Nowadays, in the era of globalization, in the era of progress, there is increasing interaction and integration between countries in economic, political, social and cultural terms. Not only men can work or trade but also women, whether they are married or not. In this regard, this research aims to find out what are the causal factors that make women work as traders at the Friday market, Kotabaru Seberida Village, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. Then what is the role of female traders in the Friday market as a wife and mother from an Islamic economic perspective? In this research the author used a qualitative approach. And the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research results, there are 2 factors that cause women to work as traders in the Friday market, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors, self-will, meeting family economic needs, educational factors. External factors, large number of family dependents, family encouragement, cost of living. Meanwhile, the role of female traders as a wife and mother in an Islamic economic perspective. Not forgetting his role, being able to carry out his role even though not optimally, but still being able to maintain the integrity of his family and being able to educate his children well, even indirectly and at all times with his children, but always providing good exemplary examples in words and deeds, always reminding - positive things so as not to be influenced by negative associations, whereas in the Islamic economic perspective the role of female traders as a wife and mother, there is no prohibition for a woman to work as long as in her work she pays attention to ethical values, good morals, does not forget her physical and psychological nature, is able to dividing time between family demands and work demands, women are allowed to work.

This thesis is entitled Analysis of Promotional Strategies According to Islamic Economics in Increasing Sales Volume (Study of the "Jambi Family" Electronic Store in Pematang Lumut Village, Tanjabbar). This research aims to determine promotional strategies according to Islamic economics in increasing sales volume. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where in collecting data the researcher uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results show that the Jambi Family Electronics Store has implemented promotions according to Islamic economics well in running its business. The obstacle in carrying out promotions according to Islamic economics is the lack of keeping promises caused by limited availability of goods which causes many consumers to have to wait and some also cancel orders because they have to wait. The second is the lack of carrying out promotional activities online. The solution in carrying out promotions is to provide availability of goods, other payments in addition to cash such as credit and being active in carrying out promotions.

This research aims to present financial reports at the Ummi Ikhlas Orphanage in Jambi City based on ISAK No.35. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used was by conducting observations at the Ummi Ikhlas Orphanage, as well as conducting interviews with Mr. Ibnu Hazar Lubis, Secretary and Treasurer of the Ummi Ikhlas Orphanage. also from various written sources or existing documents provided to informants in the form of photo files of researchers at the Ummi Ikhlas Orphanage. interviews, this research uses documents related to the preparation of financial reports. This research proves that the form of financial reports at the Ummi Ikhlas Orphanage in Jambi City in 2022 has been adjusted to ISAK 35, namely consisting of a Comprehensive Income Report, Cash Flow Report, Net Asset Change Report, Financial Position Report and Notes to Financial Reports.

This research is entitled Analysis of Hajj Fund Management During the Covid 19 Pandemic at the Ministry of Religion in Jambi City. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this research are: 1) Management of Hajj funds in the Ministry of Religion of Jambi City during the Covid 19 period, including: the Hajj fund manager receives Hajj funds from Jambi Province Hajj pilgrims, then the Hajj fund manager manages the Hajj funds, after that allocates the results of Hajj fund management These are for the various accommodation needs of the congregation. The use of Hajj funds in Kemanag, Jambi City during the Covid 19 period was used in 4 sectors, namely 1) Accommodation for pilgrims, 2) Operational costs for pilgrims and guidance for Hajj pilgrims. 3) Handling and anticipating handling of Covid 19 in the congregation. 4) Sharia investment in the form of Sukuk. 2) There are a number of obstacles faced in managing Hajj funds at the Jambi City Ministry of Religion during Covid 19. The obstacle faced by the Jambi City Ministry of Religion in obtaining Hajj funds is the lack of income from Hajj funds. This could happen because of Covid 19 and decreased congregational interest. Meanwhile, in terms of using Hajj funds, handling Covid for Hajj pilgrims, allocating Hajj Funds, monitoring Hajj Funds and managing Hajj funds, there are no significant obstacles. 3) The Jambi City Ministry of Religion has implemented sharia objectives of financial management in the form of religious protection or hifdz a-din. Based on these results, it can be concluded that all variables in this study are reliable. All variables have a normal distribution. This is proven by testing using the normality test. It is known that the Commodity Price, Land Area and Number of Areca Palm variables (X) and the farmer's income variable (Y) have values ​​greater than 0.05, so these variables have a significant effect. Based on the t test, the variables commodity prices, land area and number of areca nut have a significant effect on farmer income. The higher the price of commodities, the area of ​​land and the number of areca nuts owned and managed, the higher the price of commodities and the number of areca nuts and the area of ​​eating land that farmers' income will increase. Meanwhile, the analysis of commodity prices, land area and number of areca palms on farmer income based on test results (R2) has quite a large influence, namely 64.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 35.1% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Thus, commodity prices, land area and number of areca nuts affect farmer income

The aim of this research is to determine the potential of productive zakat in alleviating poverty in Jambi City. How to distribute Jambi City Baznas productive zakat to mustahik who need it. The data collection method used in this research uses primary data and secondary data, so the research uses a qualification method. So data collection techniques are carried out by interviews with related parties, observation, and literature study. Mustahik is the population in this research, the background to the problem is the potential for productive zakat in Jambi City through the Jambi City BAZNAS program. The potential gained is the ease of mustahik in applying for productive zakat funds, and services from the Jambi City BAZNAS. And any money and goods given to mustahik are permanent, without needing to be returned to BAZNAS Jambi City. The obstacle to the productive zakat program is the lack of socialization from the Jambi City Baznas to the people of Jambi City. So not many people in Jambi City know about the productive zakat program in Jambi City.

