In writing this article, we discuss the integrity of PAK teachers in forming the spiritual character of students. Because nowadays, there are still some teachers who have not been able to show a Christlike attitude to life, so they are not a good role model for students. In fact, the integrity of an PAK teacher directs the behavior of students so that they are successful in following lessons in a certain knowledge environment. The results of the research show that there are several things that educators need to pay attention to in forming a child's spiritual character, namely: First, maintaining the sanctity of his life as God's partner in educating. Third, Christian religion teachers must prepare lessons as well as possible.Fourth, Christian religious teachers must be role models and have integrity and be friendly to students in the context of forming the spiritual character of students.  This study used the cauldron method qualitative with the library data used are the Bible, journals, articles and theological books that support the topic of discussion.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and learning interest on the level of understanding of accounting. This study uses primary data which includes questions in the form of a questionnaire that is measured using a Likert scale. The research sample is 133 students who had completed introductory accounting courses. The results showed that emotional intelligence had an effect of 64,4% on students understanding of accounting and learning interest had an effect of 72,2% on students understanding of accounting, simultaneously emotional intelligence and student learning interest had a positive and significant impact on the level of accounting of faculty students economics study program of management and accounting at Pasim National University.    

Internal communication that occurs at PT. XYZ will affect work behavior which is indicated by employee performance towards the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how internal communication influences employee performance at PT. XYZ, how much influence does internal communication have on employee performance at PT? XYZ. The type of research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature study, and documentation study. The object of this research is all employees totaling 43 people. The analysis technique used is an instrument test (validity test and reliability test), simple linear regression analysis, F test, and correlation analysis. The results of data analysis show a simple linear regression equation Y = 42.116 + 0.510, which means that for every 1 unit increase in internal communication (X) then the performance (Y) increases by 0.510, with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.528 meaning that internal communication simultaneously has a moderate effect on employee performance. which is also evidenced by count 15.825 > table of 4.08 with a significance level of 5%, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

The ability to understand and utilize technology, especially for learning media, is very supportive in learning more creative Tridimensional designs. Information Technology is a method that should be used in the learning process, it is hoped that it will optimize the learning of fine arts in the Sendratasik study program. The purpose of this research is to develop references for learning the three-dimensional nirmana and increase the competence of students in the Sendratasik Study Program at the University of Palangka Raya in learning fine arts, namely the tri-dimensional nirmana. In this study used the Research and Development (R&D) method. The Research and Development stage is the development of learning references by making tridimensional nirmana infographics using the Canva application. Until a nirmana infographic design is produced. Then the Development stage is continued by presenting the results of the infographic design through a workshop to determine the level of student understanding of the three-dimensional nirmana learning references.

This research aims to describe the level of syntax errors that include aspects of phrases and sentences on writing personal experience grade X SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Stella Gratia Atambua. This research uses qualitative research designs with the kind of descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that many students make a mistake on a sentence structure that covers ten aspects. These findings prove that students pay attention to the use of grammar in writing, lack of vocabulary which  belonged to the students, the influence of the use of local languages, and teachers less use of grammar in writing.

President Joko Widodo working with the DPR as legislature-forming institution to make a law in a different way, namely by repealing and/or amending several provisions of the law at once using the omnibus law method. There is a legal issue where in forming a law one must comply with the principles of forming statutory regulations, both formal and material principles. In this research, we will discuss how to fulfill formal and material principles in the formation of laws in Indonesia using the omnibus law method?. The results of the discussion in this writing are that the fulfillment of the formal and material principles of the law adopting the omnibus law method must be based on the principles stipulated in Article 5 of Law 13 of 2022.

Artikel ini meninjau mengenai rangkap jabatan dewan komisaris pada perusahaan BUMN guna terwujudnya prinsip Good Corporate Governance. Fenomena rangkap jabatan bukan suatu hal yang baru, akan tetapi munculnya fenomena ini menimbulkan kontroversi di masyarakat umum. Pengaturan mengenai rangkap jantan telah diatur dalam peraturan yang ada seperti dalam UU BUMN, UU Pelayanan Publik serta peraturan lainnya. Terdapat perbedaan peraturannya, terdapat aturan yang melarang dan terdapat aturan yang membolehkan. Akan tetapi pada dasarnya hal tersebut dilarang karena undang-undang yang lebih tinggi mengatur demikian. Hali ini karena komisaris yang merangkap jabatan rentan akan timbulnya benturan kepentingan, dimana tindakan tersebut dapat mengganggu penerapan Good Corporatae Governance. Berdasarkan hal tersebut komisaris BUMN dilarang merangkap jabatan.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. This research is motivated by the importance of implementing an effective and fun creative active learning model in class X SMK N 1 Ampek Angkek. Various questions are raised with learning that is still far from the criteria of being active, creative, effective, and fun. This can also be seen from the learning which is still centered on the teacher and students are still busy listening to the lesson. Then the teacher also does not optimize the potential that exists in students. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study were class X students of SMK N 1 Ampek Angkek for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Sampling was carried out using the Nonprobability Sampling technique, namely by taking non-random samples. The first sample consisted of 25 students in the experimental class using the PAKEM model and the second sample consisted of 23 students in the control class using the conventional learning model. The research data was obtained by giving student responses as many as 22 items that have been tested. Based on the results obtained from the mean of the experimental class is 71.76 and the control class is 71.52. The results of the hypothesis using the t-test at a significance level of 0.05 obtained a Sig (2-tailed) of 0.041. So that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because 0.041 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference between the application of effective and fun creative active learning models in information technology and computer subjects with conventional learning models.

