system of beliefs and a religious system, religion plays a crucial role in creating a just and civilized way of life for all humanity in the world. Throughout the journey of mankind, religions have been an ever-flowing source of motivation and inspiration, and they will continue to evolve alongside human development. This article discusses the importance of building religious tolerance through Christian education, focusing on the correct perspective towards every religious practitioner and the Christian way of life in relation to other religious communities.The research methodology employed is descriptive. Through a deep understanding of the values of tolerance embedded in the Bible, this article explores the definition of tolerance, the perspectives of Biblical figures on religious plurality, the implementation of tolerance within various religions, factors contributing to intolerance, and efforts towards sustainable development of tolerance.

The research aims to reveal the viral essence of 'Ojo Dibandingke' in the spectrum of Islamic education. The article is a literary research with a phenomenological approach and qualitative analysis. Based on the research, it was concluded: if you compare yourself in worldly matters, you have to look at it first. If this attitude makes us enthusiastic to improve our self-quality then it is permissible, even recommended. Like comparing yourself with the enthusiasm of learning others. Conversely, if such things actually make us less grateful or arouse desire, then it is not permissible. Meanwhile, in terms of comparing ourselves in matters of the hereafter, it is absolutely permissible because it can stimulate our spirit of worship. In the spectrum of Islamic education, comparing is a disgraceful character that must be avoided. Research recommends that the viral essence of 'Ojo Dibandingke' in the spectrum of Islamic education is more specifically needed for the depth of the material.

Interestingly at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school, there is a cultural carnival that presents various cultural attributes from various regions in Indonesia. So this article aims to find answers to the big question, "how is Islamic education based on religious moderation through expressions of cultural carnivals on the haflah khatmil Qur'an agenda at the Al-Asya'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Wonosobo". Through field research it was found that the cultural carnival at the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school was used as a strategy for the pesantren to provide education to the community, that cultural essences needed to be preserved because they conflicted with religion. The fact that the Koran actually instructed the Prophet Muhammad to teach Islam in a gentle and tolerant way. Thus, the expression of cultural carnivals in Islamic boarding schools is the maturity of the scholars in presenting the Qur'an and hadith as part of the embodiment of religious moderation-based education.

X is one of the distribution agents of PT. Y whose main focus is on the distribution of BBM (Fuel Oil). The phenomenon in the company is that employee performance decreases because the workload received by employees is too heavy and employee turnover is quite high.This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 93 employees with the sampling technique using saturated samples so that there were 93 samples.Simultaneously there is a significant effect between workload and employee turnover variables on the performance of PT. X. While partially found the workload variable has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. X. Partially it was found that the employee turnover variable had no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. X.

  All forms of violence and crime, including intolerance, bullying and sexual violence, are not appropriate in an educational setting. So it is necessary to take concrete steps from the school to eradicate these three behaviors from the educational environment. Through a phenomenological approach to the declaration of the three grave sins of education, the results of the study reveal: that religious moderation can be a solution to overcoming the three great sins of education: intolerance, bullying, and sexual violence. By making religious moderation an educational strategy in schools, these three grave sins can be prevented and removed from the educational environment. This research contributes to the development of the school curriculum, especially the cognitive development of adolescents as well as the prevention and treatment that must be carried out.

The implementation of educational institutions between teachers and students has a very close relationship in improving student achievement. School as an educational institution that seeks to form a generation that is reliable, faithful and pious, has noble character and is skilled through general and religious education and the majority of its students receive religious education from their parents, so that their academic achievement is lacking, seen in the daily behavior of students who often take actions that are violates student rules and there are still those who are not orderly in participating in religious activities, so that teacher strategies in improving student learning achievement are needed to minimize bad acts or morals committed by students. The research approach is qualitative research, with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research are 1) Reflective strategies applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar which are carried out by: a) the teacher brings different experiences into learning, b) helps students understand the material based on their experience c) the quality of assignments given by the teacher, demands the involvement of thought processes, and requires evaluation, d) the teacher conditions students in a learning environment including facilitators of implementation agendas, space and time of implementation, with a supportive learning environment, achievement student learning will be able to improve properly. 2) the espositoric strategy applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar, by: a) preparing all material readiness, b) Emphasizing material through lecture and question and answer methods. c) giving a good example or role model to students, 3) heuristic strategies used by teachers in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar by activating a) teaching materials. b) Its implementation is preceded by an appreciation in advance and giving direction on the intent of the material objectives.

So it is necessary to have a workshop for teachers in making digital-based learning media using a website called wordwall at UPTD SDN Purwamekar. This service in the form of a workshop shared with educators at UPTD SDN Purwamekar how to apply the creation of digital learning media on the wordwall website. Based on the results of the questionnaire given, 80% of the participants who attended did not know this wordwall website, and 20% already knew but had never used it. As a result of this workshop, the participants who attended came to understand and were able to apply wordwalls to learning activities.

