Each agency in carrying out its activities has goals that must be achieved. To achieve or realize these goals, each agency must be good at choosing strategies, especially there is human resource planning which in essence is focused on certain steps taken by management. For the availability of a permanent workforce to occupy the position and the right time in order to achieve the goals and various targets set. Employee placement is expected to make an adequate contribution to the organization in addition to being an effort to develop human resource competencies in the organization. With improper placement, a person's performance will not match the expectations of management and organizational demands, thus they display low work productivity which can result in boredom and boredom. Theoretically, the placement of employees in an organization must have an adjustment between the qualifications or educational background of employees with the qualifications of the job they will carry. To find out whether the placement process is successful or not, what the company can do is to evaluate employee behavior and work performance in the form of a work presentation assessment. The ability of employee resources is often hampered if faced with job placement problems.  

This study focuses on the objective of describing Islamic education in the identical relation of cigarettes and lighters, so that it is different from previous writings, and focuses on the element of novelty. The research is the result of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach setting on the relationship between cigarettes and lighters through literature reference sources, qualitatively analyzed by emphasizing the findings of meaning. The results of the research show that in Islamic education there are always pioneers who open up space for the advancement of an education. They laid a useful foundation for the robustness of further educational buildings. Therefore, never forget the services of the pioneers of education, because without them you cannot feel the progress of education in the current era. The implications of research on the importance of the process of studying the knowledge of educational pioneers are manifested enthusiastically, not in results. The research is expected to be useful for building sustainable Islamic education  

Humans as actors of history in which history cannot be separated from humans, history cannot be said to be history if there are no humans. Islam developed very well in the archipelago through traders who came from various countries. Islam is also well developed in the Java region, especially in Tulungagung. The development of Islam in Tulungagung is developing very well, this is indicated by the development of Islamic-based learning centers such as the establishment of modern Islamic boarding schools, namely madrasas. The establishment of madrasas cannot be separated from the sequence of historical events and support from every community. In addition, the establishment of this madrasa was also sparked by Islamic clerics and broadcast Islamic religion to the public. This paper aims to explore and provide an overview of how the development of Islam in Tulungagung from its inception to its development to date. The method used in this study uses the literature review method. In the research it was found that human intervention was very influential in the development of the history of the entry of Islam to Tulungagung. Islam entered the Tulungagung region and received a positive response from the community by seeing the departure of the Islamic religion and the majority of people in Tulungagung who embraced Islam.  

Learning evaluation is important for an educational institution. With the evaluation, it is hoped that new ideas will emerge from the deficiencies that occur in the field. An evaluation that goes well will be able to provide good development to educational institutions. This study aims to find out how learning evaluation planning is related to school development. This study used the method of literature review (library research). The research results concluded that evaluation planning has a very important influence on implementation in the field. Without a structured plan, the purpose of the evaluation will not be achieved effectively or efficiently. Therefore, it should pay attention to what is the basis or planning in conducting an evaluation. That way, it is hoped that later it will be able to answer what are the obstacles, challenges, and obstacles to learning, both from the teacher and the students themselves.

Variety is a variety of things, while identity is a sign of self-identification. With identity, we will be more easily recognized by others. Then when related to the word "Islam" is an identity of a variety of Islam that prioritizes substance. Islam itself has the meaning of peace, every Muslim is obliged to spread peace as a form and religious identity. Islam is not enough just to take the shahada, but a Muslim is obliged to uphold the value and essence of the shahada, uphold the teachings that are Rahmatan lil 'alamin as Allah Almighty sent the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) not except as mercy.

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the current liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and general ratios in an effort to improve the company's financial performance. The population of this study is the 2019-2021 Financial Statements of Toko Surya Baru Sibolga. The data collection method used is to use library research methods. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis which aims to analyze data by describing or describing data using measurements of liquidity ratios (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio) and solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and long term debt to equity ratio). The results of the analysis are as follows (1) the liquidity ratio, according to the calculation of the average for 2019-2021, the current ratio is 188.27%, the quick ratio is 47.48%, and the cash ratio is 28.02%, indicating unfavorable conditions , because the resulting ratio is too low, especially the quick ratio and cash ratio, the company is advised to optimize its current assets, by expanding the business and suppressing the collection of uncollected company receivables. (2) the solvency ratio, according to the calculation of the average 2019-2021 debt to asset ratio, is 22.17%, the debt to equity ratio is 28.67%, and the long term debt to equity ratio is 11%, indicating the condition a good company, the company is expected to maintain financial performance so that the solvency ratio remains at the internal average because the smaller the ratio, the better the company's financial performance

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lembaga Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Jakarta Utara dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan seseorang dalam memimpin suatu organisasi maupun lembaga pemerintahan dan mengetahui apakah tata cara implementasi gaya kepemimpinan demokratis tersebut sudah dilakukan dengan baik atau tidak. Hasil analisis penelitian ini di susun dengan metode analisis deskriptif dengan hasil yang didapatkan melalui teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pada lembaga Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Jakarta Utara belum berjalan dengan optimal dikarenakan pada saat dilakukannya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis masih terdapat kendala-kendala seperti miss-communication, pimpinan kurang optimal dalam melakukan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kurang tepat dalam mengambil keputusan bersama. Dengan Adanya Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dan informasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan seseorang dalam memimpin suatu organisasi ataupun lembaga dengan baik yang sesuai dengan lingkungan kerja dan juga para pegawainya.

