Modernity is one of the reasons for humans to adapt to be better than previous lives. Technology that is growing rapidly makes the development of industries. But it has not been widely seen that the industry can create social risks. Starting from the work environment is not conducive, employment is getting less, to gender inequality in work. In the industry, there is also often an imbalance in labor wages. Where workers become victims of losses from risks created in an industry. Giddens thought that in the modern era the world would be uncontrollable. It can be seen that industrialization is growing and progressing continuously. That's why the risks that will be accepted cannot be avoided by society in this modern era.    

Sidoarjo Regency has a beach in the eastern region along 27 km which crosses several sub-districts such as Sedati, Buduran, Sidoarjo, Porong and Jabon. The Lapindo mud disaster that occurred in 2006 in Sidoarjo had a broad impact on people's daily lives. The Lapindo mud disaster was an event of hot mudflow and the emergence of gas onto the ground which claimed many lives and had a major direct impact on the community. The occurrence of the Lapindo mud disaster was initiated by oil drilling from PT. Lapindo Brantas Inc., which was later in the drilling process, experienced a failure resulting in an explosion from underground and then gushing out. Many were victims in the incident ranging from babies, children, adults to the elderly and many people, houses, villages, districts, schools and other buildings were drowned. In addition, many people have lost their jobs and their homes which makes them all feel stressed to the point of depression. Until now, the problems caused by the Lapindo mudflow disaster have not been resolved. This is because the responsibility for compensation that is given is not evenly distributed or does not even receive a penny. As a result, there are still frequent conflicts and prolonged demonstrations. Meanwhile, the victims of the Lapindo mudflow have used many strategies to survive and continue their lives so that they do not continue to mourn the sadness that exists.

The fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, is close to the consumerist lifestyle. Each of the existing elements creates its own reflection, from skipper fishermen, labor fishermen to factory employees. In short, this research was conducted to describe the lifestyle that is formed in fishing communities, especially in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District. This study uses a qualitative approach that explains the phenomenon descriptively using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results obtained in this study indicate that the fishing community in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, has a consumptive lifestyle. This shows that the community buys products or luxury goods to maintain prestige in the surrounding environment. Moreover, they buy things based on their desires. The skipper fishing community, which is seen as being in the position of the upper social layer, will try to highlight the identity that is considered to have wealth and power. This study uses the theory of consumerism put forward by Jean Baudrillard which assumes collective individual identity based on commercial interests and not on utility. Just as society represents a need, consumerism makes individual/group behavior believe in the existence of a symbol of power in controlling a certain item.

Human resources is the prime mover in a company, so it is important for companies to create something that could encourage each of its employees to produce achievements in their work. The purpose of this study was to determine training and motivation on employee performance. The method used in this study is using qualitative methods. Training functions is to provide opportunities for employees to increase their knowledge and insight so it can increase their work productivity and develop themselves, as well as contribute to the progress of the company in order to achieve the results set by the company. Training contributes positively to employee performance. Motivational factors play an important role in increasing employee productivity. More attention is needed on the selected training methods, facilities, equipment and the ability of the instructors to deliver training materials. An appeal to companies to be able to provide encouragement, encouragement, appreciation to employees who excel in order to increase employee motivation to complete the job as well.

International bilateral agreements in the form of investment have an important role and significance in promoting development growth and economic progress. Through such agreements, the host country has the opportunity to attract foreign investors to operate and invest in various sectors in its territory. As a result, the home country can freely invest in various industrial sectors in the host country. The home country and the host country conclude an agreement in the form of international bilateral agreements called "investment promotion and protection agreements" or bilateral investment treaties/BITs. One such agreement is the international bilateral agreement between Indonesia and Singapore on industrial promotion and protection signed in 2018 and effective in 2021, which will be discussed in this journal.

The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.  