 The main problem in this study is to see how far the ability of class VIII students of SMP Unismuh Makassar in determining the class of words in the text of the novel "Mekkah memoir the wound of a TKW" by Aguk Irawan MN. This study aims to describe the ability to identify word classes in the novel "Mecca memoirs the wound of a TKW" by Aguk Irawan MN Class VIII students of SMP UNISMUH Makassar. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, the data obtained is in the form of answers which are the result of the questions contained in the test. The data obtained from the tests were processed using descriptive statistical techniques. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII which consisted of two classes, namely class VIII A which had 25 students and class VIII B which had 25 students. who obtained a score of 7 and above were (41 people (82%)), while students who obtained a score of 7 and below were (9 people (18%)). This has reached the criteria that become the standard of student ability, namely (80% or 40 students) who get a score of 7 and above. Keywords:

Salah satu masalah utama sumber daya manusia adalah bagaimana cara terbaik untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. (2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. (3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan unit Ground Handling PT. Kokapura cabang bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.Untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas ruang tunggu  terminal terhadap kepuasan penumpang Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, uji T, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan, leader, supervisor, dan manager unit Ground Handling PT.Kokapura Cabang Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang yang jumlahnya pengambilan sebanyak 23 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 26.130 dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,01 < 0,05. Yang memiliki arti bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho diterima maka terdapat pengaruh diperoleh koefisien determinal R Square yaitu sebesar 0,194 atau sebesar 19,4%  dan sisanya 81% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel dalam penelitian ini. Dan hasil penelitian ini memberikan pengertian bahwa lingkungan kerja merupakan factor penting yang harus dijaga dan diatur dengan baik karena dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap tercapainya kinerja karyawan pada unit ground handling PT.Kokapura cabang Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and the environment simultaneously on employee motivation at CV. Nuri City of Tasikmalaya. The effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction partially on employee performance at CV. SPP Corporation. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 40 people as respondents to CV. Nuri City of Tasikmalaya based on 40 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. The results of simultaneous testing of compensation and the environment have a significant effect on employee motivation The results of partial testing of compensation variables have a significant effect on employee motivation, as well as environmental variables that have a partial significant effect on employee motivation.

The purpose of this study is to find out the settlement of this crime of theft by using the concept of Restorative Justice, as well as what are the considerations of the Police and Complainants in implementing this Restorative Justice against the perpetrators of the Teak Wood Theft Crime. The method used in this research is empirical juridical research which is the implementation of normative legal provisions in the form of (laws) as well as based on legal reality in society (empirical). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, primary data is data obtained from respondents through interviews, and secondary data is data obtained from books, journals, legislation, websites. The results of this study can be concluded that the crime of theft is an ordinary offense that can be resolved through discretionary Restorative Justice or decision-making carried out by the Police based on KAPOLRI regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning Handling of Crimes Based on Restorative Justice. By revoking the report from the complainant or peacefully from both parties, the Investigator then re-examines both the victim and the witness with a statement revoking the Minutes of Examination. The revocation resulted in the non-fulfillment of the elements of evidence, so that the Investigator could stop his investigation with the consideration of the victim and the Investigator. According to the data the author obtained from the Special Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blitar District Police, from 2021 to 2023 as of June there were 24 Illegal Logging cases at the Blitar District Police, and only 3 cases were resolved through Restorative Justice, with a percentage calculation of 12.5% ​​only . Even though Restorative Justice can be carried out, it must still meet the material and formal requirements based on the Chief of Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021, especially when it comes to the environment.

A network that has definite dependencies and can be used in projects with overlapping activities between one another's work is called PDM. The results of the research analysis used the PDM method for the construction of Bunda Asri housing, namely 81 calendar days. which is faster than the estimate of the housing developer which lasted 90 calendar days. This happened because the grouping of work with a work breakdown structure and predecessors reduced the duration time and did not precede each other among other works.

Complementary food for ASI (MP-ASI) is food or drink that contains nutrients, which is given to infants to meet nutritional needs other than breast milk. Complementary food for breastfeeding given to infants must contain sufficient micronutrients to meet needs that are not met by breast milk alone. But until now the provision of MP-ASI to babies less than 6 months in Indonesia is still a health problem that needs attention, because there are still many mothers who give solid food to babies before the baby is 6 months old (Heryanto, 2017). According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2017, only about 40% of babies aged 0-6 months worldwide are exclusively breastfed, while 60% of other babies have received MP-ASI when they are less than 6 months old. This illustrates that exclusive breastfeeding is still low, while the practice of giving MP-ASI in various countries is still high. The data based on the 2018 Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) shows 37.3% of babies aged 0-5 months get exclusive breastfeeding, 9.3% get partial breastfeeding and 3.3% get predominant breastfeeding. Predominant breastfeeding is a pattern of breastfeeding where the baby besides getting breast milk is also given a little water. Partial breastfeeding is a pattern of breastfeeding where the baby besides getting breast milk is also given artificial food such as formula milk, porridge or other food before the baby is exactly 6 months old which is given continuously or always given breast milk (prelacteal). The number of elderly people is predicted in 2020 (27.08 million), 2025 (33.69 million), 2030 (40.95 million) and 2035 (48.19 million) (Ministry of Health RI, 2017). The prevalence of dementia (per 1000 people) in Indonesia in 2005 was 191.4 incidents, in 2020 it is estimated to be 314.1 incidents, and will increase in 2050 to around 932 incidents. The data obtained in the work area of ​​the Telaga District Public Health Center were 134 elderly, of which 38 had dementia. From the results of interviews obtained from health workers at the puskesmas and families, they said that often the elderly forgot many activities such as bathing, taking medicine and others, so the family had to remind them to take a bath, take medicine and so on. Further interviews conducted by researchers on the elderly, some said that they rarely consume vitamins, especially vitamin D, are lazy to exercise, do light activities or sunbathe every morning which can increase the risk of developing dementia.
