Cooperation between Indonesia and China in building high-speed trains began with President Joko Widodo's visit to Beijing, China in November 2014. President Joko Widodo is interested in China's high-speed trains. The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train is a collaborative effort with an agreement not to use funds from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). Indonesia has a requirement to do business only on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. The Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train is known to the public as an express train that meets people's needs and is highly praised for its service, comfort and supporting facilities. The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung express train is a government initiative to modernize transportation within the city, and has a significant impact on economic development and community mobility. This is considered very effective in overcoming traffic jams and minimizing losses for the government.

The goals of this community service are to develop Gentansari Village MSMEs with their potential through marketing digitalization training, financial recording, education regarding capital and  product design for e-commerce. Followed by approximately 40 MSME actors in Gentansari Village who produce various kinds of snacks. Carried out in two stages, the first stage is training regarding product design, financial recording, capital and social media management. The output of this activity is: increasing the knowledge and interest of MSME actors in Gentansari Village; creating a simple financial recording account; product design; management and commerce.

This community service aims to provide education and understanding of business management to the community and MSMEs in Penakir Village, Pulosari District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java Province. The method used in this service is through seminar activities to educate the public about MSME management which is delivered orally by the presenters. The results of the seminar activities succeeded in identifying the problems faced by MSMEs and recommending several simple things that they can apply to develop their businesses.

Dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi, banyak perusahaan, terutama di sektor perhostelan, mulai menaruh minat dan mengembangkan sistem reservasi menggunakan teknologi informasi. Neu Hostel adalah sebuah hostel yang berlokasi di Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dengan alamat Tugu 1 No 1, RT 02/RW 08, Tugumukti, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Saat ini, proses reservasi kamar di Neu Hostel masih dilakukan secara manual, tetapi pelayanan kepada para pengunjung hostel belum optimal karena terbatasnya informasi mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia di hostel. Dalam rangka mempermudah proses reservasi kamar dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pengunjung hostel, penulis telah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter dan metode Prototype. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Neu Hostel. Sistem informasi reservasi hostel ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter, dan didukung oleh sistem manajemen basis data MySql dan editor teks Sublime Text. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi reservasi Neu Hostel, pengunjung dapat dengan mudah melakukan reservasi kamar dan mendapatkan informasi yang tepat mengenai ketersediaan kamar dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman para pengunjung hostel dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di Neu Hostel.

Setiap pemilik rumah atau ruangan seringkali mengalami kelalaian ketika meninggalkan rumah atau ruangan. Salah satu kelalaian yang sering terjadi yaitu pintu yang belum terkunci. Penggunaan anak kunci untuk saat ini sangat mudah dirusak oleh pelaku kejahatan karena anak kunci yang digunakan masih kurang efektif dan mudah terjadi kehilangan saat pemakaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengatasi kelalaian terhadap penguncian pintu apakah kondisi pintu sudah terkunci atau belum dari jarak dekat maupun jauh melalui smartphone. Prototipe ini dibangun dengan metode Prototyping dan diprogram agar dapat dikontrol menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP8266 berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dilengkapi dengan komponen MC-38 Magnetic sensor, motor servo SG90, buzzer, RFID, dan kunci gerendel dengan terhubung pada penyimpanan Supabase dan Firebase yang nantinya akan ditampilkan pada aplikasi smartphone yang dibuat menggunakan Flutter. Prototipe ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik ketika melakukan penguncian dengan kunci gerendel pada pintu baik secara jarak jauh mapun dekat serta mendeteksi kondisi pintu yang terbuka atau tertutup dengan menyalakan buzzer dan mengirimkan data log juga notifikasi pada aplikasi smartphone. Hasil dari prototipe ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi pelaku kejahatan yang menyusup ke rumah atau ruangan melalui pintu masuk sebagai jalan utama memasuki rumah ataupun ruangan.

Childfree terjadi pada individu atau pasangan yang secara sukarela memilih untuk tidak memiliki anak. Fenomena Childfree semakin menarik perhatian masyarakat modern dan mempengaruhi keputusan hidup banyak individu. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dengan melakukan crawling data pada sosial media twitter. Dalam analisis sentimen kali ini menggunakan metode naïve bayes, data akan diflasifikasikan menjadi dua hasil, yaitu sentimen negatif dan positif. Setelah itu, data tersebut akan dinilai menggunakan pengujian dengan confusion matrix untuk mengukur akurasi, recall, dan precision. Hasil pengujian dengan Rapidminer menunjukan tingkat akurasi naive bayes yang tinggi sebesar 96%, untuk sentimen positif menghasilkan nilai precision 84,13%, dan nilai recall 100%. Sedangkan untuk sentimen negatif menunjukkan nilai precision 94,92%, dan recall 100%. Hasil klasifikasi tersebut menghasilkan 254 tweet negatif, dan 74 tweet positif. Analisis sentimen menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang pandangan dan sentimen masyarakat terhadap Childfree. Hasil penelitian ini penting untuk memahami dan menghargai keragaman pandangan terkait topik ini. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam konteks sosial, budaya, dan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan keputusan Childfree.

Kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam kehidupan kampus, disamping kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seluruh civitas academica. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi melalui Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat perlu mengelola dengan baik seluruh kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengelolaan secara manual mengakibatkan ketidak efisienan kinerja baik bagi pengelola, dosen, mitra dan pihak lain yang terlibat. Pengembangan sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis website diperlukan agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja seluruh stakeholder yang terlibat. Pengembangan sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode perancangan sistem Unified Modelling Language serta metode pengembangan sistem Prototipe. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model awal sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sesuai kebutuhan pengguna saat ini. Sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini nantinya dapat dikembangkan sesuai perkembangan kebutuhan pengguna dan peraturan yang berlaku.

Pengembangan kawasan industri di Jawa Barat perlu pembangunan yang memperhatikan kesesuaian lahan agar tidak memberikan masalah bagi lingkungan dan keberlanjutan ekologi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis kesesuaian lahan untuk pengembangan kawasan industri dengan melihat Satuan Kemampuan Lahan (SKL). Hasil evaluasi SKL menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Jawa Barat bagian utara memiliki tingkat kesesuaian lahan yang paling baik untuk pengembangan kawasan industri untuk jenis SKL bencana alam, erosi, pembuangan limbah, morfologi, kestabilan pondasi, kestabilan lereng, dan kemudahan pengembangan. Sementara itu, hasil analisis kesesuaian kawasan industri menunjukkan bahwa 33,31% dari total luas wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat sesuai untuk pengembangan kawasan industri dengan sebaran spasial di bagian utara Provinsi Jawa Barat, 61,99% kurang sesuai, dan 1,70% masuk dalam kategori tidak sesuai. Perbandingan hasil analisis kesesuaian lahan dengan RTRW Jawa Barat juga menunjukkan rencana industri di utara pulau masuk dalam kategori sesuai untuk pengembangan industri, sedangkan rencana industri di tengah dan selatan pulau masuk dalam kategori kurang sesuai.

Dalam melakukan penyimpanan file hasil dari kompresi citra biasanya berformat raw data. Karena dengan format tersebut file gambar berupa mentahan dari hasil yang akan di edit. Selain itu, terdapat penggunaan format PNG (Portable Network Graphic) yang berfungsi untuk menyederhanakan proses penyimpanan dan pengiriman data antarserver.Format SVG adalah format yang biasanya digunakan untuk menyimpan file yang berberntuk vector atau karakter. Sehingga pengguna dari SVG sendiri dapat mendeskripsikan file itu sendiri. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan teknik kompresi citra untuk melakukan kompresi kedua file tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis perbandingan hasil kompresi citra format PNG dengan SVG untuk penyimpanan file.

Andika Cell`s retail counter marketing strategy in attracting customers. Based on interviews conducted at the Andika Cell counter in December 2023, social media marketing and advertising programs were identified as the most important strategies. Social media marketing uses platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to reach a wide audience, while the discount program includes special offers such as free data exchange with the purchase of at least 3 data packages and additional gifts such as the purchase of free tamperglass accessories. Based on analysis, this strategy was successful in increasing sales and improving customer loyalty. To strengthen Andika Cell's position in the market, recommendations were made to optimize social media presence, maintain and improve advertising programs, and develop cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

This research focuses on qualitative analysis regarding the influence of Digital Product Management (DPM) on Gojek application development. Gojek, as an application-based service platform, relies on DPM to effectively manage and develop their digital products. This research approach involved in-depth interviews with product development team members at Gojek and content analysis of DPM-related documents. The analysis results show that DPM plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of Gojek application development. Key findings include DPM's success in designing product strategies focused on customer needs and ongoing market trends. Flexible management of changing customer and overall market needs was also found to be a key element in DPM effectiveness. In addition, synergy between the DPM team and the technical development team is the key to success, where effective communication and a deep understanding of the product's goals play a crucial role. Organizational factors such as collaborative culture and flexibility in decision making also influence the influence of DPM on application development. This research provides in-depth qualitative insight into how DPM can influence application development in the Gojek context. The practical implications can help similar companies to understand the importance of qualitative factors in managing their digital products and build strategies that are more adaptive to market changes. Additionally, these findings provide a basis for companies to improve collaboration between DPM teams and technical development teams to increase the success of application development in the future.

The aim of this research is to look at the cognitive development experienced by the character Yoonjae in the Novel Almond. The work taken is entitled Almond by Shon Won-Pyung. The problem of this research is how the cognitive development of the character Yoonjae in the novel is. The method used is qualitative descriptive research using Piaget's theory of cognitive development. The results obtained indicate an increase in cognitive development in the form of development in the operational stage, concrete operational stage and formal operational stage in the character Yoonjae in the novel.  

This article aims to examine the role of regional government in implementing good governance from a legal perspective. The role of Regional Government in the Implementation of Good Governance from a Legal Perspective is a very relevant issue in the context of public administration and law in many countries. As society's demands for quality, transparent, accountable and fair public services become increasingly complex, the concept of good governance becomes very important. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is library study, which means reading and understanding the content of discussions and various types of culture from newspapers, tabloids, journals, physical books and ebooks. Good governance aspires to create a government with principles such as transparency (openness), accountability, participation, justice and independence, with the hope of achieving the greatest goals for the prosperity and progress of the people and the country.