Violence or sexual harassment is a problem that is quite serious and often occurs socially. In this case, it usually occurs in a problem that is complex. The rise of news on social media related to sexual violence experienced by some people is enough to shock the public. Most cases of sexual violence are experienced by a woman who is the victim. Cases of violence or sexual harassment against women are still an iceberg phenomenon. This is because many women who are victims of sexual harassment are reluctant to report what they have experienced. Violence or sexual harassment that occurs to women is often blamed on the way they dress. In fact, if you look at clothes, it is not one of the main causes of women becoming victims of sexual harassment. Violence or sexual harassment that occurs never looks at any clothes, in fact often the victim of sexual harassment is a woman who wears closed clothes. In addition, violence or sexual harassment can also be caused by a patriarchal culture that dominates and seems to justify the action. Where in patriarchal culture itself men are often considered more dominant and have a higher position than women. Therefore, men feel they have more power over women and can act as they please. Until now, patriarchal culture is still developing in society. Even though this shouldn't have been done. Therefore, there is a need for radical feminism with the aim of making changes in society and obtaining equality between men and women, especially in obtaining equal rights in society from a social and economic point of view.

Counterfeiting of securities is a serious illegal act with the potential for significant legal consequences.  The author provides an in-depth review of the criminal law aspects associated with counterfeiting securities.  The aim of this research was to analyze and understand the legal framework governing counterfeiting of securities, including the criminal considerations and sanctions applied.  This study also explains the concept of counterfeiting securities and how this action violates applicable law.  In addition, this study also discusses the elements that must be present in an act of counterfeiting securities such as intentionality and the intention to make a profit.  Furthermore, this study also analyzes the penalties and sanctions that can be applied to perpetrators of counterfeiting securities.  In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of effective law enforcement in dealing with counterfeit securities.  Perpetrators of counterfeiting securities must be held responsible for the actions that have been taken and be faced with sanctions in accordance with applicable criminal law.

Berdasarkan observasi penilaian kemampuan menulis teks negosiasi di SMAN 10 Medan masih tergolong pada kategori yang kurang, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan menulis teks negosiasi dengan pembelajaran strategi pembelajaran direct writing activity di SMA Negeri 10 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian one group pre test – post test design. Penelitian ini sesuai langkah pembelajaran direct writing activity yang membuat nilai siswa meningkat setelah menggunakan  strategi pembelajaran direct writing activity. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa terdapat 80% siswa memenuhi nilai diatas KKM.  

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the use of demand deposits in the trading business. This discussion aims to analyze the effect of the application of digital technology on the use of demand deposits in the retail industry. Several retail companies are still facing challenges related to technological infrastructure and the availability of reliable internet access. In order to optimize the use of demand deposits in the trading business with the adoption of digital technology, retail companies need to involve employees in training and developing technology skills. Attention to data protection and customer privacy is also required and the development of strategies to promote consumer acceptance of digital payment methods.    

Hospitalization is a process that requires children to undergo treatment and therapy at the hospital until they return home. The impact of hospitalization that is most often experienced by children is anxiety. Anxiety experienced by children during hospitalization can be overcome by playing therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving playing ball therapy to hospitalized children with anxiety before examining vital signs. This research method is a descriptive study, with a sample of 2 people in the Hospital of Temanggung Regency. The instrument used to measure anxiety levels is the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale (SCAS). Respondents were given play therapy 3 times in 3 days. The results of this study indicate that the anxiety level of hospitalized children decreased from an average score of 36, namely the moderate anxiety category, to an average score of 20, mild anxiety category.    

This study aims to find out: the influence of education on work ethic, the effect of training on work ethic, the influence  of education and training  on  work ethic.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Grogol, Kediri Regency as many as 35 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated sampling. Data collection techniques usequestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression.The results of the study at the significance level of showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of education on work ethic, There is a positive and significant influence of training on work ethic, There is a simultaneous influence of education and training on work ethic.