The researcher uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods are research approaches that focus on deep understanding of social phenomena or human life. This method collects and analyzes descriptive data, such as interviews, observations, or document analysis to explore meanings, patterns, and interpretations of the information collected on consumer behavior in different Furnichia Furniture independent businesses. Monthly income data obtained from research, it is known that some respondents in this study have their own way of determining the payment method used to buy furniture products. Some respondents who consume according to their financial capabilities will choose the cash payment method. And there are also those who do consumption, choosing the payment method in installments. Part of the consumption behavior of consumers in the independent business of Furnichia Furniture has not fully implemented the consumption guidelines taught in Islam. Consumption activities that are carried out sometimes just want to fulfill their desires without seeing the benefits. Buying Furniture products because they are influenced by friends or the environment so they don't think about whether the purchase is in accordance with their financial capabilities or not.

The growth of the food industry that occurred in Indonesia resulted in a high monthly expenditure category, the food industry can be said to be the market share leader with a larger percentage compared to other industries. The food industry is also developing in Bangko District, Merangin Regency. It is suspected that this can help in increasing consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, packaging, and taste simultaneously on buying interest in the gelamai perentak business, Bangko District, Merangin Regency. In this study the method used is descriptive quantitative. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data with the research instruments used namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the results of the t test for price, packaging, taste, and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. While the product variation variable has no influence between product variation and buying interest. Based on the results of the F test with the help of calculations from the SPSS program, it can be seen that in the statistical F test it appears that the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variable price (X1), packaging (X2), taste (X3), product variety (X4), and product quality (X5) together significantly influence purchase intention

In a company or organization basically aims to maximize profits, and to be able to achieve these benefits employees must be able to carry out work tasks optimally both in goods and services companies, so that the end result of the income earned will be more profitable and can cover expenses. Work really requires good individual skills to be able to carry out the job well. Islam regulates all aspects of human life, especially in terms of work, because work is an obligation that must be carried out by humans to fulfill their needs.   Employee performance has a big influence on the development of the company. If the company has quality resources, it will create good performance and be able to develop to achieve goals. Factors that can affect employee performance are religiosity and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to find out whether religiosity and performance satisfaction affect the performance of CV Corien Center employees. The number of samples in this study was 30 people and used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were used as samples. Multiple regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The results showed that there was no influence between religiosity and job satisfaction on employee performance. The percentage of contribution is 10.6% and the remaining 89.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in sampling the researcher uses a sample selection technique with the provisions of the characteristics and characteristics of the objects in the research, while the data collection technique is by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the palm oil buying and selling transactions implemented in Rantau Alai village are in the form of cash and credit transactions (Ba'i Salam). This study aims to determine the management of the expenditure and income budget in Rekimai Jaya Village, Semende Darat District, Muara Enim Regency during 2019-2021. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research that tends to use inductive analysis. The data collection technique that was carried out was by observing the field office of the Rekimai Jaya Village, also conducting interviews with the head of the Rekimai Jaya Village, village officials and also the people of the Rekimai Jaya Village. Besides that, documentation techniques are also carried out, namely by collecting data related to the APBDes and other influential documents. From this study it proves that the preparation of the APBDes in Rekimai Jaya Village is good because it has carried out transparency such as placing billboards or banners related to its management.

The purpose of this study was to find out the profit sharing system carried out by rice field owners with rice cultivators in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency and to find out the rights and obligations carried out by Shahibul Maal and Mudharib to rice cultivating farmers in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency. As well as to find out the constraints faced by Shahibul Maal and Mudharib on rice cultivating farmers in Senaung Village, Jaluko District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The analytical approach used in this research is qualitative-descriptive. The results showed that the profit-sharing system that occurred in Senaung Village between Shahibul Maal and Mudharib was based on an agreement between the two parties according to local customary law that applies for generations, where custom is used as a source of law that can be obeyed by the local community and Profit sharing agreements that occur are generally carried out verbally with mutual trust among members of the community. Farmers' obligations that must be carried out to support production results are starting from the management preparation stage, the rice seed preparation stage, the next stage is starting to transfer the seedlings, the planting season preparation stage, rice planting, after the rice plants are 15, 25 and 45 days old, fertilization is carried out. After fertilization is carried out grazing between the rice fields, when the rice is 60 days old, pest control is carried out, the final stage is harvesting.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of green knowledge and religiosity on purchasing decisions of green products among Muslim consumers of the Z generation of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi. This research is a quantitative type. The sample used was 91 respondents. The analysis used in this study is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, T test, F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research was carried out using multiple linear regression equations for the effect of green knowledge and religiosity is Y = -0.521 + 0.729 X1 + 0.234 X2 + e. The influence of green knowledge and religiosity together have a significant and positive effect on green product purchasing decisions because the results of the F test carried out yielded Fcount > Ftable or 105.347 > 3.10 with a significance value of 0.000 > significant level of 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.699, which means that the influence of green knowledge and religiosity together influence the purchase decision of R2, namely 69.9%, while the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other factors.