The results of the study indicate that the Criminal Acts of Murder and Removing Goods have been regulated in Article 338 of the Criminal Code that anyone who deliberately takes the life of another person, shall be punished for murder with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years, and Article 221 paragraph 1 number 2 of the Criminal Code, anyone who commits an act of covering up the criminal act committed, by destroying, removing and hiding evidence and evidence shall be punished with a maximum imprisonment of four years.

Routine health checks/screenings are preventive promotive efforts mandated to be carried out by regents/mayors in accordance with Permendagri no 18/2016 with the aim of encouraging people to recognize risk factors for non-communicable diseases (PTM) related to behavior and make immediate control efforts at the individual, family level and society; encouraging the discovery of physiological risk factors that have the potential to cause PTM, namely overweight and obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels, sensory disturbances and mental disorders. The purpose of this activity is to find out earlier the status of reproductive health in young women at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro. Screening consists of measuring weight, measuring height, measuring BMI, measuring LILA and personal hygiene screening. Screening results showed that 1.9% of students had low TB (less than 148.9cm), 28.3% had a thin BMI status, 5% BMI Overweight and 18.5% had KEK (Chronic Energy Deficiency) with LILA<23 ,5cm. From this activity it can be concluded that the health problems of adolescents at Muhammadiyah 3 Metro Vocational School are quite varied so that further intervention is needed so as not to cause unwanted health impacts in the future.

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and self-confidence on the work commitment Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. The total population of this study was 117 people. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 117 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and t-statistic test. The research results show that, Organizational culture has a significant effect on the work commitment Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. Leadership style has a significant effect on the work commitment Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. Self-confidence variable has a significant effect on the work commitment Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. The work commitment is influenced by organizational culture, leadership style and self-confidence of 75.5%. While the remaining 24.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as work environment, work motivation, work discipline, personality and so on.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an essential role in justice, increase people's income and encourage Indonesia's economic growth. However, in Palangkaraya City, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, the contribution of MSMEs to improving the economy and people's income has not been proportional to the number. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors driving and inhibiting the adoption of e-commerce technology among MSMEs in Palangkaraya City. In this study, researchers cite relevant literature and research sources to reveal the factors supporting or hindering e-commerce adoption among MSMEs. Consumer Support, Organizational Support, Knowledge Support, Technical Barriers, Financial Barriers, Legal Barriers, and Regulatory Barriers. The findings of this study can provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to increase the competitiveness and market access of MSMEs in the digital era.  

This article reviews the influence of netizen comments on the mental health of parents of children with special needs. The research analyzed in the article is based on the background of the problem that negative comments have a significant impact on the mental health of parents with disabilities, so this research aims to address the stigmatization and discrimination of persons with disabilities and their families on social media and encourage people to treat them with the same respect and understanding as other people. This type of research is qualitative research with a naturalistic paradigm. The method used in the assignment article for the Indonesian Language Education course is a systematic literature review (SLR). The research instrument is a survey and the researcher is the key instrument. The data source for this research is the results of a survey of several comments on the social media accounts of parents of children with special needs. The result is making learning media in the form of posters or videos, and others about the effect of bad comments on the mental health of parents of children with special needs as well as the importance of being responsible and being wise in writing comments on social media.

The number of diabetes mellitus from year to year is increasing if no management is carried out will cause complications and even death. Therefore, it is important for diabetes mellitus patients to know the four pillars of diabetes mellitus management. The purpose of this case study is to see knowledge and compliance related to  diabetes mellitus diet using booklet media  summarized with 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus.  The study starts May 5-6, 2023. The method in this study uses a case study approach method by applying health education counseling related to the four pillars of diabetes mellitus using a booklet. The sample in this study was a patient with type II diabetes mellitus. Data collection was conducted by interviews, health checks, pre-tests, provision of health education, and post-tests­. This research instrument used questionnaires on knowledge and adherence to diabetes mellitus diet.  The results of this case study found  that there was an increase in patient knowledge and compliance after providing health education related to the 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus. Especially people with diabetes mellitus in order to avoid the risk of complications that may occur and as an effort to increase knowledge and compliance related to diabetes mellitus diet. One of the interventions that can be provided for people with diabetes mellitus is the provision of health education related to the four pillars of diabetes mellitus consisting of: diabetes mellitus education, nutritional diet, pharmacology, and physical activity training.  

This study aims to contribute knowledge about Indonesian consumer behavior and marketing strategies through social media that can help businesses increase their product sales in the increasingly competitive Murung Raya district market. A qualitative research method was used in this study. The research location is the Batu Makap Industrial Tourism Village in Murung Raya Regency. In Batu Makap village, researchers conducted structured interviews with respondents from SMEs and digital village managers. The existence of this information technology has an impact on existing markets and existing business agreements. Steps will be taken to introduce SMEs to digital marketing and attract them to participate in loan programs to use digital marketing techniques. In addition, MSME players will also learn about marketing strategies such as digital marketing, online shopping, and product development. Digital marketing enables marketing and selling products based on customer location. Some MSMEs have mastered using technology to sell their products. In developing a digital village in Makapu Village, Murung Raya District, digital marketing has enabled MSMEs to lead their marketing. Steps have been taken to introduce MSMEs to digital marketing and encourage them to participate in lending programs and use digital marketing techniques.  

SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.