The aim of this research is to explore how Law Number 11 of 2012 regulates the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and how juvenile criminal responsibility is regulated in the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia. By applying normative juridical research methods, it can be concluded as follows: 1. The Juvenile Criminal Justice System aims to achieve practical progress in efforts to optimally protect children, who are considered valuable assets for the future of the nation and state. Legal protection for children is defined as legal protection measures for various freedoms and human rights of children, as well as interests related to their welfare. 2. Criminal liability for minors who are involved in violating the law in accordance with the provisions regulated in the Criminal Code and Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Children who are involved in criminal acts can still be held accountable, subject to criminal threats determined by the Criminal Code. The penalty for children is set at half the maximum penalty imposed on adults. It is important to note that life sentences and the death penalty are not applied to children in this context  

Society 5.0 aims to make things easier by integrating virtual and physical spaces and incorporating artificial intelligence (hereafter referred to as AI). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to utilize AI as legal aid towards Society 5.0 in Indonesia. Artificial intelligence in the legal field helps many legal practitioners in conducting due diligence and investigations that are usually done by lawyers.  AI can also analyze legal documents and find weaknesses and flaws in legal documents, usually contracts. This shows the huge potential of artificial intelligence. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with AI being used more widely in this country, becoming a legal tool to solve people's problems.

The impact of the development of information technology today on various aspects of global life. Although modern technology provides great benefits, the article highlights the ethical and moral challenges faced, especially by children and adolescents. Technology influences the understanding of responsibility and ethics in social interactions, especially through social media and the use of digital devices. This article emphasizes the importance of education that focuses not only on knowledge transfer, but also on character building. In addition, the article underlines the need for moral and ethical education in line with technological developments, so that children are able to understand and apply social responsibility in an increasingly advanced digital era. Technology has the potential to provide positive benefits, but it can also have a negative impact on behavior and morale if not used wisely.

Material learning is a tool for conveying teaching material or messages used by an educator, where in the current era teaching media has developed and is very easy to find in other media. One of the teaching media such as E-Module, E-Module which is integrated with IMTAQ values is not often found, therefore researchers are researching this matter which has a research objective, namely for a preliminary study to see how the learning process is and what media are used during the process. learning. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative where the researcher describes or analyzes the research results obtained. From the results of the research, researchers found that teaching media is really needed in the learning process, which can influence whether students will focus or not during the learning process, as well as whether or not the material messages that educators want to achieve in the ongoing learning process are conveyed. And the teaching media used is still PPT (Powerpoint), where researchers see that there are still many students who lack focus during the learning process, even when educators use teaching media such as PPT (Powerpoint).

Finding out how mass and slope affect the linear motion of dynamic trains is the goal of this investigation. To learn more about how variations in reach and tilt angle can impact an object's acceleration and speed, a variety of tests were conducted in this experiment with varying reach and tilt angle modifications. According to study findings, an object's speed and acceleration are greatly impacted by changes in its size. The object's speed increases in proportion to its mass because larger masses result in faster acceleration. The object's speed is, however, also impacted by variations in the track's inclination angle. An object moves more quickly at a larger tilt angle than it does at a smaller tilt angle. These conclusions are confirmed by calculations that demonstrate how an object's size affects its success. Further developments in this field can be based on the study's results, as they enhance our comprehension of the factors influencing linear motion in dynamic trains.

Over time, the progress of science, technology and information is growing very rapidly. One of the things related to this problem is that the children of the nation must now master and study the developing science and technology. Utilizing science technology is now very important. The computer is one example of a technological tool that can be used. Regarding computers, we must first study in detail about programming algorithms that have applications and functions for us in education and everyday life. The purpose  of writing this article is to examine the application and function of programming algorithms. Then the writing of this article use the literature study method and library research, namely by studying systematically and structured about programming algorithms. Data collection is done by online books or offline books, reputable scientific journals and sources from Google Scholar, Digital Library, website research and so on. The result of writing this article is that the application or presentation of programming algorithms can be seen in examples of application in mathematics. Writing an algorithm is not bound by a certain rule, but it must be clear what it means for each step of the algorithm. Many functions are very important in programming algorithms. The main function of programming algorithms is to solve a problem. This algorithm is an important thing in the activity of making a program.

This research examines the relationship between the ability to control the emotions of Sukoharjo Police members and their level of public service orientation. Respondents involved members of the Sukoharjo Police with an age range of 18 to 57 years. The type of research is quantitative. Data was collected through a questionnaire that included sample characteristics based on age. Test data requirements include tests of validity, reliability, normality and classical assumptions. The validity test results show a number of valid questions in the variables of emotional control and public service orientation. The reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha confirms that the two variables are reliable. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed. Classic assumption tests such as linearity and heteroscedasticity tests provide results that support the validity of regression analysis. The simple linear hypothesis test resulted in a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 and this is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that emotional control has a significant effect on public service orientation. This shows that emotional control has a significant effect on public service orientation.
