JURNAL DINAMIKA HUKUM was a peer-reviewed journal, published two times a year by Faculty of Law Universitas Stikubank. It is available online as open access sources as well as in print. This statement clarifies ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, the editor-in-chief, the Editorial Board, the reviewer, and the publisher. This statement is based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

FOCUS The focus of the JURNAL DINAMIKA HUKUM is to provide scientific Law articles based on the themes developed which are present through article publications, research reports, and book reviews. SCOPE JURNAL DINAMIKA HUKUM is a journal published by the UNISBANK Semarang Indonesia Legal Studies Program, which is intended to increase contributions to the development of science, especially in the study of law. JURNAL DINAMIKA HUKUM is open for the contribution of writing experts from related disciplines.