Latar belakang peneliti membuat tulisan ini adalah pentingnya penenaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di MTsN 6 Agam. Pembentukan dan penanaman karakter yang positif terhadap siswa sangat diperlukan, melalui implementasi pendidikan karakter di lembaga pendidikan, dan sekaligus sebagai upaya pembangunan manusia Indonesia yang berakhlak budi pekerti yang mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter di MTsN 6 Agam (1) disiplin, (2) mandiri, (3) bersahabat/komunikatif, (4) peduli sosial, (5) tanggung jawab di MTsN 6 Agam guna mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, artinya penulis akan melihat fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan didukung dengan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter di MTsN 6 Agam dengan cara memasukkan pendidikan karakter ke dalam kurikulum sekolah. Pelaksanaan implementasi dengan mengintegrasikan karakter dalam mata pelajaran, kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladan. Dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter di MTsN 6 agam para pendidik selalu berupaya untuk menanamkan nilai-niali karakter terhadap siswa/siswinya agar menjadi pribadi-pribadi yang berkarakter.

Servants have a strategic role as agents of change. Servants directly engage in community service through the provision of training assistance, counseling, guidance, mentoring and to awaken their potential, and help improve the quality of life and development. Servants will get generative abilities in the form of life skills (life skills). Observations were carried out using the following methods: (1) Gathering, (2) Documentation, and (3) seeing the field directly. Based on the results of observations carried out in Pattallikang Village by looking at the potential of the community and supporting environmental conditions. The work programs carried out are Social Service (Social Service), outreach, hospitality to the people of Pattallikang Village, Building Awareness of Household Financial Management through Financial Education, and introducing the BUMENRA Book to villagers, and Social Service in the Campus Area.

The use of slang on social media has become common among Indonesian teenagers. However, the use of this slang raises concerns about the existence of the Indonesian language as a national cultural property. This article discusses how slang on social media can be a threat to Indonesian language culture in adolescents. In this article, the authors update that the continuous and increasingly widespread use of slang can reduce the quality of Indonesian used by teenagers. In addition, the use of slang can also change the mindset and attitude of teenagers towards Indonesian as the official language of the state. This article also discusses how teenagers can strengthen the existence of the Indonesian language by avoiding the use of slang on social media, enriching their knowledge of the Indonesian language, and increasing awareness of the importance of the Indonesian language as a national cultural treasure. Thus, this article can provide insight and better understanding of the influence of slang in social media on Indonesian language culture in adolescents.

The existence of Community Learning Activity Centers (PKBM) aims to form managed learning media that is centered on empowering local potential in increasing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the community in the economic, social and cultural fields. In developing a community, community participation must be actively linked and participate in processes and activities that exist in society in order to create maximum goals. The feeling of sharing between individuals in social groups will form social solidarity so that a sense of solidarity arises between these individuals. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods using an ethnographic approach, this study aims to find out how forms of solidarity arise between individuals in creating a community. This research is located in Gesang Village, Tempeh District, Lumajang Regency. The informant himself is the founder, administrator and member of Omah Sinau Gesang. Researchers only took 6 people to be used as informants. The informants that the researchers took consisted of one founder, one administrator, and 4 members from Omah Sinau Gesang. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and observations which were included with the documentation. The results of this study indicate that within a community there is a division of labor as a cause for the emergence of organic solidarity. This interdependence increases with the division of labor and with increasing specialization and differences among individuals in the community.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan perbandingan organisasi korban fraud berdasarkan beberapa kategori termasuk ukuran organisasi, jenis organisasi, dan lain sebagainya. Dampak tata kelola yang kurang efektif, menentukan tingkat kerugian kasus fraud yang terjadi. Penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka dalam menyusun temuan penelitian. Dari referensi yang digunakan, ditemukan bahwa persentase tertinggi kasus fraud baik dari lingkup global maupun Asia-Pasifik, diraih oleh perusahaan swasta. Laporan ACFE Indonesia 2019 mengungkapkan bahwa perusahaan swasta telah menjalankan aksi fraud sebesar 48,50% dengan nilai kerugian sebanyak Rp500 juta hingga 1 Miliar. Kenaikan kasus fraud turut dipengaruhi oleh dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang dimulai pada akhir tahun 2019. Sedangkan laporan report to nation yang melingkupi wilayah global, menempati tingkat persentase 44% untuk jenis perusahaan yang sama. Tingkat persentase yang hampir mencapai 50% dapat mengancam stabilitas ekonomi.