The high level of living needs that must be met is a burden that every earning individual must go through and not all of their needs are met. With the existence of sharia pawnshops can help economic problems in each individual. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of product knowledge and promotions on interest in using sharia pawnshop services among people in the city of Jambi. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Sampling of 100 people using the Slovin formula approach. Data collection by observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using instrument test analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence between product knowledge and promotion on interest in using sharia pawnshop services. Using the t test the significance value of product knowledge is 0.001 <0.05 and the tcount > ttable 3.513 > 0.1984723, the promotion significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount > ttable 5.010 > 0.1984723. Simultaneously or together, a positive and significant effect can be seen from the f test, namely fcount > ftable or 53.690 > 3.090187 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the R Squre test results, the R2 value is 0.525 or 52.5%, the remaining 48.5% is influenced by variables outside this study. With this, sharia pawnshops are expected to further increase promotions so that the public can find out what products are offered by sharia pawnshops.

Edupraner adalah salah satu mata kuliah wajib yang dipelajari oleh mahasiswa semester VI di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. Mata kuliah ini kompetensi akhir yang diharapkan yaitu, mahasiswa mampu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan manajerial, kemampuan membangun jaringan, menguasai jenis produk, cara produksi, operasi untuk pengadaan produk, pemasaran, serta operasi permodalan. Edupraner secara etimologisnya diartikan sebagai pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam teori dan praktinya diterapkan oleh mahasiswa melalui pelatihan, simulasi, dan magang. Hal ini dilakukan agar mahasiswa mampu untuk menciptakan produk yang inovatifi dan kreatif, memiliki pengalaman berkreasi, serta belajar untuk mempertimbangkan segala risiko. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mengajarkan mahasiswa untuk memiliki kreativitas yang tidak hanya mumpuni pada bidang pengajaran di kelas formal, tetapi juga mampu menciptakan ruang usaha mandiri. Untuk itu pada mata kuliah edupraner mereka dibekali ilmu pendidikan berwirausaha, capaian akhir yang diharapkan mereka dapat merancang manajemen produksi produk mandiri dan memasarkan. Kegiatan ini terangkum dalam acara ‘Market Produk SD dan Workshop. Pengabdian masyarakat yang berelevansi dengan mata kuliah edupraner dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat gerabah dan market produk menggunakan metode instruksional. Di dalam metode tersebut, terdapat beragam jenis-jenis metode kegiatan, namun pada riset pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan disesuaikan dalam proses perkuliahan yang capaian akhirnya belajar pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan membuat gerabah, kemudian memasarkan, selanjutnya belajar mandiri membuat produk yang disukai oleh anak SD, sehingga orientasi dari hasil produk tersebut di jual melalui kegiatan ‘market produk SD dan workshop’. The aim of this research is to determine the achievements of classroom management carried out by PAK teachers in increasing the learning interest of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that classroom management by PAK and Budi Pekerti teachers will increase the learning interest of class. Hypothesis testing using the t test formula obtained the value tcount=4.091>ttable=2.021. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Utilizing the internet by utilizing the web in learning can be done through web courses, web centric courses, and web enhanced courses. The use of the internet must be done with full awareness so that the presence of the internet can truly support learning activities, especially for elementary school teachers in the Baki sub-district, Sukoharjo district. Internet misuse can have a negative impact on learning due to inaccuracies in the data or information presented. Therefore, internet users must be selective in choosing learning sources and information presented by the internet.

The aim of this research is to increase student learning motivation through the application of the Discovery Learning model assisted by audio-visual media on material about the human digestive system at SMP Plus Darus Sholah. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were 21 students in class VIII H of SMP Plus Darus Sholah. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive statistics to analyze questionnaire data. The research results show that the application of the Discovery Learning learning model through the stages of stimulation, problem formulation, data collection, data analysis, verification and generalization can increase students' learning motivation. Apart from that, increasing learning motivation can also improve student learning outcomes.

It is hoped that, by adopting effective marketing strategies, traders will increase consumer awareness of tofu products produced by traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri, expand the market share of tofu traders, increase consumer satisfaction, build a strong brand image for tofu traders in Kampung Tahu Kediri.