This study aims to identify how the development of human capital can be improved through optimizing the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in an effort to improve school quality. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the RKAS at SMKN 3 Tuban. The results of the research show that developing human capital through optimizing RKAS has the potential to improve school quality. Funds allocated wisely for teacher and student training programs, as well as extracurricular support and collaboration with other schools and industry visits, were able to develop teacher and student competencies. Optimal implementation of RKAS plays an important role in facilitating human capital development by ensuring proper allocation of funds and programs that are relevant to school needs.

PT SK Keris Indonesia is a joint venture company operating in Indonesia and is part of SK Chemicals' global strategy. This company produces various types of products, such as polyester filament yarn, PET resin for bottles, PET film, as well as several specialty chemicals that are tailored to orders from consumers. Given the types of products produced and the large size of the company, security at PT SK Keris Indonesia is very important. This study was made to find a correlation between the role of security management and security breaches. The results of the study show that the Security Unit at PT SK Keris has not optimally and coordinatedly utilized all parties related to the security of PT. SK Keris including the local police. SK Keris, needs to take advantage of the potential that exists from within and around it, including by building cooperation with the local police apparatus.

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.

The purpose of this study was to find out the learning outcomes of students at the elementary level through the Role Playing method. The learning outcomes of each student are different so there is a need for this research to examine this. Based on the results of student evaluations in learning material for fiction stories, fifth grade students at SDN Pandan showed very low learning evaluation results. This can be seen from several students, who obtained a 60% level of learning outcomes. This happens because of the lack of students in understanding the Role Playing material. This study uses a type of classroom action research using data collection techniques in the form of observation and tests. The research instrument used observation sheets in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and student observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.  

This research was conducted to overcome the problem of low numeracy skills in grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Therefore the researchers made efforts to improve students' reading skills through the Jaritmatika method. This research involved 40 grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. The design of this study was classroom action research. From the results of the research, the average score in cycle I was 62.41% of 40 grade 1 students at SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Whereas in cycle II the learning completeness that has been achieved classically is 74.88%.    

Student discipline has a very important role in the learning process at school. Students who are not accustomed to discipline and are not handled by the school immediately, will develop habits in themselves so that they always commit violations of every existing rule. Efforts made by schools to discipline students are the existence of rules that are made so that these regulations can be obeyed. However, the existing rules at school are only used as a display without wanting to apply them concretely. So from this it is necessary to instill the value of discipline in schools, namely by giving light punishments so that students will not repeat the violation a second time. This research is a literature review research with a descriptive approach. The literature reviewed in this study comes from research journals. The conclusion in this study shows that the inculcation of discipline at SD Pertiwi Makassar has gone quite well, but still needs to be improved

Leadership is an ability that every person needs to have to be able to influence others in helping the path of goals so that they can be achieved and can run according to plan and the goals are right on what is intended. The notion of leadership is someone who wants to be recognized as a leader by having advantages in several functions including the advantages of being able to influence, guide, manage other people, and evaluate all activities up to human resources, besides the advantages of a leader must have a ready mentality, one of which is a leader in the world of education which can be interpreted as the principal has the task of being able to be a driver, guide, direct, and move other people who have a relationship with the implementation and development of education and teaching, so that activities can run effectively and efficiently in achieving the vision and mission of an education. the principal as a superior needs to pay attention to subordinates to be able to support a series of educational activities, the achievement of quality education as a point of understanding that needs to be considered as a school principal in driving the course of education is an organic system where schools are one of them, smoothness and prosperity built by the principal later it will provide high quality value for an educational institution he leads where all the goals that are expected together can be achieved and all human resource needs in carrying out their duties are properly fulfilled.

The Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement that I will use is a credit guarantee with concession rights which includes toll road concession revenues, escrow accounts, and insurance claims. The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The credit guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the credit guarantee in the Syndicate Credit Agreement or syndicate loan in the form of concessions. Concession is the granting of rights, permits, or land by the Government, companies, individuals, or other legal entities. The granting of concession rights is generally applied to the development of partnerships between the government and the private sector. Syndicated credit is one of the types of credit, but the difference in Syndicated Loans is related to the number of creditors. In the Syndicated Credit Agreement, the creditor is more than one creditor.