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital and good corporate governance on firm value using ROA as an intervening variable. This study used a purposive sampling method in selecting the sample. The research data used in secondary data obtained from goods and consumption companies that have gone public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2021. the independent variables used in this study are intellectual capital and GCG in the form of institutional share ownership and independent board of commissioners. And dependent variable is firm value and intervening variable used in this study is profitability. Profitability is able to mediate Intellectual Capital, Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership on Company Value.

Incubators can help new entrepreneurs develop products, create strategic business, marketing, operational management and financing. Financial management is a measure of the performance of a business which is characterized by good financial records. New entrepreneurs need to have skills or knowledge of financial management which is a vital part of the company. Startup companies in Indonesia are always innovating in providing solutions to problems that occur in Indonesia. Funding is important for startups so they can develop their business, expand their market, and improve their products. Proper funding will help startup businesses expand and achieve their goals. The research method that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative research. The role of the incubator for startup financial management to obtain funding is to provide assistance and assist startups in drafting budgets, achieving profit targets, and preparing financial reports..    

This study aims to find out how the application of Quantum Memory and Learning in Islamic Religious Education Learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi. So this research is a field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis.The variables studied are divided into two, namely the independent variable is the application of Quantum Memory and Learning and the dependent variable is the learning of Islamic Religious Education.All primary data needed in this study were obtained through the main instrument in the form of questionnaires / questionnaires, while observations, interviews, were used to complete the required data. All collected data is then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis.The results of this study prove that the concept of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers is the AMBAK Technique (What are the Benefits for Me), structuring the learning environment, cultivating a champion attitude, freeing up learning styles, getting used to taking notes, getting used to reading, making children more creative, training children's memory strength. The application of Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi is quite good. This can be seen by the indicator of 39 respondents from students with 74% saying that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers to Islamic education learning is quite good and the application of Quantum Memory And Learning is also able to improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from 59% of students who say student learning outcomes are very good through the application of Quantum Memory And Learning. However, based on all data, both questionnaires and interviews, it shows that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning still needs to be improved again because it sees that there are still teachers who have not been able to apply Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic Religious Education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi.  Keywords: Implementation, Quantum Memory, Quantum Learning.

One of the business sectors that is now starting to be controlled by many Indonesians is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The main factor in boosting Indonesia's economy is estimated to be the micro, small and medium enterprises sector. However, many MSMEs still struggle to use their accounting skills in their daily business activities. This happens because of a lack of understanding and knowledge about accounting, especially in terms of preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, especially SAK EMKM, and business actors still think that the preparation of financial statements is not needed to run their business.. In order for MSME owners to prepare financial statements at the end of each recording period, support is provided to MSMEs in the form of assistance to prepare financial statements based on SAK EMKM. This activity not only helps in making financial statements but also provides knowledge about the importance of accounting, especially those related to making financial statements for business activities. The results of this activity show that MSME owners are interested in trying to apply accounting science in their business activities.

Indonesia, which is a country with a very large population, has a fairly stable economy. This study aims to determine the importance of Islamic banks in managing the finances of indonesia society. The method used in this research is literature study, in which literature study is a data collection method that is carried out by taking research information that is in accordance with the research theme. This information can be obtained from various reference sources, both in the form of written documents, in the form journals and articles, pictures, or electronic documents that can support the process of writing research papers. From this study, the results show that Islamic banks are banks that have good potential for the economy in Indonesia. With Islamic banks, muslim people no longer need to be afraid of transactions what he did. However, basically Islamic banks in Indonesia are still lagging behind conventional banks because the development process of conventional banks is much faster than Islamic banks.  

One of the achievements in the subject of concepts, techniques, and the reconstruction of art tools and equipment in the Dance and Music Drama Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syiah Kuala University, was to reconstruct one of the musical instruments. In this study, one of the musical instruments that will be reconstructed is the traditional musical instrument of the people of Aceh, especially Central Aceh, which is called the Rebeb Gayo musical instrument. One of the reasons for reconstructing the Gayo Rebeb musical instrument is because this musical instrument has long been extinct. So that through the reconstruction of the musical instrument, the Rebeb Gayo musical instrument can be returned which has long been extinct. So this can be an effort to preserve extinct musical instruments. This research method is an experiment, by looking at the results of experiments on making Rebeb Gayo musical instruments starting from the preparation of tools and materials, manufacturing methods, tone systems and techniques for playing Rebeb Gayo musical instruments. The results of the research produced the Rebeb Gayo musical instrument and it can be played well.

This research focuses on the goals of Islamic education on the fighting power of the U-22 Indonesian football national team to win the 2023 SEA Games. This article is the result of findings from a qualitative type of literature research, using the Adversity Quotient theory approach. The data collection is litere in nature, then analyzed inductively. The results showed that the fighting power of the U-22 Indonesian Football National Team to win the 2023 SEA Games contained Islamic education, where a Muslim must cultivate a passionate passion in every soul to be able to achieve the expectations of the world and the hereafter. If you can't grab something from the world today, then there is still tomorrow to grab it. Implications of research on the need for a balance of fighting power between world affairs and the hereafter. The two cannot beat each other. Research is useful for developing the spirit of Islamic education.
